Negative experience: They won't work on until, you buy a treatment.

Negative experience: worst place to come the wait from appointment is to 1 hr or and half the excuse is short staff dont get it why pile up people just to have them waiting . been having issues with my implant o going situation and it seems they dont care .not sure why people like this place this the worse place I had come I regret it .

Negative experience: I showed up to my appt 30 minutes early, 3:30pm. I was rold they we 1-1.5hours behind. I said I would wait because I tool time off work for this. At 5pm I am told that my insurance would not cover my visit because I was 2 day short of the 6 months. My appointment was given to me automatically during my last vist

Fantastic experience: Loved my experience here. Briesha the patient care coordinator was so wonderful. Super sweet and answered all my questions. Dr khasru and his staff are impeccable. Getting any kind of dental work is daunting but they made me feel so at ease. I would highly recommend getting your dental work done here

Negative experience: First time patient, got here 15min early to check in and still waited over an hour to be called back. It's unacceptable to wait 1 hour after your appointment time. Do better at scheduling. This is why appointments are made to minimize wait time. Im disappointed. Once we got called back the staff was nice and the cleaning went quick. What could have been a 35 min visit was 2 hours total.

Deborah was amazing at getting that set up for me and Dr. Mohammed challenged himself and staff to save my tooth. Which they did ! I definitely recommend this western dental. Negative experience: We had the worst time ever. My daughter had an appointment at 4:00pm and at 5:30 DR.Khasra decided he didn’t want to see her. After then had already taken off her bands from her braces. And it’s took my 20mins to talk to a manager. And all I got was a sorry.

Negative experience: They scheduled me for a general and ortho appointment. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me my general appointment is running 2 hours behind and “the dentist was about to go on lunch “. They rescheduled me for the following week. I show up and wait for 45 minutes for them to tell in 1 week shy of 6 month check up so they cannot take me in. When I asked why would they schedule me if I did not meet the requirements, they couldn’t give me an answer.

Negative experience: I’ll be so honest, I don’t know how this place has such a high review. I came to this location because of the 4.6 star review and was disappointed. The receptionist was a bit rude and was dressed like a teenager. Her outfit was cute but not what I was expecting for a dental office. Anyway, I waited over an hour to be seen. When I was called I was taken back to do x-rays. The second room I was taken into was filthy. I had to sit and stare at a wall covered in stains and everything was in bent up plastic drawer organizers you’d buy from Walmart. Afterwards, I was taken to the back/side where the doctor would see you. The man never introduced himself, I still have no clue who he is. He poked around in my mouth, then an assistant told me I needed to wait 2-3 weeks for my insurance to approve a deep cleaning. I won’t be going back… how can I trust you to deep clean my teeth when you can’t even deep clean your office? Overall, I’m glad there’s nothing seriously wrong with my teeth but I wasted my afternoon here. I’m going to find somewhere else.

Negative experience: What’s the whole point of an appointment if I’m not going to be seen at the time I set it up for? Also being told to come back later to get my actual cleaning is a bit of inconvenience & a bit annoying. When I said I’d just rather go to a different dentist, they had the actual doctor do my cleaning & was just rushing thru it & just poking my gums a little too much. Never had a cleaning that hurt that much.

Negative experience: Horrific waste of time. Prior to appointment I informed them of my mother's conditions. Wheelchair, oxygen, diabetes and arthritis and difficult standing. X-ray literally asked if she can stand and put on a heavy lead vest. It appeared they tried to not give care. Also they rescheduled us from 1:30 to 2pm but wasn't seen until little after 3pm. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Would say stay away if possible. Lack of empathy, patient care, and the place lacked cleaning. When asked if she could at least get her lower dentures delivered that were already made they said it would take awhile. Yelp is next for a review. Never had such lack of service where I had to vent or even give my opinion. Horrific!!!! Didn't even want too give one star.

