Fantastic experience: As someone who’s spent more time in dentist chairs than most people spend on their couch (thanks, contact sports!), I can say with full confidence that Team Gonzalez at Lakeside is the MVP of dental experiences. With my dental history.... if they had a monthly membership it would only make sense for someone like me. From the waiting area to the treatment rooms, every detail reflects a rigorous standard of sanitation, creating a reassuring and comfortable atmosphere. The staff? Total pros with a side of stand up comedy. They’re so fun, I forgot I was getting my teeth fixed! Real Talk: I’ve had more dental work than I care to admit, but Team Gonzalez is hands down the best. Clean, fun, professional...it’s like scoring a hat trick while getting a filling. 10/10, I’d trust them with my teeth after any wipeout!

Their office is really stunning, so beautiful design and calming, it immediately put me at ease. I was there for a filling, and the entire experience was exceptional. Negative experience: Terrible dentist Yero. Stated I need all my teeth pulled. My oral surgeon and family dentist disagree. She has no patience skills and apparently not very experienced. Don’t recommend going there.

Fantastic experience: The new electronic dental devices are amazing, no pain, no sticky gum in the mouth to replace teeth or crowns, it’s all done electronically! Even replacing a crown in less than two hours.

Fantastic experience: I'VE FINALLY FOUND my NEW DENTIST @LAKESIDE DAYTONA DENTIST...!!! Unfortunately my [Previous Dental Care Facility-Greenberg Dental] ran me through so fast that they never fixed the problem. [Greenberg reminded me of a cattle slaughterhouse]. But [Lakeside Daytona Dentist] treated me like I was family. They went above & beyond what I had come in for. They were so patient & did fix the issue. These folks are Top Shelf...!!! This is an update from my 12/07/22 Appt: Amber Martinez is my hygienist. She does a very thorough job & I’m very pleased with her. Dr Lisset Gonzalez was so thorough in performing my exam. I can’t say enough good about Lakeside Daytona Dentist. They are top notch. Update: On 4/06/23 I had to come in because one of my crowns came off. Dr Lissette Gonzalez & her Skillful assistant, Lilly reinstalled it Professionally & Painlessly. They are the Best along with all the staff at Lakeside Daytona Dentist !! Update from12/11/23 appt: Again Amber my hygienist did a wonderful job with my X-rays & cleaning. Then Dr L. Gonzalez did another thorough exam. These folks are XLNT. Update from my 6/03/24 appt: Amber, my hygienist did another XLNT & thorough dental cleaning for me‼️ I was blessed again on 12/11/24 to hv Amber as my hygienist. She did another wonderful Perfectionist driven dental cleaning of my teeth...!!! On 6/18/25 Amber did a Fantastic dental cleaning as usual

Fantastic experience: I had a relatively small crack in teeth but I was panicking since I don’t have dental coverage in my insurance plan. I call between 10 to 15 different dentistry in the area. From the call alone, the Lakeside Dentist were the most helpful and straightforward with information and pricing. What they tell you is what you are paying, none of that “starting at” or some additional fee BS. The visit was one of the best I’ve ever been to, the dentist and assistant were reassuring and they were able to fix it with some quick polishing. 10/10 would recommend, especially to those like me who’s insurance policy is just terrible and doesn’t cover dental.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by the VA and they took very good care of me! Customer service is excellent! The VA told me I was coming in to have a filling done when the VA actually scheduled me for an exam. The Dr. went out of her way to fit me into the schedule and do the filling the same day! Clean, convenient, beautifully adorned, suitable parking, more! > and the staff could not have been more professional . I have a series of procedures to get through and they're working with my budget and schedule. Their loyalty program is VERY helpful and generous. I have no concerns or worries about the outcomes. Fantastic experience: what is written bad about Dr. Silva's office is not true, I have been going to him for three years with my problems and he solves them for me completely painlessly, during my appointment his assistants work quite professionally and with respect to me. Negative experience: Let’s start with I have been a patient of theirs for over 10 years. I scheduled an extraction for 1000am weeks ago, it is currently 10:55 and I have been sitting back in a procedure room. I have not been numbed, but they had time to take an X-ray. My wife asked the front desk how long it might be because our time is important and we have things to do. She was met with some snarky response from the counter girl that there are other patients wrote me. So it’s now 1100, seriously WTF they are still sending people back, the waiting room is full. Novel concept maybe try to not schedule so many people in a day so that your not wasting peoples time especially when they take time off work only to have to have extended wait times! I finally get someone to show up and she is all apologetic about my wait someone will be in shortly for an exam. I scheduled this for extraction, a pre-exam isn’t needed so that they can charge more and extend the extraction because the tooth is. Broken and very painful. This isnt rocket science it’s greed, poor time management, not listening to the patient and potentially a language barrier or understanding what is being said or asked. I will be searching for a new dentist, they have e zero respect for a patient’s time.

Fantastic experience: Another great visit with this dentist! Amber, my dental hygienist, was so patient and kind with me (I am terrified of the dentist). Basically was pain-free, and I am very pleased!

Fantastic experience: Never have been to an office with such high level professionalism . From the time you walk in through the different levels of the process is phenomenal. Technology is over the top Jennifer , Amber , Shannon were incredibly professional! The Doctor was through and explained any issues that needed to be addressed. James the office manager explained the exit process in depth.

