Day & Night Family Dental: Reviews
Negative experience: Website is misleading and full of lies. The website says they do extractions and they don't. They told me I had to go someplace else for one
Negative experience: My fiancee walked in with a state non expired ID and office manager woman refused to let him be seen with an emergency broken tooth!!!!! Bad business!! Every dentist we have spoked to already said this is weird they should have accepted it!!!? I'm calling the state!!
Negative experience: I went into this clinic at 0755 as a dental emergency. My face was swollen and i was having problems seeing out my right eye. Upon getting there I filled out paperwork work I took my blood pressure and was supposed to sit in the lobby until my name was called. Well 2 hours go by asleep in my chair and someone calls my name telling me that they were waiting on my insurance company to fax them a list of my coverage. So I go back to the waiting room patiently waiting on the fax to come through Then I was called up again a short time later and the lady at the front desk being very a rude way said that my insurance website was down and that was the only way they could verify my insurance. And I quote " you can either pay out of pocket or wait until the website comes back up or we can schedule another time for you to come in." I said I would wait considering it was an emergency situation. Then while I was waiting some more I couldn't stand it anymore and called my insurance company. I had to call one number then I had to call another number took me maybe 20 minutes. My insurance representative ask if she she could speak to someone in the insurance department. Well I went up to the front desk and the lady at the front desk first ignored me then I keep asking mam I have my insurance company on the phone can you please let her speak with the insurance lady please mam please mam and she acted like that wasn't an option and then maybe after the 4th time I asked her she went and got the lady from the insurance department. So I was called back to the back desk and the lady that deals with Insurance came up still with kinda the same attitude as the lady at the front desk and then while I was trying to explain to the lady from the insurance department that I had my insurance company on the phone and she could verify my information the lady at the front desk butted I to our conversation saying to her I told him the only way to verify his insurance was from the website. Now the whole time my insurance representative assured me that she would be able to give them enough information to verify my insurance but seemed like nobody was wanting to hear it. Then the insurance lady said well I can't guarantee thats an a I surance company I didn't call them I have no way of knowing. So my representative asked if she could call them from a number they could verify as Delta insurance company. They were apprehensive about it but she agreed. Then I was directed back to the waiting room because I was in tears and they felt like it was an issue that I was talking to a really nice understanding lady that works behind the front desk. Anyways 5 minutes later all of them were being really nice to me saying we were able to verify your insurance and that I would be the next emergency case called back. God how many people came into there as a walk in idk. But I was called back and the dental assistants and the doctors were the best. Had a severe infection and needed to get three teeth pulled. like I said 5 stars to the dentist and there assistants. They were the best the most pain I had was dealing with the lady's at the front desk, not the one that sits in the desk behind the front desk 5 stars and kudos to her, because if not for her effort I would have felt a lot worse about the experience. Thank you to the dentist and the lady that was helping behind the front desk But as far as the people at the front desk and in with the insurance lady, I'd probably never ever ever go there ever again. SPECIAL THANKS TO THE LADY AT THAT BACK DESK BEHIND THE DOOR THE DENTAL ASSISTANT AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE DENTIST WHICH TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM THANK YOU LOVE YOU
Negative experience: The worst experience I ever had getting a tooth pulled in. My life was not Medicaid enough in the dentist did not listen when I said I was in pain and still continue to do the job. I will definitely be finding another dentist.
Negative experience: So, even though the appointment itself went well, I am less than happy with the staff for constantly referring to me as he/him/his. It really is demoralizing after all the work I’ve put into my transition and it’s highly agitating my already suicidal tendencies. Both times they even asked what my preferred name is, only to call me by my deadname each time. I’m so sick of it. Why even bother at this point? I made a future appointment but I don’t know if I will keep it. Hell, I’m not sure I’ll be around by that date. Respect goes a long way and it is sorely lacking here when it comes to transgender clients. That alone will make the score of any review be very low. I do not recommend this place to other transgender people. Find another dentist and one who respects LGBTQ people, because you won’t find it here. At all!
Negative experience: Sat in the waiting room for over 4 hours just to be rushed by a dentist with a needle in his hand telling me to hurry up because he doesn’t have all day aka a minute to let me gather my nerves. Nobody is going to feel at ease when the interaction feels rushed and hurried upon entering the room. I get that it’s an emergency clinic and understaffed but kindness and grace goes a long way
Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience, very professional hygienist Elannie. Will definitely return for dental procedures.
Fantastic experience: Very professional and everything was timely manner. Facility is very clean and neat. I would recommend Day & Night to anyone needing dental work.
Fantastic experience: Day and Night Dental was a great experience it was quick and easy. The Dentist was very professional, and he did a great job.
