Positive experience: Grande Dentistry helped me with an emergency I experienced over the weekend. A crown popped off of my front tooth while eating a sandwich. I called to make an appointment on Monday morning, hoping they could repair it quickly. I was “squeezed in” that morning, for an evaluation. Once there, they diagnosed that I needed a new post and a crown! They took care of the problem that day (in 5 hours). Dr. Cousins was great - quick and no pain. I appreciate the time and effort that she took to make me look normal again! I highly recommend Dr. Cousins!

Fantastic experience: My fiancé had an implant done at another office and complained about how the crown felt loose at times. I told him he didn’t have to live like that and to go see a dentist. Dr. Causin did an awesome job and was able to tighten the crown back on with no problems! Great experience from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Causin is extremely kind and patient. She always goes the extra mile for understanding and never makes you feel dumb for the questions you may have no matter how simple. She speaks eloquently and confidently so you always feel taken care of. Highly recommend this Doctor.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office. The dentist, Dr. Causin, didn’t even have the decency to avoid making judgmental comments (or jokes) with her assistant right outside the room—still well within earshot. At the very least, show some professionalism while the patient is present. I went in for a loose implant. She drilled out two-thirds of the back of the crown while looking for the screw to tighten, then left a huge hole. She casually said she was “close to narrowing down the implant rep” while doing it. The issue is still not fixed. I wasn’t going to let her continue drilling when it was clear she had no idea how to resolve the problem. She also replaced another crown with one that fits improperly and causes pain every time I bite down. Even though I was told it would take at least a month to get a refund for the prepaid portion, I’d rather lose the money than let an unprofessional, mean-spirited person touch my teeth again. I was hesitant to post a negative review of the entire practice, especially since the other office came so highly recommended, and many of the other employees were kind and professional. But unless you’re into being bullied and butchered by your dentist, I strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Chantal Causin at all costs.

Called them Wednesday made appointment for the next Monday. Dentist saw the need my need and said let’s wok me in. By Friday morning of the week my tooth was fixed and back to normal. Very please with the work done. Quick, professional, gentle and very friendly staff to work with.

However, Dr Causin and the staff I interacted with put all my concerns at rest. Dr Causin was BEYOND my wildest expectations with her personal demeanor. I have NEVER felt so comfortable with a dentist in my life. I even scheduled my next appointment before I left, that's HUGE for me, lol.
