Negative experience: Please do not come to this office! They’re understaffed, you will wait long periods of time in the waiting room and once you’re in the back. The staff isn’t friendly, the women upfront are disrespectful when you come to the window or on their phone. The rooms are not clean and are covered with white material all over the floor. All they want is money. This office is promoting quantity over quality. I recommend everyone to go elsewhere!!!

Doesn’t bother me if they’re running behind some people don’t understand but things happen and sometimes you just run behind. They are wonderful. My parents went there years ago and I chose to go there .I can only say good things about them. They listen to your concerns they fix whatever they need to and you’re treated like family❤️

Fantastic experience: I had a full mouth tooth extraction 5 weeks ago. So far the experience has been great! The day of my extractions I was very nervous, The dentist and the tech made me feel very comfortable and took their time and made sure that I was not in any pain. I have called a couple of times with questions and the office staff was very helpful. I had my two week checkup and they done some adjustments and then I went back two weeks later for another adjustment. I will get my soft reline at 9 weeks. I think that my immediate dentures look wonderful. I'm looking forward to the process this year of working with everyone here at the office. I am now 1 year pass my extractions. I got my permanent set of dentures. I have the economy Plus. So I was able to talk about the size and color. I was able to do a wax try-in. I love the way they look. I did have sore spots on my bottom gums, but that can be expected because they have been loose for five months and now they are tight fitting. After the 1st five days I did have an adjustment done, only because I did not have room for the skin under the tongue and being able to lick my lips. The staff is wonderful here. They have worked with me so very well. If you are getting dentures just remember to give it time, use salt water for sores, do look up videos on what you can do and what to expect, get some Benzodent for your sore spots (Amazon carries it). Don't give up, you will be able the learn how to eat again and have a wonderful smile on top on it!!! Thank you so much to all of the staff!!!

Positive experience: Affordable Dentures has been great! From the first day when they started the process of making my partial dentures until this past Monday (4 months later), to repairing them where I dropped them and broke them ALREADY, they have all been friendly and professional. The only thing negative I would say is that the ads claiming same day service for most people seem to be misleading at best or outdated and wrong now. Most people I have spoken with confirmed that they had to come back at least a few days later or were like me and it took a few weeks. Either way it certainly didn't all happen in one day. That's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

It actually involved me see another dentist and Dr Oz helped me anyway. I was really impressed and very thankful. Fantastic experience: My appointment was at 9, I was back at work by 11:00. Within those 2 hours, I completed the 6 page intake forms, got taken to the back for x-rays then taken to the chair and asked the purpose of my visit. I told the Dental Assistant what I wanted, she listened and relayed the information to the Dentist. He came in, he listened and gave me my options. He was done in 10 minutes. She came in with my treatment plan, took impressions and sent me on my way. I loved the fact that I met with one person, she did everything including the xray, the exam, the treatment plan and the impressions! So, after trying to get the same work done with two of their competitors since November, I finally decided to go to Affordable Dentures & Implants. I wished that I'd gone to them first back in November, I'd be all set by now. I would recommend Affordable Dentures and Implants.

Negative experience: Yikes! I should have known better after seeing the filth in the waiting room that this was a MISTAKE!! The floors were filthy everywhere. The chairs were all peeling and pieces of them on the floor. Even the exam room was gross and unclean. The chair armrests were broke and the seat vinyl was half gone and scratchy. The staff was sweet but the Dr.? I felt very dismissed on everything I was concerned about. Like he was talking down to a woman. God forbid, you have any questions. I was so ready to leave by the end of the appointment. I do NOT recommend this place to get anything done that is supposed to be sanitary!