Fantastic experience: I had a awesome experience getting a bad tooth out , Thank you to Dr.Millar and Keilly sorry if i spelled your name wrong , You guys are the best ❤️
Negative experience: I haven’t been there in years but never had an issue when I was a regular patient but today’s experience was by far the worse experience I ever had. The support staff was good but that Dr. was horrible. I just read a review of a woman who had the same experience I had and I wish I would’ve seen it prior to returning today. I got an x-ray and when the Dr came to look at it and my teeth he said something to the assistant and walked away. I did not find out what he was going to do about my toothache until the woman came to show me the plans and the price for an extraction I was not prepared for. Never even mentioned the broken tooth I thought I was there for. I was pissed but decided to go through with it because of the pain it was causing. I was given the numbing and after some time a different assistant came to ask if I feel the numbing in my lips. I said no but the Dr came to give me another shot and immediately attempted to pull the tooth. When I said it was too painful he just simply stopped (even after pulling it a little) and said he was referring me out and I had to make an appointment with a surgeon and just left. I totally felt his coldness and felt rushed out. I was so damn pissed I couldn’t act out. I will NEVER return or recommend no one there.
Fantastic experience: Quick service, very polite front desk, nurses, and dentist. No rough stuff!! Had 8 teeth removed in one day and didn't know how quickly they did it. Very, very grateful to the staff!!
Fantastic experience: Went for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised, the staff is super friendly, the waiting room has plenty of space and seating for everyone. The Dr was very sweet and she explained and went over the care plan with me making me a part of the process, which I appreciate. I will definitely be going back. Thank you for the services provided today.
Positive experience: Great customer service, friendly professionals and prompt service. My only complaint is they never answer the phone when needing to reschedule or ask questions.
Fantastic experience: Very clean! Very fast!! Amazing service 10/10. Doctor was very nice!!
Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly and they talked to you the whole time. They went over my treatment plan, pricing etc… I know now where to come… I was a walk in, with no appointment got in fast.. on a Saturday morning
Fantastic experience: walk in visiting town with tooth aech, had culprit extracted snd on my way in 2.25 hrs. staff friendly and professiosal
Negative experience: Dr Hall needs to be sued and fired he is ruthless he doesn't care about his patients he is always in a hurry he pulled my tooth before the medicine took effect do not go to this dentist he should lose his license.
Negative experience: Worst experience ever! The doctor didn’t even talk to us about my two sons teeth and the way they brushed my sons teeth like I’ve been doing the same shit at home a small tooth brush and small dab of toothpaste like really?! Never coming here again!!!!
Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dentist office. All personnel is professional. I was in and out within a couple of hrs without an appointment. Back molar broke. I am traveling through. I was looking for an Urgent care to get pain med. Then I looked for dentist near me. To my surprise this place is open on the weekends. Nice, clean and comfortable waiting room. Restrooms were clean. Excellent location!
Negative experience: They do not have sedation for oral surgery and Dr Hall needs to go back to school and learn hospitality! He is very rude to his patients even in the middle of an anxiety attack.
Negative experience: I’m a little peeved right now because I went in May to get work done all they did was X-rays and sent me out the door with a appointment for 6 months later for a deep cleaning only for me to arrive and they hadn’t even put in the paperwork for insurance approval and the girl assured me they would in MAY… I also had a cavity and they wouldn’t fill it today and told me to come back tomorrow to get it done and I’m literally like you can’t do 1 filling today I drove 45 minutes just to get X-rays again and be told now I have to wait until the end of January for my deep cleaning. I’m just over it at this point. Not cool at all if I had known that I would’ve just stayed home
Negative experience: Dr.Hall was extremely rough when he was pulling my tooth. Was literally drilling and breaking the tooth to pieces. It hurt extremely bad. Idk about going back.
Fantastic experience: The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Salony is super nice, he explained everything he was going to do step by step, then just like that he said he was done. 10/10 I highly recommend them to anyone
Positive experience: Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the back. I went as a walk in and was seen in a reasonable amount of time.
Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable and professional. Takes good care and explain everything to you so you can make a informed decision, recommend to many with the 7 day a week service.
Fantastic experience: Everyone was so professional. Everyone explained what was going to be done and what the patient has to do. I so thankful they gave my son his smile back. I'm pleased with everything they did.
Negative experience: Definitely would not recommend! Front desk employees are rude especially the young black female that wears glasses with the lifting lace front! The waiting area is dirty! Even with an appointment they make you wait as if your time is not valuable! When you get to the back you can overhear employees goofing around and playing like they are not in a professional environment but more like a playground! I should not hear what other patients got going on in their mouth, that’s a violation of hipaa, I think the problem with this business is that they don’t think no one will sue them! Never underestimate people especially me!!!!!!!!
