Fantastic experience: Had not been to a dentist in way too long. My hygenist, Billy was awesome, we had a fun conversation while we did imaging and cleaning. Dr. Lawson clearly explained what additional treatments I need and which ones were priorities get done asap and which ones could wait for a little bit.

Fantastic experience: There are not enough words to describe how awesome this place is!! Dr. Patel and his team made sure I was comfortable during every second of my extractions. I’m so uneasy & anxious at the dentist, but this was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. If you’re hesitant to seek dental care out of fear, come here- they truly care about you!

Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient at Swish. I made a great choice! It’s the most pleasant dentist office I’ve ever been to. Everyone on staff has been professional and friendly. The dentist and technicians are knowledgeable and share every detail about the condition of your dental health. Your suggested treatment plan is explained and options are presented. There’s none of the hard sell I’ve experienced in the past several years. (I actually boycotted all dentists for 2 years because of the unpleasantness and stress of office visits.) So far I’ve only had preventative services and the most thorough teeth cleaning I’ve had in decades. I’m looking forward to a long association with Swish.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental care and service. Professional, prompt and thorough. Always explains procedures and conditions. I had 4 front cosmetic crowns by Dr Lawson 7 yrs ago. Beautiful and natural results. My dentist niece complimented the crowns. Love this Domain location.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place! Everyone there is very nice and helpful. I had a veneer pop off and needed an appointment asap and came in the next day. The dentist was able to help and did a perfect color match in one visit. She is a rockstar!! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I had to call 3 times to get an email with a plan and prices of what I supposedly needed done. What they said I needed was about 2,400 usd and they said it was urgent or I would be in pain in less than 3 weeks. Went to México, 6 weeks ago, confirmed everything was fine, the mexican dentist didn’t even want to charge me because I didn’t need a thing. Thank God I saved that money. Double check with another dentist before getting any procedure with them.

Fantastic experience: Update: Saw a doc here for TMJ. Suggested conservative efforts first with a night guard. Agreed with that approach. Took over a month to get the night guard in from the lab. Had to call several times to find out where the night guard was. Front office staff never called back after stating they would. Front staff appeared unconcerned about the delay. Not a happy customer any longer. Was beginning to waver when I realized every time I went in, I saw a different hygienist and dentist. No consistency between visits. Original review: Very friendly staff. Sarah, the dental hygienist was excellent. Lots of cool tech - I love new gadgets. Only disappointment was to learn they do not do Cerec crowns. If I should need a crown, I will get it done by a DDS that does Cerec crowns. Other than that, I will continue to use Swish. These comments pertain to the Domain location.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience. I wanted just to get my teeth cleaned, which I signed up online for as a new patient. I had to do this, do that, then they said I needed a deep cleaning of my teeth which is not covered by my insurance which out of pocket would be 150 dollars, then I can have a regular cleaning….8 weeks after.

Fantastic experience: Showed up one minute before the appointment due to traffic. Greeted and treated with friendly stress free care. Although the trip made for a rough morning it was still a great start to the day. Complete opposite review of my last dental review. Big thanks to all the team members at Swish!

Fantastic experience: My father had an emergency and Dr. Lawson was able to get him in the same day and she took such amazing care of him! My father is a retired dentist and he couldn’t stop raving about her bedside manner and etiquette. The practice is very inviting and while I was waiting, everyone who walked in was treated with such respect and care. Highly recommend Swish to anyone looking for a dentist!

I have been making appointments here for what feels like close to a decade and continue to have consistently good experiences. ❤️ I want to recognize Anthony for being such a delight. He remembered my face and immediately got ahold of me when he saw my glasses left behind. I love him!! So many good experiences here. Ashley, my hygienist, made my cleaning fun too. The team also seems supportive of each other.

Negative experience: Don't do it. Office failed to bill my insurance and will not return my calls to try to mediate the situation. ITS BEEN TWO YEARS. I had active coverage at the time and went to swish as they were in my network now my credit is being hit and when my insurance or I try to call the billing department never calls back or answer. It's so bad I have a 1000 bill and bad credit that is not even my fault as I had coverage, I've tried many times to get in touch with anyone and fail. My insurance says they never billed and billing continues to not return mine or my insurance calls.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to a dentist in a few years due to a bad experience. The staff at Swish dental was very kind and caring.