Negative experience: I arrived at 1:25 as my appointment for a cleaning was set for 1:30. When I went to check in I was informed that the dentist and dental hygienists were on lunch so I had to wait until 2 to check in. After the wait I checked in and had to wait just over 4 hours to be called in for the x-rays and even longer to get a seat. Just to still wait longer in the chair for the dentist to see me. The dentist finally came over, identified where my cavities were, and left. I was then told that they were closing soon and couldn't get to my cleaning today. This isn't the first time this has happened but the time waiting just to be sent home empty handed was much more drastic. I will say the Dental Hygenist who helped me with billing and scheduling was extremely nice. Possibly the only reason my review has 2 stars.

Negative experience: I have a terrible experience every time I come to this specific location. Office staff/doctors are VERY unorganized, unprofessional, rude and there’s an overall sense that nobody really knows what they’re doing. I have been prescribed medication I told them and have documented for them that I am allergic to multiple times. There has also been numerous problems with my ortho treatment and now they want me to pay for things they haven’t done . I’ve had it with this location. This should definitely be looked into they love to say “we made a mistake” very frequently in there. This isn’t a fast food place it’s a dental office. How long before one of these mistakes seriously hurts somebody

Negative experience: I moved to CA, and Western Dental was suggested to me by my ins company. OMG, what a mess. Their entire website doesn't have ONE SINGLE DENTIST WITH THEIR PROFILE LISTED, so a consumer has no way to vet them or see their ADA profile. Other states always have this, so I'm not doing business with a company too lazy to list their dentist profiles so I can verify they are indeed a profile. Their website is a joke and nothing on it besides " book now" and locations. I even called them and asked for dentist profiles, and they couldn't provide them. They said look them up on Linkedin. What? No. I'm out. I would never see anyone associated with an entire dental practice that doesn't allow me as the patient to vet them. Ridiculous. I would have chosen a dentist if they HAD A PROFILE so I can vet the dentist. Nothing but pink and a woman busting a bubble gum bubble and see locations. Yeah no thanks. I wanna vet YOUR DENTIST. So, I'll not deal with this company again. I'll find a dentist or company that vets their dentist openly and allow me to as a consumer. What dentist wouldn't want their profile public, so potential patients can vet them and feel safe? So my business with this dental practice just ended the minute I could not vet their dentists. And no, patients don't use Linkedin or social media to vet HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS as the agent on the phone suggested to me. Lol. I vet them using ADA or their reviews with their actual profile listing where they went to dental school and if they had sanctions on their license or not. Wow. I feel lucky I avoided this mess. Just got off the phone too and they could not provide ANY vetting on their own website. American Dental Association, please help consumers here!

Negative experience: The reason it's 1 star isn't due to the services received. It's mainly due to the inaccuracy of the ZOCDOC app used to book the appointment. I booked my appointment through the ZOCDOC app but received a text from the office saying my appointment was at 5pm. I booked the appt for 5:30 to allow for travel time. The amount of coordination that had to be done to make the 5:30 appointment took some time and effort just to end up finding out that 5:30 slots don't even exist at the office. I received text messages the day of making the appointment to confirm the appointment as well before the day of.

He informed me and was able to fit me in for treatment. Would recommend them again. Maria D. Negative experience: I wish I could give this office ZERO stars! Every time I come here, I am here for 2 hours just for a recall, which is an exam and cleaning! Today, I waited 45 mins just to be seen! My appt was at 2pm and didn’t leave the office until 4pm. I spoke to the manager of the office, but she doesn’t care about patients or have good customer service. She doesn’t know how to run this office and if you come here you’ll be here for hours! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Negative experience: Horrible staff and Horrible procedures...I been in pain for weeks before my appointment just to come and be told I have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks for a simple wisdom tooth extraction...this place is not organized and only has one surgeon on hand for weeks...I walked in with pain and walked out with the same amount of pain as well another 4 to 6 weeks to deal with it-no medication but just a pat on my back...this place is a horrible dentistry and should be exposed

Negative experience: The wait at this place is completely unreasonable and uneccessary. I waited an hour in the waiting room. Finally got called back to a dirty ripped chair. The assistant tried getting supplies from a broken drawer. Rather than fixing it she left it open after commenting on the difficulty of shutting it. She placed a bib on me and left. Another hour goes by and I haven’t even been acknowledged let alone seen. Even when I sat up and turned around to see what was going on. I finally realize that people that came in after me were being seen and already leaving. I got up and left with out my cleaning and then got a text to leave a review on my experience that I’m sure they still billed my insurance for. Rediculous and needless to say I will NOT be returning.

