Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment with Dr Hill whom I met for the first time. He explained thoroughly what the problem was and my options to resolve it. He was sensitive to my concerns. The other team members -Geneva, Ashley, and Liz -were also professional and personable.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend, very professional and thoughtful with their treatment. Did a great job with my cleaning and provided valuable feedback for ongoing maintenance and possible future procedures and issues.

Negative experience: Just had tooth extraction. And while they were very nice, numbing up was torture. She stabbed me over and over. Took forever to get my molar out. Told to take tylenol and ibuprofen together for any pain. Pain is excruciating. Husband called to tell them I was in severe pain. They refused to give me anything other than ibuprofen for pain. Stated my pain is from infection and once the amoxicillin gets into my system that I will feel better. Well thats just great but not for right now. Pain is 7 out of 10. My head is screaming in pain.. And as a nurse of 33 years I can say I do not recommend this place for my worst enemy much less my family . Cancel my future appointments. I know there is a war on prescription pills and such right now, I know the DEA and government is breathing down your necks but really you will leave a patient in terrible pain like this? Don't go here! Go to someone more compassionate. Im sure they will blow this off and claim im "drug seeking". I can assure you im not. I am pain relief seeking. I would have been happy if they called in a single dose only. I could at least then say that they care. But after all the trauma of the extraction to think that someone will have no pain or only mild pain is unrealistic. I hope that one day they will experience pain and have their wish for relief denied. If only briefly so they know what they put their patients through. Oh they talk about pain free treatments but they do not mean it. Had i known this ahead of time i would have never never never gone to them. So I hope that this helps someone else. I am going to have an awful time for the foreseeable future. Hopefully this saves someone else. Also they tell you to change your gauze every 20 minutes for 4 hours and give you a small bag with gauze in it. It literally has 5 small pieces of gauze in the bag. That is enough for 1 to 2 changes maybe. Ridiculous prices to be so cheap. Had to go buy gauze so I could actually follow the directions. Like I said dont bother going here. They just texted me back when I complained and told them to called my future appointment and told me they are a narcotic free facility. Lmao. A dentist. Where you go for pain relief? Omg. "Oh we are going to order you a mouthwash that will speed healing and give you 800mg ibuprofen." They already told me to take 600mg of ibuprofen. And a 500mg tylenol. That did nothing for the pain. This place! I'm going to go put some ice on my face now. I wish I could give them no stars.

She explained everything thoroughly and even when I got composite bonding towards the end she was extremely patient. And somebody like me … I’m super picky I’m honestly glad I chose Dr Siegel. I should know, I’ve been a dental patient for sixty years! I’ve seen and experienced a lot. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable, professional as well. They are the front line and last person to see the patient out. Very important and helpful in breaking down the information, scheduling and payment.

As someone with a huge fear of needles the staff was very patient and helpful as I sobbed like a baby they made sure to give me break and check in on how I was doing during the whole root canal process. I’ve experienced horrible dental work in the past where the dentist don’t care and this place is not like that at all! Fantastic experience: Had to find a new dentist after a few bad experiences with my old one. Lakeview Dental is amazing, and this is coming from someone who gets super anxious going to the dentist. The receptionists were great, my technician Natalie made me feel super comfortable and Dr. Chan was really nice and created a plan for my teeth. I’m so happy I found this place.

She was thorough, gentle, and truly caring throughout the entire visit. Beyond their clean and welcoming office, the staff's positive energy is remarkable. What truly sets them apart is their commitment to pain management; I've undergone several procedures in their Linwood office, without experiencing even the slightest discomfort. Dr. Seigal is by far the best dentist, (ever!) and I will continue to choose this office, regardless of the cost, as she is truly worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: A most pleasant experience from beginning to end. I was greeted and welcomed as a new patient. Little wait time. Treatment, questions, answers, alll were done well. Who likes a dentist visit? I did.

Negative experience: This is the most unprofessional office I have ever experienced. My daughter had a cavity filled. They submitted the claim in advance. Insurance paid and we were also charged in excess of the amount. I had to go in person to the office to seek the overpayment amount. Now I had a cleaning done at another office, they submitted the claim to insurance. The insurance claims that Dr. Chang was previously overpaid and has not returned the amount back to them. Therefore, they are holding that against us.

Fantastic experience: I had fillings fall out of my upper two front teeth. I was worried about how in the world could these two teeth ever be repaired. I was invisioning going without them the next (?) however many years. But, as I found out at Lakeview Dental Care of Linwood, Dr. "A" ( as he is called) knew exactly what to do. I left their office with my teeth beautifully repaired and me very happy. Thank you very much Dr. A and Lakeview Dental Care of Linwood.

