I have a degraded lower jaw bone and it's difficult to make dentures for me but they made mine great. But they made my last pair before these too. I wouldn't think of going somewhere else! Negative experience: My list is too long, I was having a top denture made and when it was completed it would not stay secure, it was too big. The girl said give your gums 3 to 5 days. I said to do what, if I were having extraction I could see a change in the gum but this was just a replacement denture. I'm not the smartest crayon in the box but your gums do not grow! I told her to get someone else and I kept saying " This is unexceptable" The teeth were not the cheapest nor the most expensive but 800.00 is a lot of money. The girl finally had someone else come in and the other girl ( who was quitting that day) worked on them and finally just put a soft liner in to hold me over until I decide what I was going to do, (this was Friday ) because I wanted a refund. Monday morning I came in to get a refund or another set made and the office manager said he could fix it, which he did but he was the only one working. I agreed to come back the next day and let him try, he Did a hard liner and rebuilt the denture basically. This pretty much took the whole day. I told him that I only wanted him to do this so it would be right. (Also this Friday is his last day) The denture fit but as anyone knows some rubbing occured today (next day, Thursday) so I called to have him adjust those spots. The office girl said we're sorry we can't get you in until next week. The office manager would be gone and I will suffer until my appointment next week or the week after I can't remember after hanging up. The worst place and there are 3 people quitting this week and I can see why.

I needed a cleaning and they did a very thorough job we're very kind and professional. My experience was great I've already scheduled my follow-up. I was much happier with their service than I was with the previous Services I received from the dental Depots in Tulsa.

Then I come back to have surgery and they ask if I got my sedation. The prescription was never called in!! Loved the service I received but at the business level suck

Negative experience: Five years ago. Did not complete dental implant procedure due to loss of sense of taste after insertion of metal plate for implant. Had prepaid, then was given another quote for $4000 more.

The process of implementation for new dentures/implants is very much patient centered and produces a very good end product. I also use the for my semi annual cleanings and have found the hygienist and other staff to be equally good.

Fantastic experience: My only complaint was the 45 minutes I had to wait pass my appt. time. The actual appt.. was very good. Painful, because I had all of my teeth pulled at once. My choice. Everyone was very nice and professional. I would recommend to other people.

Fantastic experience: I was seen at my appointment time. that never happens at any other office for me. the people were great. fixed the problem on the same day didn't have to drive back into town for a second time. that was a big deal for me. I will be getting all my dental work done here in the future.

The Doctors there are top notch. They explain the procedure and make you comfortable in the process. I have a new smile and I couldn't be happier that my dream of having a confident smile at an affordable price is now realized! My snap in denture ( with 8 implants ). Works like a charm. I can now eat any food , I don't have the uncomfortable lower denture. They snap in on top and bottom do not move! I feel good about a smile that is healthy, and that might make someone's day by just me smiling It is an investment but the returns are outstanding,- for real. :). I really have gotten many compliments.. They are busy for a reason and that's because they do good work.. You have to commit to the process and follow the medical instructions. Do that and I think anyone would be happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: The service was great as always. Saw the hygienist for my cleaning today and hands down,, she is the best! She's very gentle, very kind and most of all honest, and I really appreciate that. She was VERY helpful, giving me the information I needed for caring for my teeth.

Negative experience: Had my top dentures done there,but when my bottom teeth became abscess 5 days ago,I made an appointment for this Monday morning,the nurse said she'd get the doctor to send a script for antibiotics IMMEDIATELY!!!! She said,then we find out today...(the next morning),that there was no doctor in the office when that woman made that promise,she literally flat out lied.that was at 10:30am when the nurse made that claim. Then we find out this morning there was no doctor in that day at all....my aunt called back at 4:45pm the same day and the same lying nurse insured her he sent it over....all the while she was lying the whole time,so I had to drive to the INDIAN clinic in Claremore. Then at 12:46 the following day,the doctor called in antibiotics. The staff there will flat out lie to your face,I was in excruciating pain and this sorry established will never get another dime of my money. Their sales men,they don't give a damn if ur face is swollen and ur eyes shut due to infection. If you want people who actually care about you and not just ur money......don't go to DDS. Pathetic lying staff.she knew the doctor wasn't in,she just didn't want to deal with it. Don't waste ur money at this crooked establishment. They literally do not care about you,their a bunch of sales men,want 1 tooth pulled and they make some crazy reason as to why I should pull 5 more. They jack the price up if ur only getting 1 pulled so they'll get their money regardless. Sorry establishment,they do not care about their patients,I will tell everyone who asks....do not waste ur money on these crooks! When you're doing business and want more of my money, don't lie, especially when the person is in excruciating pain. The staff they had 4 years ago was fantastic,they got a bunch of immature untrained kids there now. Doing business with a different company next week,this place isn't getting another dime from me,and if you take yourself seriously,DO NOT VISIT THE CATOOSA DDS! Disgust

Fantastic experience: My father had a tooth break off of his 12 year old dentures. We went in and they were able to repair the same day. We were able to pick them up 2 hours later. A much better experience than we were expecting!

