Fantastic experience: I was greeted with a warm smile at the door from the lady upfront. I only waited a few moments, and I was escorted back to see the doctor and the nurse. They were very kind and suggested that I get a top denture instead of getting a whole set because I am planning to have surgery to have the implants put in my lower jaw, saved me quite a bit of money and I was very pleased with the results. I now have new dentures on the top and they fixed my lower dentures completely.! I love ❤️ Affordable Dentures! They are awesome. I highly recommend that you see them.I have been going here for years and I would like to thank their staff for putting up with me! I have been through a lot of trauma and personal problems, yet they have always treated me with respect and uplifting support. This is unusual for most businesses. I absolutely adore their staff. They are gracious, kind, warm and friendly! Visit them for all your dental needs!

Fantastic experience: They got me set up with an appointment in a very timely manner and in that first appointment filled me with so much hope that I would be able to get the opportunity to change my life. And then less than a week later I was able to get all the teeth I had left removed and get a beautiful new set. The staff is exceptionally nice and considerate. And they are more than willing to explain anything to you that you want in a way that you can understand. And the atmosphere is unlike any office I've ever been to before and I couldn't love it anymore. There are little waterfall fountain setups with rocks at the feet of the patient chairs and it made the atmosphere so calm and inviting. I had a lot of anxiety about the situation and they were patient with me and helped me work through it and were willing to make it more comfortable for me. I would absolutely recommend this place, they definitely live up to their name, and that's a major plus.

My gums are healing up nice and I’m able to eat some normal foods at this point. Fantastic experience: I went in last year and had a set of one denture made in a hurry because my dog ate them and I had to leave town for work the same day. I had them done in 4 hours On year later I needed the ultimate denture and could not go wrong using this place. Went in Monday the 18th for impressions only had to come back once for a try in for adjustment. They had my brand new denture made in 1 week, it would have been the same week but I couldn’t make it that Friday. You can’t go wrong with these guys. Whatever and however you want your denture to look and feel I assure you they will make it right! Thank you all in the office for the kindness and hard work. Will be back if I ever need more denture work!

Fantastic experience: Just to keep it short, I had a broken tooth on my partial. They told me they could see me the next morning at 8 o’clock. I got there at 8 o’clock filled out the paperwork with the help of the very nice lady Agnes. They took me back evaluated my situation Told me to come back at three and pick up my partial. I was there at three they took me right in the lady in the back was very nice and fitted my partial. I would recommend them any day.

Negative experience: I have had an upper denture made several times at affordable Dentures, for the most part they have all turned out pretty good. I went in Friday 4/11/2025 for a new upper denture. I was told the person that normally does this kind of work was out for a death in the family. From that point on I was totally confused about what they were doing. They done an impression of my lower permanent teeth, and told me to come back in an hour and they would give my old denture back. I was told to come back Monday for my new upper denture. I was very confused as to why they did an impression of my lower teeth and not my upper. When I returned Monday they had my new denture set in wax. I then realized they had done the impressive using my old denture. In 40 years of wearing a denture, I have never had a new upper made without doing an impression of my ever changing gums. I just don't feel like I got my money's worth for a premium denture. They are just as loose as my old one was. They are as ruff as sand paper inside and out. If I had known the were making a new one using an impression made from my old one, I would have walked out immediately. I am very dissatisfied and want it made right regardless of what it takes. I would like someone to contact me with a solution to the problem. If I don't get a proper response, I can only conclude that Affordable Dentures is ok with poor workmanship. I will be forced to file complaints elsewhere. Jeff Rich

I have a denture office closer to me but I will make the 25 minute drive to go to Dr. Orr’s office every time because of the awesome service I get every time I go there!

Negative experience: Sorry it’s my friends profile not mine. Name is Erica. I want to start off by saying the front staff was amazing and very friendly. However during my appointment and the making of my impression the young lady didn’t seem knowledgeable to which set she should use for making my dentures. When she made the comment I suppose these will do it was concerning more with here switching back and forth between the denture mold housing then eventually she made my impression of my teeth. What I noticed. She didn’t ask me to bite down for proper molding instead she told me to open my mouth and she pressed down. She was focused more on the front part of my dentures rather then it has a whole. Therefore when my dentures were made they were not made correctly and the back of my bottom teeth one one side were very wide on the other narrow. I never had them so I didn’t understand how the fit was supposed to Excatly happen. I went to my extracting dentist and I gave them my teeth it was at thier recommendation that I call and have an appointment for the following day as they notice that my teeth were my made proper no near the least bit. This office refuse to see me said I had to wait until 2 weeks for my adjustment which I am Going to pay for. I wouldn’t mind if I at least would have gotten use of my teeth. I paid for them even though they are temporary for now I still paid for them this is why I choose the least expensive. I never got to use them they were very big in my mouth. Even during the swelling phase of my healing my teeth wouldn’t even stay up. I called the dentist about using glue they recommended against it. So here I am 800 dollars and I haven’t been outside since my removal my age takes part age well. It’s embarrassing but to pay for something that I couldn’t even use for 10 minutes is ridiculous. I suppose the reasoning behind such is I opt for the packaging. I didn’t have what they were asking for. If you can’t afford a package you may be screwed. That’s how I feel. I have 10 children most grown besides 4 and I do everything by myself. So for the first time I put something back for myself I get screwed over. Thanks sincerely. FYI I had to save up just to get what I got. I didn’t get the package deal couldn’t afford it so I got screwed over. It says if your not happy with your teeth etc this and that but have not had anyone call me back after calling several of times to discuss my teeth to even take them in so that they could take a look for themselves nothing. I’m not ignorant at all. The reason they wouldn’t see me before the 2 weeks for the adjustment is to place blame on my gums to why my teeth didn’t fit. O well we told you that in about to weeks your going to need an adjustment because your gums are going to settle and your teeth will fit big. I knew this . This is why they wouldn’t not see me before 2 weeks. They refused to do anything with my teeth. Even when they knew the dentists himself requested that there be an appointment made to fix the size issue they refused it’s plan and simple

With 30 minutes, I was given my repair; made a quick payment; and out the door within an hour! I could not have had a more pleasant experience - thank you!

Negative experience: I was excited really liked the dr I was leaving when she tells me I owe $115 for my $25 consultation. As I was so confused she swore she told me in a conversation the day before that we never had. I left my referral and paperwork I guess o will start over somewhere else.

Negative experience: I dropped off my upper plate to have it repaired. I was told it would be ready at 2:30p. That’s all I was told. I got to the off at 3:05p and they were closed. There are no hours on the door and the voice recording says they stop answering phones at 3:30p. I had to go 24 hrs without even an apology when I went today and explained how I was left without.
