Fantastic experience: Had a chipped tooth….and then had a crown come off! I called and was in their office in about 35 minutes! Dr. Runyan and his entire staff acted like I’d had an appointment, not like they were “working me in”. When I left, I had a clear understanding of why my tooth chipped and what I can do to fix it…and my crown was firmly back where it belonged. I felt the price was very reasonable for all they had to do. It’s a great dental practice!

Fantastic experience: I have never been comfortable seeing a dentist. Hated it actually but Dr. Runyan, Tracy, and Veronica changed that. They have all been straight forward with me. Dr. Runyan addresses all the concerns/problems you have occurring and advises what he believes to be the best option. I have had to have many dental procedures done and have been given different options to fit what I can afford and if that option in the long run is the best, if it is a short term fix. I no longer dread going to the dentist and I thank Dr. Runyan and his team for the outstanding work they do.

Fantastic experience: Great initial experience. They communicate well, schedule well, give transparent pricing, take the time to explain, and treat you like a person. I was actually taken aback by my initial interaction with Dr. Finley. I expected a brief “nice to meet you, let’s look at your teeth,” but he took nearly 10 full minutes asking questions about me, my life, and my family. Genuinely cared to get to know me instead of rushing to the next patient. I’ll definitely continue my dental care here.

Negative experience: I had loose dentures and was told I could get a liner. The dentist told me he couldn't help me and didn't say why or what was going on. I was given a referral to someone else. I left very discouraged.

Fantastic experience: Kayla did a great job. 5 stars for her. I need a crown $988 and ask if I could pay half when I got the temporary and the remainder when I got the permanent Was told N9. I have been a patient for many many years and was very surprised that this was not an option. I understand needing payment but you need to be accommodating. Not sure I will be a continued patient.

Fantastic experience: Dr Stacy was the most gentle dentist I have ever seen..check this out..called 8am boom!!! same day urgent appointment 10am in the chair with a game plan. Extraction with all the bells and whistles no pain no bruises ..and I never swore not once. Also the nurse was awesome never left my side. Did I mention I was back home and out of pain within 1 1/2 hrs. Thank you Dr Stay and my sweet nurse lady . Awesome job ladies, you the best.

Fantastic experience: Finally got back into see Dr. Runyan after 9 years of jumping around to horrible dental practices. My work insurance didn’t include his office, so I dropped the dental insurance at work and bought my own, making sure he was accepted by them. It’s been so long since I’ve had actual great dental care I was so happy to go back to him. As always, the staff was amazing. They took multiple X-rays so they could actually see what was going on with my teeth, showed me on the screen and explained how long it could wait or if it was urgent. Then they didn’t pressure me to immediately make another appointment to get what I needed fixed. Absolutely no pressure and gave me the estimate for needed procedures including exact prices including what insurance would cover and what would be out of pocket costs. There was ZERO wait time! They only did what insurance did cover for regular maintenance this visit, so no surprises when I went to check out. Love that office and I highly recommend this dental office. I’ll never go anywhere else again.