Negative experience: The lady that took me to the back not the receptionist was rude been having problems since getting my implants with the dentures breaking where they put the screw in to secure it to my mouth implant has broken in the same place 6 or 7 times with them doing an easy fix not really fixing the problem wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy if I had one every time I go it’s a patient there complaining, fussing about this place

Fantastic experience: I could not be more happy with these people. The Dr. the girls all were just awesome. I’m not in any pain and my new dentures fit so good. for the last year and two months. I’ve had nothing but problems with the dentures that I received from somewhere else. I got all in one day. I have basically new dentures, and I have implants in the bottom. It will take four months to heal and then I will get the snap in and I’ll be able to eat. I have not been able to eat anything in that length of time for months and I’m getting the rest done in 4 months. I’m. gonna eat a hamburger thanks to these guys and I couldn’t, like I said be more happy.

Fantastic experience: I had problems with previous visits not correcting the problem with my dentures but this visit they saw a problem and are going to make a new set of dentures to fix the problem. Although the previous visits did not fix the problem, they were willing to work on it and was very friendly doing it

Positive experience: Let’s start with the people who work there very nice a nd great bedside manner but there has bin 2 occasions that I have made apt and have spent half a day because of scheduling it should take 3 hours for a adjustment on my dentures and 2 nd time 4 hrs for my wife crowns sorry I think they need to consider the patients time there time is not free .

Negative experience: UPDATED : 11/18 since my last appointment : Very disappointed I do not recommend anyone to go here I have been waiting almost a full year when they told me we it would be 6 months with temporary dentures and now almost a year later they still have not got me out of temporary dentures...further more is they will not tell you everything they are going to do and what you have to deal with until after they pull your teeth and you know longer have a choice if I knew then what I know now I wouldn't accept the $38,000 I gave them up front and in cash if it was offered as payment to go through what I did much less pay them that $38,000 to put me through it ...I would have went somewhere else even Mexico to get it done for 7,000 dollars you will get the same amount of care for a helluva lot less money....and no sir you didn't offer to do the extra work I told you I did not want and no I'm only satisfied because these are so much better than the buck teeth Bubba looking things you had me in for over a year and you told me 6 months then when you did the extra work I didn't want that your Dr convinced and talked me into doing wasvworse than the first time so stop your story telling v online treavor thank you very much

But seriously I went to 2 other places before going here and it's a lot of money to spend on something you're not sure about because everyone has good and bad reviews... I understand if you're not sure what to do, but they are not as busy as they are because they are there not good... They are busy because they are great at what they do!