Negative experience: This place needs some serious evaluation! Don't bother coming here if you are looking for an dentist that actually cares. I haven't been in several years but my normal dentist was unavailable for emergencies today, so I came here. I arrived unbeknownst to me that they were close 12 to 1 for lunch, I waited 20 mins then came back at 1. I was in so much pain, could barely open my mouth, face swollen, I need alot of work done due to pregnancy and dentist anxiety never have I been on drugs! I already had procedures done so I was talking Motrin 800 and Tylenol which did nothing for my severe pain, if it did I would of just waited to schedule an appointment with my regular dentist. The dentist who was cold came in for an millisecond checked my mouth and coldly walked out, I had already explained to the assistant that the meds I've been taking haven't helped and I've been up all night. After the cold dentist walked out, the assistant said he can't give you anything but antibiotics and Motrin 800 because management is "cracking down". I feel like I was prejudge due to me needing numerous procedures done on my mouth and that he could careless of how much pain I am in, then they tried to schedule me for an appointment a week away! This place is "allegedly" just a money grab to collect insurance money. Please look for other options so you don't have to endure the same experience, and this isn't my first experience, last time another dentist was rough through my whole ordeal. My friend who had an emergency a couple weeks ago came, got her tooth pulled and was giving more than Motrin because she was in severe pain also!
Fantastic experience: Everyone was friendly and very nice. I was in and out with no problems.
Negative experience: Staff were very unfriendly. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Their website lists Medicaid Accepted (I confirmed through NC Medicaid). They referred me to a low cost/free clinic that did not accept walk-ins or emergencies. They are definitely in it for the paycheck, not the patients. They turned me away with swollen jaw and excruciating tooth pain when I was insured and had co-pay ready.
Fantastic experience: First time patient, I had a great experience! Great doctors and great staff.
Fantastic experience: Courteous staff, and very good looking dentist and they explain every little detail to you
Fantastic experience: My experience with Night and Day Dental was awesome. Everyone was so nice and attentive and I really do appreciate their service. Great environment and that really makes a difference.
Negative experience: The way they treat you at this place is outrageous. They only attend to patients when they feel like it, and if you arrive 5 minutes late they cancel your appointment. But I've been waiting an hour and a half to be seen. It's disrespectful. And my daughter's doctor isn't here. They made me come early and couldn't even send a message saying he wasn't in. It's incredibly disrespectful.
Fantastic experience: As a disabled veteran, I was referred to Day & Night Dental through community care for x-rays and cleaning. I can see why they were highly recommended. From check in until the time I left, the staff I came in contact with were all friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to answer all of my questions. My wait was less than 10 minutes even though they had a fairly full lobby. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone seeking great care and an amazing staff!!
Negative experience: Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! Dr Hall is imo the worst dentist ever and does not care for his patients in the least. He was the most rude unprofessional dentist I have ever come up on. A week ago I went in to his office with a cracked tooth and tooth pain. He looked at it for 2 seconds tells the assistant we're going to pull it then walks out the assistant sends me to the waiting area calls me up to sign a treat form then walks away not saying a word then I scheduled they got me a week out so I was in so much pain and they did not give discharge info or anything. So I was in excruciating pain for a week I made a not great review of my experience this far. I deleted it soon after thinking well I'll see. So I show up for the appt today to get it pulled and he tells me well I'm not going to do it I'm sending you to an oral surgeon and walks out again. The oral surgeon booked me 2 months out! I feel Dr Hall did this on purpose because of the review and he seemed to get a kick out of it. I am filing a complaint with my insurance and with the dental board.
Fantastic experience: Hands down one of the best dentists I’ve been to. How Lucky you will be if you get the nurse by the name of Rosi she made me feel so comfortable and at ease during my whole appointment recommend the dentist 10 out of 10
Fantastic experience: Came in with a tooth ache & left with a SOLVED tooth ache. Emergency walk ins often get looked over, but NOT HERE THEY DONT. I had the option to not get it pulled today. They let ME choose. Love them. Loved my doctor. They are 100% worth the wait and worth the drive. 10/10 would recommend.
Positive experience: My experience with Dr. Salony and his assistant Kelly today was amazing. Even Kemani the billing specialist was grand. But the rest of the staff that I encountered was awful. Anytime I call morning, noon or night; NO ONE ANSWERS the phone. Only to be greeted at check in with not so friendly face. I’m debating on going back to get the work done; having to deal with that customer service almost seem worth it once you get to the back♀️♀️
Negative experience: Avoid this place like the plague! Front desk staff is very rude, they violate hipaa practices bad, no other patients should be hearing about another patients diagnosis or past due balances! Definitely won’t recommend
Fantastic experience: I had a molar break while traveling overseas. I came to Day & Night expecting that they would pull the toothout and try to sell implants. Dr. Randall evaluated the situation, told me he could save the tooth. I walked out 1 hour later with no pain, and excellent new filling and respect for caring and compassionate professionals.
Fantastic experience: Had a very pleasant visit. The staff was very helpful and courteous..Thanks so much for making me feel comfortable during my anxiety..
