Fantastic experience: Had a terrible toothache come on suddenly, got scheduled in quickly for an assessment the next day. I got scheduled ASAP for a root canal and crown the next week with Dr Milner & Phil. Chairside manner was wonderful and the dental work itself stellar. Reception staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. They texted me to follow up and ensure I had a good recovery and the problem was solved. The procedures are fairly priced. Will be bringing my family here.

Fantastic experience: I went for a teeth cleaning today and was met by the kindest assistant to Dr. Milner ever! She made me feel comfortable, kept me informed and, made suggestions to prevent staining and accumulation of plaque and food particles in my teeth in the future. I didnt get her name and let me apologize for my description in advance. She was an American-Asian assistant who I hope to get the next time I come. Thanks for the great experience!

Negative experience: Since there is no zero rating, this place gets 1 by default. This place started out nice, but they ended up being one of the worst dentistry I have visited all my life. Ms. Darrell-the older lady in the front office, is a nasty and mean woman. The doctor does call patients back trying to help resolve issues but it is just another facade to create more distress and issues for the patient. They are overpriced for crowns, will have their dental assistant (instead of the Dr) do the crown install, lie about the material they used on the crown and are currently violating HIPAA by refusing to release the dental records of my visit to me. Stay away from this place if you can.

Fantastic experience: July 2025 I've been coming here for awhile and that will never change. Knowing that you are more than a patient, they make you feel at ease. All the staff, hygienist and Dr Milner makes you feel welcomed and values you. I've now referred my husband and I will continue to refer others. ‐---------- April 5th, 2024 The best dentist office. ---------- June 21,2021 After getting a root canal and a few fillings, this was the last day. Since I started in March, my visits has been very pleasant. The whole staff is knowledgeable in what they do. The work that I needed was not as extensive as when I visited another office a few years ago who told me that I needed over $30,000 worth of work. That completely turned me off, because they didn't care about me as a person, they just wanted to do unnecessary work that would make them more money. However after finding Dolfield Dental, they really took care of my actual needs and I'm completely satisfied. I even referred my parents and they love this place. March 3, 3021 I usually don't like going to the dentist (who does?), but it's been awhile since I had a cleaning and my insurance changed so I needed to find another office that accepted my new insurance. I Googled dentist in my area and they had pretty good reviews, so I decided to make an appointment. From the front desk staff to the dentist, everyone made me feel so comfortable. The office was clean and they really made sure they took steps to follow the guidelines concerning covid. They made me feel like a person, not just a patient. I'm glad I found this location and can't wait till my next visit with them.

Fantastic experience: My first visit at Dolfield Dental. Scheduling was a breeze and Talia was great and helpful. Nancy was my hygienist today and she was lovely. Super friendly and personable. She was gentle and explained as we moved along the appointment. Dr. Milner was great and straight to the point. Darrell was helpful at checkout. I don’t have insurance but they have this great in house plan that’s affordable for those who don’t have dental insurance. Glad I chose this office/team to be my general dentist.

I must say I was a little apprehensive and scared about going to the dentist but when I read the reviews, I started to feel much better. I was late bcuz I got lost but Talia the receptionist and Nancy the Hygienist were very helpful in guiding me. Nancy was very thorough in addition to being kind and professional and Dr. Milner was also very courteous. I never thought I'd say this but I look forward to my next visit

Negative experience: I was referred with expectations that this was the best place for me. Well I'm a Christian man and I will just let you know I wasn't happy with consultation or anything else. I just felt like we took x-ray pics (approximately 3 pics), sit for 20 minutes or so just to have a 30 second consult to send you to his cohorts and by the way see the receptionist on the way out to pay. Thanks and no thanks. Go elsewhere and at least feel good about paying and getting personal attention.

Negative experience: They have great technology, and the ladies are all kind. The reason for 2 . I had a problem with the dentist. He was extremely dismissive after his hands slipped while he was drilling. He was putting pressure leaning his hand on my bottom lip (painful pressure), and it slipped. The cut was about 2/3rds inch long and 1/2" deep on the inside of my cheek to the back of my teeth. What's most concerning is his response. He said, "This happens" instead of apologizing. Even when I came back, he couldn't apologize for injuring me. He tells me this happens dismissing the fact that I have gone to the dentist my whole life at least 35 years, and no, this doesn't just happen. I never returned and couldn't have my children seen by him either. He doesn't listen to clients. Instead, brushed me off. IDK what they will reply to this, but I would never trust that type of person with my dental care, especially not with my children.

