Fantastic experience: The hygienist Savina is phenomenal. My son was struggling yesterday to get his X-rays done and she got down on his level, talked him through it and even gave examples of times when she struggled with X-rays. She got him calmed down and he was able to get the pictures. We had her again today for my other son and she was great at explaining everything and easing his anxiety. She alone is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Jakey is also amazing. That woman's energy will make you smile and she's incredibly helpful when you need to get scheduled and get out the door after an appointment. Thank you both!!

Fantastic experience: Our experience was wonderful! Jesus was patient with answering my oldest questions & did an amazing cleaning for my son! The X-ray tech there did a wonderful job with my oldest. (I didn't get her name) Dr. Banc was helpful with explaining what needs to be done, Jakey was amazing allowing my daughter to get the exact color toothbrush she wanted and while waiting for them I had the pleasure to meet Chad, he was awesome & helpful with answering my questions. It was our quickest dental trip, & they were so patient with my wild child and explained everything with ease.

Fantastic experience: HARP Pediatric Dentistry is amazing! The entire staff was welcoming and they created a comfortable, clean, environment for my son (4) and daughter (6). Dr. Phan, Niesha, & Jenny were able to get a full dental exam with my son (4). Dr. Banc and her assistant were both thorough and have great bedside manners. I am very happy with this group.

Positive experience: I have mixed feelings about this dental practice. Harp Denistry has a dental side and an orthodontic side. I have zero complaints about the orthodontic side. My child has had a very successful treatment plan with the orthodontist and their braces are set to be off soon than expected. The dental side of this practice is where we always have issues. Since we have started going here, we have never seen the same dentist, there is always a new/different one. Today my child was to be seen to get a filling; we arrived there early; there was no one else in the waiting room… still waited around 30 minutes only for them to pull us back, sign paperwork/consents for treatment, THEN tell us they couldn’t do the filling because the orthodontist was not there to remove a bracket. This is a dental AND orthodontic office, tell me why they scheduled this appointment to get the filling on a Friday when the orthodontist office side is not in? Why was this not coordinated better? Then they told us “oh well you can just come back on Monday.” So my child misses multiple days of school because of your error? I don’t know where the disconnect is but the dental side really needs to do a better job of managing patient care better.

Fantastic experience: Had a great visit for my son’s first time to the dentist! They made the whole process go smoothly, even with a 2 year old.

Negative experience: Don’t recommend this place called ahead of time told them I was running late should I reschedule they told me to still come and they would note it and appointment would be the same and then when I got there they had no record that I called moved my appointment to 11 when my appointment was at 10 and then had me waiting over an hour and 30 minutes staff doesn’t really care at all and staff is rude definitely don’t recommend this dentist to anyone

Fantastic experience: Very warm, welcoming, and friendly experience being greeted with a smile and walk through every step of the way of signing in and getting to know who we are. We were scheduled for one appointment and they made it so we can get both appointments knocked out in one day.

Positive experience: The staff was very good with my then three year old but they were unable to handle my two year old with dental issues. When my two year old didn’t cooperate they didn’t even try to get X-rays. I think this office is a great choice for typical kids but I would choose an alternative for kiddos with any sort of special needs. Also, it is worth noting that the exam area is a large room with multiple exam chairs though there are procedure rooms off to the side. Depending on the day, there may or may not be a significant wait but overall we had a very good experience with my 3 year old.

Fantastic experience: I loved my sons (age 6) experience here they accomodated his needs (he is autistic) and they definitely went above and beyond for him ! Im so glad he was able to sit through his whole procedure without being sent off to be sedated , they made him feel safe and the staff and dr were very friendly . Overall i think Harp pediatric is a great place with nice and friendly staff

Negative experience: Front desk just called to notify me the doctor will be out of town on vacation for my daughter’s treatment we have been waiting 3 months for and need to reschedule the appointment. Only time they can reschedule is 4 months from now in November.. Very unprofessional

