Fantastic experience: They were amazing with my elderly mom. Same day appointment and tooth extraction. We have found a new dental office!

Fantastic experience: The office staff and hygienist were very accommodating and helpful. The dentist had a great “chair side manner” and he was very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Dentist and hygienist were pleasant and efficient. Procedure for crown was as painless as it could be. Appreciate that. The only negative I want to state is a personal pet peeve. The cashier/clerk was. Hewing gum very loudly and was even having trouble answering my questions. I think if one. Absolutely must chew gum while talking with patients, it should be done more quietly.

Fantastic experience: The first visit did it for me I have to come back ,the front desk was awesome and as I was called to the back it got even better the staff was awesome the best place to go for Dental work love it.

Fantastic experience: This facility saw me. They saw the pain i was in from my infection and swiftly got me in to get help. The staff the dentist who helped me through one of the most painful moments of my life ill never forget. One thing that impacted me and made me feel safe and seen was when the dentist said "pain is unexceptable" when checking to see if i was numb and that meant the world to me. They continued to numb me until I felt no pain. They didn't just let me stay in pain. They were patient with me. And so kind. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have so much anxiety to the point of being in tears just sitting in the dentist chair and from the moment i went in the staff were all so warm and inviting i have to say Consuelo( hygenist) is so sweet she comforted me, wiped the tears flowing down my cheeks she was so gentle and sweet. That was just my consult I needed a filling removed and a cap for one of my molars, when I returned everyone was the same, they put the massage chair and offered noise canceling headphones to wear. Next thing I knew the Dentist Dr Taylor gave me the numbing shot and I felt no pain hardly felt anything at all i was shocked the rest was smooth as well i cant recommend them enough to anyone who fears being in a dentist chair. Thank you all for your kindness and care.

Negative experience: I called to find out how much it would be for X-rays without insurance, $79. I couldn't find out how much it would be to pull a tooth.

The treatment is phenomenal, and the people who work here are the nicest ever. I no longer fear going to the dentist. Update: I just got my snap-in denture today. I love it, and it is so comfortable. Dr. Taylor had me come in many times to ensure that the mold was perfect and the denture would fit well. Everyone is so nice and helpful. This is bar none, the best dental practice I've ever been to! Thank you, Forest Trail Dental Care! You guys are all awesome. 5-14-25 UPDATE: I am always amazed at how easy the office staff makes it for me to get an appointment at the spur of a moment. Dr. Taylor and his team are so accommodating and eager to ensure that my mouth always feels good. And you know you are in good hands when your dentist is committed to bringing you back for fixes and adjustments - without charging you for return visits. That's the way Forest Trail does business. I haven't felt comfortable with a dental practice since I got too old to see my now deceased pediatric dentist. Forest Trail changed that. I feel comfortable at every appointment because I know that everyone at this practice cares about the comfort and wellbeing of their patients.

Fantastic experience: So lucky to have found this dental clinic a few steps from where I just moved. Excellent patient care and very professional dental hygienist and dentist doctor. They were both lovely and went through everything with me in detail. I felt secure and understood everything that was going on with my dental health. The clinic is very clean and organized. Front desk staff is very professional and polite. 5 stars, highly recommended, been coming here for over a year now!

Fantastic experience: I'm a new patient at Forest Trail Dental care. All staff were so friendly. The front desk, kassandra was very helpful and kind and made all the follw up appointments for me and for my wife. The dental hygienist, Marina was very skillful and made me feel very comfortable since I have a super sensitive gums. The doctor was very nice and friendly too. We were told this is a father & son practice. I was scheduled to see the father for my first visit today and in my mind, I expected to see a very old dentist! However, It turned out as a very young looking father :) We have had a great experience with them.

Negative experience: Prices are too high compared to competition. I had a deep cleaning done 4/17 and the only thing done was digging around my gums. No brushes used to clean teeth. This cost $75 on top of insurance. Met with office mgr. 4/30 and rescheduled to do a complete deep cleaning today, 5/08. They didn’t show an appt. for me and the earliest they could do it would be September. I sure miss Dr. Pena and the old team.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a new dentist that gave the same care and attention we had back in Illinois. When we first moved to Texas, Forest Trail Dental wasn't taking any new patients but I tried again. I am happy I did. They are all wonderful. I feel like I have found my place that will take care me dental needs and of my family's.

To our delight, we found just that with the dentist and staff at Forest Trail Dental Care. They are so nice and respectful. They very proficient in what they do and they understand that going to the dentist can be stressful for some of us. So pleased our search is over.

Joy was my dental hygienist and she was wonderful. So patient with me since I am someone that gags easily with getting X-rays done. Dr. Chris Wilkinson was also pleasant and thorough. Kirstie at the front desk was awesome. Everyone looked very happy to be working there.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, courteous, friendly and prompt. Went in to get a second opinion on some issues I had and was very satisfied with the results! Found my new dentist!! Well I thought I found my new dentist. They have still continued to be great, however they don’t accept my Federal BCBS insurance or my Federal MetLife supplemental.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chris was outstanding! I had to have a molar pulled and he prepped with Novocain to numb the area and ensured that I didn’t feel anything as he was working. My tooth was removed quite effortlessly. This experience couldn’t have gone any better from checking in with Alberto to Dr Chris’ assistant Lacie and the rest of the staff that greeted me and helped me check out at the front counter. I highly recommend for all your dental needs. Thank you everyone!!! I will be back for my preventative care and can’t wait to see you! I went back today for a check because I thought I had an issue, but it turns out I worried for nothing. Dr Chris gave me a clean bill of health. Thanks for all you do! So I just had my cleaning done on Thursday with Kimbo and she was very bubbly and knows her job and made me feel at home. I highly recommend this office for all of your dental care needs. Thanks again for the spectacular service you all provide! My last visit with Dr Chris went fantastically well. He had to place a post for tooth #31 for my implant after having a tooth extracted last year that was not doing well. I needed bone grafting to fill the void of the old tooth and all healed great and the post went in without a hitch! I haven’t felt any pain or had any issues since then. I recommend Forest Trail Dentistry to everyone. Thank you so much Dr Chris and your wonderful team, I appreciate all of you getting me through this and doing a fabulous job to boot! See you soon!

Fantastic experience: 10/21/2024 Warm Friendly atmosphere. 10/29/ 2024. Had a second appoint today for a bridge prep. They were great. Handled my teeth with great care. Truly care about the patient. Set up Care Credit for me. Overall excellent experience 11/13/2024. Received my crown today from first procedure. Consuelo was wonderful. Dr Taylor W was awesome. Received excellent care 12/23/2024. Received my bridge today for my front teeth. The care was awesome. Dr Taylor Wilkinson was wonderful. I’m not sure of the tech’s name who helped today but she was awesome as well. My smile has been much improved. Can’t thank them enough.

Negative experience: would be nice to be able to get in and get my teeth cleaned not sure why yall are so booked out,maybe need more hygienist because didnt have this issue when proctor/pena was there