Fantastic experience: They did great. Especially how deep my roots are in my mouth and curved. Thanks
Fantastic experience: I did a emergency walk in today and the longest part was just waiting to be seen. I was in and out once I got to the back. I had to get my tooth pulled, can't remember the lady name but she was awesome she walked through it from start to finish on what to expect. I was nervous but she was so fast it took less than 20 mins felt like. Thank you Day & Night Dental for seeing me everyone was nice and friendly as well. Will be going back in two weeks for my fill in. Y'all saved my life today I was in pain before walking in.
Fantastic experience: Great service caring and compassionate staff, I had to wait about 2 hours but that's because I was a walk in, appointments came first as I was not an emergency case
Negative experience: Was extremely rude to me and my mother. Threatened to call the authorities all because I asked to speak to the doctor to get a better understanding of my treatment. Lied about what services I needed so that they can charge me extra money for a service I did not need. They are very greedy and do not care for the wellbeing of the patients. Beware.
Fantastic experience: Fast and really friendly. Kelly and Dr. Randleman both did an amazing job.
Positive experience: My experience here was great. I went to the office as a walk in. So I knew I’d have to wait a bit. Which was understandable. The ladies at the front desk were nice and very polite and patient. The Dr. and head hygienist were extremely nice and made me as comfortable as possible. I’d definitely go back.
Negative experience: Came in for 2 fillings on the weekend. The day after the procedure, I was having pain and called to let them know something wasn’t right. The only thing that was offered was to come in as a walk in, there was no sense of urgency on their part given that something was possibly done wrong the day before and I had to wait to be seen.
Fantastic experience: Dr S Anderson and assistant Cody was phenomenal today. I came in with pain and needed 7 extractions. They went to work with such compassion and care. My teeth were stubborn and Dr Anderson worked up a sweat, but he got them out and I am forever grateful! Now the healing begins. I was in pain over 30 days trying to find someone to get these teeth out. So worth the 2 hour drive! Thank you so much!!!
Negative experience: If I could leave 0 stars I would I have had multiple dental procedures done with plenty other dentists/offices I have never had a worse experience I only came here bc this was the only dentist is the area that would take out 2 teeth with my insurance I will never come here again at first it was going great until they put the Novocaine in and said I'll be back in 10 minutes. It was a lot longer then 10 minutes and they when my dentist came in he had a different dental assistance and he started poking around and pushed my gums back everything was going good until he pulled out another tool to use and it looked like a actual screwdriver and he poked one time and pain ran throw my face my mom was holding my leg at the end of the table and I didn't know how to tell anyone it was hurting bc I lifted my left arm to get them to stop and they didn't so I shook my leg to get my mom's attention and he yelled don't move witch I understand but at the same time he didnt give my any way to tell him it was excruciating pain so they finally realized I was it pain the dentist Dr.Hall got up ripped his headlamp off and walked out of the room without saying anything and seamed upset that he did something wrong. Because when they use three vials of Novocaine and it still hurts clearly they did something wrong. IN CONCLUSION NEVER GO TO THIS DENTIST
Negative experience: HORRIBLE..Would NOT Recommend them to perform work on Anyone. ( A pic is worth a thousand words..) I hope this post saves someone else the b.s. i experienced..Was seen here yesterday..Front desk receptionist was nice at that point. However, the Dr. was very rude, no manners, no compassion at all. I've had extractions before, but this one was barbaric. I've had continous, excruciating pain in my gum, jaw and behind my ear since. Can hardly open my mouth So this evening I go back in to have it looked at..The front desk staff proceeds to tell me I can't be seen because my driver's license had just expired. I'm sorry, what? The same id that was presented and used yesterday when I was seen here..I wouldn't have needed to come back had the Dr. not butchered my mouth. So, reluctantly they agree for me to be seen..I got there at 6:25..there was only one other person in the lobby. I watched in agonizing pain as 6 people came in and was took to the back and finished..At 8:10 I asked for a refund for my co-pay and left. I will be seeing a legit dentist from now on..Day and Night Dental needs to be shut down..After reading some of these reviews, I see that shady business practices, malpractice and downright rudeness are just a few of the things they are known for..Day and Night Butcher's Market..
Negative experience: I wish I could leave no stars but I had to put one to get here. My daughter came her to have a tooth pulled and they broke the tooth off and told her they couldn't get the rest out and sent her on her way. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Do better!!!!!