Fantastic experience: This office and experience was so great it deserves me writing a review. I showed up with my two toddlers (2.5yr and 3.5yrs old) and it was their first dentist appointment. My oldest toddler doesn’t trust anything and says no to everything while my other toddler had an injury to the front tooth and needed to be seen. The waiting room was busy with kids but it had lots of clean and unbroken kid toys which is important because some waiting rooms have scary broken dirty old toys which basically just get your kids sick once they touch them. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful that she deserves the first award just for being so patient, helpful, and friendly. In all honesty that vibe carried over once we went back and tried taking the X-rays. It was like the best team effort and patience while my one toddler is crying and the other one is sitting on my lap. The staff never got frustrated or overwhelmed while the chaos was happening so I felt no guilt while my kids are being difficult which is where everyone deserves award #2. Once we finally got to the chair the place is spotless and new with TV’s everywhere. But the big prize that had my kids trying to behave was the offices “tokens” they give when they finish a task like the X-ray or brushing their teeth and after seeing dentist. The tokens are for these two large carousels with lots of little toys which is perfect for toddlers but even the kids there all obsessed getting a token…genius. So the next award was the dentist Dr. Phan which was so nice the kids let her do everything without a fight. As we left they set up follow up appointments and gave them goody bags. They delivered the best experience we could have asked for.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this office. My 8 year old son has been going here for 3 years and he has had extractions, cleanings, and a brace. He loves all the people that work here. I have never seen a kid excited to go to the dentist. I think the biggest one is that they actually care about there clients. It's not just another dollar walking through. He still to this day has no idea needles have ever came close to his mouth. They hide it so well and are so gentle. I will bring him back everytime with no hesitation. Shan helped us today with cleaning, and he giggled with her and had a great time. Thank you guys for being so AMAZING!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pham is so great! She’s been my son’s dentist since day one here and he has never screamed in pain like he did at the health department! And today both kids had the pleasure of having their teeth cleaned with Krystal. My daughter has always been terrified of the dentist and Krystal was sooo patient with her and got my daughter to let her do what she needed to do. Thank you to both Dr. Pham and Krystal!

Fantastic experience: Best office for kids. From the receptions: Heavyn and Christina to dentist assistant: Mirabel, and Sivana to Dr. Banc. They are an awesome team. They make you feel welcome. If there's an issue with your insurance, they will literally tell you to hold off on payment and pay next time so that they can contact insurance for you and resolve any issues. They will give that second coin to a child who didn't get the toy they wanted. They will not make an issue if you're late. They don't even mention it. You hardly ever wait too long, more than 20 min. They take the time with your child to finish dental work. My youngest (6 years old) was terrified, Dr. Banc and Mirabel helped him overcome going to the dentist. And now he listens to them all because they worked with him to ease away his fears. And they have helped me so much. They give me peace of mind. I truly love going to this office. They're the Best

Fantastic experience: The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my daughter in and saw a handful of kids in the waiting room but, to my surprise we were out of there within 30-40 minutes. This office definitely has a system that seems to work! Would definitely recommend!!!

Positive experience: My daughter had a tooth ache and I took her here for a check up to see what's wrong. They informed me that I needed to bring her back for caps for her cavity on the tooth that was hurting. Well they scheduled the appointment for 50 days out. Long story short. Two days after this appointment I had to take her to the hospital because her right side of her face swelled super big due to becoming abscessed. SO I called harp pediatric dentistry and was told I could bring her in but they wouldn't be able to do anything until her scheduled appointment. That was several weeks away still! So after all the hoops and complete lack of urgency for young children in pain, I'm currently looking for another pediatric dentist.

Positive experience: Our last few visits have been much improved from the disaster this office became when Dr. Mark left a few years ago. The addition of Dr. Banc has been a great move, she has a wonderful rapport with my kids. They actually got us back before our appointment time today, which was a treat as I'd expected to wait forever like we used to. I do NOT recommend the practice anymore for kids with severe special needs. The last time I took my daughter they essentially told us there was nothing else they could do to help her so we have moved her to Dr. Sierra's office at Kids Smiles.