Negative experience: Their admin is very disorganized. Both times I came in it took them about 10 min just to find my appointment. The second time I had rescheduled by a few days, and it wasn't until I was sitting in the hygienist's chair that they notified me that they wouldn't be able to charge my insurance because they scheduled me a week before the 6 month mark. They made me waste time and gas due to their scheduling error.

Fantastic experience: Five Stars All Around! I’m always anxious going to the dentist due to my pass experience it was a night mare incompetent dentist I had before. Finally, I have a go to dentist now Dr Patel. Dr Patel is warmth and professional that instantly put me at ease. He is not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. It's rare to find someone who combines expertise with genuine care like this. The true standout, though, was my hygienist, Robert he was gentle, thorough, and somehow managed to make a cleaning feel relaxing! His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the experience truly pleasant. The entire team creates an environment that’s clean, comfortable, and stress-free. I came to Swish after a friend recommended and tried a different location near me in Cedar Park. I prefer to drive an extra 25 minutes for this location, worth it.

Negative experience: My husband has gone here a few times and he likes the medical staff but we will find a new provider because they are bad at billing. His last visit, he asked how much the charges were for the day when he was handing over his credit card and the lady tersely responded "I don't know." So, they were charging him but didn't know how much. I checked the account and it was less than $30 but he doesn't know what the charge was for. (He just got a cleaning and we have insurance.) Then, 3 days later, he gets a text saying he owe $200+ more for the visit but no details. He's only been going here a few months and they can never tell him what he is being billed for. (The itemized bill we got previously showed charges for "credentialing positive adj" but they weren't able to tell us what that is.) I don't think it's a scam or anything but it feels like gross incompetence. We don't mind paying but it would be nice to know what we're paying for. They also try to do xrays every visit even if it's only been a couple of weeks. No one should ever accept your credit card for payment unless they can tell you how much they are charging you.

Fantastic experience: Swish Domain is 100/10, especially for those of us who Hate the dentist. They are kind and informative. Answer every question with patience and are more than willing to walk you through X-rays and scans to thoroughly explain what’s going on. Ashley was incredible and we were laughing throughout the appointment. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a broken bridge, and needed an emergency appointment. I called at 8:15 am and got an appointment at 9:00. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the receptionist, to the technician who took the x-rays, to the dentist who discussed my options for treatment.

Fantastic experience: Awesome clinic, super nice staff. They took me in emergency for a broken crown got me out of pain with an hour. The whole staff right from when you walk in all the way to the doctors makes you feel comfortable at this place. Dr. Patel was just awesome!!! Not only was he incredibly professional and skilled, but he also made me feel calm and cared for throughout the procedure. He did an awesome job—quick, thorough, and with a great bedside manner. I’m truly grateful for how he handled everything. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lawson is the BEST! She’s funny, thorough, and a lowkey perfectionist with her work (which I appreciate). I know I’m in good hands with her! I trust her FULLY. I also have had the pleasure of being treated by an amazing hygienist there, she’s extremely knowledgeable and gentle, and has provided me with a lot of counseling and education on oral health every time I’ve seen her - I usually try to schedule on the days she works but honestly I’ve had good experiences with all the hygienists when she hasn’t been available. I live south but drive to the Domain to continue working with the same team.

Fantastic experience: Today, Robert (hygienist) took care of all the stains on my teeth (coffee) and gave me great advice on how to prevent the stains in the future. My periodontal treatments have yielded tremendous results! My gums are much healthier between the cleanings and the education they provide about brushing techniques is insightful.

