Fantastic experience: My new dentst - Dr Horesh was great today in getting a failed crown replaced as soon as possible. I recommend her and this office!

Fantastic experience: I called for an emergency appointment and was able to be seen the ssme day. From the moment I walked in the office it was a pleasant experience. The front staff were very friendly and attentive. The dentists/orthodontists were very professional. Mara had gentle hands and was the sweetest. Even the young man whose job is to let you know how much they are going to hurt your pockets was a pleasure. I usually hate the dentist but I am looking forward to having this office as part of my care team.

Negative experience: This review is about the receptionist, Lissette. And one star belongs to her, not the clinic! I was a regular patient at this clinic, and I usually had good experiences, but my last visit was very disappointing. I paid over \$100 for a "deep cleaning" with Dr. Liana, but the quality was poor. Later, I was invited back to correct the doctor's mistake, and I was told it would be free, but I was still charged \$10. The issue is not the money itself, but the fact that I was misled. The biggest problem was Lissette's behavior: she was rude, interrupted me, rolled her eyes, and constantly argued with me. She also hinted several times that translation into my language was not available (although I never asked), and during my previous visit, she even tried to charge me twice, even though the bank had already paid for it. When I asked why the repeat cleaning would only be done at the \$75 level instead of the over \$100 level that I had initially paid for, she was unable to explain and only argued. Her attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. I'm asking the management to discuss this with Lissette, because while the clinic itself is good, this kind of staff behavior discourages patients from returning.

Positive experience: Couple of weeks ago I went to make an appointment for my braces, honestly lia the receptionist is such a nice lady! I don’t do this but I have to say that the girl with green eyes is not that nice, she is not respectful at all, very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Dental Options office manager's are constantly changing. I do take responsibility for owing a bill due to my dental plan and paid it. The sarcasm that I experience and felt from the voice of the office voice manager I think was unnecessary. I understand that you're new and have expectations from her boss but being cordial is so important. I came in looking not as I usually would in dress attire. I really don't understand whats going on in America.Hospitallty Dental Options of Aventura is at its lowest. Find you a dentist that makes sure their staff knows how too treat their patients. The younger generations are going to school to learn the skill but codes of ethics are not being taught.#thenewdentalfactory I C S Etd

Positive experience: First I would like to mention, about a people who work on reception and manager Kathy, they was asking me if I pay cash or card and pay with cash , then they ask if I have a change , because they don’t have it . In that case I think they have to tell people they no accepting a cash because they don’t have a change . After I tell them I don’t have it . They say ok , you can go and sit to wait , I ask them how about my change . Lady told me they will put on my account . I say I am not planing to coming back and at least they can ask me if I want to do that . Then manager went and bring me as a change single quarters without bag , then I ask them maybe you also will give me a check about payment . That told me they not doing that upfront, I say your accept money you have to give me check … well horrible service- minus clients ! Also waiting time 1 hour , and I was with kid who I brought fo clinging service

Fantastic experience: We came to Dr. Batya Goldwaser with our daughter. The doctor made us feel like we were in good hands. She treated us with exceptional professionalism and patience, answered every question, and most importantly, my daughter felt safe throughout the entire treatment process.

Negative experience: This is an edit...I was charged out of pocket for a Flouride treatment-when I was lied to-and told it was not covered by insurance (just as I was lied to during the first visit when the receptionist told me repeatedly that my visit was not covered by insurance-until I insisted she call in my presence)...so it appears this is a pattern with this provider because I contacted the person I was told was the office manager-Carolina-to ask for a refund for the DOUBLE CHARGE (one charge submitted and paid AFTER I had already paid for the Flouride and despite numerous emails-she never responded and I was never reimbursed. This says to me that this was not an error-but a chronic deliberate pattern of deception and overcharging. Very disappointing! I Do Not recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have an emergency and I was accommodated for an appointment immediately. When I arrived the reception personnel were very helpful. Ms. Kimberly Cash was very helpful in setting up and explaining in detail my treatment plan; insurance coverage and payment plans. She went over in detail my coverage; my deductible etc. I had several questions and she provided me with answers i could understand. Ms. Cash was patient, helpful and kind. I explained my schedule was complicated and i would need to change it around to make the appointment; her response was to call her and she would help with my appointment. Above and beyond. Thank you Ms. Cash and thank you dental options.

Negative experience: Terrible costumer service, be aware and double check with your insurance before receiving any service here they will overcharged you in a heartbeat. Its many others clinics to go if you have a chance. Thank me later

Dr. Haratz is a motherly figure who has a genuine passion for her profession, takes the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. She seems like a diamond in the rough nowadays as most medical treatment I get in other places seems dry and unprofessional with no passion. I appreciated her gentle approach and attention to detail during the examination and treatment. It was clear that they genuinely care about their patients' comfort and well-being. Fantastic experience: I finally found the best dental office in Miami! I went in for a consultation because I had a tooth bothering me. May at the front desk was so kind, and the entire team was incredibly attentive and caring. The dentist (I wish I remembered her name) checked every single tooth one by one and gave me a thorough review of what I needed. She recommended a deep cleaning, so I went ahead with it. Marylin, the dental hygienist, gave me the best cleaning I have ever had in my life, and I’m from France. I’ve had several cleanings there, but nothing compares to this one. She was so gentle, took her time, and really did an amazing job. My teeth feel brand new. I 100% recommend getting a deep cleaning with Marylin. She is so good at what she does!

