Positive experience: This is the BEST dental office i have ever been to. Friendly, professional, skilled dentists. Unfortunately the last dentist, a contracted one, I saw was horrible. Be sure to get the staff dentists!

Negative experience: I was looking for a Dentist close to my house and when i had my appointment the Hygienist told me i will need a deep cleaning on some of my teeth but i never had to do a deep cleaning before with my previous Dental Hygienist and i always go to my appointments every 6 months and also the Dentist said i will need a Root canal on one of my molars because my tooth was dead and if i didn't they had to remove it. Well i didn't do it and i went back to my previous Dentist and i ask them to check that tooth and x-rays and everything but it looks like everything its good i think this office just want you to take off your money no matter what and now they are sending me bills and collectors. Please stay away from this office. They only care about taking more money not patient care.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Impressions Dental was very good. It was a bit of an emergency as part of my tooth broke off and I needed a crown. I was surprised how quickly I was able to see Dr. Baker and have the work done. Rachel was awesome! The whole procedure went so smoothly.

Fantastic experience: I have not been a patient here but there was some sort of mix-up with my pharmacy, and they received this office's address as my prescriber for antibiotics. I called this office and spoke with the after-hours doctor, he was SO helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond to help me even though it wasn't my primary dentist.

Negative experience: i’ve been going here for 19 years. they got rid of all their old staff and replaced them with people who seem like they’ve never worked at a dental office before. not to mention the last time i went there they did my exam in the sleep study area. i’m never coming back here again, what a shame.

Negative experience: Went here 4 years ago and they filled 2 cavities and I have had bad pain in that tooth since…. Went to a different dentist after and they said those teeth should never have been filled. Same story as others here. Beware this place is a scam and will over charge you. This place needs to be reported. They also ask you to leave a positive review right and then and there whine they have you in the chair. Sketchy

Positive experience: I recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Impressions Dental. What started as a predicted 5 month endeavor turned into a 2 year endeavor. Initial time estimates are just that- estimates and teeth move at an unpredicted rate so that was not an issue. Right before my last revision, I learned my molars were not properly touching whenever I would bite down. After a Google search I found out this was quite common with Invisalign treatments- I wish I would have been made aware of this before started my plan. Overall I have mixed feelings about the whole Invisalign experience. Dr. Baker is nice I guess but I only got to see him twice, maybe thrice throughout those whole two years. My appointments were often rescheduled by the front desk and when I’d come in, I’d found out Dr.Baker wasn’t in the office that day. I have since learned he is off every Tuesday so why the front office would schedule me on a day when he is off is beyond me. Saul was the case worker assigned to my case. He is funny and easy going. He did what he could to make sure I stayed on track. If it wasn’t for Saul, I would have transferred my case to a different place. I have been getting my dental cleanings at this location for a few years now and I absolutely would recommend this place for your routine dental visits, exams and cleanings but not so much for Invisalign treatments as there seems to be some lack of planning and overall awareness.

Fantastic experience: Hello everyone, I am not one to write reviews but I have received such excellent care at Impressions Dental Chandler location and wanted to post something in hopes to help people find a dentist who cares. Dr. Baker and his staff are amazing people to work with. I started going there about 2 years ago and let me say I was not an easy patient. I have a really bad gag reflex --or should I say had a really bad gag reflex. I met Kayla and she worked with me to allow me to be as comfortable as possible. She is the most patient and caring dental hygienist I have ever met. The staff very willingly posted to my chart to only schedule my appointments with her. Now, I have gone from dreading to go for dental appointments to looking forward to them. Kayla thank you -- you are an amazing person. Thank you to Dr. Baker and all the staff at Impressions Dental - Chandler.

