Negative experience: Never had more issues with medical staff than here. Incorrectly coded bills every time I get labs, mis-filled prescriptions, staff contradicting each other and leaving me to clean up the mess. Not worth it.

Negative experience: Not sure what the hype is all about… the support staff are great but every GP I’ve seen has no sense of urgency and will downplay everything you say. It takes multiple visits and damn near begging to get the referral you need. (But I am a Black woman so other ppl may not have such a hard time)

Sometimes she is late— the reason, I think, is because she truly cares about her patients. every employee and provider I’ve met there works so hard and cares so much. Yes sometimes there is a wait and my provider runs behind but she spends the time the PATIENT needs, NOT what the insurance company or medical admin SAYS the patient needs. Give your medical providers grace. They’re doing the best they can in a really punishing system. I am so grateful for my fantastic provider and I plan on seeing her as long as I am a patient at CB.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for years. My PCP, Dr. Katherine Neitzke always takes the time to listen and address my concerns. I never feel rushed and there are never long delays. From the receptionist to the nurses to Dr. Neitzke herself, everyone is kind, attentive, and professional.

Fantastic experience: As always I feel much better when I leave than I felt going in. It is always a pure delight to have a visit with the doctor dear. He is very caring and concerned about your health care needs.

Negative experience: The doctors and their staff are good. Everyone in pharmacy and mail order are atrocious, they try to find any reason not to help you, And if they cant find a reason they will huff and puff while they do it. Oh and dont even think about picking up your prescription when you are set for mail order as the pharmacy staff will have to go out of their way to "walk across the hall" to grab your half ounce prescription bag from the next room over. If you want to keep your faith in humanity I suggest sending your prescription somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Neitzke is a fantastic doctor. Site listens to all my concerns and never make me feel rushed. Whenever I need to communicate over message she or her medical assistant respond promptly. Give this woman a raise!

Positive experience: mostly good service like 90% of the time, manages to work with you on most issues or roadblocks if you find the right person

She was sorely missed when she was out for maternity leave…but now she’s back in business again!! We love Dr. Neitzke and are very glad she’s a part of your team!!

The provider was friendly, attentive, and incredibly patient—she even let a 38-year-old man call his mother during the consultation, which says a lot about her compassion and understanding. The receptionist who checked me in was equally amazing and deserves a big shout-out for her warmth and efficiency. The gentleman who administered the HIV test was great as well, and the lab and pharmacy teams were all fantastic. If I could buy everyone involved a round of drinks, I absolutely would!

Negative experience: I genuinely, genuinely wanted to give this place a try because I believe in their equity-based philosophical approach to health... but after 4 consecutive appoints cancelled on me because "the provider will not be in office" I just had to leave a review. One time I can understand.... 4 distinct times? There's an issue with their scheduling software then because this is truly unacceptable. One time I was attempting to log in to my tele-health appointment and was never informed that my session was cancelled. When I called the scheduling coordinator for the department my appoint was in, she was rude and cut me off saying that she had called and emailed me but that was not the case. Not a single one of these cancellations was initiated by me.

They motivate you and give a shoulder to lean on while you cry! Health is and can be hard but they make it so easy by gracefully encouraging you to keep going ! The reassurance of having someone by your side while dealing with any situation medically is very much needed and appreciated! If you need a PCP or your Dr is not available- please request them! I PROMISE YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED ! GIVE THEM RAISES AND DAISY AWARDS IMMEDIATELY!!!

Negative experience: Worst customer service, admin and phone answering known to man. These people literally do not answer the phone for hours and when they do, you get transferred a million times because they don't know the answers to questions and their extension prompts don't align with customer needs. The medical team is the ONLY reason why I even bother with this place. IT'S SO BAD!

Negative experience: Rude front desk staff. Wasted my time more than I can count. I’ve given up on trying to have them be useful and am just going to the CVS minute clinic. Waste of space.

Fantastic experience: I met with Dr. Friedman today for the first time and she was the most empathetic and sweet Dr I have found after losing the only Dr I’ve had since I moved to MD. She was beyond knowledgeable in diabetic care, showed genuine concern and immediately worked up a treatment plan to get us started. I truly appreciated her attention to my concerns and the way she spoke to me. 10/10/10

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dhir is really the BEST DOCTOR Chase Braxton has. everyone I know who sees Dr. Dhir feels like they are getting the absolute BEST medical care they have ever received in their entire lives.

Negative experience: Great medical team. Terrible admin and office staff. Rude, incompetent, you name it. I have had to provide my insurance information several times because for some reason whatever’s in their system does not connect to their billing. I got sent a bill three days ago for a visit that happened in 4 months ago. I have since switched employers meaning I have a different plan Even if it has the same coverage it’s a different plan and that bill should’ve been claimed by my previous insurance plan. I had to call to get an extremely unenthusiastic and slightly rude person to submit it for a claim before my next appointment so that I would not have to pay a bill I do not owe. This has happened, probably four or five times and it is extremely frustrating. I do not know why that staff cannot get it together. I am grateful that the medical team the doctors and the nurses are all great at what they do very kind and extremely knowledgeable.