Negative experience: I’m the office manager for another practice. I called with a few questions (we refer patients to this office often) , I requested to speak with the office manager, Taylor. She was very rude and when I asked about the paper charts and was told they were in storage (I worked there 10 years ago) and then she hung the phone up on me. I called back multiple times and kept getting forwarded. It’s very unprofessional and the doctor /owner should know who he has working for him and how they treat referring offices. I was also told the forms are from corporate but when I called “corporate” I was told what I already know, which is they are all individually owed so each office does their own forms. Which means the office manger also lied. Hopefully the owner can address this matter with the manager and maybe give her more proper training on customer service and how she sets the example for the practice.

Negative experience: First time at Affordable so I arrived about 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Appointment at 10a. Waited about 30 minutes, no communication so I walk to the window to find out when I'd be seen. I'm told they're a little short staffed and there was one in front of me, then I'd be seen. After another 10 minutes was brought in. The person I had my consultation with to get a replacement of a partial denture, was fine but the front office told her I did not have dental coverage through Cigna. I told her I'm covered through my wife's insurance and they need to check again and give my wife's name. She comes back, same story, front office tells the dental tech I'm not covered but gives me what the cost without insurance. She suggest I or my wife call Cigna. I call the number on the card, provide Member ID, my name, wife's name and they confirm I'm covered. I call Affordable back, tell them I'm covered and told them exactly what I gave Cigna, the number to reach them and they say they'll check again and call back...never heard back. Staff appears to be clueless.

Fantastic experience: My final ultimate fit dentures are great and look great. The Doctor and staff were wonderful. They took their time to make sure I was completely comfortable with my dentures. It took a few months for my gums to heal after my teeth extraction before I got my new dentures. The temporary set they gave me until the gums healed weren't very good for eating but looked nice. I got 2 implants long with ultimate fit snap in dentures which worked great for eating and looks. Not cheap but still a good value compared to other places.. They did a great job. Thanks

Fantastic experience: They were very understanding and helpful, I previously had all my extractions done here and had my upper and lower dentures made. A root was missed( I had a lot of work done and it took healing to find it) and as i healed I found my dentures no longer were comfortable.. I made an appointment ( they got me in in 2 days)and they xrayed and found it, and removed it and adjusted my dentures ...free of charge.. it doesn't sound like a big deal, but my initial extractions were in 2022, my permanent dentures were done in 2023, and I finally got around to getting my teeth back in... Highly recommend, and I hate Dental work and needles, and they were really good..

Negative experience: my mom went here because of all of the good reviews. highly disappointed in the fact that she was not completely numb when they ripped all her teeth out. her dentures didnt fit her at all. she got no pain medicine. and the fact that the customer service is horrible when she calls with concerns about how much pain she is in and cant even eat mashed potatoes because it hurts. and then is told by the woman on the phone that no one else is going to do anything for her and hung up on my mom.

The dentist Dr. O he is very nice and patient. The staff is very friendly I feel very comfortable when I go into the office . Fantastic experience: Best tooth extractions I have ever had in my life ! And this is coming from someone that is petrified of needles and pain I did have some partials done too. Fantastic experience: I did not have to wait in the waiting room they called me right back everything was quick and perfectly done,when I checked in the receptionist was very nice and the girl making my impressions was very sweet and listened to my every concern,she was gentle and knew what she was doing,I highly recommend affordable dentures.

Negative experience: I paid over $12k upfront in September 2021 for my mom to get dental implants. We had the consultation with west ashley but were sent to north Charleston for the surgery. They did the first visit to remove all of her teeth, do bone grafts and fit her for dentures. When it was time for her second visit to finish the implants and dentures, North Charleston told us Dr. James E. Cauley was no longer on staff and the west ashley location would have to finish it. Her appointment was rescheduled 4 times and canceled a day or 2 before each time. We asked for a refund so that we could finally just put this behind us and get it completed somewhere else. Each location kept telling us it had nothing to do with them and to call the other. After months of calling and calling CORPORATE customer complaints, we finally got a check issued and it was only for $3K. We have called several more times and keep getting told someone will call us back but no one has. she still does not have any teeth (causing my already small mother to lose 15+ lbs) we never received a full refund. Both the local office and corporate office ignored multiple requests for an itemization of how they came up with the refund they felt we deserved. Both acted as of because he no longer worked there it was not thier issue. Locally (After many months) they offered to let her come in for another consultation TO PAY to finish the work once they got a new surgeon. I have since learned Dr. Cauley has also done this before in SC and previously also in Georgia and was still permitted to ruin our lives. We paid Affordable Dentures, not the doctor specifically and neither party has treated my mother like a paying customer or even a human being. An absolute nightmare of an experience. They left my mother with no teeth, crappy mini implants We had to pay to have removed because no one would touch them to finish them and without the product/service I paid for....all with ZERO remorse.