Fantastic experience: I first went to Dolfield Dental after experiencing an issue that was not quite an emergency but did require immediate attention. Dr. Milner was great. He explained the entire process and answered all of my concerns. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and did so with a smile and warm greeting every time I visited the office.

Fantastic experience: Another great experience. From start to finish. First the lady who did my X-rays was pleasant and efficient. Then I saw Dr Milner who was pleasant as always. I didn't really have any concerns. I did mention my mouth guard not fitting properly and he encouraged me to bring it in to see if he is able to make adjustments to it. (I received it at my previous dental office and was never able to wear it as the fit was not good.) Dr Nancy was amazing. She was gentle and made my teeth sparkle. My oral health stays on track because of this dental office. In addition the front desk associate was very pleasant and welcoming. I look forward to my next visit in 6 months! Negative experience: Called as new patient, left on hold for 15 minutes while they look into a certain service. After waiting 15 minutes while they checked, the person comes back and asked what my question was again. Then she placed me back on hold for a few minutes then disconnected the call. Will not be having my dental care done here

The Dentist then came and introduced himself to me.He was polite and listened to my complaints. He examined me and told me later was he felt is the solution. Fantastic experience: This was the absolute best dental appt I've had in my adult life. Everyone was so pleasant & welcoming. Dr. Nancy's cleaning was so thorough, when there was discomfort my dentist made adjustments. I must say this was a pleasant dental visit. The Doctors work as a team for the betterment of the patient. No up selling was a relief. Dolfield dental exceeded my expectations. I finally found a dental care home.

Fantastic experience: I had a broken filling, so I called another local dental office which was recommended for repair/consultation. It was pushed that I needed a root canal immediately. There was no other discussion and no willing to explore other options. I called around to get another opinion and not a single office could get me in within less than a MONTH…. For an emergent issue. Dolfield got me scheduled within 1 business day. I was evaluated and treated in the same appointment visit… with a crown not an emergent root canal which I was being forced into by another office. This was my first experience and it was really great. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My permanent crown was ordered same day and the pricing was very fair in coordination with my insurance. HIGHLY recommend. I plan on being a regular patient here now. Dr Milner was really understanding and helped keep me calm

Fantastic experience: I came to Dolfield Dental as my dentist from many years recently joined the practice. My first experience with this practice was positive. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was taken back almost immediately. I had a very positive and pleasant experience with my dental provider, Dr. Cynthia Miller. Support staff were also extremely efficient. I am happy to use this practice as it is located closer to my home.

Negative experience: Used this dentist and thought the service was great at first especially as someone suffering from dental anxiety. They were supposed to reach out with a treatment plan after I saw the specialist. I called the dental office like I was supposed to and was notified that the dentist would reach out to me. Weeks go by and nothing so I called again and was put on hold and told for a while that someone would call me. I asked if they are sure someone would call me and they said yes. No one reached out to me for 2 months even after me expressing before that someone was supposed to speak with me and didn’t. It’s disappointing and discouraging to have a dentist and dental office that does not care at all. Shame on you all and hopefully you don’t treat other patients like this. Never going back.

Positive experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Milner for years and the staff and Dr. Milner have always been very friendly. The only thing I don’t like are the referrals. Most of the time the doctors I get referred to seem money hungry. Aside from that, I have no complaints.

Qian, the dental hygienist, did an excellent job and answered all my questions. Dr. Milner (filling in this once for my normal dentist, Dr. Miller) examined my teeth further, reviewed my dental x-rays and photos with me, and made recommendations. Check-out and scheduling of future appointments were both efficient, and all my questions were answered. I was pleased with my experience and highly recommend Dolfield Dental!

Fantastic experience: I called Dolfield Dental after having a bad toothache for several weeks and knew a root canal was in my future. Dr. Milner quickly assessed it and agreed. Before the procedure, I began to have anxiety about the medication portion as the nerve in my gum was soo inflamed, I couldn’t even touch it. But Dr. Milner assured me and was able to administer the shot with NO problems. I hardly felt anything! Impressive!! The root canal and crown work went really well and besides being a bit sore later than evening, I barely needed any Tylenol. 2 days later and I feel great! No pain and I am back to chewing on that side, relieved that my tooth pain is now gone. The staff was helpful and the office is clean and tidy and I am very pleased with my experience.

Fantastic experience: I must say that I've been to Dolifield Dental twice for my appointments and these experiences have been nothing short of spectacular. I'm truly pleased and happy with the service the dentist and the assistants displayed during my visits. It's a great dental office with a great atmosphere.