Negative experience: I am a new pt transferring from seton medical group, so therefore I’m trying to establish care with a new provider. My very first visit all of my concerns were not addressed I even was told we should wait until the next appointment to discuss more in depth of my health issues because there isn’t enough time at this visit to address everything. Leah Hart was very rude and lacked empathy. I felt like she had a preconceived notion of me like I was phishing for meds when I’m only 35yrs old I don’t even want to be on any medication or even like taking pills. However I do have concerns that I have been ignoring for months. I told her medical assistance even after my visit she had me write up a formal complaint and I transferred to a different provider. I’ve since been seeing the nurse practitioner Susan but somehow Everytime I call about refilling medications or leaving messages to my doctor they keep getting sent to Leah who of course doesn’t address my issues. I’ve told this office nearly 6x that she is not my doctor she needs to be removed from my chart but they still keep sending my messages to her. I’m seriously thinking about finding another practice for myself and just allow my children to continue care here.

Negative experience: I’m writing to express deep concern about the care I received during my recent appointment with Dr. Adam. Prior to this visit, I had spoken with my primary care physician about recent, drastic changes in my mood and overall well-being. I was encouraged to speak with a gynecologist at my upcoming appointment to explore whether a hormone panel might help rule out any underlying imbalances. At the appointment, I opened up about what I had been experiencing both physically and mentally, with the hope of being heard and supported. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and deeply hurt. After answering several personal questions about my mental health, I was told that my symptoms were “more related to psychological health” and that a hormone panel wasn’t necessary. This felt not only invalidating but as though my openness was used against me. While a home test kit was briefly mentioned as an alternative, the overall tone and delivery of the appointment made me feel that my concerns were not taken seriously. I left feeling humiliated, and unsure if I could trust another provider again. As a woman, I expected a certain level of understanding and care, especially from another woman. Doctors are supposed to listen, support, and help patients feel seen. That didn’t happen here.

I can say that Amit Dhir is one of the best. Always on time, always responsive, very personable and professional, and always provides best level of care. I feel comfortable speaking to him about whatever. Also, he will not only provide me with his opinion on certain treatments or options, but will have me get a second opinion. I have had doctors that seem to take offense when I ask follow-up questions or want to get a second opinion. Dhir will automatically suggest it - making me know I am in the best hands.

Negative experience: Deleting my review from last year where things went so wrong on every front that I just decided it was easier to not have healthcare....so I can leave a new review to say I tried again a year later and it's just as bad. Five times in of coming here and not one single thing has gone right. Every time I'm here it's three hours and 2.5 of them are just beuracracy.

Negative experience: Okay I use to love this place when I was 16 years old and now I’m 25 years old these people are unprofessional they laugh in your ear. They smile in your face. They always busy knowing that they’re not the only place that be busy and actually do work is the pharmacy. I never could get a hold of my doctor.They wait until the last minute to tell you if anything is wrong with you all in all a waste of time and a waste of your energy, please go to John Hawkins find somewhere else to go. Chase Braxton is the worst doctors office in Baltimore city right now Thanks. I said what I said, and I’m not changing it

Negative experience: Being trying to get help forever it seems. Starting to think Chase Brexton is useless. Just got off the phone with someone who say that there isn't a supervisor I can speak to. I can go to McDonald's and have a situation, I manager/ supervisor will help. Hell a corner store is more helpful than this place. All you hear these days how IMPORTANT mental health is. I guess that doesn't apply when dealing with Chase Brexton. The recording that u hear when u call sounds good but how much do they care? If you need therapy, go elsewhere

Negative experience: Frustrated for all of the time I wasted, to end up not even being able to be scheduled. No issue with insurance or any reason given as to why I waited a year and still dont have an appointment. Had my intake appointment January 2024 (after struggling with communicating and connecting with staff for about a month). The appointment was an hour and I was told to follow up in a month if I wasn't scheduled in that time. I stopped calling after 3 months with no return call. I was then called 5 months later to "update my patient portal." I informed them of my history, they apologized profusely, and assured me they will get me scheduled. It's been another 3 months with still no call and no appointment, and coming up on a year since my intake, even IF I can finally get scheduled, I would need another intake and start the process all over again. Not wasting any more time obviously, just beyond frustrating.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Dr Jessica for seeing me today and she didn't make me wait a long time either so I want to thank her for taking time off with helping me feel my paperwork and being very polite and interested in what was going on with me that day and I would love to see her again and she's very understanding