Negative experience: Bedside manner poor, trying to get you to pull teeth that dont need pulling, they will lie to you to get your business and once they pull your teeth for inplants your stuck with a new time line from what was supposed to be three months to six plus months, the temporary caused so much pain I could not ware them. Ont the third temporary and it is still cutting into me. The doctor blamed me for the bone chips coming through my gums. I could go go on but I think you get the picture. Gust say no to affordable dentures. They have cost me more than I can say.

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with Cancer last week. Because of the type of chemo and radiation I need and the risk of infection I had 21 teeth removed by surgery. The sudden shock of finding out I had cancer and within days loosing all my teeth was beyond understanding. As the swelling went down I took a chance and made an appointment here. I was blown away by the results! I was seen at 9:00 am and had a big bright smile at 3:00 pm Their no_nonsense approach was perfect for me. I found myself with the best smile of my life more suddenly than I had lost it. Thank You!

Fantastic experience: Courtesy and reassurance were the first qualities I observed . One day service was implied and that’s what happened I was extremely happy to notice that the employees are multilingual and very positive . I thought that the upper and lower dentures might need a bit more tweaking for comfort but when I arrived home and applied my own ( adhesive) the minor pinched on my upper and lower jaws felt very secure and pain free. Several insurance plans are published on the walls. I will find out if my public employee inurane covers any of my payment ; also I will address the same question to Medicare

Negative experience: This dentist messed up my gums. I got to get my gums restructured. I DO NOT like the man that extracted my teeths pulled my teeth out so hard it bust my gums open on 1 side and it's not healing right at all I'm very pissed and not satisfied at all. I will NOT recommend this dentist to nobody!!!! And the employees were so fast to get rid of me and they do not care! And 1 lady had an attitude. And was very impatient with me

Negative experience: If I could give 0 I would!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to Affordable Dentures for ANY PROCEDURE. I had implants. One fell out and my temp teeth broke twice before I even got to try on a final. ( which I still don’t and never recieved) They NEVER answer the phone, their staff is rude and un professional, there is always a wait time so expect to spend a full half day there, the material they use is cheap and does not last! I paid in full for implants in 4/2023 and still now on 2/2024 I still do not have my final denture. They refused to refund my money and asked me not to return. This is after making me wait for 45 min with a special needs infant in their dirty waiting room and scheduling every appointment of mine 2 weeks out(minimum). My temporary piece broke twice, I swallowed part of it, they refused to replace or fix. My implant fell out before I even got my final denture!!! They lost the mold they made for me twice and I couldn’t hardly talk much less eat with the piece they tried to send me home with. I looked like a buck toothed rat! It looked nothing like my teeth prior and has resulted in serious social anxiety. The “affordability” is NOT worth the pain suffering and embarrassment this facility and their employees have caused. DO NOT RISK YOUR SMILE! It’s the first thing people see and so very important to your self esteem. I would pay the difference and not deal with all the problems this place has caused me! They also DO NOT accommodate people with disabilities and this was also a major issue . They were real quick to take my money and make promises to deliver but seriously FAILED!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Negative experience: Went.on 30.minutes ago requesting together a tooth pulled. I am in some distress. Two people in waiting area. Website says they are very slow. I was advised they do not take in walk ins. I have used this location before to get help. My intention now is to seek dentures or implants. Guess this location will not be the one. I made it very clear I would find help. If I could rank less than one I would. My first contact seeking help was less

