Negative experience: Giving a one star because they told my wife she had no root in her tooth and needed to see a specialist for a root canal? Which made no sense giving they said the tooth had no root? Then proceeded to say it needed to be extracted with either a flipper or bridge. She decided to get a second opinion at Goose Family Creek Dentistry and they confirmed she had a root and extraction was the LAST possible outcome and all she needed was a deep cleaning! Would do your research before and get other opinions before using this company.

Negative experience: Been to this dentist a total of three times, very nice atmosphere and staff. My main issue why I’m rating a one star was they told me recently my tooth had no root and needed extraction with a bridge. I am only 30 years old and was freaking out about getting my tooth pulled out. I asked how this could have happened and they told me I could have been born without one which made no sense since I’ve had numerous X-rays done my entire life and was just now being told this. I decided to listen to others and got a second opinion with another dentist office and sure enough I DO have a root and saved me the $1200 I would’ve spent on a bridge for no reason! So if you get told you need some major dental work that doesn’t sit right with you definitely get a second opinion because unfortunately if I would have listened to this company I would have just pulled my tooth out for no reason.

Negative experience: This was the worst dental appointment I have experienced. I felt the hygienist was " going through the motions " and wasn't concerned with my comfort. She sprayed water down my cheek and soaked my shirt and never even acknowledged what she had done. Also, I felt the receptionist was very flippant and disrespectful.

Fantastic experience: Unbelievably good dentistry here. I broke a tooth and the crown that I got put on there is absolutely the best one I have. I just got a deep cleaning and not only was it the best one I've ever had and my teeth feel amazing but it was fast in comparison to all my other ones before this. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: I used to love this practice and have been with them for many years. It has been going downhill slightly and I am considering moving to a different practice. The dental hygienist turnover is very high and sad. The new hygienist is rough when cleaning and not as personable. The practice used to do a great job of helping patients know if their visits were too close together for insurance purposes but now they don't really help with this at all. Twice I have been charged because the office did not assist with letting us know that we came too early for insurance to cover. I realize this does fall somewhat on the patient, but this practice used to be really helpful with this.

Negative experience: My boyfriend had a very bad experience here. They were too rough on his gums and didn’t even do a complete cleaning. They change staff frequently. Very rude staff and don’t introduce themselves with their patients and often call to cancel appointments on their patients. Very unprofessional we should all feel welcomed at any place……

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Carolina Complete for years, usually see Kim for my cleanings (love her). Today I saw Jessica who is great!! I cannot tell you the name of the Dentist who saw me today, not sure she introduced herself, she was in the exam room with me for no more than 1 min. So my experience is the hygienist are great!

Negative experience: I felt they rushed the process of putting on my crown. There is still cement left and there is dark discoloration between my gum and the crown. As for the retainer they made for me, I feel the price they charged was too high for the quality I received. It looks cheap, is uncomfortable to wear, and hurts my teeth badly when I wear it. The fake tooth that was supposed to cover the gap in my teeth doesn’t even look like a real tooth and now the retainer has already broken. I chose this clinic for my crowns because of the high-rated reviews, but based on my experience, it was not worth for what I paid. I thought I am going to get high customer satisfaction and high quality service but I didn’t. I am very sad.

Negative experience: Made appointment and was expecting a cleaning, took X-rays but no cleaning. I given another appointment for cleaning 4 months down the line. Totally disappointed. Communication was not crystal clear from the very beginning. What a waste of my time.

I'm not a fan of the dentist at all but Autumn made me feel comfortable and not guilty for the loooong time I've avoided them . Dr Zuffi did an excellent job and made sure I was comfortable and they were both so professional. Can't believe I'm saying this about going to the dentist but I am looking forward to seeing them again in 6 months for my cleaning. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I both had appts for 11am. We were both seen on time, and pleased with the customer service. All staff were very nice from receptionist, Dental hygienist, to Dentist! They explained my future needed plan of care and the cost (- which is very important to me), so I know what I’m looking at. Fantastic experience: Teeth are not important to most people until they are. You brush them twice a day. Make sure one is not missing. Well sometimes brushing is not enough and you need a little help. Or a lot more help. Either way there was a gorgeous crew of smiles waiting to help. And they are effective and efficient. They don't ask that you make a million appts before they get to work on the problem. It's immediate. My family loves this place. And we are very happy to welcome them in to our family. Negative experience: Well they took me in without an appointment got to me fairly quickly. But when I went to check out the price jump by almost 75 dollars. Over the phone they told me it'd be $177 to consultate with me which included x-ray. So when I went in they took the x-rays and the more expensive machine of x-rays. Wish they didn't tell me but then couldn't do the regular x-ray. So I wonder if how much the price would have been if they had taken the two different x-rays. Because when I went to check out the price jump from $177 to $250 for maybe 30 minutes of my time at the most. When I asked about it how the price jumped that quick they said they took x-rays with the more expensive x-ray machine instead of the regular x-ray machine. And the dentist took a look at my mouth for about 2 minutes at the most. And said I need you to go see a oral surgeon to which they referred me to that could take me in as soon as I got there. But my main the blade is just way too expensive for the average guy. $250 for less than 30 minutes of my time. But I guess that's what the world has come to. Charge the crap out of them and hope they come back. Which I won't be back. I felt like I got to switch and bait done on me for an extra $73.00 so basically they just looked at my mouth. For 250 bucks.

The lobby is always clean and fresh and decorated for the season's and a pleasant dealings with them all the way around! My Dentist is, Dr Barganer. I've only had him work in my mouth 3 times and they were all to my liking. His professionalism is on point and he is very patient with explaining to you exactly what he will be doing and how to move forward once the work is complete. Fantastic experience: Update: in the meantime, I had several cleanings and checkups and still feel like I’m in good hands. —————————— Everyone is super friendly, very professional and knowledgeable, and the facility is clean. After having completed the online forms, there was no additional paperwork to complete during the check-in, which is AWESOME! I had an appointment and there was no wait time whatsoever. Positive experience: Very friendly staff with the ones we interacted with, however just asked or be aware price of services. My Mom had a routine cleaning and didn't know her insurance Wasn't covering it until after the cleaning. She already reached her maximum for the year. I wasn't there with her. I'm sure if she was informed beforehand, she would've cancelled the appointment and waited until 2023

Fantastic experience: I went to this practice for several years before I moved. Dr. Barganier is an exceptional Dentist and truly cares about his patients. He is easy to talk to and obviously extremely knowledgeable in his field. I had an implant done by Dr. B in 2017 and he did an outstanding job. If I ever needed major dental work done in the future, I would consider traveling to see this practice.
