Fantastic experience: Moved to middle-TN a little while ago and just had a retainer break. This office was so kind. Not only that, but it was conveniently located, very nice and clean, and I was made to feel like the only patient there. No rush - answered several questions of mine. Couldn’t speak more highly of this office. Can’t imagine how great they’d be if I was doing more than just getting a retainer made. Oh yeah, they were also very affordable and my retainer was ready next day! 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: We love Spring Hill smiles! We have been going there for YEARS! We use them for both orthodontics and dental and we will never go anywhere else. They are so sweet and gentle with my 8 year old who they’ve seen since she was 3. You should definitely make them your go to!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cara and her assistant Ashley were both excellent. I had to replace a crown. I was there for about 2.5 hours. They were both very professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Terrah and the Spring Hill Smiles staff have been wonderful as both my sons have had braces with them. My youngest had an issue with a couple of his permanent teeth and they explained the options clearly so we could decide the best route for our son. He just got his braces off and his teeth look so good! Throughout the process they have communicated well, and gotten us in for appointments quickly when there were any pain or adjustments needed though that wasn’t often. We recommend them highly!

Fantastic experience: I was nervous about starting Invisalign and how it might impact my day-to-day life, but after three months of treatment, I’ve really enjoyed the process. Every visit to the orthodontist is quick and easy, which makes keeping up with appointments a breeze. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Both of my kiddos go to Spring Hill Smiles for routine cleaning and care. Just recently, my son just got braces. While he was super nervous, they explained everything to him- what they were doing, how it was going to feel, and most of all, how to clean. Understandably he was sore for the first week and hated them, but now that he’s had the option in changing his band colors- it’s made it kinda fun for him. The staff is wonderful, made incentives for both the kids when they are cavity free, and separate ones for the braces. They’ve tried to make it as fun as possible to have braces. I wish I had that when I was a teen! We enjoy the care that we receive: from the front desk, to the hygienist, to Dr Terrah. We appreciate you!

Fantastic experience: Today my anxiety was met with the some of the kindest caring folks you’d ever meet.. it wasn’t long til I felt at ease with each explanation of the procedures ahead ..I was very impressed and left feeling confident of a good journey and outcome!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Todd and his team always take great care of their patients! Yesterday I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Todd and Steffi. They have my full trust and confidence in an upcoming procedure.

Negative experience: I feel completely misled by Spring Hill Smiles, and I’m extremely disappointed with how my visit was handled. We’re new to the Spring Hill area, and I have Guardian Dental Insurance. I called several offices, and many told me upfront that they didn’t accept Guardian. When I contacted Spring Hill Smiles, they told me they did accept Guardian and even asked for my insurance information over the phone. I provided it, and we scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, I gave them my insurance card, which they scanned before having me complete the standard paperwork. Nothing was said about being out-of-network or that they didn’t actually take my insurance. During the visit, they performed a number of X-rays and a cleaning. They asked if I wanted fluoride treatment, noting it would be an additional charge since insurance didn’t cover it. I declined. I also met with the dentist to discuss a treatment plan that included a filling and two cosmetic procedures. We reviewed what would and wouldn’t be covered by insurance, and I was given a printed breakdown before scheduling the follow-up. About a month later, I was shocked to receive a bill for over $500—because, as it turns out, they don’t accept Guardian insurance. When I reached out via phone and email, the response I received was underwhelming: “We understand your disappointment, and while our office is out-of-network with Guardian, we would like to explore options to help you manage the balance. We can offer an interest-free payment plan for up to four months, splitting the payments into $143.00 per month.” While they framed this as helpful, it misses the point entirely. At no point was I told they were out-of-network. If I had known, I never would have gone there. The lack of transparency and poor communication are unacceptable, and I feel taken advantage of.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Spring Hills Smiles ha been positive across all of my visits since I began using their practice in 2022. All doctors and staff are friendly, considerate of my health and dentistry needs. My most recent visit was no different than past visits. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend this dentistry practice as it is of the highest caliber.