Negative experience: I had researched two different places so that I could get my teeth done. I originally went with Affordable Dentures because per the website, they were friendly and very informative. However, I found that if it was not for my research, information would have not been available to me and in my opinion, once they received their money, the customer service went straight to the pits. I am in school, working on my brand, and working with people. I also came out of a domestic situation and needed my self-esteem and self-confidence boosted and my biggest insecurity was my teeth. I was excited about my appointment and excited to discuss my options. I got the new denture wearer package, chose the dentures under the implants (supposedly customizable), and received my x-ray. How does one customize dentures if you do not even bother to ask the patient what they want? The treatment plan ended up being the cost of the procedure. Of course, nothing could proceed until they received their money. Once I was able to be financed, I made an appointment with the hopes that I could have gotten the procedure done that day. I called to schedule the appointment, and no one could tell me if there was room for me. I do not stay in Charleston, so it is an hour each way without calculating the traffic and road work. I got my impressions done a little after 8 because they opened late and although the tech was pleasant and tried her best to make it easy on me, it was brutal. I was then given the last-minute choice to choose my shade of teeth. I was told to come back the next day for my procedure. The assistant seemed cold, I was trying to ask questions after taking oral sedation and it seemed as if it was an issue. The website states that I would get my permanent dentures within 6 months. WRONG. The assistant said it would be a year. I was asked to lay back and the assistant slathered some stuff across my mouth to help with the numbing. Waste of time. Then walks in this man with a mask. He has all these needles and if I had not said "Hello", I would not have made the educated guess that it was the doctor. No introduction was made, and the vicious numbing of my gums began. The website said PAINLESS NUMBING. Those needles were shoved into my gums so hard and fast that there was no need for oral sedation. It sounded like Bone was crunching as he was doing it. Then came the snatching of my soul and teeth and once he was done, he walked out, gauze was stuck in my mouth and then it was replaced with teeth and a paper giving me instructions on what to do and I was left to leave. This was my first extensive surgery ever in my life. To be made feel like you are an inconvenience, or like you are disrupting someone's day is an awful feeling. I understand that to them it may just be a job and they just want to get paid. I also understand that sometimes you have bad days. I followed the instructions and I know that my gums swell but I haven't been able to even put my bottoms in since I took them out because I have sores. I know that they are the healers, but they don't even match and are lopsided. Of course, you can't tell when you leave because your gums are numb, and they are jammed in your mouth because of swelling. I just hope that when I go back to get adjusted, everyone is in a positive mood and eager to excel in great customer service so that I can leave that place feeling 10x better about my smile than I do now.

Fantastic experience: The doctor and the associates are very knowledgeable and professional. The entire staff is very polite and willing to help in any way possible. Since any treatment involving the teeth is unpleasant the staff at Affordable go the extra mile to make it pleasant.

Negative experience: I don’t know why I expected more courtesy than I received. The tech was super sweet. The dentist, not so much. She came in, spoke really fast about my plan of action, NO alternative options. I literally had to say “hold on, let me ask a question” as she’s about to walk out and it looked like me saying that irritated her. So, as condescendingly as I could, I say “I’m sorry, I know you have other patients, I have questions”. She then smirked and answered my question. Her attitude alone makes me skip this place all together. Oh, and the Lobby needs a deep cleaning like never before. It’s disgusting.

Negative experience: made appt, went in to be yold my 94 y/o father couldn't be seen because his dentures weren't made there. they offer appt for new dentures when all he needs is old one realigned. WTH this is a money pit only to no regard to pt needs. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. Husband also had problems with them with dentures and implants failing 4 times.