Negative experience: I called the office requesting an EMERGENCY appointment and was scheduled for 10:30 AM. After arriving at 10:15 AM, I waited for 2 hours till 12:40 and was finally called into the office. The dental assistant who worked with me had almost no English and did not understand what was the problem. I waited for another hour and finally saw a doctor. He came and said that the tooth had to be extracted, then disappeared. At about 2:20 PM, my patience ran out, and I left the office with no service performed. Never again will I go to this dental office, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I been going here for a couple years and moved an hour away but still rather an hour there then go anywhere else. The wait time is about 5 mins and they are very quick with their services. The staff are all very friendly, sweet, patient and always willing to help an go the extra mile. Overall great experience.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office and would strongly advise others to be cautious. They used high-cost procedure codes that did not seem to match the actual services provided, leading to inflated and unexpected charges. The hygiene practices were also substandard, with noticeable issues in cleanliness and sterilization. Additionally, I observed some dental technicians performing procedures that appeared to be beyond their legal scope of practice in Florida, which raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of care. Overall, this office demonstrated a lack of professionalism and did not meet basic standards for patient treatment.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this place for almost a year and treating my teeth. From the first days I feel warmth and comfort here, all the employees are very polite. And I want to express my gratitude to my doctor Gigati and his assistant Erica. And I thank Kimberly, who helps me choose a plan in the financial sphere. She is professional,very kind and responsive! Negative experience: I had a deeply frustrating experience with Dental Options related to their billing practices. They submitted higher-cost procedure codes to my insurance—codes that are not covered and that they are contractually not allowed to bill for under their agreement with my insurance provider. Despite this, I was left responsible for the charges. This kind of upbilling is not only unethical but a clear violation of their insurance contract. When I questioned the charges, the explanations were vague, and I was given the runaround instead of a resolution. Patients trust providers to bill accurately and in good faith—unfortunately, that trust was broken here. I urge anyone considering this office to carefully review your Explanation of Benefits and consult your insurance before agreeing to any procedures. Transparency and accountability should be non-negotiable in healthcare.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough nice things about this office. They’re always friendly and professional. They are upfront and honest about pricing. And I’m comfortable here which is saying a lot because I have severe anxiety based on previous bad dental procedures. I had best dental cleaning of my life here and actually can’t wait for my next cleaning. Today I had a minor dental emergency… they got me in right away and were fair with the pricing. They didn’t take advantage of my situation. The dr is wonderful and very kind. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: New Rating - I am changing my rating to less than 5 stars. Ever since my dentist left, it’s no longer the same Old Rating - I love this place. I have been a patient here since 2014, and will not go anywhere else. My dentist is Cristina Hernandez DDS, & my hygienist is Yana RDH. They are both honest & humble. This place is clean & very professional. The office staff works with you step by step. For my military brothers & sisters this office accepts both, Tricare-Concordia for active duty, & Tricare Concordia for reservists.

Negative experience: I called to this place a week before my appointment to know if they take my insurance and they say yes! I gave them all the details about my insurance before my appointment . Everything since ok. The day of the appointment they did the cleaning of my teeth and after I have to replace a filler from one of my tooth. Before they put the filler a guy came in and said that I have to pay $99 because my insurance pay for half. I signed the paper authorizing that amount. When they finish the procedure they charged me $240 and they said sorry it was a mistake with my insurance. They have plenty of time to check that before. I was shocked and feel like I have no choice but to pay them.I did pay but I don’t understand why they didn’t checked that before. I believe if it was their mistake they should have take responsibility for it! Very disappointed how they tricked me and lied to me.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stephen is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and comfortable every step of the way. He did frequent check-ins during the procedure—like a wellness concierge with a scalpel. And ladies, I can't confirm his relationship status, but I can confirm he's very easy on the eyes… which definitely helps when you're stuck staring at someone for two hours!

Negative experience: I was seen by the dentist 45 minutes after I arrived. Not sure why you ask me to come at a certain time if you are going to keep me waiting. You need to do better!

Today, after receiving a text message about an outstanding balance, since my office is close to Aventura Dental Office, I went there to speak with Kimberly Cash, who is the treatment coordinator. After reviewing my account with them, she promptly spoke to the office manager, who came to Kimberly's office to talk to me. Her first words were, 'I'm Sorry,' and she apologized for the mistake made. The problem was immediately resolved, thanks to Kimberly Cash, who is always polite, friendly, and professional when I need to speak to her.

Fantastic experience: Dental Options in Aventura on the 8th floor accommodated me with a last minute appointment and the dental team was terrific. The teeth cleaning tech was very good and quickly cleaned my teeth. Then the dentist re cemented my crown that fell off my tooth last week. Awesome crew and friendly staff. Highly recommend this dental team.

Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth. Another one was bad. Scheduled me within three hours. Extracted the teeth and sent me in my way. The only issue was broken compressors, causing me to be moved twice.
