Hallie was very detailed and educated him on his further treatment so that he and I felt comfortable and understood why it was needed. He always enjoys visiting and always has a good laugh. This makes getting him to go to dental appointments a lot easier on me.

This would be in my top 2 but what makes it #1 is the care and compassion of the dentists themselves!! Staff is amazing but sometimes you have that but dentists themselves arent great. Not here! Fantastic experience: They really seemed to listen to me. Very personal experience. Update: I have no insurance and my consultation was cutting close to their closing time. They did not rush through my payment options and were not pushy. I changed my mind on the decision the next day and the receptionist patiently changed my paperwork and had the doctor call me personally to regoover the procedure to make sure I was fully informed. Had the procedure today, my payment plan was already approved and easily applied. I received the most compassionate care. Best dentist experience I've ever had.

Fantastic experience: Love the treatment that I received whenever I go to the dentist. The who staff is nice and friendly and everybody knows your name when you enter the building. Today was a little different because I took two of my grandchildren’s. They let my 5 year old grandson push the button when they did my X-ray. He was so excited.

The staff were all great in trying to keep her calm and comfortable. Dr Jake is awesome. Definitely recommended!

But after today, that mindset is gone thanks to the hospitality and care I received from Dr. Kail and the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff were kind and attentive—none of the cold, dismissive attitudes you might expect from most places. Dr. Kail was not only professional and thorough but also took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. If you’ve ever had a negative dental experience..rude receptionists, rushed doctors, or just a general lack of care—I urge you to give Premier Dental a try. They’ve raised the bar for what a dental visit should feel like.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to Premier Dental. I had a bad tooth that had been bothering me for weeks. Antibiotics were not working and my regular dentist was putting me off. I could not find any dentist to get me in the same day in my home town or near me. They didn’t care how much pain I was in. I called Premier and by then I was crying because I didn’t want to go the weekend in more pain. The absolutely sweetest lady at the front desk said to come right in and they would work me in. The staff was so kind and so wonderful. The dentist who cared for me, I can’t remember her name. Was absolutely wonderful. She told me exactly what was wrong. I had an abscess on my tooth. And when it was time to pull it. She did everything to make it as painful as possible free as possible. She did a wonderful job. I could not be more pleased and more grateful for her and everyone there. Thank you so much for working me in. Caring for me. And showing such patient care and compassion. I will definitely be back for future needs.

I walked in.. did my paperwork, and went to the back about 5 min later. They listened to every concern I had and helped me come up with a treatment plan. I will never go to a different place again.

Fantastic experience: Great service tremendous Dr Kail…is the best!!! Dr Kail saw me at a moment’s notice & gave me back my front teeth …. I was sleep walking & fell on the edge of my dresser, and broke 3 . Dr Kail & his excellent team worked for 6 hours to make me new teeth & made me so comfortable.. He is AWESOME

Fantastic experience: Had to have some major dental work done and I am a huge baby when it comes to the shots and I’m very prone to getting dry socket.. Dr. Moss and his staff were so understanding and talked to me about my fears and how we could work through it, he definitely made me feel more comfortable at the time of the surgery. And yes, I did end up with dry socket and they worked me right back in to help heal it. This was 6 months ago and everything has healed nicely and went today for my cleaning and once again, the staff is fantastic and Dr. Moss came in to do his check up and they all greet you with a smile. Definitely recommend them!!

Positive experience: I went for my first time to get an infected tooth treated, we ended up going for a root canal. The staff and doctor did an amazing job. But unfortunately a file got stuck in my tooth so they couldn't really do anything else besides recommend an endodontist. I do reccomend these guys, they were professional even when making a mistake and did a solid job all the way.

Fantastic experience: It was our First time for my Daughter to get work done outside of a regular cleaning, and it went great. The Staff was super friendly, kind, the Dental Assistant and Doctor explained everything perfectly for her to be calm and understand, and Ms Angy (Numbing queen!!), who made sure she was numbed up for the procedures, was AMAZING!! All and all we recommend 10/10!!

Negative experience: Poor communication between staff regarding stand by person for dental sedation Strike 1. No status provided to wait driver regarding 1 HOUR after finish time Strike 2. Poor pick up directions regarding Back of bldg, verses cone on SIDE of bldg. STRIKE 3. As a driver for already committed pt. I personally would not patronize or recommend based on this experience. Driver could not take am meds based on this visit. B/P, thyroid. Thanks for that!
