Negative experience: I went to this place and they would not give me my cleaning, even though I had an insurance. The doctor was very insulting and now they want to charge me $100 for nothing at all. Don't go there. Their prices are extremely expensive and they will try to get over on you.

Fantastic experience: Today’s my last day of 6 years with Doctor Rosenfeld and Sonia, they have always been very kind to me and very attentive. My sister has also been going to this dentist for years alongside me with her hygienist Dinah and has always had great results. Also, we have done our braces here and have received ortho treatment with Doctor Spencer. It has been a very welcoming environment and I’ve had a blast here!

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I scheduled an appointment for my annual cleaning and treatment, specifically asking that both be done on the same day since I can’t take multiple days off work. I even sent over the X-rays ahead of time, as requested, to make this possible. On the day of my appointment, they called to confirm, only to tell me that the hygienist couldn’t see me and that the cleaning wasn’t even on file. I explained (again) that my whole reason for booking was to have everything done at once. They transferred me to someone named Emily, and that’s when the real nightmare began. She told me I needed a new X-ray just to get a cleaning, and when I asked why, she laughed at me. I’ve never had to do an X-ray before a cleaning. Then she said she might move it to a different day but couldn’t promise a cleaning or treatment would even happen. When I pressed her for clarity, she literally said “mm ok byeeee” and hung up on me. I called back to try and reschedule properly, only to be told that “office policy” now wouldn’t allow them to book me again. So not only did they waste my time and day off, but they laughed at my questions and then refused to help. Save yourself the frustration and find a small dental office where the staff actually cares about their patients. This place clearly doesn’t.

Fantastic experience: I’m deadly afraid of the dentist but everyone here is so nice, gentle and non judgemental. i specifically love my dentist, the awesome Dr. Perez! they also help you come up with payment plans and will help you with whatever you need :)

Negative experience: Very bad service. I went for my annual visit and they didn't want to do the cleaning because they wanted to do other procedures which I was thinking of doing later. They have very bad service.

Fantastic experience: When my 9-year old broke his two adult teeth, I was heartbroken and frustrated I couldn't find a dentist anywhere that took the state insurance until another mom gave me Dental Care Group Kids number. I called the office and he was seen the same day by Dr. Dalia Rosenfeld-compassionate, skilled, and absolutely brilliant with children. She restored his smile beautifully the very next day. Huge thanks to Dr. Cicceron, assistants Beatriz, Legs, and Tiffany, and the always welcoming Valina at the front desk. The office is clean, kid friendly, and full of heart. Negative experience: Went for a cleaning. 2 hours and at least 30 x ray pics later the visit turned into a sales pitch and was told I can't get a cleaning today and would need to come back. I guess the plan is to charge me and my insurance for today's visit and the visit they want me to come back to. Why would you not give me the service I came in for? Beware, that was dishonest and dissapponting.

Fantastic experience: It's hard to explain how impressed I was with Dr. Ismailova and the Dental Care Group. I don't know what I was expecting but when they gave me a tour of the facilities and told me what kind of services were available in house I already incredibly impressed. It felt like I was in some kind of Dental Spa that was next to a tire shop (because of all of the drill sounds ) I was like wow, what is this place. I think I found my new dentist. My family Dentist retired, and my other dentist (also great) was just way too far for me now so it was time to find a new one. Glad I found this place, everybody in Dr. Ismailova's team been amazing; Lillie the hygienist is incredibly good. Definitely the best hygienist I've ever had, the front desk has been really good at coordinating and communicating with me, imaging crew was great, and Dr. Rick Mars Orthodontist was really a pro. Dr. Ismailova really was the kind of dentist I needed. She put me at ease with her kind words and demeanor, and helped make a plan that will get me where I want to go.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time seeing Dr Glicksman, I was still having sensitive issues on my upper left teeth, due to an electric bike accident on June 1st 2024. Dr did an emergency exam, adjusted my bite OMG this helped my teeth discomfort so much. I saw him again today, and he adjusted them just slightly, what a relief. Dr is very good, and so Professional. Fantastic experience: Nobody wants to go to the dentist, but everyone eventually has to. Dr Mars and his staff(Aimee, Gina, Luzmar, Lilie, Natasha) are exceptional! This is the only dental office I've ever gone to that will make you feel at ease and make it enjoyable and comfortable as can be. THANK YOU FOR AWESOME SERVICE!