Negative experience: The place to go if you want to end up with a root canal on the WRONG tooth, hospitalized TWICE, denial of wrongful practices even with factual evidence, tooth pulled, C Diff, severe mouth infection…need I go on? In September I had a small pimple like bump on my gums. I was out of town and my normal dentist wasn’t available so I came here. I’m usually weary of places that have all great reviews but this was the only place close by. I was told they couldn’t find anything on the X-ray but that they “might” see a crack in tooth 6 (the tooth that is right in front of your face). They said the bump was from a likely infection and tooth 6 needed a root canal asap. I came back a few days later and they performed the root canal. It was at that point everything went down hill. I was in zero pain prior to the root canal. After, I was in SEVERE pain that had me unable to eat or talk. Lakeview said they do not provide pain medication and I should take Tylenol. I went back to their office so they could make sure the infection wasn’t getting worse. They tried prescribing me an antibiotic I told them I was allergic to. Thankfully I caught their mistake and didn’t have it filled. They then told me the pain was neurological!! What?!? They said there was nothing they could do. I then went to a different dentist who actually specializes in root canal. They did a CBCT scan and said tooth 5 was actually cracked and unlike Lakeview, they had evidence on the scan. Another root canal was performed but this time thankfully the new dentist provided adequate pain relief. Over the next several weeks, tooth 6 (root canal by Lakeview) continued to cause SEVERE pain and it was decided by an oral surgeon that it needed to be PULLED. In effort to not drag this out…I have had infection after infection including CDiff, nearly sepsis, hospitalized twice, and more. All because a root canal was done on the WRONG tooth! I called Lakeview and showed them evidence from the endodontist that performed the root canal on tooth 5 and explained I was told by TWO doctors that Lakeview performed a root canal on the wrong tooth. Lakeview said they would “look into it” but in the end did NOTHING. So aside from the very serious infections, I have paid over 10k out of pocket. If there are any attorneys out there that feel like taking on a slam dunk case with factual evidence, please reach out. For everyone else, think twice before you go to this office!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Siegel and Genevieve were absolutely amazing. They made my experience very comfortable and they fixed all of my dental issues. Today was the first time I was ever at the office a brand new customer and they went above and beyond very very happy. Probably the best dentist in the South Jersey area. Everyone I know referred me to Lakewood in Lynnwood and they were right.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place! Broke my bridge this morning and called. I explained to Caroline that I had an important occasion the next night and she got me an appointment just a couple of hours later. My bridge was sent out for repair directly after my appointment and I’ll have it in the morning! What service! The dentist and the techs were soooo nice!!!

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit. I was surprised at how quickly I was able to book an appointment and how simple it was to do my new patient paperwork online, it was a breeze. Very pleasant office, you’re immediately welcomed with a hello and a smile. I arrived an hour early, I was ok with waiting, I hadn’t even gotten comfortable when I was called and taken right back. The assistant was very cordial, friendly and efficient. Dr. Seigel also very cordial and thorough. She made me feel at ease as she explained my upcoming procedure in detail and even gave me an alternative to general sedation to overcome my anxiety. I felt in good hands. I highly recommend this practice.

Sometimes, you go to a dentist and they can feel so judgmental and embarrassed of your oral situation but every single person I interacted with in the practice was an absolute pleasure. They worked with me to get the most out of my dental insurance, my FSA and got me in on the calendar in DAYS to get a root canal. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars because I would!

I couldn’t be happier to have found them. I relocated from northern New Jersey and have been really struggling about leaving our families longtime dentist and Lakeview not only checked all the boxes and more. The staff, nurses and dentists in Linwood make you feel like your welcome and are just as caring/invested in you and your dental care, as they are their own longtime clients. Fantastic experience: I've been here 2x for a cleaning. Kaylee has been my hygienist both times. She is extremely friendly and professional. I explained I was nervous and experience health anxiety and she was very accommodating the whole time I was in her chair. I feel comfortable coming here because of her. 3/12/24 - UPDATE - I had my first filling today by Dr.Cheng and Emilia. I was extremely nervous, anxious, emotional, because I never had a filling before and because I have health anxiety. I was definitely worked up; very high strung. The receptionists were so easy to talk to and compassionate. Dr.Cheng and Emilia were completely caring, calming, and understanding. It felt so good leaving knowing I didn't have a bad experience. Thank you so much for caring for your patients and taking the extra time an anxious patient like myself needs. It's highly appreciated! 10/15/24- 2nd Update - I had my second filling w/Dr.Cheng and Emilia. Of course, I was anxious and nervous yet again, but I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience. They take the time to address any concerns you might have. I highly recommend Lakeview Linwood to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Cheng today in the Linwood office. Both times that I have had appointments with him, I have noticed how gentle he is with my teeth and my mouth. It’s not that I have had a bad dental experience in the past but this Dr is outstanding when it comes to his gentle touch.

Positive experience: Nice office with very friendly young staff. From the front desk to the dental hygienist to the dentist herself, they were very helpful and friendly. I don’t love going to the dentist but they made me very at ease. They will cancel your appointment if you don’t reply to their text to confirm your appointment. I waited several months for my cleaning and then they cancelled it because I didn’t see a text to confirm. I only saw that my appointment was canceled when it was an hour before my appointment and I was on my way. I had filled out all the online paperwork that they emailed a few days prior to scheduled appointment. That should have been enough of a confirmation. Update: went to pick up a bite guard that they recommended I use for sleeping. Had it pre approved after getting a crown and the insurance statement I received said it would be fully covered. Office staff confirmed that it was fully covered when I got fitted for the bite guard two weeks ago. I go to check out today after picking it up and they tell me it’s $203 because I went over my allotted amount this year. They should be more transparent. It was never mentioned that this could be a possibility. If I would have been given this information, I would have gotten it in January when it would be fully covered. Pretty annoyed at how this happened with no warning even after being told it was covered completely by both my insurance company and their office staff. I will be calling the insurance company to make sure that was the situation.