Negative experience: I’ve been waiting to be seen for months even took off on the day I’m suppose to be seen and I get a call saying the person who was supposed to to be seeing me is not gonna be there and now I have to wait a few days to be seen but the day that I have now is such a inconvenience and if I can’t make it to this day their booked till April this is insane. Worst place to go I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. So annoying
Fantastic experience: I was in and out of there! They were very professional and very kind and nice to me my whole visit.. I went in there late last night at like 8:00 just about! Let me remind you I've never been seen here before this was an emergency I had to get my back teeth pulled out my back molar on my upper right side the tooth in front of my last one! I did have to fill it out a little bit of paperwork just basic information that talk literally a little over a minute.. anyway I went straight to the back after filling that out with them 15 minutes of being in the back they pulled my back molar out! All I thought was pressure I was numbed really good! They are really good dentist in there they know how to do their job
Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend to anybody whether it’s an emergency visit or not. It’s set up like an assembly line for patients to get in and out as fast as possible. Which still isn’t fast. Very disorganized and the staff is very unprofessional. The nurse even started prepping me for extraction and numbed the wrong side of my mouth. After extraction she rushed through about 10 minutes of information in about 30 seconds then rushed me out only to tell me to read the paperwork I was given if I had any questions. I’m giving two stars only because I got done what I needed the same day. They deserve half a star.
Negative experience: I don’t leave reviews. But this Office deserves the worst review I can truthfully give. I wishI could give kid than 1 star. Came on a weekend and the receptionist confirmed this was my first visit with them and said they wouldn’t have my insurance invitation on file and they couldn’t verify it until Monday. But to just fill out the paper and they will take care of it. They then asked for additional information about my insurance that was not asked on the questionnaire they gave me. Then after waiting for almost two hours, they said they couldn’t verify insurance on a weekend and they I had to pay for the treatment out of pocket and gave me the prices for X-rays and treatment. They simply told me that I was gonna have to pay at the beginning instead of saying that they will take care of it, and it wasn’t a problem, I would’ve left immediately. Completely unprofessional. When I asked the woman if the prices she was giving me included my insurance coverage or not, instead of answering my questions she gave me the company answer “ without being to verify your insurance information……” three times she says the same thing. Why couldn’t they tell me this when I walked in the door and not two hours later? Because they were hoping I was going to choose to still be seen and pay out of pocket. I would Not come back here if they were the only place within a two hour driving radius!
Fantastic experience: They were perfect. Very professional and clean. I was scared of dental problems of any kind. They made me feel comfortable and allowed my husband to be in the room during the procedure. I would recommend there service for anyone. I will be taking my family to their office. I really appreciate them.
Fantastic experience: We had a great experience at Day and Night Family Dental. From the moment we checked in to scheduling our next appointment, everything went smoothly. The provider was excellent during the dental checkup, and the hygienist did a wonderful job with the cleaning. We are so glad we chose this practice!
Negative experience: I liked the dentist I was seeing there but will Never step foot in there again!! I had a filling on Saturday, Sept 6, 2025. I was in more pain days following this filling than I was before. I called on Wednesday, Sept 10, 2025 and asked if I could come in as walk-in to have it looked at. I was told yes. I explained that it would be around 7pm before I could get there. The girl I talked to said that would fine. After driving over an hour to get there and arriving shortly after 7 pm, the girl at the desk refused for me to be seen. She said the dentist that night decided to stop seeing emergency patients early and there was nothing she could do. I told her I had called earlier in the day and then drove over an hour and she acted like she could care less. She then made me an appointment for Saturday, Sept 13, 2025. That is unacceptable!!! She didn't even bother to let someone know that I had called ahead before driving that far. I'm done with that place!! I found a dentist office that actually will see you when they say they will
Negative experience: My wife had to have some work done on multiple teeth. Doctors did great treated her with kindness, respect and monitored her pain. But the staff up front, they messed up her paperwork and had work done to teeth that shouldn't be. Then when we were told to come in that day to see her, they turned her around and said we're not seeing patients anymore today. Do not go here!
Fantastic experience: My first time visit here was great. I was glad the staff took care of my needs and the doctor as well. I am greatly thankful for all of what I needed today. I had a tooth pulled with no pain nor discomfort, again excellent work staff and doctor.
Negative experience: 1-Star Review for Day & Night Dental – Fayetteville, NC This place was a hot mess. The bathrooms were noticeably dirty, which is concerning in any healthcare setting. The staff were unprofessional and had an attitude. I sat in to be seen. It was taking so long that I made an appointment to come back and came to myself and realized I could be better serviced somewhere else. I would not recommend this location.
Fantastic experience: The wait time was reasonable for an emergency walk in. The staff was really nice, the one person I worked with was really great like she was amazing I wish I had remembered her name. The Doctor was exceptional the work he had done for me was amazing though it was a little pain at the end all was well. Thank you all
Positive experience: Ladies at the front knew their information and had an easy set up for me. First time and was an emergency walk in . Wait time was long, but I didn’t have an appointment like others so I wasn’t bothered by it. Once I did get called back the lady I had was awesome! Very kind and very empathetic. You could tell she enjoyed her job/people she worked with. I even had a little break down because of nerves and she made sure I was okay and made sure I was comfortable with what was needing to be done. I told her yes and signed forms. We talked about my kids a little (I think that was her window of easing my nerves for sure) . They got me numbed and her and the doctor came back. He was super nice and very encouraging as well as his medical assistant! Both were a great duo on working together! They all were laughing and cutting jokes and just having fun while also getting the job done! I will recommend folks to come here! Very pleasant workers today!