Fantastic experience: I made a consult appointment with Dr Jordan after terrible experience with another dentist. Upon arriving Tanonni took such great care of me until Dr. Jordan was able to see me. Once I saw Dr Jordan, I was able to go ahead and have same day treatment. Dr. Jordan was assisted by Monni. All three took such great care of me, made sure I was comfortable, and went above and beyond in my care. I appreciated you Tanonni, Dr. Jordan, and Monni. The dentists/hygienists are all kind and knowledgeable. I recently finished Invisalign and am very happy with the results and the support from the Orthodontist, Dr Terrah and the Ortho Assistant, Amy. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Spring Hill Smiles. Hailey was an excellent dental hygienist. She was very diligent and took her time with everything she needed to do to onboard me as a new patient. She was also very patient in answering my questions about teeth and what we saw on the x-rays. Dr. Jordan then came to complete the visit. She took her time answering all my questions about the future treatment plan and prioritizing upcoming procedures. I was highly impressed with the personnel, the office and the technology offered. The ability to have the entire crown procedure accomplished in a single day is amazing. I am happy to have found the dental group I will use as long as I am in Tennessee. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been patients here almost 5 years. Everyone is very friendly, and professional. We had a wonderful dental practice where we moved from so I guess I was picky having to try about 4 other dental practices before I found "the one" I feel they're honest about whether or not patients need specific treatments. I feel very confident with them. We enjoy seeing Kendra, but all the dentists are wonderful. I feel badly saying that I have 2 favorite hygienists because they are all very good. Whenever I am asked who I recommend for a dental practice, I always say Spring Hill Smiles.

Fantastic experience: Another great experience. Had to have some work done and this time, I was cared for by Dr. Jordan. She and Gina were exceptional. The best and easiest dental experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend. I was referred here by a friend, but had been putting off scheduling an appointment. Then I had an old crown pop off. I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. Kandace, who greeted me, took the x-rays and assisted, was lovely and efficient. Dr. Kendra then examined my tooth and crown and determined that the crown was fine and just needed to be re-cemented. I appreciate that she didn’t try to tell me I needed a whole new crown. Everyone I met during my visit was professional and friendly. I am looking forward to finally getting established here for all my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you what a great experience I had with the staff at Spring Hill Smiles! I have some anxiety with dentists because I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with dental work. Gina was an absolute angel and helped me through everything with such patience and kindness. She took her time listening to my concerns and asked me a lot of questions to make sure she understood what was important to me while coming up with our treatment plan. She was very knowledgeable and shared more options than I even knew were available. You can tell she loves what she does — but even more, she loves the people she does it for. Gina fixed my chipped front tooth beautifully. Looks better than it did BEFORE I even chipped it! Dr. Jordan resolved an issue in seconds that had caused me daily frustration for years — a constant reminder of how unhappy I was with prior dental work and the fear that my lower teeth had been permanently ruined. I FINALLY have the smile I have always wanted and thoroughly enjoyed their company through the whole experience. I HIGHLY recommend going to Spring Hill Smiles for the quality of their work and their welcoming workplace culture. I got a cleaning, X-rays, two crowns *and* all the dental work done in one visit – can you believe it?! No second appointment needed for the crowns – they fit perfectly! Everyone there is just amazing. So friendly and helpful, and they took the time to answer all my questions. Steffi gave me a really thorough rundown of everything I needed, along with the costs, which was super helpful since I'm a senior on a budget. And the billing? Spot on! No headaches with insurance, which is a huge plus. They're also really understanding about payment. If you don't have dental insurance, they have tons of payment plans, and there's absolutely no pressure to choose one. They just let you decide what works best for you. Honestly, I can't recommend Spring Hill Smiles highly enough, especially for seniors like us who need to be mindful of dental costs and insurance coverage. They're the best!

Fantastic experience: I had an unexpected tooth extraction and implant while visiting recently from Florida. The experience from Dr. Kendra and her entire staff makes me want to transfer all my dental procedures to her office. Their professionalism, courtesy, attention, and modern accommodations are unmatched in my 70 years. 4/21/25. We were visiting family in Nashville from Florida. While there, I broke a crown, and the edges were sharp. I decided to have it replaced before traveling home since I didn’t know when I could see my dentist. Dr. Kendra and dental assistant, Monnie, took excellent care of me. To my amazement, the crown was replaced in less than two hours. The new crown was made right in the office; fits beautifully and no discomfort. Dr. Kendra is an excellent dentist, very caring and conscientious. She and Monnie are exceptional at what they do. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Had an accident and fell face first knocking my teeth loose and puncturing my bottom lip. Drove straight to the dentist office and the ladies of Springhill smiles rushed me to the back right away. The 3 ladies that got the first aide kit out and cleaned and bandaged me,, i just want to say thank you. To the lady that ran my x-rays, thank you. Dr. Kendra was abrasive and rough while removing and replacing two crowns. The work she did felt rushed and she displayed minimal bedside manner. I am disappointed in the service I received today.

I have total confidence in her this time with an implant. She and her assistant work well together. They have modern equipment, which makes my visit comfortable and quick.
