Fantastic experience: We love iDental! From the pleasant and accommodating staff to our children’s doctor, (Dr. Biliana) and mine (Dr.Nelson) we always have a great experience. I have had extensive dental work and Dr. Nelson is always AAAAMAZING!!! Every single visit. He goes above and beyond, and I couldn’t ask for a better, more through, kind and compassionate Doctor. Absolutely love him!! The ladies at the front desk are efficient in scheduling appointment, check-in and check-out, the highlight is the prizes the kids get to pick following their visit. Maria & Tammy at the front are sweethearts, making our experiences even more enjoyable with her kindness. She always talks to the kids and makes them feel important. Thank you iDental for being a place we love and trust with all our dental needs!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dentist. Particularly Dr. Nels0n and his assistant Kim. Dr. Linstroth is also amazing with his assistant as well. I have al2ays been scared of the dentist but they make me feel at ease and very comfortable. And they arent impatient at all about my germaphobia they even talk to me to help me relax that everything is clean as well. My 10 year old daughter did a root canal a couple weeks ago by the amazing Dr. Nelson and his assistant Kim. And she felt no pain and was a tiny anxious until he talked her through the steps and she has smiles on her face and the root canal even tickled her too. Im very proud of her as well. And I thank Dr. Nelson and Kim for making her have an amazing experience through having a root canal. I definitely recommend them and idental has alot of amazing dentists and assistants, and receptionists, and everyone there. God bless them and all.

Negative experience: I don’t play with my time, iDental does. That alone is bad. My main grievance with them is when I got my wisdom teeth extracted, their dentist and his assistant were focused on everything but my teeth. At one point, the dentist asked his assistant if she ever wanted to have kids. She said now and he asked why. She said she doesn’t trust this world. Fair enough but could you focus on my teeth? At one pointi was choking on my saliva and the assistant goes, “oh you’re choking “ in a care free way. There’s more but those are the two I keep coming back to. I switched dentist and have absolute no regrets. I had another teeth extracted two days ago and the recovery has been far better. In the interest of fairness, iDental took four teeth at once and the new place (wisnova) only took one but I believe the results speak for themselves. Side note , wisnova had a long wait time as well (maybe that’s just all dentists? I don’t like that but at least they were professional and my recovery is going very smooth)

Positive experience: They do great work but having to wait 20-30 mins to be called back and then wait another 20-30 minutes after the appointment to checkout is wild. Every time I come here I spend more time in the waiting room than the actual appointment.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best experience I’ve had with iDental. I had a tooth pulled a few months ago and he walked me thru the process of what he was doing (I did wait longer which made the extraction a bit difficult). I don’t have the greatest set of teeth due to genetics and 2 pregnancies that just annihilated them. I went back today for some fillings and once again he did a GREAT job. Everyone is very welcoming and very professional. I will be going back for more work!!

Fantastic experience: Updating my review since I had some minor dental surgery this past Friday. This time I saw Dr. Linstroth. As usual, he and the staff were absolutely wonderful. I had some questions & he took the time to answer and explain everything. After my procedure, I wasn’t able to talk, but Tammy at the front desk took care of me. Again, very kind and very helpful and she got me set up for my follow up. I have already recommended idental to my friends and family, and I’ll continue to do so. The entire staff are compassionate & kind and extremely professional. I always have anxiety going to the dentist, but they make you feel so welcomed. Dr. Patel takes time to explain everything and answer all your questions. I’m so happy with the work she’s done and I’ll definitely refer my family & friends!

Fantastic experience: The Staff is Pleasant and The dental hygienist did an extraordinary job on my teeth cleaning! I love them. They make sure you’re comfortable. Tammy and the dental hygienist and the dentist were great. The dentist even made extra time to give me a temp filling despite his busy schedule. I love them they make going to the dentist pleasant!

Negative experience: They never answer the phone and if they do answer the phone they disconnect quickly. I currently reside in Racine so yes I’m talking about the Idental that’s on south Greenbay road I’ve been trying to speak with a representative for almost a month. This is ridiculous considering I’ve also left messages stating to give me a call back.

Negative experience: I have waited a year and a half to bring my almost 3 year old to see a dentist and I finally found this place. We drove 40 minutes and were there for 20 minutes before they told us that we need to find somewhere else because my son was “too scared.” I let them know it was his first ever visit, he did great as they brushed his teeth and even liked the suction. The doctor that came in never introduced himself, so I can’t even name him. He looked like a redhead with a real bad attitude. He audibly sighed when he saw my son, stood over him for 3 minutes telling him to open his mouth, then told us to find a pediatric dentist and left because my son didn’t know what he was doing and was a little nervous. I have never been met with such disrespect from a medical personal in my life. Please don’t take young kids here, they visibly dislike them.

Fantastic experience: Very grateful for quick appointment and same day repair of my cavity and not being talked down to and fair pricing. I would like to add a shout out to the front desk staff, particularly Tammy, who straightened out a situation where another staffer confused my issue.

