I can’t express enough how GREAT this location is BECAUSE of the hygienist who I was lucky enough to have assigned to my appointment. Ashley is wonderful, when I say that I experienced not a once of pain not even a split second in her care I say that with all honestly. Dr. Lovette is equally as amazing, needles in hand I closed my eyes to get numbed and a few second later I ask if we began and she informed me she finished. Dr. Gallegos also has been lovely providing me with all information needed and answering every question I had with full transparency and patience. All 3 have changed my entire perspective of dental care I no longer dread the thought of a deep cleaning or even returning for a regular check up. Thank you Ashley and Dr. Lovette for today’s visit you both are amazing at what you do and everyone in this field of work should strive to reach the standard of knowledge, care, compassion and kindness that you two have. Fantastic experience: This is my 3rd dentist in 4 years since moving to the Valley and I am hoping my search has ended. 1st dentist kept wanting to sell additional services, 2nd dentist had problems with staffing and correctly submitting information for insurance reimbursement. Called AZ Family Dentistry on a Monday and they got me in by Thursday! Was able to complete paperwork electronically prior to appointment. During my 2 hour visit I received a very thorough exam and had the chance to interact with 4 different employees in addition to the dentist, Dr. Lovette. They were all very professional and I felt confident that they were competent in their area of expertise. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I went to Helping Hands Dental for pain in a tooth, unfortunately the Dentist didn’t see anything, next day I went to Az Cosmetic & family dentistry where Dr. Lovette discovered I need an Oral surgeon for my issue, upon checking out I was handed a referral and I am so happy to say that my appointment with Surgeon is next day. I can’t imagine having to suffer with Ibuprofen and a mouth guard as requested by Helping Hands Dental.

Fantastic experience: I scheduled an emergency appointment here because of an infected tooth. I had extensive swelling on face and neck along with severe pain. I have fear of dentists due to past experiences. The staff here changed all that especially Brooklynne and Dr. G.

Negative experience: I went to a visit for a cracked molar. I walked out of there worse than I walked in. I have done some research and even tho they gave me a really unclear answer about how I got air while trying to remove. Other specialists are telling me they got my facial nerve. The pain I have right now is the worse I could’ve ever experienced before. I will visit and specialist tomorrow and add an update. The fact they said oh well, we can finish and here is your money back says much. UPDATE! Next day I went to a different dentist and confirmed was not need to work on my molar for almost 2 hours. This new dentist got it out within a few minutes. This morning I was on ER due to still severe pain on my face due to the nerve the damaged. Doctor let me know it will be a while before my nerve heals and I am on stronger pain medication now. This is affecting my daily activities and is costing me extra money. Will be consulting with lawyers soon to see what I can do. The fact the rushed me out knowing I was in so much pain for something they caused is pretty unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Love this dentist. I had a front tooth veneer pop off. Called and they worked me in within the hour. Dr Gallegos was able to reseat the veneer. The office staff was very helpful in getting me and checking me out. They are worth more than 5 stars. Used for 3 + years and experience has always been excellent.

Fantastic experience: Update: I needed to have two crowns done and cannot express how little I was looking forward to the experience. But Dr. Arieta and the staff made sure that I was made as comfortable as possible. Both teeth were in the back of my mouth so I know that the process was not easy for Dr. Arieta but she clearly knows what she is doing. I expected that my mouth and jaw would be on fire the following day however the residual pain was minimal. Not sure that I want two more crowns, but if I do need more then I know who I will be going to! Highly recommended!

He made time me to do a small filling. There was a lot of laughter in the office. There was no tension for a dental office. A rewarding experience after trying so many dental offices! Biggest concern was that it was freezing in there!! So they gave me a warm blanket

Dr. G confirmed but said he wanted me to see a specialist because of the nature of my teeth. The first doctor he recommended me also said, I needed a super duper specialist again because of the nature of my teeth. I feel so wonderfully taken care of.

