Fantastic experience: I had an outstanding experience during my recent dental appointment. From start to finish, the care and professionalism were top-notch. Lori, the hygienist, was exceptional; thorough, gentle, and incredibly skilled. She made the cleaning process smooth and comfortable, with a calming presence that immediately put me at ease. Dr. Driskill was equally impressive. Compassionate and attentive, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt fully supported throughout the visit. Her thoughtful approach and genuine care truly stood out. A+ service all around. I left feeling confident in my dental health and grateful for such a dedicated team.

Negative experience: I made an appointment over two weeks ago. I received a call today inquiring about my decisions on treatment. I told the representative that plan had already been discussed, and I have an appointment for the next day. I’m put on hold. When she returned I’m told they cancelled my appointment for someone else without notification. The care for one patient over me that scheduled my appointment well in advance is appalling.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the caring and friendly staff. Melissa is #1! Dr. Neely is very informative and helpful. I'm in the process of some implants! Hopefully, I'll be all new in October!

Fantastic experience: Mallori is the absolute BEST! Always friendly and informative, patient and helpful. Also, big thanks to Dr Driscoll for stepping in for an impromptu temporary fix today even though she was scheduled to see me! I don’t typically enjoy dentist visits but the entire staff does their best to make the entire experience the best they possibly can; from the phone call reminder, to the friendly smiles and greeting on my way in and out! Negative experience: Office Rescheduled my appointment At the last minute. Scheduled my cracked tooth over a month out. Then when I had to work overtime and tried to reschedule, McKenzie was not polite or professional, and kept telling me I needed to try to make it. Made me feel like they think their time is more important than mine. Acts like I can all of a sudden get out of work Because it’s an inconvenience for them. Was it not an inconvenience when my appointment was rescheduled? Was I not understanding?

Fantastic experience: I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door. The office was clean, warm, and inviting. The staff is very attentive, caring, and understanding. Dr. Neely is absolutely wonderful. He is as nice and gentle as he appears on TV. He has an excellent bedside manner and takes the time to really explain everything. He took the time to address my fears and concerns, not just brush them off like they were unreasonable. He made me feel like I was the only patient he had, and could take all the time I needed him to take with me. Not once did he get frustrated or try to hurry me. I wish more dentists were like him and more dentist offices were like this one. If I could give them 1,000 stars, it wouldn't be enough.

Your needs and concerns are top priority and they listen to what you’re saying!! I also felt heard and understood when explaining how things could go or giving you choices of what u can do!! Advanced dental went above and beyond to mage me feel at home and appreciated!! Great conversations while you wait with staff made the visit more enjoyable as well!! Explaining all my options and the billing process helped immensely as well!! Amazing staff ❤️

Fantastic experience: I started going there some years ago after a traumatic event. Always great. Clean facility, positive employees, great Bright and cheery too.

Negative experience: I came into Advanced Dental Care this morning for help with a chipped tooth. The receptionist who I later discovered was the manager at the front counter, was quick to help me and fit me in. When we discussed pricing she told me for an emergency it would cost somewhere between 120 and 280 or something like that I don't remember the exact range, I just know it was less than $300. From my perspective with the context of me being there for an emergency tooth repair, her knowing that and using the term emergency well talking about what could be done that morning, I foolishly thought the range and timeline she quoted me was for the repair. Turns out what she was quoting me was for an emergency session of the dentist telling me my chipped tooth I went in for was chipped and that we weren't doing anything today. If at any point she had told me this is what we would be doing I would have went to another dentist. This feels like a situation where just enough information was given to get me through the doors. This cost me just shy of $200. The manager then told me she couldn't understand how I misunderstood what she told me from the most condescending position imaginable. Sorry I trusted you as an expert. I don't do what you do everyday, I don't know the things you know. If someone is asking you questions it's important to answer them completely, and not just tell them whatever gets them into your system. This is incredibly disappointing and now I have to scramble to find a solution that I would have already had. 2* because the dentist was genuinely nice and knowledgeable, and the hygienist was quick and polite.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for awhile now, always a pleasant experience each time had an appointment yesterday for sedation had 4 teeth extracted, going to the dentist can make you very anxious, everyone here makes you feel welcome and comfortable! Had trouble with getting financed through Cherry Financial the website wouldn't let me finish the process, Meg and Melissa went above and beyond to get me financed through their office with affordable payments, very much appreciated!! Sedation is hands down the way to go if you're getting teeth extracted, I'm one that has lots of anxiety when having teeth removed can't stand the pressure, grinding etc.. Dr Schlee was great Advanced Dental is a win win for me! Thank you

Fantastic experience: Ashley did a wonderful job. My tarter build up is awful on my bottom teeth. Dr. Neely explained that happens as people get older. He suggested teeth cleaning every 4 months. I absolutely agreed. Ashley was nice enough to explain the extra cleaning would not be covered by my insurance. Which i never even thought about. She explained it would be about 70 bucks. Heck yeah. Advanced Dental Care is the best.