Fantastic experience: The ortho assistant Carmen is so good at her job and is so kind, we really appreciate her. Dr. McCoy the orthodontist is filling in for our orthodontist on leave. He has been so great at his job and I can see that he really cares about his patients receiving the best ortho treatment possible. Fantastic experience: I'm extremely happy with iDental. Brooke the hygienist is awesome. Took the extra time with my adult autistic child. Made sure all his x-rays were done right and his teeth cleaned and sealed. Dr. Nelson was great with the fillings. Office ran on time. Front desk was great with check in, billing, and follow up appointment. Very clean office with lots of parking in rear.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is WOW!!! I was dealing with a different dental office (Dental 360 (Kenosha, BEWARE!) And after 5 full months of going there trying to get my upper dentures (I wear a full upper denture and a tooth was missing up front *I'm young and this was highly embarrassing*) I went in to FINALLY pick up my finished dentures and Dental 360 told me we had to start all over! I kindly told them no, we don't have to start all over and bowed out. I went home and did some research and found iDental and they got me the very next day! The staff from reception to the dental hygienist to the dentist himself were all so kind and professional. Their denture lab is in house and they made a new tooth for my dentures in 30 minutes so I don't look like a goof ball while we work on my new pair! I was in and out in an hour. I will forever recommend this dental office and couldn't be anymore grateful. I wish I had known about them sooner! Thank you iDental! ^_^

Fantastic experience: I needed to get an appointment for tooth extraction. I was in a lot of pain. Tammy worked behind the scenes to make this happen. She got me an appointment ASAP. Negative experience: I do not recommend this facility. I am a veteran of the USAF and came here for an exam. I did not receive a full exam. I was not told directly I need a root canal but first heard the Dr. Saying out loud " She's gonna need a root canal " to his staff as he walked towards the exam room. I was referred out to True dental in Milwaukee who are VERY NICE! Both True dental and I requested radiographs sent for my appointment and idental did not send them. I had to call again while in the chair at True dental in order to get them. I returned to I dental yesterday for my scheduled cleaning at 9am and after being checked in was approached by receptionist and told they were going to TRY to get me in but I would not get a cleaning today because they are too busy and I need a full exam. Apparently the dentist who originally saw me only gave me a mini exam ‍♀️. I complained this is very inconvenient for people in general to organize around their schedule and then have to come back. Please bare in mind I just had Two trips to Milwaukee at True dental. The receptionist went back to speak to the hygienist and I could hear frustrated unfriendly mumbling from the hygienist. Clearly she was stressed. I asked the receptionist, did your facility make an error in scheduling or with your protocol in taking care of me? The receptionist replied no (hanging her head and not making eye contact) and told me...they are trying something new with mini and full exams. I told her I understand this is not your fault but.. please pass on for customer feedback, it's not working!! The receptionist was in an impossible position and her company should take better care of her. She asked me to come back at 1:15 same day. I later canceled the 1:15pm and found another dentist. From this I can only gather they have poor communication and follow up for requesting records, scheduling appointments with understanding if a dentist is available. Training staff in their protocol dentist examination of a patient before a cleaning can proceed ‍♀️.Dentist was a little poor with his deliverance of needing a root canal announcement down the hallway into exam room. I assumed he was rushed. One should speak directly to the patient. I would say if you don't mind being moved through the hustle and bustle of their unorganized day with unhappy front desk staff, the understanding you may have multiple trips and impersonal care, this place is for you. Update... today I arrived at 360 dental and they were a complete 360. I highly recommend them. They are in Kenosha so they would have been able to take care of my root canal and crown that Idental sent me all the way to Milwaukee to have done. Another example of poor patient care.

She made me feel Important and she Listened to me. Also, ANNA, the Technician show Concerned for me as well. She too, was so Polite and Patient with me. Fantastic experience: My daughter had an abstract tooth removed today. The dentist assistant was so kind to her, making sure she was comfortable. DDS Nelson is always just wonderful. He's so gentle and just has a calming aura that takes dental anxiety away. Tammy was our receptionist, who I have always appreciated. She is always helpful finding appointments that fit my work schedule. Today she went above and beyond by letting my daughter pick out a stuff animal keychain because ahe knew her mouth was going to hurt after the anesthesia wore off. I drive 40 minutes to I-Dental just because of the wonderful staff that works here. Thank you

Negative experience: If you're expecting a dental exam with cleaning during the same appointment, then don't go here. I scheduled a routine dental exam with the expectation of a dental cleaning during the appointment (which is standard with routine dental exams). I was on PTO for this appointment too. I was only able to get my dental exam. They said that I have to reschedule my dental cleaning for a different day (now I have to readjust my work schedule) because they didn't have any dental hygienists available to do the dental cleaning. Very unprofessional. It would have been nice to know in advance that the dental cleaning would not be done during the same time as my dental exam

Fantastic experience: My wife found this place after a very long road of terrible dental service from various other places. The worst being Sweet Smiles. ( see there page for further details). She has some challenges that sometimes make her a difficult patient to work with. The staff at IDental are the absolute best. They handled every part of the process with kindness and an amazing level of care not found in most services. The doctors are great. Very patient and willing to listen. They addressed all of her concerns and went above and beyond to make sure she felt in control of the process, which by the time we got here, she felt she had none. The doctors that made and fitted her plates did an incredible job. They look so real and natural, you'd never guess they were not her own teeth. The rest of the staff were also very professional but human. They made sure all the paperwork was done on time and worked with our insurances to get her everything she needed. I want to thank each and every person involved in the process very much. This has been a long time and I really wish we would have come there first. To anyone looking for quality dental service from a great staff, this is it. They are the standard all other offices should try to follow.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I am terrified of the dentist. I was well overdue to get my teeth taken care of and I'm so extremely happy that I found iDental! The receptionists are so helpful, specifically Cristina regarding my most recent visit. Cristina went above and beyond to budge my appointment for my work needs. I've had the pleasure of meeting Jen who did an exceptional job on cleaning my overworked gums. Jen is so friendly and gentle. She made me so comfortable while in her care.
