Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and clean. Very knowledgeable and took RHE time to explain everything to me.

Fantastic experience: My co workers recommended me going and boy, they did not disappoint!! I was highly satisfied, walked out with my choppers feeling good as new! The staff was friendly and walked me through it step by step. I haven’t been to the dentist in quite some time, but this was by far the best experience I've ever had! I will be definitely be returning and I recommend others to book an appointment as well. Thank you all for the open line of communication and making me feel so welcome . Negative experience: Slightly over 2 years ago I had gotten 3 cavities filled, today I went in for a cleaning and learned that 2 of these fillings had gaps in them and need to be refilled! Obviously, admission of guilt is unlikely but it is highly disappointing when a college student who can’t afford to get dental work done as is finds out she has to pay another $400 to fix the work that someone else messed up! One mistake I can understand, but two fillings is unacceptable and shows a lack of professional diligence. I am requesting a resolution from management to address this issue and make things right.

Fantastic experience: Got off to an iffy start as I came for my 10am appointment 30 min early and wasn't called until 10:45.The place was extremely busy! (Good sign!) Once on the business side I saw an extremely clean ,comfortable series of theatres for dentistry.My nurse was super helpful and upbeat, and both her and my new Doctor were apologetic about the wait,though I had said nothing. Lastly I was thoroughly impressed with the Doctor's questions and the way she seemed to take the time to listen to my answers.All and all a splendid time was made from a maybe not-so-splendid duty! Thank you Higginbotham dentistry!

Fantastic experience: Shelley was awsome and the whole thing was awsome. Also Dr. Huynh was awsome. I got my cleaning and a small filling and it went smoothly and happily. Shelly was very good at explaining and calming me down because of fear of needles. Dr. Huynh was very good at using the needle and I really didn't feel anything. It was fast and I am very surprised at how well it went.

Dr. Fitzhugh is hands down one of the BEST dentists in the Bartlett/Arlington area. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about his patients. Fantastic experience: I was experiencing tremendous pain from a tooth. They were able to get me a very quick appointment in the early morning. They went over all of the possible plans for the tooth, cost upfront for no surprises, and were extremely professional and comfortable. If you are the nervous type about dentists, I highly recommend Higginbotham Family Dental. It feels great knowing I have dentist I can rely on for the rest of my life.

Fantastic experience: Shelley’s energy was amazing. She made my visit smooth and very enjoyable.

Negative experience: Today, was interesting. Normally when I get there, I always go to go the back. So, I take it could had been short staff or people coming at the least minute. There were other patients coming right after me and going to back and I was last one to go to the back. The young lady who was doing x-rays and fluoride was a little aggressive. She was rushing to put the fluoride on my teeth and I didn’t get my take home bag like I always do. It seems to me like she was in a rush, because it was time for everyone to go home. I have been a long time patient with Higginbotham Dentist and if I need to switch locations or find another dentistry I will be glad to do so.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was great this morning! Audrey has been cleaning my teeth for a long time and always does a great job! From the front desk, young lady (didn't catch her name) who polished and flossed my teeth, the insurance/billing desk young lady (not sure of her name and Dr. Fitzhugh were very nice and understanding and informative!!! 5 Stars for sure!

Negative experience: Previously have had great success at Higginbotham Family Dental. First time at this location, most of staff was fine. Unsure if it was bring your child to work day but unfortunately I wanted my teeth cleaned not to sit at a daycare. Will not be returning to this location

Positive experience: My first visit and I was not in pain . I got my tooth cleaned, it usually hurts but this was great!!!! But then I got more service done, but all service they couldn't do , now take it takes 3 months paying back credit due back to me that a procedure that was done , I got to go to a specialist 1, 000 more dollars and it was nothing wrong with my tooth . So I need my money ASAP

I needed a wisdom tooth out, i called as a new patient, and got the tooth out by noon the next day. They were so kind and respectful. The procedure was quick and efficient. Never in my life have i been this happy with a dentist. Thank you to everyone on staff for being so kind and helpful! If i ever need dental work again i will be back for sure!

Fantastic experience: Everyone has always been super nice to me at Higginbotham. Just this morning I saw Ms Audrey, With her, there’s never any dead air & I’m here for it. I can’t recall the lady’s name that did my X-rays, but she was lightning fast, which didn’t leave my gums irritated afterwords. And there’s Dr Fitzhugh, who’s very attentive, somehow always seems to make ya smile. :)

I got my tooth pulled to Credence Clearwater Revival. It felt like that dude pulled my tooth in under 10 seconds, literally wizardry, and next day I don’t have any pain. So clean. Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to this dental clinic. Everyone was amazing, from my hygienist, to the dental assistant, and especially Dr. Bourgeois. I had a small cavity that I hadn't expected, and rather than bring me in for a separate visit, she was able to get it done right then. I'm so happy I chose this clinic.

Fantastic experience: They were very gentle with a very nervous patient like me. Thankfully the doctor had a little extra time in his schedule to make a minor repair on a filling. That way I didn’t have to build up the courage to come back for a second visit. The treatment plan and cost were covered prior to work and I was very comfortable with the whole team. Already scheduled for my next cleaning.

The hygienists (aive had 4 over the years) are all professional, knowledgeable, and engage in good conversation to ease my nerves. The 2 doctors are equally as good. But reception was also awesome with the 2 Ashley's and Emily they are always nice and professional about getting you taken care of on your schedule.
