Fantastic experience: Everyone here is down-to-earth, friendly, and easy to talk to — being nice is definitely a bonus. But what really keeps me coming back is how efficient they are. I’ve seen two different dentists and both were quick without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. They know what they’re doing, and I appreciate that I don’t have to spend all day in the chair worrying. They’ve always made sure I was numb before starting and the shots have been easy. The work has been excellent — I’ve never had anything fail, cause pain, or need fixing afterward. They also reassure you that if something doesn’t feel right, they’ll address it immediately. I haven’t had to test that promise yet, but based on my experience so far, I trust them completely.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. I have been going here for a few years now. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and getting my teeth cleaned. I also have had good experiences with being able to reschedule when I had something come up that prevented me from making my original appointment. Also, I have been taking my daughter here since she was 2 1/2 years old, this was her first exposure to a dentist office and any sort of dental checkup. The staff was patient and engaging with her, so much so that she was comfortable and was actually able to get her teeth cleaned. We have been back several times now and they have consistently showed great patience and engagement with my daughter each time.

Fantastic experience: I needed a lot of work (2 root canals to boot). I do not like the dentist. Dr Laing and 2 of his best assistant ( Steve & Ralph) took great care of me. Cause of the great care I followed through with all my appt. and my teeth are all fixed. About 8 years of not going to the dentist. Then there’s Moe cleaned my teeth and he made it fearless. The WHOLE staff there is amazing!

The office staff is also very friendly and understanding! 20/10 service! I almost switched dentists after my crown was done but once I found out they have new dr I decided to give them another chance glad I did!

Negative experience: Update: changing my review from 5 stars to 2. Had my wisdom tooth extracted here today and they didn’t call in any of the pain medications to my pharmacy. The dark, long haired girl at the front desk said she would MAKE SURE to submit it in before she left but obviously did not. Probably won’t return here as this was only my second visit and they already dropped the ball. Would still give 5 stars to Dr. Lang and Ralph though!! They were amazing for my first and second visit. Whole staff is amazing!!! From the front desk, to the dental assistant to the dentist! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming!! They made me feel so comfortable! And were very honest and up front with any fees! Would recommend to all my family and friends ☺️

Fantastic experience: My daughter has anxiety about going to the dentist. From start to finish she was so calm and laughing! For xray time the tech put on music to make her feel better, it worked!! The dental assistant and dentist absolutely amazing made her first experience at this office fun and comfortable. The receptionists are so kind and helpful. Everyone made her, my sons, and myself experience amazing and I’m so thankful! Thank you EVERYONE! You all are rockstars, I have an awful memory I wish I remembered names but every single staff member we crossed paths with were all so kind and welcoming. Fantastic experience: After Dr Reich started only doing monthly visits, I was horrified of the dentist. However, today I met Dr Laing and he made me feel comfortable and dealt with me very well. I am an awful dental patient and always have been, so finally seeing another Dr who can handle me without judgement was relieving.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience, that it almost felt immoral to NOT get on here, and leave a review. I had a bad experience with wisdom tooth removal at another dentist. As a result, I've had some apprehension in taking care of a really bad tooth (rear molar 15). I went in YESTERDAY for the extraction of this tooth, and a cleaning. Keep in mind, this was yesterday. The cleaning was great, I'm walking around with a Hollywood smile today lol, but the extraction was PHENOMENAL. My blood pressure was 180 walking in, I was trembling like a leaf (out of nerves, and a little bit of coffee)....I walked out at 120, cooler than a polar bears toenail lol. They were able to extract this tooth in roughly ten minutes, and they did a clean pull, not even one chip on the tooth!! I was expecting to at least be uncomfortable today; NOPE, not even a hint of pain! Of course, I'm following the post op instructions meticulously, but regardless, GREAT EXPERIENCE. The staff is also friendly! If you're like me, and have apprehension, or fear; this is the right place, they'll take good care of you! You'll be in competent good hands here! My hat's off to Garden City Family Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: This family dentistry is awesome. I just recently started coming here based on a referral and Im in love with the quality of the care I’ve received at this dentistry. Instead of the name being called Garden City family dentistry, it should be called THE GOOD FAMILY DENTISTRY!!!! I was a former patient of Brightside Dental and there’s no comparison regarding the quality of care I’ve received here. So far I’ve had a deep dental cleaning, three cavity’s filled and today I got a crown for a tooth I had a root canal on. Everyone of the staff members are polite and very professional and overall I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs a great dentist who takes her time and does the job right!!! The prices are affordable and overall this place is amazing!!! If I could give more stars I most definitely would’ve…⭐️⭐️⭐️✨⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: I've been traumatized by my last dentist and came here after 2 years. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the friendliest face- Paige! She was so sweet, kind and helpful throughout the start and until the end of my visit. The staff here was all kind and knowledgeable. I'll eventually know all their names thank you for giving me hope in dentistry again Update from 5 stars to 1 star PAID for fillings on tooth 6 months ago (CHARGED EXTRA FOR MULTI-SURFACE). I am still having sensitivities so I had to PAY for a root canal today and was informed I'd be getting a temporary crown today and permanent crown in 2 weeks. Instead I was given a filling after my root canal and will have to PAY YET AGAIN for a crown later! My insurance and I being charged over and over is one thing... Getting unnecessary treatment is DIABOLICAL!!!

Fantastic experience: Went here because my old dentist didn't seem to care about me as a customer... this place totally does! They are very friendly, considerate of my comfort, and even showed me the bill before my appointment began. I went for a 6pm appointment, but everyone was kind and patient, even at the end of the day. My hygienist was knowledgeable and explained the reasons why I was seeing different things in my x-rays, teeth, etc.

Fantastic experience: The name of this office should be changed to Gentle and Wonderful. Total professionals from the front to the back of the office. I was apprehensive about seeing another dentist. It's been a while since I've seen one due to some bad experiences. The staff made me very comfortable and took care of a lot of the work that I needed in one visit. They discussed my dental work with me thoroughly and I understood all procedures. All insurance and out of pocket billing was discussed up front so the best choices for me could be made. Awesome dental experience!

Negative experience: Since this clinic was sold to a major chain they keep posting my past positive ratings which is no longer true they have not honored the agreement we had with Dr O we have moved on and not be back they have promised to reach out to me and have not done so for 3 months. Very disappointed with Great Expressions.