Negative experience: Be careful of their discounts! I went to this location around 10 years ago and I had the best experience, so I went thinking I'd have the same experience. I was wrong. They ran a special through today for 50% off the Ultra Premium upper denture. I made an appt to get a new upper set & also wanted a filling. Today, before addressing the filling, the dentist sat down & started talking about the partial he recommended on my lower teeth that would require him to do 2 extractions (one being the tooth needing a filling). I never asked for this, so for you to sit down and just immediately try to sell me a $1K partial is frustrating. At this point I'm really feeling like I was lured in with a 50% off deal so they could make more money. Lesson learned. All he needed to do was tell me that he couldn't fill the tooth, which is eventually what he told me after I said ‘no’ to the partial. I’m 45 years old and I have had my fair share of dental impressions (braces, retainers, bleachings, dentures, etc.). I have even done an impression at home before for one of my previous dentists, and never had a problem. Today, I ended up having to leave after swallowing an entire throat full of their impression putty, not once, but twice! This girl overloaded the tray and did NOT let it set enough, TWICE! The first tray she put in had the putty leaking into the back of my throat before she even pushed it up in my mouth. Round 2, with throat spray to help numb the gag reflex. This tray was worse, heaping way over where it should have been and out the back of the tray. I was using my tongue to keep it from sliding into my throat, but when she pushed the tray up, all of the excess in the tray pushed back and I started to gag worse than I ever have in my life. Both times I was forced to swallow every bit of putty in the back of my throat and there was a lot of it. The rest of it was hardening in my cheeks and all over my mouth. I asked her if the putty I swallowed was toxic or could cause side effects and she said ‘no.’ We shall see. My chest was hurting, acid burning in my nose/throat. The girl went and got another girl for a 3rd attempt. At this point I’m realizing I’m going to lose my breakfast to vomiting if I gag again. I ask the new girl, “what are you going to do differently?” She says, “nothing.” ROFL! I took one look at her and said, “no, I’m going home.” The 2nd girl got an attitude and a look of disgust on her face and walked off, and I didn’t see either of them as I collected my stuff and left. Not one person apologized for the experience because I am sure they blamed me instead of their own incompetence. They could have gotten the dentist or maybe a different putty, but I think they didn’t care after I declined the partial. Nobody said a word to me all the way out. I stopped at the desk to see if I needed to pay anything and she told me I didn’t since I didn’t get anything done. She didn’t even care to ask what happened or try to fix it. Just an FYI for everyone, if it seems too good to be true, it usually is. I had been looking forward to this appt all week and because of what they did to me, I had to leave or risk vomiting and more pain. This was 8:30 this morning and it is 6:00 p.m. now, and I still have a headache. I know they don’t care, but if you care about yourself, please avoid it here, especially if they offer you a deal. The 50% deal is over today or else I would have just gone elsewhere to get impressions, and then gone back. I guess if the quality of service was like it was, the teeth probably would have been horrible, too. Count my blessings, I guess? Just know, no putty should ever be running out of the back of the tray as you put it in someone’s mouth, EVER!!! Thank you all for wasting my time and making this the most disheartening experience I have ever had with dentistry. Ruined my weekend.

I hope my real crowns don't look like the temps and I hope they can "get to" the tooth I said was hurting me the most when I go back. Everyone was very nice and helpful, just understaffed. Fantastic experience: They are great as long as you speak up and request changes to your teeth between fittings, and if anything is hurting, they are very attentive very caring. My teeth look great.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place due to the treatment and pain inflicted on the patient at time of surgery was not necessary. We went in for immediate dentures and they were not placed immediately. My husband was basically carried to my car after his surgery and a nurse said for me to put in his dentures before his mouth swelled up. I figured that was what they were to do before they handed him to me at the end of his surgery not real happy with the treatment they gave him they didn't tell him he had stitches in his mouth we don't even know if they're resorpable or if he has to go in and have them removed . This place has lack of communication I would not recommend it

And if I can point out the difference between other dental offices to this office, it’s day and night. Especially MARIA!! I have never had an experience with anyone else going above and beyond for me the way that she did. It’s really nice knowing that there are still people like her. Positive experience: My appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm to have a tooth reglued to my lower denture. I was seen on time and was told to wait in the lobby and my denture would be ready in 30 minutes. 2 hours later, and after 2 inquiries about the delay in getting my denture I was finally called back to the exam room. The tech apologized for the delay stating that she received the repair order for my denture, but she had not received the delivery order and did not know that I was in the waiting room. There was a definite lack of communication between the tech that initially took my denture and sent me to the waiting room for 30 minutes, and the tech that made the repair and didnt know I was waiting. This was very frustrating! I was told by the tech that took my denture that they were booked and shorthanded. My response, “Then why did you schedule an appointment with me to begin with?” I have 1 year left on my denture warranty, after which time I will consider using another facility.

Fantastic experience: I've had dentures for some years and have been to more than one dentist for dentures over the years. I can say that my visit with Affordable Dentures was the best experience I've ever had when replacing my dentures. The most professional and friendly staff ever. They made the process so much easier for me, from the time I walked in and spoke to the receptionist and then my dental assistant, who both were wonderful. Later I consulted with the tech who constructed my teeth, who helped me decide what was better for me. I would recommend Affordable Dentures to all my friends and family. Fantastic experience: Arrived at 9:am to fill out paperwork for 9:30 appointment. I was taken back for X-rays @ 9:20 and in exam room by 9:30. Completed exam and was in surgery by 9:40 for double extraction and left the building by 11:15. Very professional personal and would recommend to everyone. They get an A+ rating from me.

Fantastic experience: This place is fantastic! Some of the most caring and compassionate workers I have ever seen! They truly love what they do! Manda is the best hygienist I have ever met! She is so kind and considerate. You may have to wait a few months to see her, but I assure you, it is worth the wait! 10/10 would recommend.