Fantastic experience: May 2025: This office is to busy to be short staffed! Management why are y'all short staffed?! 40mins into my visit. I'm aggravated 2025: amazing from start to finish! The team they have works wonderful together! 2024: Staff seems better, very nice upon check in this time around. Dr. Phan & her assistant were wonderful! 2023: As you can see I've been coming for several yrs now when Dr. Mark was here & it was amazing. Then they expanded & it was busier but still good. Now their short staffed over worked & some of the girls at the front desk are miserable with dog faces! If there is an issue there needs to be communication with the parent & the rest of the team so everyone including the tech is aware. They should have never expanded. 2022: Original review was 2yrs ago. It still stands! Just a wonderful team all around. 2020: WOW! Amazing team from the front desk, assistant & Doctor everyone was so nice! We can't wait to go back :)

Negative experience: Money pit. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Insurance fraudulents. New owners and they will take full advantage of you. They told me my daughter had 6 cavities. Did 3 procedures and 1 other one. All to find out from our new dentist that non of that was necessary and she only had one cavity. They drained my insurance. They do not care about anything except taking your money.

Fantastic experience: We love Harp! My kids have been coming here since they were very little and they love it and get excited when I say it’s time to go to the dentist! We’ve only had positive experiences with all staff we’ve encountered. Dr Banc is amazing! I could be considered one of those crunchy moms who has tons of questions about their kids dental health and picky on procedures I’ll allow etc. I’ve never once felt pressured by her (or anyone) about anything they’ve recommended. She always takes time to answer questions and explain things. I’ve never felt rushed or like they were frustrated with me for not always complying with certain things. I also want to shout out one of their amazing dental assistants, Savina! Every time we have her she makes my kids feel so comfortable and is so sweet to them. She is very gentle too, they never have any pain after a cleaning. All of the assistants we’ve interacted with have been so kind. Just an overall wonderful experience, feels like we’ve hit a gold mine. Thank you guys!

Negative experience: The ladies at the front were very rude and talked to me as if I was a child. And when my children were done with their cleanings no one came to talk to me about their cleaning or to schedule an appointment. They let my step son dictate the next appointment. When I asked the front desk if I could talk to someone about their cleaning or to make their next appointment the ladies at the front desk were rude once again and shoved a paper at me and told me to use whatever is on the paper. When I stated that the child should not be dictating next appointments they looked at me stunned and were not happy about making an appointment that fit with my schedule. I'm not happy with the new staff. The old staff from 6mo ago was amazing and very kind. The new ladies at the front desk are rude

Fantastic experience: I've been taking my kids here for years. It's the best around and covered by Medicaid. My daughter had PTSD from another office holding her down in a straight jacket until she peed her pants. They would never let parents back there either and we found out why. But here I can hold my kids hand if needed and reassure them. Dr Banc and Marivel did a great job today being gentle and efficient and explained everything they were doing so my daughter wasn't scared. She was nervous even to get a filling bc she usually does anesthesia someplace else if work needs to be done like a tooth pulled. But today it was a filling so we talked her into trying. It went great! I'm so grateful! This is just one good experience here and we've had many. The staff is ALWAYS GREAT. Even the front desk.

Negative experience: I wish I would have had a review like this before I brought my daughter here. It was recommended by a family friend so I never checked the reviews garentee it was over 5 years ago and her first ever dentist. Most of these reviews that are horrible are from a year ago (around when we switched) however my daughter went in for her cleanings. I don’t really care about waiting as long as we get in for our appointment which we always did. The no privacy is weird but seems to be a thing at most pediatric dentals in Florida that I’ve noticed. What I do have an issue with and the reason I changed is simple. My daughter went religiously for 6 months cleaning. She’s had 3 cavities that’s all 3. ALL THREE HAD TO BE REDONE TWICE ! Told her she needs to start flossing well guess what? She lost a filling while flossing! Popped right out now this tooth has already been refilled twice now it needs to be done a third time?!! Not to mention insurance will only cover one tooth so all the refills were out of pocket charges !! Even when I went to get the tooth refilled they looked at me like “who did this?” UGH YOU DID !! No thanks. I never realized how bad dentist exspecially pediatrics can be and how careless like your setting my child up for an entire future of bad teeth now! Thanks! Then I switched to another dentist and they messed her up AGAIN.. pulled a tooth (the third cavity the re did) put a spacer in (that’s doing nothing the new dentist says) said she has no more cavities and is good to go for her 6 month cleaning. New dentist says she has 4 cavities all on her adult wisdom teeth SHES 10!! And she also has a cracked filing from the previous one probably due to the sealant they did wrong which ruined the integrities of her teeth thank goodness it’s a baby tooth and now she’s got to have surgery done for all of this work and 6 caps put on and re do the spacer!!! I’m mind blown I’m 30 and my mom never took me to the dentist which is why I make it a big priority to get my daughters teeth cleaned every 6 month and now she needs surgery !!! I’m angry I’m mad I wanna sue ! I’m so mad I can’t even explain it! Hopefully now this dentist I found can fix her up !