Negative experience: The positives are they got me in for the initial appointment quickly. The dentist was very nice and professional. The areas of opportunity are the billing process and communication. This office would be beneficial for someone who does not have dental insurance or prefers to use care credit or simply pay out of pocket. If you are insured make sure they bill your insurance or you will be paying for unnecessary expenses. The customer has to initiate the claim, or at least that was my experience. Trust but verify. Also the lab was delayed and no one called me? Instead I found out by calling them regarding my upcoming appointment.

Fantastic experience: Tired of scammy dentists? This is where you need to go to avoid them; don’t let the nice building fool you! I’ve spent most of my life being locked into unnecessary periodontal cleanings/maintenance and mandatorily upsold at every opportunity by most dentist offices. Upon my first visit, Dr. Narra(who is actually the owner of the practice) consulted with her experienced hygienist and my assigned dentist, Dr. Arieta, in the assessment that I don’t need periodontal treatments and worked with my insurance carrier to get me back to routine covered services. Dr. Arita and staff have provided great high level care. They also offer Invisalign ortho services in office for a great price which have helped me to achieve the smile I desire. What sets this dental practice apart is that they provide the care you need, not the care the office would like to sell you! It’s refreshing to see a dentist so committed to breaking the cycle that has plagued this industry for the last 20 years or so. The owner is involved in the care of her patients and doesn’t hesitate to stop, acknowledge , and chat about your dental progress or concerns! I cannot recommend AZ Cosmetic and family dentistry enough; A diamond in the rough for sure!

Negative experience: I had an appointment at 3 pm and my daughter at 3:30 pm.that I always get there around 15 minutes early than the time. When I check in they told me that only my daughter was going to need to check in because I already was checked in. Ok! So they called my daughter like around 8 to 10 min. to get in so I didn't went with my daughter because I figured they're going to call me anytime. No! They called me to tell me how my daughter was doing and what she needed and send me to check out. It was 3:30 pm. So I asked about my appointment? They told me that my appointment was at 4 pm. I was so disappointed. Fist I was supposed to have the appointment first, then from 3:30 to 4. I was not happy at all.

Fantastic experience: Had an accident and broke my crown and had bad upper and inner lip lacerations.They were able to see me and refer me to an oral surgeon stitched up within 3 hours. After 3 weeks,I had my crown replaced after the wounds healed completely. My dentist was funny yet professional throughout the whole ordeal. The dental assistants are knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. This is the best dental practice in town.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental office! Staff are friendly and helpful. My veneer became loose and I called for an emergency appointment. Two hours later I was in the office getting my veneer worked on. Exceptional service! A temporary was applied and 1.5 hours later I left the office. Negative experience: This place is not top notch. Friendly, but they messed up my crown. Haven't been able to use the right side of my mouth in months. Had to go to a different dentist and they are having to redo it all.

Fantastic experience: I came here on vacation for an emergency extraction, and that may sound awful but the staff here made it a highlight. From the receptionist at the front desk all the way to the x-ray and dental techs in the back , this was an awesome experience. They offered water and coffee, and they had music and movies playing to really make it a comfortable environment. Dr. G was both professional and personable. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

Negative experience: Called to make an appointment as a new client and the receptionist was extremely rude... I called back no later than 15 minutes after scheduling to reschedule as I realized I had a prior commitment at the day and time I booked my dentist appointment. The receptionist patronized me and bullied me for rescheduling, made rude and condescending comments about how I was prioritizing another appointment over my "dental health"... Told me she would go ahead and reschedule me after making fun of me and making me uncomfortable for 5 minutes, I said it was alright and I would just go ahead and cancel for now ( as I didn't feel comfortable moving forward after she was so rude ) once I said I'd just like to cancel for now she laughed and hung up on me. So happy I ended up having to reschedule... so glad I stuck with my amazing dentist even though it's a further driver.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a routine clean got some x rays reviewed my teeth with Dr G got my cleaning with the fluoride and no insurance paid 130$. Everyone has good vibes and is friendly keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: Went in today to replace a couple of old fillings. Dr Narra and her assistant Brooklyn were great. The entire process from checking in to getting the teeth filled was smooth and timely. I was in and out in no time. Brooklyn was attentive and even gave me a new night guard case as she noticed that my old case was broken. It is the little things that matter :-) Happy to recommend them for anyone who is looking for a fantastic dental team.
