Fantastic experience: This review is for my 1 year old daughter. She had a lovely experience at her first dentist appointment. The hygienist was very friendly and gentle. She let Remy hold some of the tools and get comfortable with putting them in her mouth. As soon as she got fussy, we stopped to keep it a positive experience. The dental office is also really incredible with Remy when I have my appointments as well. They have taken her for walks outside and let her sit up at the front desk as I am having work done. AFDC is my favorite dental office!

Fantastic experience: This review is for my 2 year old son’s visits at Aesthetic Family Dental Care. We absolutely love the staff here. The hygienists are all so friendly and they are so good with the little ones. If Ezra is having a hard time and fighting a lot, they don’t push him and try to make it a positive experience. Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for several years now, and I love this dentist office! Dr. Symen is amazing, as well as his team. They are very fun and professional. They have helped me from routine visits, to dental emergencies. They always treat me well, even if I might’ve been a little short with them (mouth pain sucks) I have already referred 3 people in my family. They also do fun raffles/giveaways! I won myself a gift basket and 4 tickets to the pumpkin farm one year. Shout out to Haley and Tori (who are no longer there) - you ladies always made me feel incredible! I would also like to recognize Kelley who has been my hygienist for about a year. I always have a great experience with her. I love the overall vibe at Aesthetic Family Dental. I will continue to refer people here, cause they are amazing! Plus their social media presence is outstanding. Update: We absolutely love our dentist! They work with our family and our schedules. We have two small children and the front office helped watch my 10 month old while I got a root canal. They always go above and beyond for us. Update 08/20/2025: I needed a bite adjustment after experiencing some mild pain. Turns out my bite was slightly off from the root canal and it took a little while for me to notice it. Dr. Bateman was able to fix it for me very quickly. I always appreciate the AFDC team.

Fantastic experience: Had a crown done today by Dr. Symen. I had NO DISCOMFORT at all! I DRED going to the dentist because i have considerable pain during and after— NONE this time! I didn’t even feel the needle it was the best visit i have ever had.. and my crown was completed in just over 2 hours from start to finish.

Really easy to work with and flexible schedule in order to make it work for you! My first appointment was on my birthday and they even had some party lights set up in the room for me, great environment!

Fantastic experience: I was in desperate need of some help due to a painful tooth. I got a same day appointment and they went right to work fixing the problem. Couldn't feel anything with the needed root canal and the procedure was much faster than expected, which is good because I'm not a fan of the dentist. Everyone was very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. I highly recommend giving them business! Update... 4 years later they still have the same exceptional service. Everyone has always been very kind and very professional. The place is always emaculate when it comes to cleanliness. I still highly recommend giving them your business!

Jun. 27, 2023 update: All the staff are very caring and make you feel welcome. Dr. Symen makes you feel as though you are his most important patient. Kelley does a great job of explaining the different treatments that are available and what the benefits are to keep your teeth as healthy as possible.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I would say this, but I actually had an excellent experience, and more than one of them, at this dentist. I walk in, and their people to greet me with a smile. Everyone in the office is cordial – – not fake but real. All of my visits have been really good. With the most recent one, I was in some pain, and got an immediate appointment. I went in on the same day. Dr.Simon honed in on the issue and dealt with things in a very professional fashion. I have a plan of care, which is quite comprehensive and their prices are very reasonable. I strongly recommend Dr. Simon and his excellent staff.

Fantastic experience: Update, 7/20: Now Madi is the best hygienist!! I've never had a bad hygienist at AFDC but Madi is extra careful with my sensitive teeth and she even remembered a detail about my work from six months prior. I felt so seen. Go to AFDC for amazing care and incredible customer service but stay for the best social media account in all the land! ;) Update: if you want an amazing hygienist, ask for Leslie Rudolph!! She kind, friendly and males a cleaning painless!! I don't love going to the dentist, well, because DENTIST! There are icky sounds, icky smells, sharp tools, etc. But I love going to this dentist office. All the staff are friendly and personable. The office is clean and lovely. They offer things to make your appointment more comfortable. (Hint, use the neck pillow!) The first time I visited, Dr. Wallin quoted Dumb and Dumber in the first 5 minutes. He made me laugh! Dentists have senses of humor? They do! Yes, dental work is very expensive if you don't have insurance, or have to get extra work done. BUT, the health ramifications of bad oral hygiene are even more expensive in the long run. Brush. FLOSS. Definitely make an appt with Aesthetic Family Dental in Chandler.

