From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable and heard, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and positive one. Dr. Reinol Jr. is truly an elite professional in his field. He handled my impatience with such grace and expertise, explaining every step in detail to ease my nerves and ensuring I was as comfortable as possible throughout. His skill in managing pain was impressive—he used the latest techniques to minimize discomfort, and his calm guidance made the entire process feel manageable, even during the more intense moments of the extractions and implant placements. Felipe was incredibly attentive, anticipating my needs and keeping everything organized, while Keve’s reassuring presence and quick assistance with tools and comfort measures made the appointments fly by. Their teamwork was seamless, and they both went above and beyond to make sure I was okay, even checking in post-procedure. Overall, Regency Square Dental exceeded my expectations with their state-of-the-art facility, friendly staff, and top-notch care. If you’re considering extractions or implants, do yourself a favor and book with Dr. Reinol Jr. and his team—you won’t regret it! 5 stars all the way.

Negative experience: Did not review my insurance and I got stuck with the bill. They admitted they made a mistake and still took no responsibility. True colors- they don’t care about patients, they care about money. Beware, even if you are covered by insurance, they are not looking out for your best interest and you will be charged anyway.

Fantastic experience: Update: Although I will not change my review because the docs and staff are awesome. However, when I recently tried to schedule my implant for 3 months from now, as instructed by the dentist, I was informed by the front staff that I would have to pay $1,000 to make the appointment. Requiring a 50% payment 3 months in advance is nonsense. Obviously, I will not be using this office for the implant. I have seen over 100+ dental hygienists in my 60 years on this planet. Regency Square Dental employs the best one I've ever used. Her name is Eddika Perez. You will be very happy with the outcome. Gabby is also very helpful in making sure you have an awesome experience. This is just a great office with wonderful doctors and staff.

Negative experience: Twice this practice made me wait over 45 minutes to be seen. I figured once was a fluke, things happen. This was after confirming the appointment every single day this week, calling to the point of harassment after I confirmed Id be there. I can't believe they have the nerve to ask me for feedback after all of that.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Regency square was excellent all around I went Monday morning with no appointment and was my first time there went in for a serious tooth pain I was taken care of very quickly even though there was a good amount of patients already there, the staff was very welcoming and friendly , Dr.Stephanie took care of me and did an amazing job got rid of the pain and took out the nerve that was causing the pain in a very timely manner, she was very nice and thorough and explained everything to me I can’t thank her enough.

Fantastic experience: On March 24, 2025 I scheduled a dental appointment at Regency Square Dental. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with warm smiles and instantly felt welcomed. Dr. Fajardo and his assistant Onika, were truly wonderful and professional. He explained everything he was going to do, and what he recommended for my particular needs as I am an Oral Cancer survivor of 14 years. Anything to do with my mouth is very stressful for me. I was so impressed with how gentle he was. I barely felt the injections to numb my mouth, and the entire process was easy and I did not experience any pain. Onika, was extremely sweet, and gentle. . When they finished filling my cavities, which were on my front two upper teeth, I simply cried when he handed me the mirror. I was so thrilled to see that I couldn’t even tell where the fillings were. I hugged them both and left that day feeling amazing. Not only was the problem fixed, but I have found my Dentist for any and all future cleanings and services. I felt heard, and that my dental health is their most important priority. The office is absolutely beautiful and they play awesome music. Today on April 3, 2025, I returned to the office for a cleaning and I met Alejandra. She was extremely gentle, and very thorough with explaining everything before she started the cleaning. After she was finished I was fitted for Fluoride trays and Annabelle was quick and very efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this office and I would recommend them to everyone. Negative experience: I was fooled by the reviews. Most likely this will be taken down, hopefully some people see it before it is. Companies can pay to have negative reviews removed, that has to be what they do. I went here for a simple cleaning and checkup, never did get the cleaning but instead got a bunch of work I didn't need. They try to up sell you at every turn. Every time they stop the work, run insurance and write up a detailed bill with how much it would cost. I paid everything in full at the end of each visit, even with all the up sells. Then I get a bill weeks later for $428 because they didn't bill the insurance properly. I spoke with the office to complain and was supposed to get called back, never happened. Also never got another bill. I thought it was resolved and we were both going on our own ways. A year later I start getting calls and ugly emails. The latest one says that they are appalled by my complete disregard about my financial responsibilities. This is after spending thousands of dollars already. I paid them their money, Please look elsewhere, this place is a scam. In response to the below, I already reached out to the office and nothing was resolved. I spoke at length with the office.

