Negative experience: I got an X-ray two weeks before my procedure and the dentist said the only thing they can do is extract it, I go in today for my scheduled appointment they extract half of my tooth then goes to say I have to go to an oral surgeon for this procedure the specialist knew what she was doing it was bad communication from the beginner dentist, I will be sueing you guys for misdiagnosis if I am in bad pain

Negative experience: I was a patient here for a short time. The last time I scheduled an appointment, I came in and the front desk said an appointment wasn’t in the system, so that told me that they gave it to their own people.

Fantastic experience: Very sweet doc. I was terrified " like sobbing" and she made sure I was comfortable and pain free. Nurse was gentle and kind. They were efficient, quick and tended to my needs! I was a new patient and was able to get in quickly and have my dental emergancy handled quickly and efficiently! Will def go back!

Fantastic experience: They are great with children definitely recommend ! The assistant Maylenni I believe was her name did great with my son he was kind of scared at first but she made sure we felt welcome & also gave my son & daughter a goodie bag just for behaving well while her brother gets treated. Also is very affordable my son insurance stop unexpectedly but his exam was only 50$ so I couldn’t miss this appointment. The staff are always welcoming and greet me and my children. My son used to be scared of the dentist now he loves going for his check up thanks to familia dental.

Negative experience: The staff was nice but they didn't address my issue about my ill fitting partial, the place was kinda dirty and run down and they told me to come back in 6 weeks for a deep clean. I'm not sure why I'm waiting 6 weeks for this service. I wasn't given any oral meds for my periodontitis and she recommended me having a bunch of teeth pulled when I have seen 2 other dentists that said nothing about it. When I made the appointment I told them I needed a cleaning, I told them my partial didn't fit, and that I had Periodontitis. But for whatever reason I waited weeks for this appointment just to have an exam and be told come back in 6 weeks.

Negative experience: Bad attitude, the doctor she was very mean and rude. And should I know how to explain that a patient? All she cared about collecting money. Instead, respond to the question, I ask regarding my service based on i felt unferring.. Is not a good service and taking people's money? And taking advantage of people, that's not good business. Also, I'm asking refund my money. I did pay a $109. And I work hard for my money and I am unhappy, bad business. That's my complaint.

Negative experience: Went in for an emergency appointment July 3rd, and I’m currently no better off than when I went in. I was prescribed two medications and they haven’t been sent in yet!!! I keep calling them and you have to go through a third-party to get connected to the offices receptionist who doesn’t know anything. Here it is July 14th and I have yet to receive my prescriptions, that were supposedly sent on the 8th!!!

Negative experience: I will never return to this place. More than an hour behind schedule, the facility was not clean enough for me and other clients were cursing and screaming at staff. They have security so that tells you more than enough.

Negative experience: They asked me to sign a form after they already have numbed my gums. The dentist did a very bad job on my teeth, Not polished, cuts were under my tongue from the tool, The work that was done felt unnecessary, not professional quality work, The needle felt like it was pushed too far, even my ear was numb, And my follow-up appointment is three months away. They said if it’s uncomfortable or done align they will fix it next appointment. (3 months later)

Negative experience: Filled my daughter’s cavity while it was infected and I had to rush her to the hospital because she has been in pain. This office needs to be sued

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed the experience but I would like to comment on the noise around you. I was sitting waiting for the doctor while listening to other patients getting work done, some in pain and it may me a little nervous. Light music would be excellent to calm people down. Very clean place and friendly staff.

Negative experience: Scheduled me for a filling to complete the other side of my mouth THE NEXT MORNING. I was 20 minutes late and they said they can’t get me in until END of September now. Front Desk People Always Have A Attitude Or Animosity. Actual Dental Staff is Great. They’ve been known for having front desk problems for years even when I accompanied a family friend coming here years ago. Need to Hire Desk Staff 25+

Negative experience: How should I start this off.. well compared to a fast food chain this location is like a McDonalds. Check in is not bad what is freighting is the tiny walls as I walk pass I can see in each “room” they have no doors no privacy. I don’t catch her name but the doctor who worked on my teeth was rushing because she has many more patients so she told me we’ll have to work on what she can which we only got To do 3 fillings for my teeth. I had to come back and have a different doctor clean up her mess because the fillings was too high in the back of the front. I don’t feel comfortable having them work on my $1200 root canal cos I feel like it’s just for money. They are so quick to send you out of the way but not answer all you questions with out rushing. Idk it’s clean but as far as being comfortable and lettting them get a second chance I can’t take the risk because at the end of the day I have to live with my teeth while they get to play with them.

Negative experience: The WORST experience I’ve ever encountered!! I really should sue these people for negligence…. And poor service. No one introduced themselves or wore name tags…. They didn’t explain anything to me…. The doctor and the assistant was so extremely rude…. Laughing in face… treating me rough…. Yelling saying open your mouth and put those glasses on!! They were irritated that I was still feeling the pain after she numb my mouth…. Treated my granddaughter so rudely that I got up in the middle of the procedure … while my mouth was still numb and left…. Crying!!!!!! My granddaughter asking what’s wrong… I was treated like scum!!! No human being should be treated in that manner…. Especially a new patient…. I’m thinking about getting a lawyer… something should be done about their practice!!!! NEVER AGAIN…. NO ONE SHOULD GO HERE FOR ANY TREATMENT!!!!!

Negative experience: I went to an appointment that was scheduled over two months ago. I gave every detail as to the nature of my visit when the appointment was made , however upon arrival I waited over 30 minutes before being called to the back . Once I was in the back I waited another 30 minutes . I was there for a consultation for a procedure that’s listed on their website but I was told they didn’t perform this certain procedure. The doctor never cane into the room to at least meet with me or anything. That was my first and last time ever going there and I would not recommend. I’d rather pay than deal with people who has no consideration for others .