Negative experience: The staff was Excellent!!! But unfortunately the dentist wanted me to get a full bottom denture which I didn't want. I only wanted a bottom partial which I knew in a couple of years I would have to get my last 2 teeth pulled and then get the bottom denture. Oh well he insisted that I get the denture and I told him no. He not only lost my business but I won't be going back for when I do need my bottom denture. This review is not to make the staff look bad because I even told them before I checked out that they were Awesome! It was just that young male dentist that turned me off. My bottom partial will be arriving at another dentist on August 24, 2023.

Negative experience: The first time I went to affordable dental I felt pretty confident but when I went back for my second appointment, I had a very bad experience. I also found out that the dentist was not completely honest with me about having my teeth pulled iand then walking out with new dentures, it's not that easy. You actually leave with temporary dentures and the woman said you have to learn to talk all over again, and really get used to them, so I would recommend people go to a regular dentist and get a partial if necessary in order to prepare yourself for dentures. Additionally, they kept 20% of my money when I changed my mind after my second appointment, which was a really horrible experience. He asked me which one of the employees it was that I had a bad experience with and I didn't know her name but another assistant knew the name and told him, yet, he challenged me and said all my employees are great! Well if you want to protect a bad employee, that's your choice. They required me to come in to get my refund and had me wait in the waiting room for a solid hour before I was called back, then I could see that the doctor was upset that I wanted a refund. While I was waiting, there was a terrible program on the television set about a murdererer who was bludgeoning a young lady. Then a woman came in off the street who was unfortunately out of her mind and intimidating all of the patients in the waiting room. I have absolutely no confidence in Affordable dentures.

Fantastic experience: My experience, after 20 years of coming here, is that the new ownership made great changes to the way patients are treated. Yesterday was the best appointment I've ever had here when getting a new appliance. Staff are extremely friendly, patient and the chaotic atmosphere that used to be prevalent here is now gone. New ownership has done great things here.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. So friendly and caring.. I went in for top plate ,walk me thru everything & answered all questions that I had. I will be going back when I get my bottoms pulled . I recommend them to everyone now Thank you all so very much for giving me my smile back

Negative experience: A poor women in a walker who could barely walk was left standing at the window. I knocked on the window at told them, this lady has been waiting quite a while. Cant you help her? The receptionist rudely told me she was helping another client. Well, that client could stand quite well. Couldnt she say excuse me sir, and check her in. Plus at the check in window was a curled up rug. I tried to tell the lady that i almost tripped over it and perhaps they would like to avoid a lawsuit say. Very rude!

Negative experience: I came here in 2018 and got implants etc done. The dentist was very good back then and well staffed. This time was very different. I had an implant crown fall out. They never flushed flushed the area to make sure it was clean. When the dentist put the post up into the hole, it was very painful, I almost came up out of the chair and he just did not seem to care. Then I stopped in this morning to inquire about antibiotics since he never cleaned the area. Staff said he would call me, he never did. Bad experience. Will not go back there.

Positive experience: The people who work there are very very nice and that helps when you are first going through the implant denture process. This could be tramatic for some people when they are younger. I do have to say the in-house lab does beautiful work and you would never know they are dentures. I think it is very expensive to get upper & lower sets of implants/dentures at the same time. Between both sets its about $15k. I gave 4 stars only because of the cost.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a procedure yesterday and it was a much better experience than I'd imagined. The doctor and assistant were both so nice , polite and definitely know what they're doing. I strongly recommend this place to anyone having teeth removed and/or replaced.

Negative experience: I'm very disappointed on every thing. I left with dentures that didn't fit, called the office the next day and got told to wait a week. I cannot close my mouth, bottom teeth are in front of the top! 2.100$ later. It's not about the money! It's the quality!☆ I hope Dr. Page will help me get my dentures adjusted.I will not settle for less, I'm not angry, I just want teeth that fit nicely!