Negative experience: CHANGED TO ONE STAR! They sent the bill that they said was no cost to collections $35. Insane!! Website is misleading. I was in sever tooth pain due to a broken wisdom tooth and the website clearly stated emergency removal. I booked the appointment with the hopes of a swift removal and all they did was refer me out with meds. Not sure why they would advertise services they clearly do not offer. I could have went to my dentist to get the same service. Only good news was my insurance took care of the co pay. - This was also untrue, than they called me after leaving a review threating me to take it down. Told me that they could discount the amount I needed to pay, (i was there for five mins before they told me i needed to co somewhere else.)

Fantastic experience: I was able to make an emergency appointment for next day to have a tooth extracted. It was about as pleasant as that sort of thing could be. No pain and the entire process of inspection, analysis, and extraction was less than an hour. Super friendly staff too.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience, they took my husband with an emergency in just 1 day, they also got me a cleaning appointment for the same day! Stephanie was incredible and she helped me with everything even with the Invisalign process! The hygienist i believe the only guy forgot his name he was incredible and it’s the first time i get a deep cleaning that didn’t hurt at all. Dentist was super funny and nice to talk with, she had really good recommendations and doesn’t seem like people that only want to get money out of you. Really good experience with all the front desk staff and can’t wait for my Invisalign treatment in couple weeks!

Negative experience: Although the quality of their actual dental care (dentist and hygienist) are top notch, it is a poorly run administrative organization that is impossible to work with. Calls never returned; every request for the simple things like copies of records require multiple attempts. Multiple times, requests to speak with the dentist about a concern were never even conveyed to her. I learned later she'd never even know I'd tried to reach her, which she was upset about. I went to SWISH by referral for very high-cost procedures (Invisalign and veneers), but they delayed for so long in providing the formal treatment plan for veneers that I didn't get it until after they'd already ordered my Invisalign. I believed that the dentist's verbal estimate would be pretty much what the price was going to be, since she does this all the time. The treatment plan ended up being $2500 higher the verbal estimate and by that time it was too late to back out of the Invisalign. The practice manager never went over anything or asked if I had questions, I just received a link to their website to view it. When I asked for clarification on several proposed services I was told tersely, "That's just how we set our prices." They were asking for more than $9,000 then not willing to explain a single thing, nor discuss what elements might be flexible to make it more affordable. I went somewhere else for my veneers. BOTTOM LINE: Wonderful dentistry if you have good teeth and don't need extensive treatments. Otherwise, be prepared for administrative problems.

As someone who is very particular about my oral care, Dr. Arti exceeded my expectations! Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in years and I faced no judgement about it. My initial appt for an exam and cleaning was clearly laid out, and done with all the accommodations I asked for (sunglasses and using my own ear plugs). For my second appt where I got a filling done Dr. Arti Patel was so clear with exactly what would happen, patient, and incredibly efficient. I didn’t specifically ask for a woman dentist but I’m so grateful that I was put under her care. My filling procedure was explained in detail and her assistant (totally forgot to get her name, she had long braids with a few highlights and wore it half up half down) was so sweet!! Having great care like this really eased my dentist anxiety. Oh and the front desk clerk is always so nice and for any tr4ns/NB ppl they get my name right every time even as I’m in the process of changing my name! Thanks yall!

Negative experience: Very poor experience as a new patient. I arrived early and was kept waiting for 15 minutes past the appointment time while several other people (who arrived after me) were seen. I ultimately left since they could not keep a timely appointment.

Positive experience: Normally, the service is great, but my last experience didn’t meet expectations. I’ve had yet another new dentist, and the cleaning wasn’t as thorough as usual. I am hoping this is a one-off.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at swish Dental. They did very thorough diagnostics in order to look at all current and potential issues. That process was easy and painless and we also spoke about any issues I had and they were able to propose possible solutions. Then they did a consult with me to discuss different potential options and costs. Once that was done I went to get a cleaning, which was my intention for going there. That went very well. The Hygienist was the most gentle I’ve probably ever had, which was great because at my previous dentist the hygienist was very rough. Also, my mouth doesn’t open that wide and this was the first time I have been told I could close my mouth. Usually I’m being asked to open wider than is possible for me. This dental cleaning experience was perhaps the best I’ve ever had in my entire life. This will be my go-to in the future.