Negative experience: They fix my up plate at first. I was happy at that time. One and half years I lost my first stud then four months last I lost my second one. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do. They never offered to look or anything. Because I'm a smoker they just wrote me off. I could not believe it after paying them 8000.00 . I still have two studs that's holding my plate in. They also make you sign off that everything is ok when your not sure. If you don't sign then you don't get your plate. Good luck on your visit.

Fantastic experience: Affordable dentures and implants in catoosa has been a place that me & my husband have used for a few years now. Mostly recently over our partial an dentures. They're very caring an do what they can to help. Even if you were referred out to have the dental procedure done somewhere else, they will still do what they can. I recently was referred out to a oral surgeon to have 5 teeth (3 of which were crazy wisdom teeth) extracted and unfortunately the oral surgery place (Stonewood hills oral maxillofacial surgery broken arrow) treated me so bad! Wouldn't help me in anyway after leaving after having the oral surgery even tho I was having horrible complications an bad symptoms. I contacted affordable dentures and implants in catoosa to see if they could do something for me because I was in so much pain I couldn't function even after 7 days after surgery and needed relief or to just figure out what was wrong since I was going on 7 days an pain was getting worse an not better. I couldn't get Stonewood hills to set up a follow-up appointment (they actually flat out told Me no when I asked to come in) or help me get my pain medication and just to help figure things out an give me some type of relief. Affordable dentures and implants of catoosa reached out to stonewood to figure out what was going on because this was a place they referred me to and didn't understand why they were running their place this way and treating a patient this way. Especially with having such severe symptoms as I was having that was pointing to possible nerve damage. As soon as they reached out to stonewood hills that's when Stonewood finally decided to set up a follow-up appointment an help with my pain medicine (even tho they ended up canceling my pain meds out from the pharmacy so I couldn't get them anyways). I'm greatful that affordable dentures and implants actually took the time to try and help even tho they didn't have to at all. I will be needing partials soon an definitely will be coming back here. They've been such a great place. I highly recommend using them if you want to be treated as a human being an not just a patient that brings money in and that's it. FYI- do not use Stonewood hills oral maxillofacial surgery in broken arrow. They put me through hell and did so many things that were out right wrong an possibly illegal to do as a oral surgeon. They allow the receptionists to run everything an treat ppl like crap an flat out lie to you and on you..

Fantastic experience: My mom is a patient at the clinic. She fears the dentist and in the past she has avoided taking care of her teeth at all cost. She went to see Dr Sims to transition to dentures last year. I must say everyone goes out of their way to make sure my mom is comfortable during her visits, she is not afraid of calling or going to the dentist anymore. I really appreciate all the staff that speaks Spanish as my mom has limit proficiency in English. Maria at the front desk is a sweetheart she makes sure mom gets every question answered leaving to stone unturned. I am so appreciative that my mom feels at home during her appointment. I would recommend Dr Sims and their staff to all my relatives and friends that speak Spanish.

Fantastic experience: So far all I did was walk in with a question n they got me in n ready to do right then didn't have to make any appointments just walk in n they could do it like a walk-in. It was a shock to me. N everyone was nice n could answer any question it was 5 star . Comparing to any other experience I've had.

Fantastic experience: A few years ago I had the majority of my upper teeth extracted. And I got dentures that day also an upper plate. And I came back this year to replace my upper plate. Both times the staff was overwhelmingly friendly. Everything I've had done here was very quick. And as far as the operations or procedures, I am so pleased. I cannot fathom any reason at all why I would not continue to come here. Beyond happy. Thank you staff of Affordable dentures.

Positive experience: The 1st partial "impression" was all wrong and didnt fit at all. I returned the next morning to a 2nd technician Hannah, who copied my bite PERFECTLY!! I returned that afternoon for a very comfortable dental partial install. I plan to return next month a dental cleaning. Happy customer here!! March 28, 2024 Came in for my 1st dental cleaning here. The hygentist was so gentle and professional with this patient who has highly sensitive gums. The topical solution she used before the procedure made all the difference. I will be back in October.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to have a tooth extracted and they were able to get me in quickly and did a great job removing the tooth and providing an antibiotic and something for the pain. Everyone is always professional and I found I returned after they had done a set of top dentures for me two years ago, the dentist is always professional and friendly and the nurses treat you like your family

Fantastic experience: WoW what a wonderful group of people! I was treated respectfully and received kindly treatment at my appointment time! I definitely Did Not have the usual 30-45 min waiting room stay and/or the 15-20 min holding pattern in the dentist-chair waiting for my visit to begin.
