Fantastic experience: very friendly staff, always on top of patient care, very trusted!

Negative experience: Staff is nice but waiting is ridiculous, I do not like that fact can get in with my child they go by themself not coming back.

Negative experience: Wait times are long. Do yourself a favor and find another dental office. 2/3 hours for a simple kids dentist appointment is ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Loved my experience here. First time and very nervous but right away front desk greeted me and worked with me and calmed me down. After that it was smooth sailing. Professional all the way, calm and assuring. Doctors and assistants always attentive, making sure you are good and feel well. Highly recommend for kids AND adults.

Negative experience: 4 years ago I left a review on how great this place was. I’ve been bringing my babies here for years but today (Mar.11.2025) we had an appointment at 11:30am to 4:30 pm I was so frustrated hungry and angry the staff gave us food but are you serious 5HRS WAITING I think I’m changing Dentist….. I was not the only one who was there waiting forever

Fantastic experience: This is the second time I bring my 5yo for her cleaning and we were out within an hour. Great customer service! Children do go to the cleaning on their own, but the staff was so understanding of my concern and allowed me to watch in which room she was in through their cameras in an iPad. I appreciated their understanding and no judgment for that. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Positive experience: Stuff and location and premises are really nice, only problem its the waiting time, im usually in and out in 1 hour, but lately its taking really long

Fantastic experience: I had a cavity that had been hurting me for a while I called and the office gave me an appointment the very next day. When I went in for my appointment the staff was very friendly and the dentist was amazing. She explained everything so well and immediately took care of my cavity. I felt no pain. This place is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to.

Fantastic experience: Honestly this is such an amazing experience. The dentist and the nurses where all patient with my 6 year old girl. They talked her through everything and called her a princess the entire time. The care we got there was amazing. The waiting room was a play place for kiddos with racing games, video games and a little movie theater. It was very clean and when my baby was done with her appointment they gave her a balloon, an electric Barbie toothbrush, and a Barbie doll. Even if I didn't have insurance I would pay out of pocket for this amazing quality service and attention to detail. This place is such an amazing dental clinic. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist. They take Medicaid too!

Fantastic experience: I’m always impressed with the fun details they provide for kids. Super hero themed with kid movies and video games in the lobby. My child is now 3 and this is a wonderful place for him to come to as he grows. The staff is friendly and gave a thoughtful toy for my child on his first x-ray was just an added bonus. The dental hygienist took his time and was very understanding even comforting my little one as he was bit fussy during the checkup. Loved it all.

Fantastic experience: I have a pretty stubborn 6, 4 and 2 year old old. The 2 younger ones HATE to go to the dentist at all! As soon as we got there my middle child's (autistic) entire attitude changed and they handled him with such amazing care, they got him to do any picture procedures with little to no fuss and I'm extremely impressed! Definitely recommend for all ages. Incredible staff and care

Fantastic experience: My visit to Aventura Dental was amazing!!! Initially I thought they served pediatrics but they tend to all ages. From beginning to end over all experience 10/10! Front desk was great. Norma did my scans she was very friendly and detailed as to what she was going to be doing. Lena Dr. Zeram assistant was just the best. I had severe anxiety and she was just so attentive and caring. It took forever to calm me down and at no point did she loose her patience with me. We had a great conversation while I was waiting to be prepped. Now Dr. Zeram! I’ve never had a provider that was just so sincere. He geniuenly cares for his patients. He explained everything he did for me step by step. He even drew it out for me! Great picture by the way. I definitely felt cared for. I will highly recommend them to friends and family. You are not a pay check to them. You can tell the staff enjoy what they do. Over all experience was the best I have had. Dr. Zeram do not leave El Paso. I will return to you for all my dental needs. Thank you to you all.

Fantastic experience: Best experience for individualized treatment and care. Great dentist and staff! They can always accommodate to our busy schedules, with 4 children in different age groups that's very convenient. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. This area keeps the kiddos entertained while waiting with a movie theater and a few arcade games and ps4s. Looks like most the games that were malfunctioning have been fixed so the kids had fun.

Positive experience: First time at the dentist in a long time. Made the environment comfortable and enjoyable. Im a single mom and had my kid with me. All the techs and staff were patient and great with my daughter while I got work done. Highly recommend. Will be going back. And transferring my daughters care to them as well now !

The front desk is friendly, professional and courteous. The hygienist’s always friendly and patient. The last dentist broke it down and gave me options for my sons tooth. They’re all professional.Can’t recommend enough.

Negative experience: Despite being a loyal customer for over 2 years, my recent visit to the children’s dental clinic was disappointing. Despite a 3:30 PM appointment, the process for my son and daughter took over 3 hours, which was inconvenient and time-consuming, casting a shadow on my overall experience.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I took my son to they were so patient so nice they made me feel welcome . The desk lady’s are always in a good mood and very welcoming as well as the dentist she was very patient with my son very nice they explain everything my son was able to walk around looking at the lights at the movies he was very entertained while I was signing paper work I’m definitely going to let people know how awesome the staff are and as well as the area .

My kids enjoy going to get their teeth checked and I do too. The location is convenient with lots of open parking. Your insurance policy is explained so you can understand and budget your services. The bill is also made easy to understand. They work with you on your payments. I have been coming here for going on two yrs and I greatly appreciate their concern with me and my kids safety during this pandemic. I'm glad to recommend Aventura Dental to my family, friends and even co-workers. Thank you

Negative experience: Im sorry but i have to update my review. I recieved my daughters 1st school pictures and it upsets me. She had a crown done the night before and got scraped on the lip. In the morning her lip was so red and now her 1st school pics looks like she has a cleft lip. I feel so about it. (Pic below) My kids enjoy it here but as a parent this infuriates me. I did call the next day because her lip blistered up and all they told me was you would need to bring her in because the dentist wasn't in to speak with. 1st bad experience. ** My kids love it here. Fast and open late hrs so perfect for my schedule. Don't recall when I wrote the above statement but I still stand to it. My 3 yr old always wants to get checked even when it's not her appt.(Its her brothers.) All my kids love it here, from my 1 yr old, to my 14 yr old.