Fantastic experience: After my dentist office closed I had to find a new dentist which ended up being an awful experience at a terrible practice. I was hesitant when looking for a new dentist but Lakeview was more than I hoped for. The best part was the staff. They are so nice, understanding, and welcoming (even of my fears). I am very busy and they did not waste anytime. I didn’t have to sit for a hour in the waiting area which as silly as it sounds, is very important to me. Thank you!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I never feel uncomfortable around Dr Hill. He was my dentist in cherry Hill in 2018. Today I walked in and got cleaning and Dr Hill as my dentist again Alicia at front desk was nice and helpful. Yami cleaned my teeth. I am no longer afraid of dentists since Dr Hill.

Negative experience: I needed a temporary acrylic cap for a premolar because mine broke. My dentist was closed for the weekend so I called Lakeview Dental. They were accommodating with getting me an appointment quickly. Thank you. The complaint is once they evaluated me and agreed I needed a new acrylic temp, they informed me the price was $200. Crazy! The office department proceeded to tell me that the materials were very expensive. Acrylic? You can get a set of acrylic nails for $60…. Come on. We can do better than gouging prices like that.

Fantastic experience: I was in town for a wedding and had incredible tooth pain. They were able to see me right away and help get me started on a root canal, alleviating as much pain as possible until I got back home to see my regular dentist. Very thankful!

Positive experience: Our experience at Lakeview has always been pleasant. There's hardly ever a wait and everyone is always pleasant. Our only concern is that there seems to be a high turnover of dentists every few years to the other offices.

Fantastic experience: I needed a crown and tooth removed and the team was terrific. From the scheduling to reception experience was excellent. Dr Chan and the assistant were professional, explaining the process in detail. Extract was painless and was completed in 45 minutes. I highly recommend Lakeview and Dr Chan.

Fantastic experience: Chloe was AMAZING!!! My anxiety is really bad when it comes to going to a dentist office. Chloe made me feel sooo comfortable during my whole visit. She reassured me that everything will be okay and that i was in great hands. She shared a small story with me that made me feel relax and it just made me feel like things can always be worse than what they are. The dr was really nice and front desk was also great! My over all experience today was amazing! The first time in 25 years i didn’t have a panic attack or anxiety attack during or after my visit! Over all the whole team was PHENOMENAL!!! Fantastic experience: Phenomenal establishment. My appointment was at 11:30. I showed up at 11:20 and was seen immediately. The hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I couldn’t say enough great things about this place.

Fantastic experience: Great experience overall as a first time client. All of the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Ahead of the appointment, scheduling over the phone is quick and easy. And filling out the necessary forms is very convenient through their organized system. During the appointment, they explained the procedure/s and available options clearly. They also handled well the insurance coverage, and are welcome to any questions you may have. After the appointment, they schedule you right away if you need to come back.

Positive experience: Everyone was very friendly. Short wait time. Office is very clean. My dental hygienist, Yami was wonderful. I have very sensitive teeth and she was very accommodating and patient with me. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the equipment in the room did not work, which actually worked in my favor since I prefer not to have the electronic tools used during my cleaning.

Fantastic experience: The whole office staff were pleasant and well organized. The were quick to help the patients and each other. The actual visit and interaction with the dental assistant and Doctor was excellent. Everything was explained and we made. Decisions based on all information from the exam. Additionally, the follow up and procedure was the same. Staff was great and the procedure went off without any issues and so far has worked out well.

Dr. Seigel is not only personable and patient but also makes you feel completely at ease. Most importantly, she excellent at her job. I'm so happy that I made the switch to Lakeview from my previous dental practice!

Positive experience: Beth was my hygienist today and the last time I was at Lakeview. Very professional and complemented me on my oral hygiene habits. I booked her for my next 6 months check up. Dr Chan was my dentist and I really liked him also. Best place for your dental needs

Fantastic experience: I was in from out of town and had a dental emergency. The staff was compassionate and understanding and got me in within hours. Although the news I got was not great I appreciated their kindness so much. I am waiting on my quote as I will likely use this practice for my long term care as I have a summer place in the area.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service!! Dr. Seigel and her assistant were amazing and made the experience so great. I felt no pain and was in amd out in a time frame that was better them expected. All the ladies up front welcome you with a smile and are very knowledgeable in their field. The bar is set high and I would recommend Lakeview to anyone and everyone! I cannot wait to go back.

Fantastic experience: I did not get the name of my hygienist but she has a very good hands. Very gentle in moving around the high pressure water pick and very thorough with the cleaning of my teeth.