Fantastic experience: We have gone a few times within the past year and everyone has been super sweet! The staff is friendly and you can tell they care. Last time we went, we noticed they added a little kids table with some activities which is very helpful to keep the kids entertained. My 3yo loves coming due to the little vending toy machines Thank you for providing such a fun experience and setting my kid up for success as he grows up not being afraid of the dentist ☺️

Fantastic experience: My grandson had an injury to his mouth and caused a dental emergency. His regular dentist was not seeing patients and we were able to get him into Harp. They did an awesome job from the call for the appointment to the reception to the dental staff. They were warm and inviting. My grandson's fears were alleviated by the caring support of the staff.

Positive experience: When we 1st started coming here, this place was AMAZING! Dr. Mark was a Rockstar with my daughter. Then we came for a visit, and we had a new Dr. She is great, don't get me wrong, but the office has changed, and not for the better I'm afraid. Before, the wait times were never long. Not anymore . There's more, and I'm beyond frustrated, but my daughter likes them (for the most part). They make her comfortable. They scheduled us (at our appointment today) for a filling...IN JULY! Now she can't get her braces until after that (and don't get me started with Palm Tree).

Negative experience: Cannot recommend. Took my daughter for a cleaning. Arrived early because they never sent the paperwork to me, and still waited over 30 minutes to be seen. The office was packed with screaming children and the facilities were dirty and run down. We walked out without even being seen. I’d be scared to have this office touch my children’s teeth for sanitary reasons alone.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was super nice! My daughter has autism, and every visit to a doctor's office is extremely stressful for all of us. But here it was so easy! We got in within minutes, the doctor and her assistant were very gentle, patient and acted very fast. And in the end my girl even got a couple of toys from their awesome gum ball machines! I wish there were dentist offices like this one in my childhood!

Fantastic experience: Jakey and Kristina are SO AMAZING! Both ladies were SO super helpful in assisting me with any/all questions that I had, but Jakey absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information needed prior to my next visit with my two children!(In one werk) I LOVE Harp Pediatric Dentistry! We drive from St. Pete to their Palm Harbor office. Even though there are pediatric dentists that are much closer, the knowledge, kindness and professionalism of Harp makes the drive more than worth it! Thanks guys!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot express enough how lovely everyone is at this practice. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff greet you with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain procedures and answer any questions you might have. I want to give a special shout-out to Jessica, who worked with my son during his recent visit. He has always dreaded going to the dentist because of negative experiences in the past, where he encountered a lack of patience and care. However, Jessica's gentle demeanor made a world of difference. She took the time to patiently explain each step of the cleaning process to him, ensuring he understood what to expect. Her caring approach really helped calm his nerves, making the experience so much more pleasant. I'm so grateful for her kindness and professionalism, which have truly changed my son's perspective on dental visits.

Negative experience: Loved them at first, but unfortunately my toddler has some teeth issues going on and the dentist refused to help and said we needed to wait longer and “froze” the tooth. Stated it would freeze it place and not get worse had us wait 6 months just to come back and state it got worse and we had to find sedation which is now costing us almost 2k dollars, there was zero care that it got worse and zero sympathy.

