Dr. Nafso and Dr. Samano have been taking care of my family’s dental needs for years. I have been seen by Dr. Yaldo a couple of times and I have always been pleased with his work as well. Tabitha, the dental assistant, is the most comforting, caring person and always has me laughing. They are the best!!

Negative experience: Recently have been noticing added procedures from the hygienist that are not necessary. I left my last practice for this same reason. I hope this is not a trend and strategy by BHDA. Otherwise the service is great and Dr Nafso and Samano are top notch.

Dr. Nafso is fantastic—thorough, knowledgeable, and makes every visit easy and stress-free. I’ve also seen Yasmine for orthodontic care, and she’s been just as excellent. For cleanings, I usually see Sabrina, who is gentle and detailed, and I’ve also had great experiences with Kim—both are wonderful! Even though this isn’t a pediatric office, they are so great with my 4-year-old daughter. She actually looks forward to going, which says a lot! The entire team is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: You know times are tuff right now and having a balance being owed here is the death of you all because I owe i can get my crown and now they are letting me walk around with no cap or anything on my tooth all I was told was not our problem your responsibility i understand that but not working with me at all so I dont need to be in pain and can actually eat and drink would be nice greedy office

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is very professional, thorough, kind, and compassionate. My dentist is so calming and gentle- and a perfectionist with his work. I’ve gone from a “I fear dentists” person to almost falling asleep in the dental chair getting a crown. The practice uses 3D imaging, no more old-school dental impressions. I feel like my comfort is a priority for them. At this point I would never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Just had my dental check-up and teeth cleaning with Dr. Samano and his team, and I’ve got to say—it was a great experience from start to finish. I’m not usually one to get excited about going to the dentist, but they honestly made it really easy and comfortable. The dental hygienist was super friendly and made the whole process smooth. She took the time to explain what she was doing and gave some helpful tips without making it feel like a lecture. You can tell she really knows her stuff and actually cares about your dental health. Dr. Samano was just as great—professional, easy to talk to, and clearly very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without rushing and made sure everything checked out. You get the sense that you’re in really good hands with him. Overall, it was a surprisingly enjoyable visit. If you’re a guy who tends to put off going to the dentist, do yourself a favor and check this place out. Dr. Samano and his team make it painless—literally.

Fantastic experience: My crown fell out after a year and some change. I called them and left a voicemail and they called me back within 10 minutes, I was in there right after work that same day. At that point, my dental insurance had lapsed and they still gave me an insanely good price to clean the tooth, put the tooth back, and Xray it to make sure it was set properly. Best dentists you could ever ask for.

UPDATE: Above "Above and Beyond" A family member is declining from Parkinson's and Dr. Samano and his staff have risen to new heights to give them greater care than ever. Their skills and kind concern that drives their care is awesome. We're so lucky to have this practice on our care team! UPDATE Still AMAZING! They turned around a "lifetime scared of dentists" guy with their ability to bring even this scaredy cat in for a cleaning and to get necessary work done. Beautiful results by every measure! Dr. Samano and the entire staff that you interface with in this practice are all outstanding professionals. Claudia and Hannah were amazing and were able to get me in right away. Flora is also a gem and absolutely wonderful! Rana (hope I spelled her name right) was fantastic and ran all the xrays and tests. Thank you Rana!! Dr. Samano is a genius, he immediately diagnosed my TMJ issues and provided solutions.