Negative experience: Can't be trusted with their price quotes. They will add charges to which I never heard of before....and they'll gouge your insurance too.
Fantastic experience: Crown came off. Need to get tooth pulled. Very impressed with staff and was out in 35 mins.
Fantastic experience: Excellent experience!!! I was a walk in patient , i arrived at 9:14am called to the back at 10am and was finish by 11am ! I had X-rays and a tooth removed! They were very patient and educated me on the process and procedure before starting !
Negative experience: I have been going to Day and Night Dental since 2021. On July 5th, I visited as a walk-in due to a severe toothache. Although I waited 3–4 hours to be seen, I understood since I didn’t have an appointment. When I was finally seen, the provider recommended an extraction. Because it was a Saturday and no insurance staff were available, I was told I needed to pay upfront. I was charged over $450 for X-rays and the extraction. After payment, the receptionist informed me that my account actually had a credit from 2021 of more than $300. Unfortunately, she said she only noticed this after running my card, and there was “nothing she could do.” Since then, I’ve repeatedly tried to get a refund. I’ve left several messages for Hervelda, the office manager, but have never received a call back. I did speak with Talaya from the business office, who was polite and explained that since my claim is still open, they cannot process the refund yet. While I understand that part, I still don’t understand why my 2021 credit wasn’t applied before charging me again.
Fantastic experience: I have never been so impressed with a dentist in my life. From the time I stepped in the door hurting with a toothache to the time I walked out of building with no pain anymore I could not have found a more courteous, patient with answering questions, efficient professional establishment. They treat you like no one else exist but you. Very personalized and they explain everything to you and make sure you understand what they're about to do and ask if you have any questions. I will go nowhere else. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart!
Fantastic experience: Today both of my kids went to the dentist for the first time and both of them had a wonderful experience. All of the staff and doctors are wonderful. My kids did not want to leave.
Fantastic experience: First time patient. Loved it. Very professional and knowledgeable. Works very well with insurance.
Fantastic experience: They were able to schedule my children immediately due a cancelation for the initial appointment. My eldest had to get his wisdom teeth pulled and they were able to get that done same day appointment, the extraction itself took less than 20 minutes but total process was an hour. They don't put you under but they numbed my eldest very well. No complaints, they will be my permanent dental office.
Negative experience: I was seen at the Fayetteville location a little over two months ago and paid out of pocket at the time of service because I was informed that insurance could not be verified on weekends. I was assured that my insurance would be verified the following Monday and that, once the claims were processed and paid, I would receive a refund from the dental office. According to my insurance company, the claims were paid on June 10, 2025. Since then, I have called the office on numerous occasions requesting to speak with the office manager, as I was told she is the only person who can issue refunds. Despite leaving multiple messages, I have not received any response or follow-up. If a patient owed a balance, the office would not hesitate to pursue payment, yet when a refund is owed, it appears acceptable to ignore calls and delay the process. This lack of communication and accountability is very concerning, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this dental office, especially to patients who may need to pay out of pocket.
Fantastic experience: Im changing my review because I had to go in the office this morning as an emergency walk in. Sunday August 17, 2025. I was in so much pain I was in years. I hadn't slept the previous night because of the pain. Dr. Miller was amazing, wonderful bedside manner and he cared. He recommended it have the tooth extracted which is exactly what I wanted. It took him probably 3 minutes to extract it. Was painless and stress free. Thank you so much Dr. Miller ♥️
Fantastic experience: I was in Fayetteville for a short trip when one of my molars chipped. Day & Night Dental is one of the few places open on the weekend and they take walk-ins for emergency care. I'm incredibly happy that my chipped tooth was quickly repaired. The dentist expertly fixed my tooth with minimal discomfort and his assistant made the intake process a breeze. Thank you!
Fantastic experience: Dr. Hall was very polite, explained things to me and was great at pulling teeth. Told me when I was going to fill pinch or pressure. I would recommend him strongly. Went back to Dr. Hall several times to be fit for dentures, he's so amazing, always ask me how I'm doing. Wish I had teeth myself so I can keep going to him. Best dentist I ever had. But will continue going to him for dentures alignment, he's wonderful
Fantastic experience: They were awesome, my assistant was a God send, thank you so much sweetie, my Doctor was amazing.
Fantastic experience: I'm happy to say that this company listens and works with me on everything. They take great consideration in what my concerns are. They treat me with respect. Thank you, Day and Night Family Dental
Fantastic experience: This was my first of many visits to this establishment. I was met with friendly staff, made to feel at ease and my appointment was on time. My technician Karen was wonderful. She walked me through the steps that were taken, and explained why. Everything went smoothly and her professionalism was top-notch.
