Fantastic experience: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I like the way they offer you alternative treatments without being too pushy. I have not met anybody at this location that I have not enjoyed meeting.

Negative experience: We feel scammed :( Would give 0 stars if I could because they lied to us. I had a call with the front desk associate and asked for an estimate regarding two regular premolar extractions. They told us it sounded like a simple procedure and gave us a fair estimate. When we arrived for our appointment, they told us the check-up would cost $50. Then they proceeded to give us a price that amounted to double of that which they had given us in the first place (over the phone) and told us that we could sign up for a discount, which would bring our total to an amount that would still be way more than what we had originally agreed upon. This was after they checked my son's teeth and confirmed he had no cavities or anything that would warrant a higher price, so we had no choice but to pay the consult fee even though we received no real service. We also tried clarifying that we received a different price over the phone and asked why it was different now...to which they simply shrugged their shoulders. They essentially lured us in with one price to force us to pay the consultation fee. We feel scammed out of our money, and we advise avoiding this clinic as they are scam artists.

Positive experience: The dentist and dental hygienist were great. Everything was explained, and the office was clean. I was not happy with their appointment booking procedure or their front desk/accounting staff, where they "charge" you $50 to make a future appointment in case you don't show up. I called to cancel a future appointment and asked to be refunded my $50 booking deposit. The "manager" stated she would, however, it is now 6 weeks later and I have not been refunded. Had it not been for this, I would have definitely continued coming here for treatment.

Front Desk, Dental Hygienist and Dentist were all so kind and informative. They made sure we knew what our insurance coverage was the entire time and were quick and very considerate of us making it at a descent time for School with a Note for Class. Will definitely make this Our Family's Regular Dental Office.

Positive experience: Willie was my hygienist. He did an amazing job i must say. Very precise. Dr. Peng was an awesome dentist. He explained my treatment plan and most of all he was passionate. Giving me all angles and no sugar coating. I appreciate that!!

Negative experience: As promised, I will never return to this place. They are strict about payment if you are a no-show or late, but are unresponsive to their patients!!! I had an infected tooth and needed it pulled. IMO, they definitely overcharge, then I had to delay it due to a medical emergency. I asked at that time if they could refill the antibiotic; as I was experiencing pain agian. It was never done. I had the tooth pulled while it was still infected. The dentist only recommended I rinse with salt water. Four days later, my cheek is puffy, my ear hurts, and the infection has traveled to my throat. It is obviously still infected!!! I called three times and left messages with no response. They are so nice when you go in, but being unresponsive is unacceptable. I am now thinking I may have to go to urgent care. I will not be back!

Fantastic experience: The name of the place really speaks for itself. The staff is super friendly and the Business as a whole is always very clean and organized. Their music taste is also great! I’m a big baby when it comes to anything that has to do with the dentist, but they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable every time. Wendy, my DA is Super knowledgeable and great at her job. I would totally recommend this place to anybody with fears of the dentist or anybody looking for a great dental office.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Crystal, my dental hygienist today! She not only provided an incredibly thorough cleaning but also took the time to educate me throughout my treatment in a way that made everything so easy to understand. I’ve never felt so comfortable and confident knowing I was in the absolute best hands. Crystal’s energy and personality are unmatched—she made me actually excited about my dental health and even had me looking up dental schools after my visit! She’s the only hygienist I ever want to see, and honestly, she deserves a bonus and so much more for the care and passion she puts into her work. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and will 1000% be requesting her for life!

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience at Peek. Dr was fabulous, learned a few things thanks to her willingness to explain problems in detail. I felt comfortable during my exam and x rays. Crystal was great as well on my cleaning. Peek was clean and neat and the front staff were super nice. Also really like that everything, price wise, was up front and transparent.

Negative experience: As it has been an entire journey on Invisalign treatments, I have arrived at the endpoint. As I noticed one tooth needed refinement to my liking I had express this to assist and then I was given an examination of my teeth (assuming this is for the new trays due to the refinement) — no one communicates- if you do not know then they will not tell you anything. I then waited two months just to be told the trays have arrived for pick up but these are not the refinement set of trays - they were my last permanent trays . Wow- not only did I waited two months but I waited 2 months for a set that was not what I needed thus having me get re-examined, wait even more time for the refinement trays to arrive and wear them for 2 weeks then come BACK to dentist and get scanned once more for the permanent set of trays which takes another 2 months to pick up before they are ready. Like all this time wasted had they treat you like human and not just getting the day over with patient after patient routine . Poor staffing communication and they don’t care . They don’t care about this review or any others - this is the kind of world we live in. Careless humans collecting check! Who cares we wasted your time and didn’t make SURE we are giving you what is needed since-especially- this is your first time on Invisalign treatment- who cares - here’s your last set of trays - take it or not ( which included more waiting times)

Negative experience: Yoselyn the receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I walked in for a tooth removal and was in incredible pain. And instead of understanding I was greeted with an attitude . The rest of the staff was amazing though

Fantastic experience: So disappoint with the service in this place. Today i came in to do the cleaning for my son. The clean up so far so good but until my son checked out. The front desk told me that my son has the balance from the previous since 12, 2023. But at that day, i already pay the co-pay also they told me that i don’t need to pay anything else for that day service. I did asked them if they checked the insurance to make sure everything is cover, and they say yes just the co pay. They didn’t contact me about that since Dec, 2023 even this morning when i check in, no one told me anything. Until i checked out they told me about the balance. I didn’t like the suprise like that. Never come back again. You guys just lost business of 3 people from my family. Update on Jul 13,2024: Until today, no one from this place had been contacted me. Just empty word to show other people that they care but the true that they really don’t care. Think twice before you want to try out this place. Update on Jul 18,2024: Kathy - Office Manager called me back, she is very professional and nice lady. She understands mu frustration and try to work with me so we can come up the better solution for both of us. I am very please with the way she was taking care of us and listen all the issues. We come up with the solution which is good for my family and her office at well. Also my family decide to give them another chance, so we will come back to this office. This is the update for my newest vísit: After the incident, the office manager has reached out to me and we resolved the issue. Also we gave them another visit today for me and my wife, everything went well today. We did our cleaning, also filling 1 of my teeth. Every is very upfront. I am happy about this time. So i give them 5 stars.

Negative experience: Everything else was great, but there was an unpleasant experience regarding the appointment. First, I found the online appointment process inefficient. I had booked a three-hour slot for three patients, yet at 10:30—the beginning of the third hour—I was told there was no time for the third patient. I was genuinely shocked that this wasn’t understood by their staff. I ensure the same review is reflected through the insurance company portal.

Fantastic experience: My family has been having such a great experience with Peek Dentistry! My son recently had his first two cavities filled there and they did it so calmly, efficiently and quickly that he barely had time to get stressed about it. Today, I got my teeth cleaned and polished. My hygienist Crystal was so patient and gave me some great tips on personal dental care. I drink a lot of tea and it stains my teeth. They used a different polish and Josana really took her time to do a thorough job. Honestly my smile has not looked this bright in years - my wife was floored how great it turned out! Don't put off your 6mo cleaning. I am really starting my weekend with a happy smile!