Negative experience: Really pushy about buying some treatment even after telling them you can’t afford it. Then they never answer or call you back to cancel it. Felt like I was at the used car dealership.

Positive experience: I gave 4 star's because the front desk are not very friendly I noticed an attitude with the ladies but the back and the doctor were great I didn't like the long long wait and I didn't like that they couldn't work on me but I guess it's my fault since I need quite a bit of work done so I give Dr and his assistant 2 thumbs up

Fantastic experience: Hello I came into western dental in rialto and Arthur Roman was a great help he explained all my treatment very well and he give me a great service. Dr Khasru was a great doctor as well he was polite and very helpful over all great service.

Negative experience: In my experience at this western dental is unhygienic, specialist at the ortho, Attach is one of your dental equipment is dirty and scratch. Is really hard to think this utensil go to my daughter mouth.I ask one of the dental assistant and they said is clean utensil. I think you need more training your employee for steril and cleaning.

Negative experience: The front staff is pretty nice and friendly. It just takes for ever to be seen . 3 hours just for xrays and cleaning is outrageous

Negative experience: My daughter had an appointment at 9:30 am this morning for a routine 6 month check up. They didn’t even call her in until 10:30 am. Then she sat in the back until 11:25 am when they asked her if she can come back around 3pm later that day to get a cleaning. This is ridiculous. This place over books which leaves people wasting half their day in the waiting room. Do they not realize people have jobs. This happens every time we go here. Looking for a new dentist now. Anyone know any better offices in Rialto?

Fantastic experience: Hesitant at first about any dentist office, I felt that I was going to be treat as number in a folder. This was not the case, Western Dental changed my view on what a dentist office should be. Veronica, one of the receptionist, was kind and helpful when explaining and resolving my dental care plan and financial strategy. Now as for the Doctor, let me tell you, professionalism at its finest. 10/10 exceeded all expectations. Doctor: Zhang Operation: Root Canal Feedback: Painless and attention to detail. The process of anesthesia was conducted at an elite level. Doctor was also kind and considerate. Always making sure I was not in any discomfort during the process. I was able to leave the dental chair more confident about my smile and teeth thanks to this highly skilled doctor. I was left impressed. Western Dental and more importantly Dr.Zhang have earned me as a patient. Thank you for your magnificent service.

Negative experience: The people in the front are so helpful and the guy is really nice. Especially Judy and Veronica. The girl in the back that does ortho is horrible and rude. She was making fun of my daughter with her co worker. In front of other patients. Not professional at all. My daughter left crying. Unfortunately they don't let the parents go in the back even if you have a minor. So I wasn't there to protect her. Oh and by the way you get a gift if you post a 5 star. Ill let you make your on conclusions.

Negative experience: Ever since I was little I’ve been coming to this dentist and more recently I made my way back to this location. I went in because I got a toothache. The male dentist that was the one who made sure what needed to be done poked my broken filling and and caused a lot of pain, apart from that he was extremely rude and was pretty much shaming me. He then suggested that my filling that fell out, instead of filling my tooth he would remove it and get an implant with a ridiculous price. Apart from that my next visit was just as bad the lady filling my cavities kept going back and forth with me and someone else , hurt me and still managed to do my filling wrong. I do not recommend anyone coming here. Mostly those who are trying to find a dentist office that make them nervous or scared. I finally found the perfect dentist just 5 mins away from this place. My new dentist 1.) staff super friendly 2.) makes sure you feel welcomed and comfortable during the whole time you are there 3.) truly want to save your teeth and don’t shame you. That tooth the western dental dentist told me that was a lost cause my new dentist did a root canal and crown because that’s all it need and saved me money. If I could give western dental a 0 I would.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Rialto Western Dental for a while now and can’t state enough how helpful Debbie Sanchez has been the entire time. Always thorough, clear, and willing to go the extra mile. This location has great customer service. The other associates are super helpful and honestly really down to earth and friendly. It’s a really nice environment they have established there.

