Fantastic experience: Honestly, I’m 64 years old and this the best dental office I’ve ever been to, in my life. Now THAT is something. Dr.Ngo is very kind and speaks directly to you, as the patient. I get actually see his face. Tina, the hygienist is painless, super nice, and has just a lovely personality. The ladies in the front are all friendly and helpful. I’m grateful really. This what healthcare should look like.

Negative experience: Just took my son for the first time today and it will be the last. Rude reception, not disability friendly at all. They talk about patients where others can hear. While we were in the waiting room almost an hour past our appointment time, a couple of elderly ladies came in, and they were so rude to them. They had no compassion and were not friendly at all towards them. The woman who came out to get me after taking my son back for x-rays Stood at the door quietly saying something to me and I couldn’t hear very well so I said what was that and she just turned around and walked off. At check out I was asked to sign something without knowing exactly what it was and when I asked what was I signing I was given a vague answer so I asked again explaining that I didn’t understand what I was signing, and she said the same exact thing, but in a slow tone like that was going to make me understand it better. Also, when making an appointment, she was very irritated that we had a busy schedule and wouldn’t take the appointment they picked. I have went through and read most of their negative comments and seen that it was for the same reason and all of their comments and responses are exactly the same and so generic. Which tells me they really don’t care how they’re treating patients. If the first person you talk to, when you come in through the door is rude and acts like they have a chip on their shoulder and multiple Patients have complained and yet it’s still happening then it’s definitely time to find a new dentist. I would not recommend this place to anyone Especially if the visit is for a child.

Positive experience: I used to be a patient with them. I've called the office twice in the last two days and gotten automated message system. Left my name and info, but I guess they are so busy, it's not worth returning the call. This is not the first time I have been ignored by their office, but it will be the last. I've changed this to a 3 star since the office manager did finally contact me. I might give them one more chance, and update this review further at that point.

Their prices are very reasonable also. They are prompt with seeing you at appointment time, unlike the dentist I was going to previously. I highly recommend Willis Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: We recently moved to Willis and switched to Willis family dental so today was our first visit.,I will say we were treated far better than the last. It was an amazing experience. The girls up from are great and went above and beyond. The assistants in the back were great too amd the dentist (I came remember her name) was awesome! Friendly, good bedside manner, and came in prepared for our visit, meaning she had already looked over our chart and knew my son’s medical conditions before entering the room. We give this facility an overall 10. We will be going back and referring our family and friends.

Negative experience: I’m sorry, but I had to change my five star review to a one star because I called today to make an appointment and after 8 years never have I ever been talked to rudely, especially from this girl name Alyssa who claims to be the manager and the receptionist and everything there and I’m thinking really Well how about you just go back to school learn customer service and how to be a nice representative because you’re not taking in calls the way you should. I barely was able to get an appointment in with a doctor there and I don’t know how they function but to me this is not professionalism. Sorry, Alyssa, but you are not manager material neither are you admin material neither are your receptionist material. You need to go back and get retrained sweetheart by the owner of this dentistry. And I’m going to have to call and cancel my appointment because I do not wish to be greeted by this receptionist, so-called manager, Etc. sorry but y’all lost a loyal customer. Thanks Willis Family Dentist but it’s a no for me. I’ll continue searching for - a dentistry for my family That will take high value in their high paying customers. I really loved this place six years even 8 years when it was first opened but as for now it is a no for me. Hopefully y’all can get it together with the admin if not, y’all are really going to lose good business for good.

Fantastic experience: Customer service was amazing, those girls have the best training and communication. My kids and I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Saed yesterday. I love how she was right to the point, took the time to answer all questions, and then told us what would need to be done. The ladies up front already had my dental plan ready by the time I went to the front and were ready to schedule. I'm glad we made the switch, and I hope we get to stay as patient with this office.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice I hadn't been to the dentist in yrs was going through cancer since 2012and still going through it but they can't do no more chemo or radiation on me my body can't handle it anymore so there isn't much they cán for me but keep me comfortàble with medication for my pain they gave the ok to work on my teeth so that's what I'm doing everyone there màde m3 feel so welcome so now we háve the plan to fix my teeth have a beautiful smile once again I recommend them to anyone sincerely connie cazares Willis texas

Negative experience: Went in for a check up for my 5 yr old today and I opted not to get X-rays for my daughter. I brush her teeth with her 2x’s a day and I felt confident she had no cavities. The front desk said I needed to get x-rays done to confirm if she didn’t have cavities. I told them yet again I don’t want to elect for x-rays. I asked if I can atleast get a cleaning done for my daughter and they said they needed to ask. Finally, the front staff said either I get x-rays or the doctor won’t see my child today. I said, that’s not a problem and walked out. It’s a problem when businesses choose to push services for patients when there really isn’t a valid reason for concern. This comes down to putting profits before people. Besides, the fact they can’t bill insurance for said medical procedures therefore turn a profit, they denied a check up or a cleaning service for my child. The fact that the doctor didn’t even have the courtesy to come have a conversation about the situation says more about this business’s intentions then reviews, etc.