Negative experience: I have been going to this practice for several years. The stff is always friendly and accommodating. I love my hygienist. However, Dr Baker told me I need to crown my 12 front teeth due to wear and would cost $20,000!!! I went and got a second opinion and the specialist I went to said the wear on my teeth was minimal and he didn't see the need for crowns at all. So disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved here from California, and had an issue with my tooth and needed a dentist immediately. I went to Impressions Dental and it was the best decision ever! Everybody is so kind and welcoming, as well as thorough and informative of the whole process. They did several tests on my tooth before choosing to move forward with the procedure, making me feel very comfortable and secure. Even when I was super late for my appointment, they still made time for me to come in and accommodated me without an issue. The best service ever and I am so happy I have found them!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Impressions Dental. Friday before Labor Day at last minute, I had a dental emergency and Tori at Dr. Baker’s office kindly scheduled my emergency visit. Between Annette, CJ, Dr. Baker they were able to address a vertically front tooth split that had reached all the way to the nerve. Not only it was very scary and painful how I came to see them and had no idea they could fix the problem but they did resolve it and, I felt no discomfort at all, plus they helped returned my smile back and I am very thankful Tori has been so kind and accommodating for me to cover this financially with options available. After such wonderful experience all around, I even had my mothers switch her dentist and come here too and I recommend you do the same. Thank you Impressions Dental.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start. I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 30 years because of fear and past experiences. I just moved to AZ and got an abscess. I Googled near me dentists and Impressions Dental had the best rating. I decided to give them a try and if I didn’t like them, I would just keep looking until I found an office I liked. Well, I didn’t have to look any further. I was in tears because of my fear and EVERYONE put me at ease! I ended up having a TON of work done and got over my fear. Everyone cares about you as a patient and wonderful follow up to make sure you are happy. Everyone in the office and I mean everyone is so welcoming and has a smile on their faces at all times. Honestly, his administration of the numbing medications was completely painless and his easy rapport was reassuring. Callan was prepared, capable, caring, and very entertaining. Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! My regular dentist has very restricted hours. Sore tooth, concerns if this was tooth or sinus infection-I called and got an appointment right away that morning. He diagnosed tooth needing root canal-referred to a great orthodontist who did a bang up job the next day! I will plan to see Dr Baker more regularly from now on.

Fantastic experience: Wow, just amazing! 5 stars are not enough! I can't say enough about my amazing experience at Impressions Dental. Dr. Baker recently provided veneers for 10 of my upper teeth. It started with straightening my teeth, Dr. Baker did that for me, and then the veneers. It's hard to see from the pictures, but I had noticeable cracks down all of my front teeth. Along with yellowed teeth that I couldn't get white. Now with the veneers, I can smile with confidence! Thanks to Manda too for all her help in the process, she was patient and extremely knowledgeable about all the different shade options for my new teeth!

Fantastic experience: I had a filling fallout last night and was a little freaked. Not only did Katie get me in first thing this morning, all the rest of the staff made sure I was comfortable. From Dr. Baker giving me my options(no hard selling) to everyone else making sure I was informed, ready for the procedure and comfortable at the end. If you havent been, you dont know what your missing with exceptional customer care and service.

Fantastic experience: Best experience you’ll ever have at a dentist!! I have always had major problems with my teeth in terms of pain and hating my smile. Ever since I found Impressions dental I can finally eat and sleep without any pain and I have so much confidence in my smile when I used to cover my teeth in every photo. Manda designed and created a custom shade for my front teeth that and I could have never dreamed of having a smile that looks so great. Initially, I was nervous that my smile might look fake, but I have such a natural smile that I love showing off. Dr. Baker has done so much for me and has so much knowledge and experience that shows with everything he does! Everyone I’ve met on the team is super understanding and prioritizes what I want/ am comfortable with when it comes to working on anything in my mouth. I have had plenty of poor experiences at other dentists and have never had the level of attention that Impressions dental has given me. I cannot express how grateful I am that I found this team and how they’ve changed my life!!

Negative experience: Do Not go here! Stay Far Far away from this dentist especially if you have gold crowns! All they want is the GOLD! I have had nothing but issues & will never return. My whole family had issues with this dentist & none of us has returned. We were new to AZ & boy did we make the wrong choice! They said my gold crown had a hole & I had to get it replaced immediately. Put a scare tactic on me & said it needed to be replaced immediately so Of course I believed them. In all reality I should have gotten a second opinion. They replaced this crown not even 2 yrs ago and since day one I have had nothing but issues with it- now I am having to get a new crown molded by another dentist because it was done incorrectly& it is costing money out of my pocket because the crown was recently replaced my insurance will not cover it again! Shame on them for their incompetent work! This crown has fallen off numerous times & never fit correctly from day one. When they originally replaced it I was at the office for over 3 plus hrs & the dentist, DR Baker, left the office and went home as it was past closing time but did tell me I was in good hands with the dental assistant? Really! STAY FAR AWAY & go somewhere else unless you like to throw money away! Honestly they deserve no stars! Had that been an option I would have given them a negative rating! Not sure if they are paying people for good ratings but it is all about making money at this office!

Fantastic experience: I had such a good experience with everyone here. They got me in for an appointment super fast and easy! I originally just came in for wisdom teeth X-Rays but ended up scheduling a cleaning! The dentist came and took a quick look, I did have cavities and was show actual pictures of them so I could see them for myself. They broke down any necessary billing information which was super helpful. So so happy I found impressions dental!