Negative experience: I have horrible teeth, broken, missing, extremely fragile. I have even worse dental anxiety. I don't want to be in "the chair" multiple times. I requested to have the remaining teeth removed under general anesthesia. They wanted me to remove both sides of my upper teeth in the back, let that heal, then come back for the front upper removal. Then a denture plate. 1 more visit to remove the sides/back of the bottom and fit me for a partial. Now each time I get extraction it's a $700 charge for the anesthesia. SO y'all want me to have at least 6 visits, 3 of which will be $700 each JUST for anesthesia, plus whatever you charge for the rest. When it was refused to just remove my teeth and let me worry about dentures later, I walked out the door. I KNOW it can all be done in 1 visit, my husband and several others I know have done it. This place just seems like they need as much money out of you as they can get. And they almost acted like they didn't think I could pay... Little do they know, they would have gotten a cash payment for the balance before I walked out, but oh well ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: This most recent visit Jackie performed my quarterly periodontal cleaning. She was very thorough and professional and informative while cleaning my teeth. She gave me helpful recommendations regarding how to care for my teeth and gums. Very friendly and explained the operations as she was doing them. The previous couple of times I’ve had my quarterly periodontal cleaning and checkup done at Advanced Dental Care in Springfield my hygienist was Crystal. She did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth and answering all my questions. She displayed the condition of my teeth and gums on a flat screen pointing out areas of concern and gave me informative pointers about how to take better care. I shopped for a water pic today on her recommendation. Each of the dentists and hygienists at this place have been good, and I’ve been going there for years now. I still have all my teeth including my wisdom teeth at age 75 thanks largely to the attention these people have given. They also have a good billing system tightly coupled to my insurance as well as a good scheduling and appointment reminder system.

Negative experience: Horrible service for outrageous price. Wanted to send me to oral surgeon in Bloomington for an abscessed tooth because I’m on Skyrizzi medicine and he’s just not familiar with it and sat on his phone trying to learn about it. I have a lot of med allergies and when I mentioned an antibiotic he said “what can you take” uhhh your the dr not me. Went to a different dentist and had zero issues so I wasn’t the problem “he” was. Especially since I completed all paperwork online and they had it prior to appointment- this included what meds I currently take and what meds I’m allergic to.

Fantastic experience: People are wonderful. They greet you by name upon arrival. Everything is professional from the dress of employees, smiles and attitude to the building cleanliness. They also provide IV sedation for anxiety. Why go to anyplace else!

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient and literally from the moment I walked through the door, till the time I left, I was made to feel very welcomed and comfortable. They kept me informed of all work needed done and did the work the exact same day (my very first appointment with them) and for me that’s HUGE . I will not be going to any other dentist from now on. Fantastic experience: As someone who has substantial anxiety related to the dentist, I could not have asked for a better experience at Advanced Dental Care. I was treated with respect, kindness, and compassion. I was impressed by both the services they offer, and especially the kindness of staff, nurses, and doctor.

Negative experience: Got these fillings done months ago and now I’m in more pain than I was before the fillings. Now I gotta go get it done again because the pain is unbearable. Also my bite crooked and I can’t chew properly because my filling is too big and that particular tooth hurts. Rating will change depending on my experience when I make this next appointment.

