I most often saw Dr. McCauley as my primary dentist, and he is such a cool dude! Took time to listen to my concerns and helped set me up with a very nice mouthguard. The rest of the practitioners are awesome as well, and take such good care of me! If I wasn't moving away I would continue going here, I love this group!! Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of this practice and the team at Distinctive Dentistry! A few years back I sadly received some painful and unethical dental work which has since created an overall fear around going to the dentist (although I understand the importance and vitality of oral care). Despite my best efforts at calming myself down and reassuring myself, I enter each appointment full of anxiety and apprehension about what lies ahead. I had my first appointment today with Dr. McCauley and his hygienist Lisa and now will consider myself a forever patient! They were nothing by kind, caring and informative and I am forever thankful for their patience and understanding. The wonderful ladies at the front desk made check in/out and payment a breeze. Fantastic experience: As a repeat emergency care patient, I cannot be more pleased and grateful for the outstanding care I have received from Distinctive Dentistry. I broke a crown on a front tooth and needed to be seen urgently. I was scheduled for 2 hours later and, by noon, the emergency procedure was completed with a plan for further care and follow up in place! Dr McCauley and his staff are outstanding in every way, pleasant and professional, patiently explaining the process and procedures I need and why! I recommend them without reservation!

Positive experience: Everyone was really nice and the dentist was really thorough, but it sucks that they’re out of network with all insurances. The manager was so quick to cancel my next appointment when she found I was bummed about it.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was for teeth cleaning, which was done very professionally by Melissa. Before hygiene, x-rays were taken. After the cleaning, Dr. Zack examined my teeth and gums and noted the x-rays were also good. It was a good experience and took about an hour. I will return in 6 months for another session.

She said she would only trust Distinctive dentistry to do any of her dental work so I figured I need to give them a try since I moved to this side of town and I’m looking for a new dentist. They totally lived up to my expectations. Dr. Lane was very honest which I like and Michelle who did my x-rays was amazing as well and so was Michelle who was my hygienist. I know people don’t like to go to the dentist, however, I honestly feel when I need work done. I trust everything they would do here.