Fantastic experience: Due to bad experiences at previous dentist offices, I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. After those experiences, I decided to give Impressions Dental a try. I had to get fillings done, but I have been putting them off because of this nervousness around the dentist. I finally schedule my appointment at this office to get my fillings done and Callan and Dr. Amin made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I’m very grateful for them for being patient with me and being understanding the entire appointment. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I came here to get a cleaning done after not having time to do so in quite a while. When I walked in I was greated by such a friendly staff. Marcos, one of the staff there, was incredibly helpful in explaining the fee, treatment, and overall process. Would highly recommend visiting this dental office for affordable and trusting dental work. Marcos is a great addition to this office. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Impressions dental has always taken such good care of me! Everyone is so caring and they do their best to get you in as soon as possible especially if it is a problem visit and you need assistance sooner than later. Trever always has a smile on his face and is great to be around! Breanna is always helpful and very pleasant. My overall experience with them has been nothing but top care.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful and welcoming staff. I’m a new patient and found good reviews off of Google and I’m so glad I trusted and went here. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted with such hospitality and kindness. My dental hygienist listened to my concerns and was extremely gentle due to pain. He always made sure I was ok and comfortable. I went for my cleaning and had a horrible panic attack and the staff was so humble and understood I needed to leave right away. It was extremely embarrassing and I just want to say a huge, thank you to my hygienist who handled my situation with such empathy. You’re so kind and make people like me not feel so nervous at the dentist. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going here for many years. The staff is always so friendly and quick to help with any questions/care we have needed. Dr. Nattel is also amazing. Super personable, genuine and his attention to detail in his work is second to none. Best dentist I’ve ever had!

Fantastic experience: I went to impressions dental as a recommendation from one of my friends and they are SERIOUSLY so sweet. I immediately walked in and I felt like I knew every single person working there. Awesome staff, who are well knowledgeable and make you feel confident. I can’t wait to hopefully work them in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I have not had the best experience at Impressions Dental. I do want to appreciate the Callan though for giving me the best experience the day she cared for me. After the tough experience I had, I was definitely not looking forward to going back. She totally made my day! I got all emotional because I was dreading the return visit but Callan settled my anxious spirit right down...she gets 5 stars! She is a true gem! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I went to another dental office for crown, but they said if It was root canal they would have to send me to another Dentist. This office was so professional. I’ve known Callan thought let me try to find her. She made my experience so nice. She checked up on me after root canal and this office worked fast and did it without any issues. This office rocks❤️

Fantastic experience: I don’t even know how to describe my experience from my initial cleaning to my Crowns. The whole procedure took maybe 3 weeks. Dr. Baker & the entire staff are some of the genuinely friendliest & nicest people I’ve EVER met. Kayla did my cleaning & she did an amazing job. I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in over 10 years. The real MVP here must go to Manda. She took a terrible smile situation & made it “Pretty!” Without a doubt, the best dental experience of my life! I would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: My wife xame in to get some work done. We had some work that needed to be done immediately. The staff is very friendly, cared about my wife, if there was any pain or discomfort. We are both very happy with the way we were treated. We were even offered a payment plan to help us get the work done needed asap. Very happy with everything here!!

Fantastic experience: I found this dentist on Google Maps and chose them simply because of their high rating and multiple reviews. All I can say is that I was not disappointed one bit! My entire experience was great from the start and it started before I even entered the door. Being a new patient I had received a phone call before my appointment from one of the doctors in the office welcoming me to their dentist which I have never had before from A dentist or any medical facility and that made me feel at home. When I arrive there the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful! The 3 staff member who worked on me Trish, Hayli, and Dr. Nattel were amazing, nice, and laughed at my jokes. :) 10/10 would highly recommend! Ahoalton

Fantastic experience: The second I walk in, I get greeted warmly by the receptionist and easily checked in. I had an appointment to fill my cavities with Manda and Callan and the process went very smoothly and everyone is very friendly in the office! Which makes going to the dentist a lot less intimidating. I’ve been going to this dentist for over a decade and never once had a problem! 10/10 would recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Nansy is amazing!! She is completely knowledgeable of what she is doing and saying, she has taught me so much about dental hygiene that previous offices wouldn't even bother spending time on. She is kind, caring, and fantastic at what she does! I will keep coming back because of how friendly and genuine the environment is as well as decent costs for the phenomenal work being done!

The dentists really know what they're doing, The dental assistants are amazing, and the front desk is extremely friendly as well. The whole office is just a powerhouse of great people.

Fantastic experience: The Team at Impressions Dental are just AWESOME. the moment you walk into the door, till you walk out the door, everybody is just so friendly. The girls at the front desk greet you will a nice warm smile ad they use your name. The Dental Hygienist are very friendly as well, they explain every thing that going to happen, and they are pretty gentle with you. They work for perfection in their work. Tori is very knowledgeable with your insurance, and explains every thing out in detail.