I called today they were closing early I told them I had a crown come off it was an old crown . They got me right in took care of not only putting A temporary crown on but also took care of the cavity I had . I have very high anxiety . But not there it was painless Awesome staff . Fantastic experience: Due to dental sensitivity I request the old school for cleaning not using water to clean. They accommodate me always in this way! Excellent hygienists take care of me. Dr Drisco is my Dentist there. Her work is excellent and I have never had issues after ANY dental work she has done! 11/20/24. Excellent as usual Hygienist Ashley is really good! Of course see Dr Driskill is the best! I am confident in her assessments as well as her wok! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I was made to smile again today when Amber called and adjusted my appointment to earlier in the day. Part of the "A" team was at the at the front desk to include Amber, Melissa, & Michelle makes customers smile as they are pleasant, helpful & with a smile! My Hygienist was Mallory Greeted me with a smile. She was pleasant. She explained every step and answered all my questions. My Dentist Dr. Newly greets with a smile is pleasant plus gives information in easy to comprehend terms. Advance Dental has been good for me. Very consistent and caring for the patient!

Positive experience: My husband and I met with the coordinator Meg to go over and discuss my plan of care. She was highly professional. My teeth need a lot of work and care will be quite expensive. We were treated with friendly staff and Meg was compassionate and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for more!

Negative experience: I’ve been to this place twice for the same issues. I recently got 2 fillings on the bottom & two on the top. Ever since I got those fillings, my top tooth has ached over & over & I’m still currently not able to chew on my right side which I was able to do before I got them fillings. I’ve went back to this place in hopes they could heal my aching that they started, but either are they complacent & don’t care, or they don’t know what they’re doing. They are extremely nice people I give them that, but they seem to not care about my ongoing issue. I was supposed to get a root canal, ended getting another filling on the tooth due to their suggestion. Obviously I trusted them with my teeth, but as if they didn’t already fill the tooth…or did they??! It still aches & hurts til this day. It’s obvious these people has messed up my tooth, & I was going to go back & get a root canal from these people but I will be taking me, myself, & I else where. Due to my experience, I don’t recommend this place for any teeth procedures.

Fantastic experience: It always amazes me how kind and caring the staff is when I go in for any reason. Very compassionate and understanding during times especially when I am struggling to stay positive. I don’t think I could ever go to another dentist as long as they are around. Wonderful staff from start to finish!

Fantastic experience: I was dreading going to have my wisdom tooth extracted. I kept putting it off until it became uncomfortable. Not only was Advance Dental Care affordable, staff was very kind and gave me options to make my visit comfortable. I had nitrous oxide for the first time..and well ... (My toes and fingers were doing their own thing) . Dr. Schlee was also kind and professional , explaining how he was going to perform my procedure. He made sure I didn’t experience any pain and quickly extracted my tooth before I could even experience any discomfort . My fear of having a tooth removed was unlocked! I’ll be back to continue my dental care and maintain my dental hygiene .

Fantastic experience: I loved the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth. She did a great job! Amelia did an amazing job numbing my mouth. I couldn't feel a thing. My son, Ethan, always requests Amelia to clean his teeth. Abby did a great job of creating my temporary crown. Dr. S was so kind to squeeze me in for my first crown appt. I look forward to getting my permanent crown in a few weeks. I love Advanced Dental Care of Springfield!

Services are always explained well and delivered with care. I've tried many different dental offices through the years, but I've definitely found my dental home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Positive experience: I loved this dental office, but they have a policy. If you have to cancel and reschedule appointments 3 times in one year. They won't let you make appointments anymore. You have to call the day you want the appointment to try to get in. How is that supposed to work? I'm so disappointed. Again, I really liked this office. Trying somewhere else now

The lady that numbed me was awesome I never look forward to the dentist because previous horrible experiences. However thanks to my experience with this office I am no longer afraid. Fantastic experience: This is Tamara Sullivan. I received dental work today by the best dentist, Dr. Driscoll, at Advanced Dental Care, with Matt Vandermolen. They continue to strive to be the BEST dentist around and to provide the best care they can provide. Their professionalism goes above and beyond by being respectful, friendly, and courteous. The most pleasant part of receiving dental care is they provide pain free services. Not too many people truly like going to the dentist, however, it is extremely important to take care of your teeth and it is a life long process and starts at a very young age. My father instilled this when my sister and I were very young. He always said, you have one set of teeth to take care of your whole life, so take care of them. I’m happy to have faith in Advanced Dental Care for helping me and my family take care of our teeth for approximately 30 years. We have not experienced any regrets. Thank you Advanced Dental Care for being our BEST!

Fantastic experience: This is the most caring dentist office I've been in! They do amazing work and make you feel 100% comfortable. My anxiety got the best of me and I had 2 techs helping me through it. I would recommend them over anywhere!