Fantastic experience: Your service start a the sign in desk. Then the amazing x-ray technion make you fell that it all good. And this when my anxiety kick in when the dentist come in. Fantastic experience: I was pretty nervous when I initially went. The longer I was there the more comfortable I felt. All my questions were answered and I felt like I was heard. But the most important thing was there was no judgment on the staff's part. And that to me will determine whether I go to a doctor or not

Fantastic experience: I am totally pleased with my experience at the Rivers Ave location! Hannah my nurse was so easy to work with, thorough and took the time with me. I had gone to Aspen Dental a month before. Worse place ever!! Took 6 weeks and still wasn't right after 3 tries. I got my money refunded. Everyone at Rivers were great!

Negative experience: My experience with this office has been difficult. The front office staff is not friendly. They sent me home from my procedure with no pain medication. When I went back to get a prescription, they closed early. It was 3 PM on a Friday but they close at 5 PM. I had to go to another Affordable Dentures office in West Ashley to get the prescription. They also gave me better post op instructions and their staff and office were so much nicer and professional. I came to their office today for my 2:30 appointment. The front desk was closed with a sign saying they were out to lunch until 1 PM....it was 2 PM at the time. They also gave me the runaround with filing my insurance claim. The other office was surprised that they were making me file my claim myself. All in all, the actual doctor is great! The staff up front doesn't seem to represent him well. I hope things improve for the sake of others.

Fantastic experience: Dr Page and her staff go above and beyond to give you a perfect smile again. They know you by name and make you feel very calm and relaxed. Two things most people would never say about their dentist office and staff. I know I made the right choice for my dental implants.

Fantastic experience: Answered all of my questions, and I had quite a few. Staff was courteous, made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Did not try to upsell or give me the “you should do this” sales pitch. Explained my apprehension and long term goals, they have been meet. Honestly, just a down to earth place that does what they advertised. Thanks.

Negative experience: I was extremely happy at first be getting this done and nervous also having over 17 teeth extraction. Was told they didn't offer sedition or nitrogen. Only gave me Valium like like helped him pulling and pulling on my roots I don't want to be negative but me having to wait till the 31st to get my dentures fixed right after spending $7,000 really frustrating!!! Aaron and the other lady assistance dentist sorry can't remember her name was awesome and made my experience better but dentist himself was extremely rude when pulling in my mouth and then closing for 2 weeks knowing my.teeth needed fixed, $7000 and can't even wear my upper and he knew that when I left pouring blood ugghh. Very unprofessional

Negative experience: Initially they are very accommodating but after being assured of there being no hidden charges I went ahead and paid my balance after insurance only to be charged over $1,500 later and on top of that the staff and customer service are horrible after they have you sign a waver not to serve you if you’re hostile or disruptive, but in the meantime there are no consequences for staff who is rude and disrespectful. They claim not to do work that is unethical but they have no problem doing work which they highly recommend when your insurance is maxed out and therefore becomes a financial burden on their patients when they check your insurance and know that you are not covered, I was assured by the dental cleaning tech that she would not schedule any work unless it was covered, she claimed to know when to schedule so insurance would pay, which was a bold face lie. Their bottom line is the ole mighty dollar and they don’t care how they get it. Now I am stuck with a high balance when I was assured there was not. I would not recommend anyone sending a dog to this place. I have no problem paying my bills but I don’t like being played a fool.

Negative experience: Ms. Mindy is the best!! I had inflamed gums to the point of gingivitis and after she gave me a deep clean they have gone down drastically, another office referred me to a periodontal office which would of cost me thousands of dollars to fix. Would definitely recommend getting your dental cleaning with Ms. Mindy she will save your smile and money in your wallet!! The Dentist that I saw on the other hand was not empathetic or kind and made me feel horrible about my situation. I understand that I neglected my oral health and that’s why I’m at this state with my teeth but got him to bully me and make me cry in the office I really did not understand. No wonder I don’t trust to go to the dentist!! After I paid to get one of my tooth implant (over $1000), He kept pressuring me to go get braces before he can replace my tooth. I advised him I do not have the money for that and he refused to replace my tooth. If I he told me up front before paying him hat he was not going to do the service I would have never paid. The fact that I already paid for the implant to be done and he is refusing to do the service is beyond unethical. I would not recommend this place as they only want to take your money then refuse service.

