Fantastic experience: Wisdom tooth removal #16 First tooth removal. Super friendly, everything went perfect honestly. Hearing the bone cracking scared me a little ngl, but no pain, just pressure. 10/10 would try again

From the moment you walk in, the staff always greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. The entire team is kind, professional, and very attentive. The office itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, which makes visits so much easier. They explain everything clearly and never rush through appointments, which makes me feel confident and informed about my dental care. I really appreciate how gentle they are during cleanings and procedures—there’s always a focus on making sure you’re comfortable. Scheduling is simple, and they’re very respectful of your time—I’ve never had to wait long. On top of that, they’re great about answering questions, helping with insurance, and making the whole process smooth. I’ve always felt that going to the dentist could be stressful, but here it feels different. I truly feel cared for as a patient, not just another appointment on the calendar. Fantastic experience: My favorite place! They are so welcoming and personable. I have only ever had a positive experience here. Malayna and James were absolutely wonderful! Malayna was sure to answer all of my questions and assisted with my care in a thorough manner. James took the time to talk with me about my teeth and explain anatomy along with listening to me between cleaning pauses. The staff is amazing and they work perfectly together. Thank you! Fantastic experience: I had my first visit today, and I was very impressed! Today was just the consultation with the doctor and hygienist, but everyone was VERY friendly, everyone introduced themselves, had a smile on their face, and addressed me by name. I haven’t had an experience like this in any sort of medical office in a long time. Very refreshing! You can tell everyone is happy to be there…they are invested in what you have to say and are dedicated to keeping you comfortable and happy. Looking forward to future visits!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience being that I haven’t been to the dentist in years! I received a really good cleaning. I think her name was Susan. She was very gentle and thorough. I’m scheduled to come back to have all my wisdoms removed. They were very thorough with helping me to understand the process. Update 3 appointments later and they’re still great. I had a cleaning yesterday and I appreciate my hygienist for being stern and serious with me about flossing.

Fantastic experience: I ignored my dental health for years and had to get a deep cleaning. Boy did that suck. But this place was super helpful and friendly. I couldn't recommend them more. I am so thankful that I found North Oaks Dental because I know I'm in great hands when I go there and I have been telling other people about the wonderful service and the caring staff there.

She was very gentle and informative. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and truly showed care in her work. Positive experience: I was looking for a new dentist because great expression was garbage. On my first visit here, I had a very positive experience so, far. The staff was the best!!!!! They even accommodated my services dog, so that she wouldn't sit in a hot truck while waiting for me. Now that's some cool stuff!

Fantastic experience: By far the most impressive dental place I have ever been to! Service there was exquisite. Very friendly staff when you walk in and greet you with a smile. Very professional setting. And last few times I have been there have I never have had to wait to be seated in comparison to other places. Reagan the Hygiene assistant was super nice and showed me to the room where where I was welcomed by Gina the dental hygienist. Gina was phenomenal and it’s almost like she doesn’t take what she does as a job but something she loves to do. She kept a conversation going and did not make the interaction boring which is important in this industry. Would definitely recommend going here.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 dental experience, coming from someone who has insanely sensitive teeth/gums, and has compared getting dental cleanings to “‘Victorian era torture”. They’ve come up with a plan to both give me a thorough (and, much needed) dental cleaning while I’m getting an insanely impacted wisdom tooth taken out, all under sedation, so I won’t have to feel half the pain I would typically feel during a cleaning. All at an insanely modest price (given you have insurance); I was blown away in a good way when I was told what the price would be for all of those services to be done same day. Every single person I encountered during my visit, from the doctor himself (who made me feel the most comfortable any male doctor has ever made me feel) to the radiant assistants who would check in with me every 10 seconds (I swear) to make sure I wasn’t in any pain. For painless dentistry, I 100% recommend north oaks. I will be a lifelong patient.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say thank you to the sweet receptionists! I have struggled with some anxiety after bad experiences at the dentist in the past, and was emotional on the phone setting up my appointment. Both woman i spoke to on the phone were kind, helpful, and made me feel comfortable even though its been a few years since I have been able to make it to the dentist. After learning they didn't accept my insurance, they were able to set me up at their other location that did. Appreciate your kindness and how helpful you were, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I visited this office today due to recently increasing pain and swelling of a cheek. I came as a visitor from abroad and no resident. I have never been there before. I could come soon right after calling for an emergency date and even I had no regular appointment I had not to wait for too long. Everybody was absolutely friendly, the whole session appeared very professional. Dr. Alvin Daboul and his medical and paramedical team that cared for me was very friendly and competent. As a conclusion I was very pleased to have been there today and know what I am talking about because i have been a physician and medical specialist for 45 years now.