Negative experience: I would give 0/5 starts if that was an option. I was looking for a new dentist that took my daughter's insurance. Despite reading countless negative reviews about this place, I decided to give it a chance. We've been here multiple times. While the wait time was never an issue, showing up for an appointment that you have confirmation text messages for, only for them to "not find it" (multiple times), is ridiculous. During the first exam, they said my daughter had multiple cavities and that we would need to break it into three different appointments because of their placement. I spoke to three different people trying to combine them into two appointments so we wouldn't have to miss work and school. After being told they couldn't numb two parts of the mouth at once because it could be poisonous, I agreed to the three appointments. The first appointment went as planned. We were in and out in under 45 minutes. We showed up for the second appointment, and they said they didn't see her on the schedule. I showed them the confirmation text messages I received, and they said they had no idea how I got them because she was never on the schedule. Even if she had been, the doctor was out sick that day, so they wouldn't have been able to see her anyway. I said okay, fine, and rescheduled. For the third time showing up (technically still the second visit), I was told that since I was five minutes late and already cutting into her appointment time, they wouldn't be able to do the fillings they had originally planned and decided to only do one that day. They said during the third appointment, they would finish everything else on both sides. So, of course, I asked, "So you're able to numb both sides of her mouth and do the rest of the fillings?" and they said yes, of course, they could. I was told that couldn't happen because it was poisonous. So how was it poisonous a few months ago but it's fine now? They said they didn't know who said that but assured me it was fine. I told them that I called to let them know we were five minutes late and that we took off school and work to be here, and I wanted the fillings done that were originally scheduled. Against my better judgment, I let them do the fillings. When she was done, I was told I needed to schedule her last appointment for the remaining fillings. I told them I already had one scheduled for the 31st, and of course, they didn't see it again. This would've been another day wasted if I had driven all the way there for them to not have me on the schedule. I canceled all further appointments. When I was leaving, I asked for her dental records, which I was told they couldn't give to me and that her new dentist would have to request them. Never heard that before, but okay. I called her old dentist, and even they said that I should've been able to get them before I left because they're my daughter's records. I will never go back here and would highly recommend no one else does either.

Negative experience: Horrible. Would have never taken my child there had I known about how bad the service there is. Went there for a bad tooth for my son. They pulled it. Told us they would have to put this brace thing on it for years. To hold the place where the tooth would eventually be and not close up. Next visit we go to different dentist different opinion. Took off the brace even though the other dentist said it had to be on years. Why am I getting different opinions from the same dentist office? Also made a cleaning appointment for my son. Had to cancel the appointment and tried to reschedule it but apparently to the receptionist because I made the appointment and canceled he can’t get his teeth cleaned even though he ever had it done at all and had to wait till next year to get it. How does that even make sense? The phone always rings and hardly anyone ever answers it. Leave a message for call back and I get nothing. Worst dentist office I have dealt with.

Fantastic experience: Had a phenomenal appt for my 13 yo today! Amazing staff. INCLUSIVE! ️‍ So happy we found this office.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend. Braden has had wonderful experiences with Dr. Phan and Michelle but everyone that is a part of the Harp Team is awesome! Very personable and able to ease the minds of the children in their care. Such a relief to find a children’s dentist that isn’t a “scary” place to go.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful is an understatement. The entire office was so friendly and welcoming and understanding. They went above and beyond to assist and explain everything.

Fantastic experience: This morning, I called because my son was experiencing pain from a broken dental filling and spacer. The representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful; after I emailed a picture of his tooth that needed repair, she promptly responded. They were able to schedule an appointment for the same day, and the staff treated us with kindness and genuine care. They even provided me with an out-of-pocket cost as requested.

Fantastic experience: Today was my daughter’s very first visit here and she absolutely LOVED THEM !!! Dr Phan , Niesha the assistant , and Shay the assistant were so great and sweet to my daughter . We left and my daughter would not stop talking about how she loved them all and wanted to go back again . Highly recommend this place .

Fantastic experience: Kristina, Jakey and Crystal were amazing with my children. It was my son's first visit and they made him feel so comfortable and answered any questions and concerns I had. I would definitely recommend parents bring their kids here.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pham, Ms. Krystal and Ms. Niesha were very thorough with the cleaning and exams. They break down all the info to make sure kids also know the responsibility of dental hygiene.Krystal and Niesha were very attentive and friendly! The office is super clean and the front desk welcoming you as you walk in is just comforting knowing the dentist isn’t always a nice experience. I love this place! I travel 30 mins just to be seen at this specific location.

Fantastic experience: Savina was absolutely amazing and kind to my daughter as she was a little scared and took great care of my daughter. On the way out I got to speak with Jakey & I absolutely love her personality & sweetness as well. I’ve always had a great experience here & I am so thankful I found them 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!!!!