Negative experience: I found this practice to be dishonest. I have dental insurance and I came for an exam and a cleaning. They said that I need to change two crowns and gave me the price of over $1200 per crown. Per my insurance the crowns should be $600 each. They said there are “other charges”. I went to get a second opinion at another highly rated practice and they not only honored the $600 per crown (no extra charges!) but actually told me I don’t need to get them replaced to begin with. While what’s needed and what’s not is each doctor’s professional medical opinion, the fact that they find a way to not honor the pre-negotiated prices is definitely dishonest. It’s a money machine practice primarily concerned about charging you an arm and a leg.

Negative experience: I had a crown made here and the technician took a good 45 painful minutes trying to put it in place. 48 hrs later the crown chipped and they said they were not responsible because it could have been my own fault. They said i would have to pay for another one (and that the good news was i would get a discount). Truly impressive facilities yes but you’re just a number in a factory. There is zero personalized care. Now i go to a dentist who truly cares about my dental health and is not just after my money.

Negative experience: Went here for a few years and I noticed they would always overcharge me for the same procedures my wife would receive at another location using the same insurance. Bonnie is wonderful as a hygienist, but when I have others tell me they pay absolutely nothing for the same exact procedures with same exact insurance that I have, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I remember calling the office billing lady once several times and finally received a call back two days later. She proceeded to argue with me that she knew how to do her job and I would need to upgrade my insurance. I explained that this was the exact reason why I left my previous dentist in the past. I recently have switched dentists and lo and behold, zero charge with zero billing. Please make sure you verify your insurance good because this and many dental places will and do take advantage of our ignorance. Update: The Dental Care group raves about their 99% 5 star reviews but I know for a fact they hired a company to post these fake positive reviews. It’s common knowledge there are companies that do this to bump up their reviews. How unprofessional and misleading. Just look at the 1 star real reviews and see the truth. Once again folks, don’t be fooled!

Negative experience: *My review originally only had a 1star review however since the office posted a False misleading response (No one from the office ever attempted to contact me) I will talk about my experience. I went there for a routine cleaning only. I was given a whole bunch of tests but no cleaning. Then they tried to upsell me all these future tests and procedures that I didn't need. The salesperson who tried to sell me all these new things had trouble herself keeping a straight face while she went into this laundry list beacuse it was all so ridiculous. We all kind of laughed as I politely said no thank you and because they had no interest in cleaning my teeth I decided to leave. That's when things got creepy. They asked me to go into this side office similar to a used car sales office and their financial person attempted numerous times to get me to sign some future bill of procedures. She didn't just ask over and over she insisted that I "had" to sign it. When I refused she then asked me to just please initial it which I again refused. If this all sounds funny or comical it's really not because I'm sure elderly people or people who don't have a great understanding of the language would be tricked or pressured into getting procedures they didn't ask for or need. The only positive experience was the empolyees except for the pressure financial woman were all very polite. And just for the record if you look at the other bad reviews it's all for the same thing the office was upselling procedures to make money. My last suggestion for the response person is instead of copying and pasting the "99% likes our services" response actually try to contact the unhappy customer.

But a soon as I was greeted at the door the energy shifted. Everyone in the office was so friendly I felt right at home ! I was informed about everything that was needed for me ! And made sure I understood what everything was ! First time ever experience at the dentist to where I was very well informed & felt like I was home . So welcoming ! And understanding . Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience working with Dr. Rick Mars, Dr. Michael Zinn and Dr. Matthew Fine. From routine cleaning, Invisalign, general dentistry and finally implant surgery the staff at both Fort Lauderdale and Aventura have been courteous, professional and caring every step of the way. I just finished my last phase of the implants with crowns working with Dr. Rick Mars. Out and about in Weston with the Chamber of Commerce.

Fantastic experience: I had an exam and cleaning done with Lillie & Dr. G a couple of weeks ago. I had the best experience here. Lillie was awesome and you can tell that she really loves being a hygienist. The best cleaning I have ever had! I would refer everyone to her! Thanks Lillie!