Negative experience: The woman at the front was rude to my mother and me. I heard them talking about other people and it made me mad. We waited for a long time after we got there on time. The desk lady made face expressions when talking to us. I am angry that I went in with pain and they did X-rays and that’s all. It seems like they just want to milk the insurance by making you come back multiple Times. My mom had to ask questions because they did not talk much and they didn’t know how to answer the questions my mom asked. There is just terrible service as soon as you get there and then as soon as you leave. The doctor was nice. She just didn’t answer all of our questions and then didn’t even say bye or anything just walked out of the room. We still had questions but she didn’t give us the chance to ask anything else.

Fantastic experience: Very professional. I would like to thank all of them for getting me in on a busy day. My tooth was hurting pretty bad.

Negative experience: One year update: we decided to give this place a try once more and quickly remembered why we weren’t a fan previously. They scheduled a follow up appt without asking me my availability and as figured it wasn’t on a date or time that works for us. They refused to change it. They claim to be calling and leaving voicemails but I haven’t had neither. The front desk girls are still very rude and snotty. They aren’t doing their job is the issue with the calls and when I told them that they quickly got defensive. They canceled yet another appt and when I called to confirm they changed the time to a hour and a half difference. This dental office needs to clean house and fire every single person in that front office. None of them are competent enough. It really takes away from the dental assistants and dentists. They are always wonderful! Please beware of the lack of from a front desk lady whom identified themself as “Allie”. She sits to the left when you arrive. She cancelled my child’s appointment without notifying me. She states she’s left a voicemail and she did pertaining to needing insurance information (never stated the appt was being cancelled). I promptly returned the call and spoke with a male whom Allie claims works at a call center. He updated the insurance info and all was well. We arrive for our scheduled appt (that we didn’t know had been cancelled) and Allie states our insurance is not valid and she canceled the appt. She was condescending and had an attitude. The blonde female at the desk on the right side stepped in after hearing the conversation and immediately discovered that Allie was wrong and the insurance was in fact active. Allie was aggravated that I asked her to add more contact information so we wouldn’t ever have a missed communication again. She didn’t add my email and said the blonde employee had it. The blonde looked at the chart and stated it was not in there and added it for me. She knew Allie was wrong and when we arrived for our new scheduled appt Allie wouldn’t speak to me. She refused to take my paperwork and waited for the blonde to do it. She then stepped outside on a personal call & could be heard from the waiting room talking so loudly on the phone before walking away. The blonde at the front desk is very helpful and seems to be great at her job. Allie should take notes from her as she isn’t fit to be working with the public must less the face of this dental office. The dental assistant & dentist were wonderful. They had great bed side manner and seemed to do their jobs well. That is truly appreciated!

Fantastic experience: Today I went in for a standard teeth cleaning. Larry cleaned my teeth today and despite it being a deep cleaning it was the best dental hygienist experience I've ever had. He was gentle and took the time to educate me on what he was doing and why it is so important to floss. Excellent experience and definitely would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I recently came in, for a tooth extraction. I'm not sure which dentist it was. It was a very kind lady, with blonde hair. I opted for the gas, because it's been a very long time since I've had an extraction, and wasn't sure what to expect. It basically puts you into a dream state. I had a molar that wasn't quite decayed to the roots. So, it was uncomfortable, but not excruciating pain yet. It took well over an hour to extract it. Only because it was endangering the teeth beside it, if not done properly. Slow and steady wins the race sometimes. It wasn't an enjoyable experience, by any means. But, she worked with it, as she had to, to ensure that the other teeth weren't damaged. She made sure that I stayed numb, and possible, giving me more shots to keep it numb, throughout the process. It was rough, but I only felt pressure, not pain, the whole time. She gave me breaks, to give me a chance to regroup, which I appreciated. The assistant was also very diligent through the extraction. It's the toughest extraction I've ever had. But, not because of the dentist, but because of the tooth. And, they made sure I was as comfortable as possible, the entire time. My tooth was stubborn, but they were exceptionally great, at making sure it went as smoothly as possible. The X-rays after, showed that it was successful, ensuring a speedy recovery. I was dreading this, obviously, but they put forth the extra effort, to make it an exceptional visit. I would highly recommend this place, for your dental needs. And, their prices are great, too.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time here and it was very pleasant. They got us back very quickly. The staff was very friendly to my two children, accommodated myself with my baby stroller and baby so I could be in the room. Cleanings were quick and painless; kids enjoyed their experience. We did have to get a referral to a pediatric dentist which they handled right there in the office.

Fantastic experience: The entire team is very professional. Dr Bernard Boback is extremely knowledgeable, he always kept us very informed throughout the entire two year treatment. More importantly, Dr Boback would go out of his way to make sure we never left his office without unanswered questions. They became family for two years since we saw the team every month.

Negative experience: This office consistently lacks basic customer service skills. The staff is unapproachable, dismissive, and shows little regard for patient experiences. There’s a clear need for better training in communication, empathy, and professionalism.

Negative experience: Horrible reception, awful guest relations, don't go here. If you call they'll place you on hold for 30 minutes. They are lazy, insensitive, and awful to people. They hang up the phone because they don't want to do their job.
