Negative experience: This office/business is a big disappointment, after being referred to it by a trusted family member. It appears they are very unorganized and have a lack of communication skills which resulted in waste of time and money for us! I first made an appointment for 8/1 8am for my son who was traveling in from NY who needed a one-day root canal.  I called back to see if I could back the time up since he wasn't arriving until late 7/31.  When I called back, I was told that he would have never been able to have a root canal on 8/1 because the dentist that can do them would not be in on that day. We then made a new appointment for 8/4 9am with the full understanding that he would first need to be checked by the dentist and if all was good, he would do the root canal at that appointment.  After speaking with one of the front desk ladies, I believe her name was Justice , my son changed his ticket to go home to 8/5 because I was told the root canal would take about an hr to an hr and ½ and we didn't want to push it too close.   On 8/4 we arrived to the office about 20mins early, waited approx. 30 mins past the appointment time to be told by the dentist that yes, he needed a root canal but since it is not a quick procedure he would have to wait and see if there was a cancellation and then he could do it. Again I was told the appointment was made with enough time to do the root canal if all was clear. Then they tell us the charge is $103 for the 10 or 15mins they spent with him to confirm something we already knew and was ready to have done.  After advising them this was not acceptable and reminded them that I was told if we had his original x-rays from NY, they would not charge him for the X-rays they took, they reduced the bill to $73.  I am not the type of person to cause a scene in the middle of an office, especially if there are other people in the waiting room.  I paid the bill but feel like it was a total rip off.  This appointment wasn't supposed to be a second opinion appointment. There were several conversations in detail as to why we were coming in and what our needs were. It seems as if Dr. Hamdan was not aware of why we were coming in which is frustrating since I was told it was all notated on the appointment documents. Overall bad experience. FYI, they have a sign up in the office that they will put your name in a drawing if you give them a 5-star review. Unfortunately, I can only give them a 1-star review.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Lapalco Family Dental several times in the past year, and I have been extremely pleased with every visit. Dr. Hamdan and his entire staff are professional, courteous, and patient-oriented. The treatments I have received have all been very good. On two separate occasions, I have had problems in between appointments and was seen within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend LAPALCO Family Dental.

Positive experience: Staff Jamie is very rude, raising voice and won't let you talk and laughing after at how rude she is talking to me. I was trying to explain that I did an appeal with my insurance. The dentist and other staff have been GREAT and I continue to go for cleanings and exams and have no issues at all. But I will say Jamie was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

The sweet ladies at the front desk, helping me with payment arrangements to ease my mind of how I could pay for the dental cost that I needed to take care of for our visit that day .The entire staff was very friendly & caring especially to my daughter who has a fear of getting any kind of dental work done . They made sure to make her feel comfortable & calm the entire time!!!! We definitely will be back

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best dental office in the world! The dentist was incredible, and the staff went above and beyond—everyone was so warm, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. I felt so comfortable, I accidentally took the TV remote home with me (don’t worry, I brought it back!). After my procedure, I had a minor concern and they got me in the same day I called—talk about amazing care and responsiveness. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

She was super nervous but Dr. Hamdan and the assistant helped her through the process. She was very pleased at how fast her teeth were removed and didn’t feel any pain. Fantastic experience: Great experience. I had been searching for a new dental office for a while. I called in with a few questions; the receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable. She scheduled me for a consult same day, upon arrival I checked in and was given my options and got an appointment slot right on the spot.

Fantastic experience: I am always treated promptly and professionally. The office is very clean. Everyone is courteous and friendly. I am impressed with the staff, the assistants, the hygienists, and of course Dr. Hamdan. I have been going there for several years and am very pleased with this practice. I have and had no complaints ever. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Everything about the office was great. I was given several payment options, I had no idea existed. Options were given for individuals without income or low income, and also with out insurance. The staff takes pride in what they’re doing at the office. I appreciated how the dentist went into detail within my treatment plan and also gave me step by step on what’s to happen next.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING STAFF!!! I received a call that my Friday appointment will be cancelled, because of the severe weather. There was appointment availability at 9:00am for me to come in ( returned missed at 8:35am). Now, I stayed up binge watching tv and I was so exhausted. I rushed out my house with husband sweatpants and daughter shoes on (my own shirt lol) . I am so happy I got out of bed and made it this appointment. Greeted with a smile and no judgement for my appearance. Taken in immediately!!! X-ray and cleaning done and educated on future treatment that was necessary. Returned to the front to discuss treatment expense and availability. GUESS WHAT?!!! They performed the required treatment. The assistant for the procedure allowed me to listen to my favorite music artist ADELE. I did not like the emphasis on “No cursing music.” Duh, it’s a dental office pick whichever music you like, because I love all genres. Besides that, we were all having fun and getting the work done. I love how the Doctor and assistant cared about my comfortability while performing the procedure. Number one thing I love the most was that plastic covers were on all equipment. Great PPE practice!! Wonderful new patient experience.

Fantastic experience: Wow! I've NEVER actually LIKED a dentist! The staff and DR are amazing. For the first time in a long time I felt like my medical staff actually CARED! 5 STARS HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They were able to pull an infected tooth that another dentist said would require surgery. Best part? He was SO gentle I DIDNT FEEL THE EXTRACTION!! I LIKED THE DENTIST!!

Customer service is excellent and all of your needs will be met. If you're looking for a REGULAR dentist keep looking but if you're looking for a dentist that will meet all of your needs and treat you with care then don't look any further because this is the place you need to be!!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Lapalco Dental was ok. I received a crown and filling. The filling wasn’t completed I still can feel the grit from the filling and the dental assistant had to try and buff it I guess. The temporary crown was awful. It was crooked and made my gap much larger I can fit my tongue through it. I pray my permanent isn’t this terrible

Over all they're all removed and, all things considered, I'm already on the mend. Everyone is friendly and professional. Believe me it's hard to find a good dentist, especially when you are new to the area. Corporate dentistry just wasnt whati was looking for and the hygenist here was very gentle yet did a great job. The Dr was great as well. Hopefully future visits will be just as good.

I enjoyed having small talk during the cleaning and sharing with her about the water flossers on TikTok. Fantastic experience: Excellent care!! I had the worst toothache from my wisdom tooth and they took me in as early as they could get me. I didn’t have to wait long before I was called to the back. They took an X-ray and had me numb with relieve in no time! Very soon after they were quick to pull out my tooth and I was still able to go to work that day! All the workers there were nice and funny helping me feel welcome and positive. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a dentist to pull my tooth that was causing really bad pain.I am not at all a person to go to a doctor much less a dentist.I googled a dentist near me,and called to make a appt wasn't able to get one till Friday but they told me if they could get me in sooner than that they would give me a call, the next morning I got a call from the dentist office saying that they had an available appointment for 1:00 that day they wanted to know if I would like to come in then,and of course I said yes. When I got there I was kind of nervous just like everyone else when they have to go to the dentist, but from the moment I walked in till the moment I left everyone was so helpful and so sweet including the dentist himself they talk to you, they work with you, they make you comfortable,everyone was very professional and after about 30 minutes of being there I wasn't nervous anymore. They also made me aware that they have a insurance plan there at the office so they helped me out with that and it was a really good plan for me. This is the go to place if you need any dental work done.I definitely made a great choice choosing Lapalco Family Dental.

I got to watch law and order as I waited . The wait wasn’t even that long . Doctor came in looked at my pictures, did his exam , and then told me everything we could do .