Negative experience: ADD ON AFTER THE RESPONSE: I didn't get the requested refund for the botched gum work and the damage to my back gum or the two crowns that bang against other teeth. LIAR AND CLOWN = Dr. Mars. Dental Care Group - Aventura is the horrible. F- I was pressured by Dr. Mars not to post my experience. I quit the practice to his face - such an unbelievably bad experience. Here is my opinion: They care mostly about money, do horrible work (Dr. Mars). They still owe me a refund for overpayment from December (4 months ago). Excuse after Excuse. It seemed like a conveyor belt operation.....always in a hurry to get through the visits. My front tooth hurts every time I take a bite. Dr. Mars thinks it is a job well done. (what a joke). I just paid over $2,000 for a "needed" gun work and crown. I will now have to pay someone else to fix what he did to me. Very sad that he doesn't understand.... They worked on and have ruined my gum line and the 2 crowns they did do not fit correctly. (pain every time I bite). I went to another Periodontist (excellent, kind, took his time) that looked at the work and just shook his head. Could not believe what Dr. Mars said. I'm going to find a new dentist and hope they can fix the horrible remnants of what was done by Dr. Mars. Hope he spends my money to get some further training. He has such an ego and must care so much about money that it feels like he just makes up excuses for the problems he has caused me. The staff is mostly nice.....but, unresponsive to me. I sent 5+ emails over 4 months asking for the promised refund for overcharging me since they couldn't get the insurance to work as I sat in the chair for my work. I was told I had to pay the full amount - but, would get a refund as soon as I send in another copy of my insurance card. 5+ messages. Still "crickets". Not even a reply to my emails. The last time I went into the office Dr. Mars promised I would get my refund....nothing. He made excuses and blamed the insurance company and process. LOL Hope he experiences similar terrible service and zero empathy sometime. It is frustrating. And I will never forget him putting pressure on me not to share my experience with others. Dr. Mars and his practice should be banned from practicing and just as importantly should be embarrassed.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love and recommend this practice! Dr. Glicksman is the most caring, conscientious and excellent dentist. Bonnie is a fantastic dental hygienist who really cares as well. Every staff member from the front desk to the Dr's will make your smile brighter because they do CARE!. They have state of the art equipment, are very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest procedures and treatments. They will exceed your expectations!

Fantastic experience: I really like my hygienist, Lilly. She’s thorough, gentle and does a great job. My teeth feel so clean after seeing her today. Highly recommend!

As someone who had visited this practice back in 2016, I was pleased to find that the quality of care and professionalism had not wavered. Fantastic experience: This Group dental they are really good, Dr Mars is very knowledgeable. You can tell he knows what he is doing, also his staff are very knowledgeable as well. His assistant Luzmar, she is a very nice person and she care about patients. I totally recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Today my visit with Dr.Bui and Cristinal was on Point, they both did their job by making feel comfortable before helping me with my procedure. They both kept on checking on me making sure I wasn’t in pain but other than that everything went well thank you.

Negative experience: This is such a scam place. They took my real crown out, my tooth had to go, I understand that. But then extraction with the insurance costs $450 per tooth, vs. Without the insurance it is $1250 per tooth…. is this real? $1250 for the extraction…. They intentionally rise the price so they can take more cash… even if the staff is nice and friendly and the doctor seems to be knowledgeable, it is a SCAM! Ps Dr Mars, you cannot tell me that wisdom tooth costs $1250 for extraction! And that me paying $350 for temporary crown is the fraction of cost! (PS I have some (not the best) insurance, that at least should cover some cost….

Fantastic experience: Bonnie has been cleaning my teeth for two years now. She is very professional and thorough in her work. Thanks to her, Dr Mars, and Dr Fien my teeth are in great condition. The Office staff Joey, Marlene, Amy, Leslie and others have been helpful and have worked through any administrative issues that have arisen.

Fantastic experience: Love my dentist Dr. Perez, she Is absolutely wonderful and caring. Additionally the young ladies in reception are lovely, Aimee helped me understand my treatment plan and book my appointments with ample time.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bui is the best! His assistant Cristina was really nice too. The root canal didn't hurt at all. I didn't feel a thing. I was actually kind of falling asleep during the procedure. The doctor explained every single thing he was about to do in detail, making sure I was comfortable and had no pain. He even gave me his cell phone number in case I had an emergency or I was in too much pain the following days. What doctor does that??? I loved him!

Fantastic experience: I recently had my first visit to this dental office and I couldn't be happier! From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed and at ease. Dr. Bonnie went above and beyond by giving me a tour of the office and patiently answering all my questions. She's truly amazing! Dr. Mars was equally fantastic - friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. My boyfriend has been coming here since he was young, and now I understand why. The entire staff treats you like family, from the dental assistants who comfort you to the super friendly front desk ladies who help schedule appointments. Everyone here is simply amazing, and I feel fortunate to have found this place. If I could give it 100 stars, I absolutely would!