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin I visited multiple doctors to fix my teeth, but none of them seemed to truly understand or resolve the issue. It left me devastated. I stopped smiling, avoided pictures, and felt incredibly self conscious, even at family gatherings or at work. My job involves making videos and marketing content, and I completely withdrew from that part of my career. Then came Dr. Hotait, truly a lifesaver. He didn’t just fix my teeth, he transformed my confidence and how I feel about myself. From the very first appointment, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They're responsible for building my confidence by giving me a "perfect smile". After many years of orthodontics, and a double jaw surgery. They were right there with me on the journey. Positive experience: Everyone was so lovely there. We did not have to wait, we came right back. The hygienist was extremely professional and took time to educate my son on his better brushing and flossing habits. He was in love with the dental assistance, especially the one with blonde hair, who also had braces and showed him how to floss his. He asked me to leave him there with her I would definitely recommend coming here. It runs like a well oiled machine.

Fantastic experience: When I was in dire need I made the call, I was even more nervous when I was told to come in immediately! The issues I had were explained well and I was given many alternatives to choose from. Once I had made up my mind to get an upper denture and implants below Dr. Daboul and his staff got to work on me right away. I continued to feel more at ease each visit. Unfortunately Dr. Daboul had sustained an ankle injury and I was given over to Dr. Hotait and Jill. The care and skill was practically identical and now I am proud to smile everywhere I go. Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my sons since they were 7 and now they’re teenagers. I finally came in to get my assessment for my teeth thinking I was going to get the worst news! Boy was I wrong! I had the best support system there has ever been, Reagan started me off with all the scans and xrays and I have to tell you she was literally holding my hand through each step. Then I have to tell you guys about Gina Elia the hygienist! This girl’s contagious smile and positive spirit that literally caught my heart and attention. She listened about my fears and what was bothering me about my smile. She right away called in one of the many amazing dentists in that office and he literally was sooooo nice and laid back and made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. I felt no criticism, no judgement, no disrespect. They made me feel like they actually wanted to help me and did just that. I’m blown away at how contagious the positivity was throughout the office. Malayna was very sweet and talked me through the whole process. Gina was the best person I have had clean my teeth. She talked to me through the whole thing and helped ease my fears about my upcoming wisdom teeth removal. I am actually excited to go back in September!

Fantastic experience: I would give them a hundred stars if I could. I’m nervous about dental work (like lots of people) and neglected going for many years. I’m so glad I found this place! They’re lovely on the phone, and everyone was just as welcoming in person. Everyone genuinely seems to enjoy working here! No scolding or shaming either. I got some work done the same day, and it was completely painless (previously I didn’t get numb enough at two different offices). If you’re afraid of dental appointments- please stop avoiding it and make an appointment here. I wish I had sooner. Thanks everybody, and shout out to Dr. Micheal, he was awesome. Fantastic experience: Just had my first round of X-rays and cleaning at North Oaks Dental and I’ve found my dentist. State of the art scanning / imagery and really friendly staff at every level. Daleana gave a really thorough cleaning and was super knowledgeable about gum health and teeth-whitening products. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: North Oaks Dental is great! I originally came in for an emergency visit in November 2024 after not having a dentist for years. I was greeted with kind and nonjudgmental people to get the help I needed. I was seen by Dr. Karmo and Kristine. Since then I’ve been getting more needed work done by them. They both are amazing and work very well together. I appreciate that Dr. Karmo talks through the procedures and explains what he’ll be doing, as well as stopping mid way to check in and say how it’s going. He does the best for his patient and always keeps their best interest in mind. Kristine is awesome and helps keep the anxiety at bay. She has amazing bedside manner and always checks in with you. I appreciate the conversations with her. She makes the experience a whole lot lighter and makes it a welcoming visit! Everyone at this practice is very kind and welcoming. They have helped get me back on track and I will gladly continue to come here for all future work with such amazing and experienced people.

Fantastic experience: Before coming to my dental appointment, I've heard a lot about Gina & Malayna. BOTH WERE VERY EXCITING TO BE AROUND & made my teeth appointment enjoyable! If taking advice from strangers is something you don't mind doing, then I would advise you to ask for those two when coming in to get your teeth cleaned! Just a heads up, expect funny conversations and big smiles :) .
