Negative experience: Very disappointed. I like Dr Dover however I recently took guardianship of my granddaughter and I was told he does not take AR kids insurance. I will now be looking for a new dentist for myself as I want to go to the same place I take her. I looked up online as to who dues take AR kids and it stated he does but when I called to set an appointment for her and the receptionist Jean said no they do not and she didn’t know why it says that online.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get in to have my teeth cleaned sooner than expected. Someone from the office called when there was a cancellation. They even took X-rays since I hadn't had any for awhile. The hygienist was through and pleasant. The doctor came in to meet me. We had recently moved into the area. Everyone was very nice. Fantastic experience: Dr. Dover is the best dentist! I had to have a tull pulled because it was causing so much pain. Dr. Dover pulled it and he was so gentle. It was a rough extraction and my tooth was being stubborn. My tooth didn't come out as easily as he thought it would. Dr. Dover gave me an extra numbing shot to make sure I felt no paint at all. He kept checking on me to make sure I was okay during the entire process. My jaw of course is pretty sore as expected but I can finally drink cold drinks without wanting to cry!

Fantastic experience: I've never been fond of dentists, but Dr. Hart and his associates are great. They make you feel comfortable right from the start. Dr. Hart carefully and thoroughly explains just what needs to be done.

The work stations even have tv's on the wall and ceiling. They turn the dreaded dental visit into something very bearable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Apparently I didn’t hit POST on my last visit, so here it is: Dr Dover and his assistant did a great job with my crown today. Everything went smooth removing my old crown and getting my temp in. Can’t wait to get the permanent crown in in a couple of weeks. As for today, 12/3, my visit was perfect. Just for a cleaning.

Fantastic experience: The team at Dover Family Dentistry are always very friendly and helpful, especially Stacey. I have never had a dentist be so gentle as Dr. Dover. He and his staff are very professional and I would highly recommend their services. Dr. Dover and his staff were very patient with my three year old that was also in attendance and is still learning social skills, even allowing him to pick a toy from the treasure chest for his good behavior. I highly recommend this dental clinic for the whole family!

Fantastic experience: My experiment with Dover Dental was A1 from the beginning. The teeth are exceptionally good. Also, they are the best fitting I’ve ever had and I could come home with them. I could never eat with the other teach and with these I could eat breakfast right away with no problems had them in the whole day and I had no no pain and stayed in with just a little bit of all the Denture powder.

Fantastic experience: I was racing my dog and we collided resulting with me faceplanting on our concrete driveway. Needless to say, my upper front teeth got whacked. We moved here recently and hadn't yet connected with a dental office. Upon recommendations from people at church, I called Dover Dental. When I explained what had happened, the nice lady on the phone (Jean) gave me some good first aid advice and was able to squeeze me in the very next day. I was seen promptly on time the next day. Dr. Dover answered all my questions and told me when to follow up if necessary. The office staff and assistants are super also. I can't thank them enough for the prompt and good care I received. They make you feel like family!

Fantastic experience: I broke/lost a crown on my front tooth on a Thursday night. I called Dr. Dovers office among a few other dental offices on Friday morning hoping to get in anywhere so I didn’t have to go toothless all weekend . Dr. Dover was the only one willing to squeeze me into his schedule, even though the office is only open until noon on Fridays. I’m so grateful that they went out of their way to accommodate me and take the time to create a temp for me the same day! The dental assistant was very pleasant, along with the rest of the staff, and Dr. Dover was great as usual!