Fantastic experience: Today I went in for a wisdom teeth removal. I have a bit of a fear with dentists but I needed this tooth out ASAP lol. Doctor Patel and his tech assistant (she was so awesome, I apologize I couldn’t remember her name) were amazing. They were so kind and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The staff in general are all nice and friendly. My tooth was a bit stubborn coming out but we got it done. I definitely will be back :) 10/10 service

Adrian went above and beyond, providing every resource and option available, keeping me informed, and being incredibly accommodating while booking my appointment. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so warm and friendly — I instantly felt at ease. And Dr. Loehr? Truly the most amazing and absolute best dentist I’ve ever met. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely passionate about helping his patients achieve their goals with ideal long-term solutions. He took the time to explain every option and process, answered all my questions with patience and kindness, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I never felt rushed or judged, which is so rare and comforting in a dental experience. It’s so hard to find a dentist like Dr. Loehr, and I am beyond thankful. Fantastic experience: I always loving coming to Swish! This was my first time at the Domain location because my unusual location was all booked up and I was happy to see the same cleanliness, attention to patients, and job well done. My hygienist not only did a great job with my cleaning, he was very transparent with what he was doing and why throughout the whole process. Dr. Patel was also very clear with my treatment plan and next steps. The timing was perfect too, started m and ended right on time. Overall awesome experience per usual and I highly recommend it for everyone!

Negative experience: I had high hopes for Swish Dental at The Domain, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The front desk staff and hygienist were super friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. I arrived right before my 3:00 PM appointment, and my cleaning was completed in about 35 minutes. After that, I waited another 20 minutes in the chair, expecting to see the dentist to review my X-rays and discuss any concerns. At that point, I politely asked when the dentist would be able to see me, as I had a 4:30 PM appointment just five minutes away. Instead of offering a solution or apologizing for the delay, I was told I could just leave because "the dentist didn’t have to see me." This was incredibly frustrating—especially since I left work early to attend my routine 6-month checkup, expecting to get the full care I scheduled. A dental visit isn’t just about the cleaning—seeing the dentist is an essential part of the appointment. The dismissive attitude and lack of concern from the dentist made it clear that my time and care weren’t a priority. I now have to schedule another appointment just to get the full service I should have received in the first place. I won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for thorough, respectful dental care.

Negative experience: They must pay people to leave good reviews here. You will wait over an hour to see the dentist. I was waiting with my girlfriend for her appointment and the dentist still would not see her at 430 after waiting since her 3p appointment... maybe an isolated incident? Possible but not worth the risk or your time.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with so many hygienists at Swish, but Fred today was truly the gentlest I've had (and I did wait a while between appointments). All the dentists are prompt and professional. Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Comply or leave. If I could give Swish Dental negative stars, I would. Here's why: I went for a dental cleaning this week and they asked me to get x-rays. I told them that I have never had a cavity in my life and I don't need them every year. It's a waste of money, time, and also unnecessary radiation. I was told that the office requires it at least once a year because it was their "standard of care" and there were no exceptions. I understand that most people would benefit from this policy, but it's not necessary in my case and they told me that I wouldn't be able to continue with their practice unless I received x-rays at least once a year. They also said the doctor wouldn't even do an exam because I didn't get x-rays. "There would be nothing to see..." As if you can't see any cavity or other dental/ oral health issue in your mouth with just your eyes. This is absolutely ridiculous! Dental care (like any medical care) should not be "one size fits all." It should be individualized for each patient's needs. Patients should be allowed to refuse treatments and tests without being kicked out of a practice. I was also told that I probably wouldn't find a dentist anywhere that would allow me to reject x-rays because all of them have the same policy. Swish is clearly only concerned with making money and doesn't really care about the patient's individual needs. I guess they don't want healthy patients who only need routine cleanings.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Swish Dental in the Domain! Every single person is extremely professional and personable. I can say it’s an absolute joy to go to this dental office! From the receptionists to the billing staff; from the assistants to the hygienists; from the dentists to the orthodontists - I have not had a single bad experience in the year I’ve been going there. And I have never waited more than five minutes for any one of my appointments! Dr. Abigail is not only a phenomenal dentist, but she is an exceptional orthodontist; I have been blessed to be under her care for the past two years. Not only is their technology in the office for dentistry and orthodontics stellar, but the text messaging reminders and pre-check in make the entire process seamless. I am so glad I found Swish Dental, and I know you will be too!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Swish Dental Domain for 3-4 years. I’ve always had a great experience with all staff members during my visits or on the phone. I’ve never waited too long, it’s always in and out quickly for each visit. My only complaint is the location itself; there is never any parking since the small parking lot is shared with 4 other businesses.