Negative experience: Did my ortho treatment here in 2019 -2021 , horrible mistake! They had to pull out 3 premolar, a baby tooth and a stuck canine . 3 years later I am dealing with bone loss , TMJ, facial structure gone! My tongue went to the back of my throat now having issues swallowing. Bottom lip is pushed back in, now I have a lisp. It’s affecting my daily life now and wish I can go back in time and say NO to pulling teeth!!!! Don’t pull out your teeth! Find another ortho that actually cares about you and your teeth and future!! I now struggle with face dysmorphia .

Negative experience: This place is pathetic. Showed up for my sons appointment at 1130 waited passed 3 to be seen. Took a whole month to get scheduled for this appointment so I felt the need to stay especially because my son was having complications and pain. Will never go back.

Positive experience: When I came in for my initial visit at an appointed time waited about 35 40 minutes to be seen. Alot of people came in at the same time so lobby was full of people. Staff was ok but not so friendly . Front desk has no confidentiality and not so friendly. They said OUT LOUD that I have six cavities for the whole room to hear. 2nd visit for my child they said out loud after consultation she has 4 cavities. HOW EMBARRASSING! maybe I should report to HIPPAA since my privacy is being broadcasted.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for a year and a half and always had a good experiences for braces. I’m in and out Debbie always accommodates to my schedule and I’m very happy with the treatment.

Negative experience: Wow Very Unprofessional Staff! I had to take this one to my lawyer ,corporate & the BBB. I have epilepsy & was referred here and scheduled for a tooth extraction & cleaning. The male Dr that examined me 05/24/24 was very professional, got all my health info & scheduled me to get all work done 05/30/24 @ 9am but the assistant “Veronica” was very unprofessional. I let that one go because i have stuff to do but today’s appointment was Very UNPROFESSIONAL & Disrespectful on 05/30/24. After patiently waiting in their dirty spider ️ web infested waiting room until 9:45am for my scheduled appointment for 9am, I was called names and threatened to have the police called on me because they wanted to try to make all excuses not to do the work. All they had to say was they are too busy and I could have accepted that but only bad attitudes were given & i wanted to know the doctor names who seen me today and talk to a higher up. I was told the Dr. would be there by 10am so I was going to wait & because I was willing to be professional & wait , Dr.Jameel & Dr Khasru names were given on a sticky note and I was called a loser by the short chubby lady, then threatened to have the police called on me.

Negative experience: This office is dirty. It has been a clown show with them. From horrible fillings, only way to fix my messy cavity filling was to get it redone, who wants that and not to mention miscommunication on implants. Please do not go there. I have met life ppo and could have gone anywhere and chose to go there. Once I get my implant, I will never go back . Beware. They made me an appt for implant delivery and they don't have my implant lol. Total clown show.one more thing after my implant impression the guy put a bigger screw in the empty spot it was so high up, it was hitting my upper tooth, I had to go back and waste a Saturday. Clown show again. Beware! Whe. I complained to the office manager she left me in her office and never came back. Look at their lame excuse below. Clean your office, equipment, tools!

Negative experience: They cant even give you a prices for braces removal over the phone and the simple fact that the guy was rude and agree on the fact you have to waste your time going up their for a freaking prices or approval why have me waste my time doing all that waiting n then turn me down wen you could of told me over the phone is beyond me.they are rude and habe poor customer services.

Negative experience: Be cautious. Good dentist but they practice predatory lending in the form of offering unecessary supplementals/treatments not covered by insurance. Then financing them at high interest rates. There is a reason they are approving you for crazy payment plans. Its because they are taking advantage of desperate or unsuspecting people They are also understaffed and will keep people waiting for hours because they are overbooked by 3 and 4 people.