Fantastic experience: The Regency Square team from the front office girls to the dentist to the assistance have been really great, very professional and very friendly. I am having a total full upper and lower tooth replacement and every time I’ve needed to come in for a temporary repair they have gone Above and beyond to get me in.. RJ and Felipe specifically have been a joy to work with

Fantastic experience: I have had my free consultation. After one visit, I noticed the facility was very nice and clean looking. There was a buzz in the air. They get things done over there and don’t waste any time, WITHOUT making your feel rushed. I got all my questions and concerns addressed with RJ the Dentist and Caroline I’m looking forward to starting my treatment plan. So far, so good.

Fantastic experience: My whole family has been coming to Regency dental for the better part of 20 years! We keep coming back because of the professionalism, highly experienced staff, and most of all - doctors! Martha, Reinol, and now RJ have given my family the best routine and specialized treatment, but most of all care!! Their whole practice makes you feel as if you’re part of their family!!

Fantastic experience: February, 2024 I'm in the early stages of upper and lower arch replacement. All of the dentists I've encountered have been very professional and pleasant along with great senses of humor. The same can be said for the office staff, dental assistants and technicians. They're all great! I can't say that I'm looking forward to this procedure, as probably most people aren't but they all have instilled my trust and confidence in them. Great team!! December 2024, I had to go to the dentist this week for two lower molar infections. The molars were eventually removed and it's all part of the beginning of my implants. I know I said it before but these people, dentists, technicians office staff and dental assistants are truly amazing, caring and want the best for you. Other than my childhood dentist these dentists and staff are the best I've encountered. I am no longer apprehensive about having my double arch replacements. If you don't have a dentist and need one this is the place to go.

Sarah her assistant was extremely courteous and Erika the hygienist did a great job! The office is very big and clean, I was seen on time, parking was available and location is very convenient.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience when going in for a filling with Dr. De La Iglesia. Additionally, the front desk (Elizabeth and Caroline) were very helpful regarding a dental plan.

Negative experience: Initially professional, but I was blindsided by a $720+ bill for a routine cleaning three months after the appointment. Prior to the visit, insurance information was provided and I was repeatedly assured coverage was in place. The day of the appointment, I asked once again and received the same confirmation. Additionally, I paid $130 upfront on the day of the appointment and was again assured that insurance would cover the remainder When I called to address their error, they tried to bribe me with a ‘discount’ to force me into paying for their mistake. This isn’t just bad business—it’s unethical. In anticipation of the usual scripted response about being ‘sorry’ or ‘disheartened,’ it’s important to recognize this isn’t about a misunderstanding or discomfort, but about deceptive billing practices. No rehearsed apology will undo the lack of transparency and the disregard shown in this situation.

Fantastic experience: I love the quality of service I receive every single time I visit Regency Square Dental! I see them every month, as I chose to get braces with them. This took years for me to find an orthodontist and Dental clinic I trust. Thankfully a friend of mine who works there, Alvaro, spoke highly of them when I’d ask him what he recommends. Every single staff member is very sweet and polite every time I cross paths. I feel very confident in their expertise, the office is highly sanitary. They’ve taken great precautions against covid, you can easily text or call when you arrive to be in there efficiently in and out. I highly recommend!

Negative experience: After being patients here for approximately three years, my wife and I have finally decided to find a different dentist. We've experienced long wait times, sometimes as much as 45 minutes. Also, this place lacks a personal touch. It's a big operation, which is clearly focused on profit, and not always the well-being of the patient. There also seems to be a lot of turnover among its staff. On top of that, they rarely send the dentist in to see you during your semi-annual check-up. My last visit, the hygienist asked if I wanted fluoride treatment. I told her "no thank you", but she continued to pester me and try to push the treatment on me. I had to firmly tell her no. It made the end of the visit very uncomfortable. And my wife was in this week for her semi-annual appointment, but ended up leaving before they even started her dental cleaning because Dr. Gonzalez (the younger one) had a very condescending attitude toward her. It's really shocking how they treat patients now and don't respect their wishes. The practice was better when we first started going a few years ago, but the service has really deteriorated since. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere, unless you want to feel like just a number that they can squeeze $ out of.