Fantastic experience: May you be blessed to have Kelly as your hygienist. So caring, kind and concerned! Dr. Miller was also a very friendly guy. I did not have an emergency and they both took time to listen & develop a quick plan of treatment for me. I have been there in emergency situations with my husband & son. Both were treated quickly and emergencies were taken care of by very competent and caring staff. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
Fantastic experience: My Dr was the best! I was nervous and only got one wisdom tooth extracted but needed two. Once healed i will be going back. NO PAIN at all and surprisingly gentle. He made sure i was numbed up and his tech assistant was awesome as well! 1000/10
Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at this dentist office! I don’t currently have dental insurance, but they offer a membership plan that made everything really affordable and stress-free. It was such a relief to find an option that works for my budget without compromising on care. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team—Katie and Destiny—were so kind and welcoming. They answered all my questions and helped me feel at ease. Dr. Baker is amazing! Super gentle, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to explain everything. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients here. I’m so glad I found this place. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality dental care, especially if you don’t have insurance!
Negative experience: If it was not for the xray tech and the woman who ran the checkout desk ;I would say 0 stars . The dentist ruined any hopes or dreams that i had when he told me Yeah thats "about it , I mran you won't want to go out of the house with them . I would ONLY use them to eat ."That made me feel smaller than snall . I had recently told them my story and how I had gotten off methadone after 20 years. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MEDICATION , i tild them that getting my teeth fixed would help me get better employment and a love life. I would be able to smile again. I have been totally depressed since he told me i would be a toothless freak basically. I was already embarrassed and definitely needed the rest to come out even offered to pay some .I was hoping I was gonna get better news. Because I was want to start a new life. And I can't do it sick or with this smile. It's made my life miserable my teeth make me sick and I've told them. And I figured maybe I would get a better solution than just. You won't want to go out to the house with you. You're only gonna want to eat with them. Thanks
Positive experience: The emergency hours are between 8am-4pm. I came into the emergency section around 1pm, got signed in and everything by 1:30pm. I went in for emergency teeth removal (two molars) and was out by 3:30pm. They were extremely nice, extremely fast, and genuinely one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. They also made me a treatment plan right then and there with all of the associated costs.
Fantastic experience: I have had oral surgery here twice. It's a surgical treatment plan. And I have had an walk in emergency appointment as well. Dr Miller is my favorite dentist EVER. The care and attention he pays to you the patient is beyond the norm and Your comfort and what YOU want is the of the utmost importance to him. Monica is the best nurse ever. I have not had a bad experience here not once. However I did have to reschedule surgery in showed up for a surgical appointment a day and unbeknownst to me if your drivers license has expired you cannot participate in your appointment. I had never heard of anything like that and having been undergoing this surgical treatment plan and having Lupus , my driver license needing to be renewed was not first and foremost on my mind. Being a recurring patient, with follow up care and a surgery appointment , I did find it strange that the young girl at the desk wouldn't accept any other form of ID and basically canceled my surgery because my DL was expired. I wasn't driving during my appointment.but the girl was young and I hadn't seen her before so I figured that might have been part of the pr I blem.could not get an appointment for surgery for 2 more weeks and she again checked me in but she was rude again and seemed unhappy in her job. No one else at this office is EVER LIKE THAT. Ever.... doctors, nurses, adm I nistrative, radiologist, it doesn't matter no one else is ever that way. Everyone is helpful, caring, kind, knowledgeable, professional and I absolutely love the oral and dental care I receive here. I hope this young girl finds her way and realizes how lucky she is to work a place whereeveryone is always in a good mood because it is seldom ever that way.
Fantastic experience: I had to get a wisdom tooth pulled yesterday and was full of anxiety. The staff- extremely friendly and supportive, the lady that helped me was so reassuring and so helpful. Dr. Stephen Anderson was nothing less than perfect. He was so calm, patient AND KIND. He pulled my tooth right out without breaking my bone and I have been in zero pain since the tooth has been pulled out. Extra grateful for the two people (I wish I knew the lady’s name because she deserves a raise) that helped me yesterday, it was such a great experience. Definitely went above and beyond.
Fantastic experience: Expect a wait because this place stays busy. However, my experience working with Day & Night Family Dental has been great overall. Thank you for the lab techs and hygienist for helping me with all of my dental needs.