Fantastic experience: I took my elderly father here to be seen for a consult. Summer, the Dental assistant, was the nicest, most respectful person ever. My father is a talker and she was very patient, funny, and he felt so comfortable and relaxed. He laughed and really enjoyed his visit and was pleased with the pricing and explanation of the upcoming dental work he is having done. Everything was explained thoroughly and written down for both of us to understand what he is having done and paying for and what to expect at his next appointment. Great place. 5 in our opinion. No complaints or concerns.

Negative experience: I Have never been so disappointed in my life I explained my issues them and they could have cared less. I was never seen by an actual dentist, only technicians who kept coming in one at a time asking me the same questions over and over again. Never once stating their titles or qualifications it's my mouth and my money but all they wanted to discuss were proceduresthat have repeatedly failed. next came referral after referral, more money thrown away They are in cahoots with other dental facilities and it's all about the money they need to to take the word affordable out of their title

Negative experience: It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. We arrived at 9am and we left at 11:30am without accomplish anything. It was very disappointing. The place is a hot mess and kinda old and unsanitary. The equipment and chairs are very old. The table and sink are very dirty. So my mom wanted to check her upper back teeth; she thinks she have cavities back there. Also she wanted to fix her two set of dentures. At first they wanted to perform XRay for my mom which is fine. The assistant took the dentures to the lab to see if they are able to fix them. She said they will be able to fix them. We agreed on the treatment plan which was $768 without the filling. She came in to get my mom’s teeth impression and everything. It took a while. A moment later another dentist came which was very unfriendly. She announced that they won’t fix my mom’s dentures and my mom has to extract her five teeth left to get a brand new full denture. At that point we were very upsetting already. Why would they agree to fix them in the beginning and later they can’t? I believe they tried to up charge us for a more money treatment which is $2500 total instead of $768. Now they said my mom teeth passed the point to perform a filling?? They wasted us and their time for two and half hour for nothing! We asked for a refund and left very upsetting. This place is a scam and a dump.

Fantastic experience: It was a pleasure to meet with the staff at Affordable Dentures,especially Stephanie she is a wonderful person she very much care for her parents and I respect her to the Utmost. Once more I went to get my tooth clean, and the service were excellent the staff there are wonderful, they all work as a team and get the job done in a timely manner, and I love them all for their dedication. I would recommend everyone to go to Affordable Dental facilities for their good service.

Negative experience: I didn’t have a good experience with them. I went in for a consultation and left with no help and out $120. Was told to go to this oral surgeon and then come back. I understood that some needs an oral surgeon but their was a tooth that didn’t and it’s the one causing pain. They did give me an option for dentures which quoted over $5000. Only offered one option. I felt rushed out of their. Not sure why they would rush me out and keep a tooth that is causing me issues. I just wanted it pulled.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for 11am, got there at 10:15 am had to wait in my car (which wasn’t an issue due to covid) but after being told I’ll be called in a few minutes I sat in my car for hour and a half, finally got inside and staff were great, continued to sit for another 2 hours before being told the owner was on his way say more and was told again 30 min later he was on his way with no eta, just that he was on his way.so I left,Staff was nice but owner should provide them with more info when there’s a scenario where multiple people are waiting to be seen. I went to Ashley dental and thankfully they had same day extractions and was in and out in under a half hour !!

Positive experience: I had a very pleasant experience at your facility, the young man that waited on me was not only very professional but a nice gentleman. My only problem was the volume of paperwork, maybe you should consider mailing them to the patient in advance, that I found to be very stressful.
