When checking out got some new info & pleased to get it. Everyone is friendly & helpful. Happy to have him as my dentist, Dr. Adam is great, friendly & helpful. His father is really nice & friendly too. Everyone is trained so well & friendly. We don't have insurance really don't have a lot of money being my husband & are retired & live on a fixed income but they make it work for you. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: I'm starting with five stars. I've not been to the office yet. Tomorrow will be my first day. I'm very insecure about my smile. My sister's going with me. She's very insecure about hers. I've had a lot of heartaches in life and haven't been able to fix our teeth or take good care of them. I'm hoping after this I'll be able to smile again and so is she. I want to feel confident, not ashamed. I'll let you know how I was treated and after my appointmen, Well I've had my surgery and I'm very pleased. I honestly thought will be a lot more painful and it wasn't that painful at all. I'm not finished yet. I'm about almost to my halfway mark, but I'm very pleased. Fantastic experience: We went for my husbands consultation today and we are so excited to start the journey of getting his smile back. The staff was super nice, very informative, and made sure we understood everything very clearly, including different options for service and payment plans. The fact that they do everything from extractions to your final set of dentures/implants in house in a very short period of time was a huge factor in us deciding to use Koplan. Thankful that we did and will update as we go through the process.

Negative experience: Has anyone done “all on 4 implant prosthetic”and has had a bad experience breaking and losing implants from Scott A Koplon Dmd? Worst “dentist” ever!! Proceed with caution… you have been warned!

Fantastic experience: I had dental implant surgery on December 9th 2024. I was nervous at first not knowing what to expect. When I got there that morning after taking the medicine prescribed for me I wasn't nervous at all Every one that worked with me was very kind and I had an awesome experience with Dr Koplon and his team. I would recommend him 1000 times over. I tell everyone I know if they need dental work to go see Dr Koplon. These are just my temporary ones and I get my permanent ones in a month. My teeth before we're terrible and I had no bottom teeth. I can eat so much more things with my new teeth. I am so happy. Go see Dr Koplon

Fantastic experience: Dr. Scott and staff were awesome with my autistic son. They always let me go back and let me go back with him. They s are constantly reassuring him that he is doing great. Which lessons his anxiety. My son says he never wants to go to a different dentist. And that's the biggest compliment they could get. Negative experience: These bottom plate are bad I should have had a bottom plate replacement. went to koplon dental on April 14th.they wanted to charge me 2,089 to make some more. Ive already paid them over 5,000 for these and temporary are alot Better than the permanent one.the temporary have 14 teeth and permanent have 12 so tell me the problem with this deal if they cant do nothing about this i will not be back and i tell everyone dont use them. ill be calling them tomorrow morning.

Fantastic experience: These people are FULL SERVICE and spot on! From the front desk check-in to the check-out desk they get everything right. My insurance is always causing difficulties but these folks always get what i need pre-approved. My hygienist is just the sweetest and most gentle angel in the world. She smiles so brightly that her sweet smile can be seen even behind her N-95 mask. She takes time to answer any questions I have. The Dentist here are knowledgeable about the newest techniques and have in-house use of the best equipment. This pair represents many decades of dentistry. The treat a lot because they have seen a lot. They are rarely surprised. This visit is a routine cleaning and evaluation for a permanent tooth replacement. Looks like we will be putting the new implant soon. The room layouts are friendly, the place looks great. I got to listen to Journey, Gaye, The Stones, Barry White, Ronstadt, Cher and many other rock legends while in the chair. Gentle, compassionate and painless are really words I use describing my care there. Everything was done with my comfort in mind. I will take my extended family here. I am a Customer for life.

Fantastic experience: Over a period of a week, what I thought was jaw soreness due to clenching my teeth, ended up being a terrible abscess. The pain built for a few hours at work, until I had to call and explain my situation, I was in tears. The receptionist got me in the office within a couple of hours. Once there, I was treated with such kindness and caring, just amazing. I waited maybe ten minutes, before a very kind woman took me to a room, and took an exray. Scott Koplon came in shortly after, and gave me the verdict. We agreed upon a plan of attack. But he also gave me prescriptions to help relieve the excruciating pain I was experiencing. I can’t say enough about the kindness, professionalism, and empathy this team gives to their patients. Thank you♥️

They eased my mom heart and fixed him right up, my son loved the staff and the doctor! It was a good experience. Was in and out in about 45 minutes. Every one was nice. I recomend them. Had my teeth cleaned today. The lady that cleaned them was nice. I have bad gaging when I have x rays but she did an awesome. Only slightly gaged when she took a couple of the x rays out. I hope she can do the next x rays I have to have