Fantastic experience: Day and Night is amazing I’m blessed to have seen Mr. Craig Miller for my extraction on my one tooth that was a Root Canal and / Crown I was in so much pain it was unbearable and being pregnant didn’t help . Mr Craig Miller was nice kind and friendly he also took his time out to explain the procedure and what was going on he was gentle and took his time and asked me was I okay through the whole process I truly believe GOD sent me this ANGEL FROM UP ABOVE if that tooth would have stayed in any longer I think I would be dead that’s how much pain and infection I was facing not to mention I had this tooth worked on by to other dental places and they did not do anything but try to keep saving it it was gone causing more pain and infection. I’m just Blessed I took my time to pray to God about this place and waited I went in as a walk in from the Nice German Lady at the front Side Desk that checks you in and do the payment she was also TOP Notch I didn’t get her name but she had blonde hair and was German so sweet I thank you hope you see my review between her and Mr. Miller those are the Best workers they have . I’m out of so so much Pain now and finally recovering and it’s only been 2 days from seeing Day and Night I finally can do my cleaning around the house and spend time with my kids and Husband and Work all because of Mr .Miller I’m so happy I got the tooth pulled wasn’t as much pain as I thought even getting it pulled I think he honestly loved his JOB and really loves what he does because the whole process was very easy for me not what I thought and I’m off to a speedy recovery Thank you Mr . Miller I hope you see this you have been a blessing and Thanks Day and Night Family Dental ❤️.
Negative experience: This place is horrible the wait times rather you have a appointment or not will not be honored, no sense of urgency to get patients in pain to the back, I witnessed quite a few patients today go up to the front desk to inquire about being seen, this place reminds me of cape fear valley aka Death Valley! The receptionists at the front desk are rude, catching attitudes like we ask them to work there! For those that don’t know the doctors go on a one hour lunch break so be prepared to sit even more! I’m just confused on why they schedule everyone at the same time and only see one person at a time
Positive experience: After reading reviews I was really scared of what I might be getting myself into. So far everything is ok. I did jump when Dr. Hall entered the room. He was ok got to point which was cool with me. I’m not afraid of the dentist. But them reviews had me scared
Fantastic experience: i had a great experience at {Day & Night Family Dental}.. so far so good.. {⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐}.. to be continued..
Fantastic experience: Literally the best. Dr. Hall is so fast and makes things painless. I can’t imagine going to another dentist.
Negative experience: THE WORSE DENTIST EVER ! On 7/2/2025 I took my 15 y/o grandson to have a tooth extracted. We were taken back by the assistant, sweet young lady. She could tell how nervous my grandson, she tried talking to him to make him feel comfortable; answered any questions he asked. Dr Hall walked in, I spoke, trying to make “small talk” as he prepared to work on my grandson’s mouth. I let the Dr know this is my grandson 1st extraction and he is alittle could he please numb him well. Dr numbed him walked away for a few minutes to give time for meds to work. Dr came back, when he began to pull my grandson began to lift his finger to indicate IT HURT. At that time, I asked the Dr to please give him more numbing meds… *you would have thought I called this man’s mom a bad name. The way he snatched that needle off the table and shoved it in my grandsons mouth. By this time I jumped up to rub my grandsons leg (to comfort him). The Dr began to pull on the tooth again WITHOUT giving the second dose to take effect, my grandson began to moan. The Dr put the instruments down, told his assistant “to refer out”. And walked out the room… NOT A SINGLE WORD TO ME!!! Dr Hall is very unprofessional. He should not be working with kids AT ALL! I got my grandson and we got the hell out of there. We get in the truck and my grandson looks at me and says “that Dr tried to kill me!” That broke my heart! This was a complete nightmare for my grandson. Dr Hall needs to go back to school and learn empathy, patience, bed-side manners, and communication with the parents/grandparents of the patients (don’t leave it to the assistant to try and clean up your RUDE BEHAVIOR!) Sad part, since our visit others have shared their horror story with me about Dr Hall!
Negative experience: THIS DR I BELIEVE HIS NAME IS DR HALL, IS UNPROFESSIONAL & THROWS TEMPER TANTRUMS...The nurse was shook nice & Imma get her name bc she deserves a medal...But this dr walks around like he's the ish...well I got newd for him...Im reporting him & I'm not gonna let this go...He sent me home without pulling my rotten tooth out bc I said ow...I hope something happens to him! But I will be finding a new dentist but plz don't use these pple ESPECIALLY IF UR MEDICAID! THEY TREAT PPLE DIFFERENTLY IF THEY HAVE MEDICAID!!DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!
Fantastic experience: Shout out to Dr. Miller and the Sunday crew for their stellar service!!! All the staff we interacted with were warmly receptive and adeptly responsive to my family’s needs. Day & Night have certainly changed my skewed perspective about trips to the dentist!!! Will definitely recommend!!!
Fantastic experience: Price was very reasonable considering how many teeth I needed to be pulled. Tae and Dr. were very knowledgeable and my procedure was virtually painless. I will be coming back to get 3 more pulled in the future. Thank you Day&Night♥️
Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for several years and I can't say enough about this business!! Never had a bad experience! From check in to see ya next time...they are awesome!! Thanks guys!!
Fantastic experience: My first visit. Great experience from checking in to seeing Dr. Miller. His assistant was very kind to me. My visit was an emergency and I was attended to promptly by the front desk and the dental team.