Positive experience: Updated 12/31/2024. Not a good visit this round. I arrived 20 minutes early and was taken back 10 minutes late. Waited for the dentist consult for another 10 minutes after cleaning. I was instructed to wait for cash out (another 5 minutes) after I already paid at the front desk, had to ask if I could go. I had a different hygienist and dentist on this visit, no clue why. Sorry Swish, not a terrific experience. This was my first visit to Swish Dental as a new patient. Everyone involved in my dental visit was excellent. The team was very thorough and explained everything. Dr Lawson was great, she made sure I understood everything was ok. Teeth cleaning with hygienist was great, I was comfortable all the way through. Team offered multiple options for different potential dental issues. Great visit with Swish!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here. Quick, easy cleaning, Ashley was a great hygienist. Dune 2 on the TV. It was great.

Negative experience: Went in with an infected mouth injury, they prescribed orajel that I can get over the counter. Said “if it still hurts in two weeks come back for a biopsy”. Totally missed the point. Pain and infection present that day, I was already a week in. I don’t need a biopsy, I need real medicine. Saw my GP the next day who gave me antibiotics for the infection after looking at me for like five seconds. If it wasn’t covered by insurance I’d be asking for my money back. Total waste of time. One star for booking a same day appointment. Otherwise no stars. Wouldn’t have left a review except I got like four texts asking me to write a review.

Negative experience: This place pays their customers with gift cards for their “good” reviews. Do not go here, it is a scam of a business. We had something done in May of 2023, insurance paid their portion and then we paid the remainder (our portion was several thousand dollars). We were notified last month (November 2024) that the insurance has changed what they covered and are demanding we pay over $800 or they will send us to collections… Again, they pay for good reviews. I know we live in a world where scams are everywhere but it’s sad that dental offices are now being added to that list. To avoid these kind of issues in the future find a local family dentist. This is the lesson we’ve learned. Do not go to any commercial dentist office (a chain or brand of dentist - if there’s a nespresso in the lobby or kombucha on tap, go somewhere else).

Negative experience: I came back here to give them another try. They failed me once again. I was charged $250 for 2 x-rays and a 5 second exam & was told their X-rays were not advanced enough to see the problem and they need to refer me to another office. They don’t seem to know how to handle anything other than routine maintenance & then take advantage of patients by charging for useless services. Never again! After receiving a second opinion, I did have an infection and did need antibiotics. The provider at Swish told me there was no infection present. I’m so thankful for My Dental at Tech Ridge! They got me in right away and started me on antibiotics and had me scheduled for treatment immediately.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Swish a few times now and the visits have always been smooth. My new patient forms were sent to me via text which made it easy to fill out and convenient. When I was called back I was met with the assistant (forgot their name) but she was really knowledgeable and friendly. She took my X-rays and did a cool 3D scan on my teeth which was pretty awesome to see. I was then met with the hygienist and she cleaned my teeth. Literally the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I was then met by Dr. Lawson who did my exam and she was really pleasant and great bed side manner. There were a couple of things that came up in my evaluation but Dr. Lawson explained things in detail to me and gave me a plan. I’ve since completed all of my treatment with her. Front desk has been very helpful. They helped me apply for CareCredit which they offered me 12 months interest free so that I could afford my treatment in small monthly payments. Overall, I appreciate the entire Domain team and I would highly recommend them. See yall in 6 months. :)