I was given a full tour and introduced to everyone. Dental hygienist, Madi was friendly and thorough when collecting necessary details and even asked additional questions to personalize my visit. They were the friendliest people ever. From the first person to the last person they were absolutely amazing. The only Dentist visit I actually feel like I mattered. But then I came across a TikTok featuring the dentists and hygienists here, and I instantly fell in love! They had me laughing so hard, and I just knew they’d take amazing care of my 2.5-year-old daughter—and they absolutely did. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming, warm, and gentle. It truly feels like the perfect place for both little ones and their nervous parents. The only small suggestion I’d make: maybe keep the swearing off TikTok! I was showing my husband the videos (because he couldn’t believe I finally went to the dentist thanks to a TikTok!) and one of them unexpectedly dropped the F-bomb—oops! I have had a lot of poor experiences with dental offices pushing treatments on me, clearly to make more money, and not really letting me advocate for myself. I felt NONE of that with Aesthetic Family. The office is immaculate, everyone is happy to be there, there is a clear strategy for making new patients feel right at home and it WORKS. I could not recommend more! My exam was thorough and I felt heard and cared for. I have no fears around dental visits (I actually love going to the dentist), but for anyone who does, I would recommend coming here as the entire team will make you feel safe and comfortable.

Their technology is top notch and the latest in dental equipment making the entire cleaning and diagnostic process a breeze. Dr Wiles was very professional with a great demeanor and good sense of humor. Carmen made the checkout process quick and easy. All the while ensuring I understood the proposed treatment plan and cost. This place is fantastic and I would highly recommend them. I continue to go every 6 months for checkups as this dental practice is top notch!!

Fantastic experience: I had a crown placed by Dr. “Symen.” This was my first experience with a procedure like this and it went great. Everyone involved in the process was very helpful and informative. I felt at ease and that I was getting the best care possible. With their in-house technology that allows them to make your crown the same visit, I can’t imagine better service.

Fantastic experience: Back in the early days of Top 40 radio we used to say 'keep it light, tight and bright' which I often didn't adhere to but Aesthetic Family Dental Care does! Always a bright cheerful bunch and at least in my case of being a long time patient/customer have found the dental work to be outstanding. I highly recommend, even he who wears the crown may not bear the heavy head. Which I can vouch for after receiving a crown yesterday.

Vera was so excited to know she gets to come back again. Dr. Simon was great with her also and she was excited to know that he is also her PopPops dentist. Thank you all for making her first dental experience a huge success! 8/14/2024 - I am adding to my last post as it won’t allow me to make a new one so hope this works. Today was the day Vera Lynn got her cavity fixed. Dr. Simon and Courtney you were both amazing. You made her experience as painless and pleasant as we had hoped for. Vera Lynn told Dr. Simon that she wants to have a “dentist birthday party at his office” and that everyone is invited. She wants to come back and take her picture with all of you. This is a message to Dr. Simon from Vera - “Thank you for taking away the sugar bugs and for making my teeth happy again. 5/7/2025 Once again my appointment with Sarah was amazing. She is a very caring and conscientious hygienist. I have cancer and my mouth is extremely sore from my treatments. She asked about my treatments and adjusted the time between short breaks that I had my mouth open. Sarah took her time, allowed me to rest when needed. After my cleaning she gave me a jaw massage to help ease the pain of having my mouth open. I look forward to my next cleaning.

Fantastic experience: The best office ever. I found them on a Saturday night when I knocked a tooth out and Dr. syman came to his location at 9 PM and fixed my tooth probably four years ago. The staff is the best customer service I have ever seen. So thorough and nice. And the doctor is amazing. Just had a root canal and a crown today and I was falling asleep. Didn’t feel a thing. You can text them day or night. Such a great place. And if you don’t have insurance, they have packages etc. I have to go in again for an implant. They also did my grinding guards.. I went in today and they had the best Halloween display ever.