Fantastic experience: They are very supportive and understanding when your not a big fan of the dentist. They are all very friendly and do everything to make you experience a good one. Appointments take a while to schedule for new paitents, but now I see why. It's because they are very good and honestly, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They are worth the wait in my opinion.

Negative experience: I must say my opinion has changed drastically since my 1st post. I went to the office for a crown, they do these in office now. After taking half a off work for a 4 hour appointment, the color was not correct; nor the bite (although they agreed to make it right) I’m still not feeling comfortable as I’ve had excruciating pain only to find they left a piece of string or something in my tooth (see photo)…very disappointing. I don’t I will be back after this is finished.

Everyone is friendly and professional, from Francy at check in, Jennifer taking X-rays, Shannon doing a thorough job of cleaning my teeth and Dr. Gonzalez explaining treatment needed. The facility at the Daytona Beach location on Clyde Morrison is new, clean and with modern technology. I highly recommend them! A++

Fantastic experience: An excellent experience! Ruby was friendly and efficient. The replacement of a cap was painless and completed in a timely manner, taking much less time than anticipated. I appreciated their use of digital imaging of my teeth instead of trays of gunk in my mouth which make me gag. I highly recommend LDD!

Negative experience: I was an established patient of this practice, when I had a filling that fell out AND a cracked tooth. I called and informed them that I was in pain and needed to be seen right away. They expected me to wait 2-weeks “until after the holiday” to be seen. Needless to say, I found a more compassionate practice who saw me that same day. i do not recommend Lakeside.

Fantastic experience: I have to say they are the. Est in volusia county!!! The service is the best I have ever had. They are very good to the customer. Any issue at all is addressed right away. Step by step the process is really amazing. They have the best equipment and nicest office but what really makes this place is the people that work there. They do extra stuff for you and make you feel comfortable in every way. I wouldn't change at this point for any reason. If another dentist Said he would do it cheaper I would question his experience...

Fantastic experience: So completely satisfied! I had the unfortunate experience of breaking a crown while in Daytona. Same day crowns are a must for me :-). They were proficient, created a new crown right on-site (same day) - fixed me right up and took the care to make sure I was completely happy. The precision of the dentist and assistant was the best I’ve ever had, almost zero pain and very proficient with the suction tools etc. I’d go back without hesitation. Thank you again Lakeside! 5 STARS!

Positive experience: I had not thought about leaving a review for my visit yesterday about taking a tooth out for 2hrs and 15min. But since you asked. I probably don't need to tell you about the anxiety I felt because I new the Dr. was struggling and kept opening bag after bag of medical equipment that I even committed on. I was never informed what was going on. I could tell she was really struggling. At some point she should have ask for help and can not tell what a relief it was to have Dr. Silva come into take over. Rather me getting into more details I will let you do that on your own. I ask a retired dentist friend of mine here in our community about what happened, her comment was. Shouldn’t if using proper technique. I am betting on inexperience. A lot of extractions should be done by oral surgeon, not general dentist, but determining that comes with experience as well. Sorry you had to go through that!

Fantastic experience: I loved my technician! She turned on the chair so it was warm and massaging my back while she cleaned my teeth. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and did not dribble water down my neck like other techs at other dental offices did. Fantastic experience: UPDATE: Still true after 2 implants!! Dr. Silva is amazing and trustworthy. Let's just say this isn't my first rodeo with dental offices and dentists. In my 60 years, this one is superior....based off impressions from my first appointment. State of the art technology, heated massage chairs, friendly efficient folks down the line, a professional office manager, and dentists who I feel confidence with. The dentist even took time to do something extra for me on my first appointment, even though I know her day was jam-packed. I'll update after my procedures are done.

I had years of neglect therefore it was a long procedure and I was not an easy patient, I had a complete smile makeover, and I absolutely love my new smile! Fantastic experience: Received an amazing first experience - to summarize, they are very thorough, and up-to-date with technology - the consultation was so detailed and they listened to my needs - we created a game plan that works for me, very happy! They did not sell me some dreamer plan - they fit the glove to the hand [which is great cause I am not very lucky and pay out-of-pocket] -the assistants are skilled with making you feel comfortable, and the Drs. are very relatable; they have a great passion for their patients. James is an incredibly awesome person to work with on finances, helped guide me through the treatment plan, I need more intensive work than most people -however, they will save me time and money in the end - they can create your crown on the same day of your procedure = less appointments, less travel, less time off, yes! -this practice is a no-brainer for someone busy like me. [ps. the cost = better than everywhere I went + a stellar patient experience + great location with ample parking + ease of access + works with many payment types ] Update 8/8/24: Dr. Silva is an amazing person, I have continued to go and take care of all of the various things to improve my dental health. I highly recommend this practice and office. I would not go anywhere else, they are impeccable. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: This office was the most friendly dental office I have ever visited without a doubt! The doctor was terrific. The assistants were fantastic. Everybody was friendly and happy. They even have heated massage chairs!!! It was a very nice surprise. I am a new patient, and I am elated that I chose Lakeside dental. I would highly recommend it for anybody for their dental needs. Fantastic experience: The BEST & most professional Dentists & Dental Hygenist I have EVER been to! I have had a lot of work done there -- a new set of porcelain veneers, replaced fillings & crowns, got a dental implant & also had bad gingivitis . They fixed that, too! Truly THE BEST!
