Fantastic experience: Mint Dental is amazing! The facilities were very clean and the staff was super nice! They have therapy dogs to help anyone who is nervous or anyone who just likes dogs. They also have TVs hanging from the ceiling so you can watch TV while lying back getting your teeth cleaned. It was a wonderful experience. :)

Fantastic experience: Wonderful office! They do a great job getting you in and out for at your scheduled appointment time. The hygienist did a thorough cleaning and the dentist made sure to give me all my treatment options available without forcing any decision in the moment. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous about my appointment as I have quite a lot of anxiety with going to the dentist. I had been putting off going due to my anxiety for so long, it made taking that first step and going in the first time that much harder. The whole staff was wonderful. They were all so kind. My hygienist was gentle, I did not experience any pain. She was so kind and did not shame me for putting off seeing a dentist for a while. The dentist was also kind and I will definitely be back! They have help ease a lot of the fear that I had.

Positive experience: Dr. McCord is a good dentist. No problems. The only issue I had was paying the full amount up front to get a cap. It takes a month to finish the process.

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment for my husband’s first visit at this office, which I had noted as 9:15 AM. He arrived at that time, only to be told he should have been there at 9:00 AM to complete paperwork—and that there was no longer enough time for his appointment. He rescheduled for Monday. Shortly after, the office called to change the rescheduled time, which was fine. But then they called again to say he had “rescheduled/canceled too many times” and that the dentist was refusing to see him at all. Just be aware—this is the kind of policy and attitude you're dealing with. If anything goes wrong with your timing, even on a first visit, you may find yourself dropped altogether. We’ve brought our children here multiple times in the past, but after this experience, we won’t be returning. I’ve never encountered such inflexibility in a practice that serves the public. It just doesn’t make sense. Thankfully, there are plenty of other dentists out there.

Negative experience: Was supposed to have my first appointment at Mint Dental today. There was a miscommunication about the appointment time and I showed up ten minutes late. That’s my fault and I’ll own that. The woman at the front desk rescheduled my appointment 10am on Monday and I left. About an hour later they called and asked if I could do 11am on Monday instead, to which I agreed. A couple hours after that they called again and said the dentist won’t see me at all because I was late for my appointment. I understand that they have a schedule to keep, but to completely refuse business from someone who was late one time is ridiculous. This place is completely unprofessional and clearly doesn’t need new business since they are so quick to turn people away. Complete garbage. I would never recommend anyone to these people.

Fantastic experience: This is a delightful office. Everyone is excellent at their jobs and friendly and fun. I would love Dr Long even if he wasn’t a MN Vikings fan.

Fantastic experience: Amazing treatment from all of the staff! I went in thinking I had a cavity and was redirected in the end thankfully. There was no holding down for money just pure honest care. I am thankful when I am lucky enough to come across a medical practice that legitimately cares about people. Dr. LeBoeuf was very thorough and knowledgeable, I am Looking forward to being a long term patient so long as she is around! The hygienist was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and nice I’m so sorry I forgot her name! Thank you from Mint, from the bottom of my heart, including the front who helped keep an eye out on my children today.

Negative experience: Very disappointed in the office and the process of payments. After years of being a loyal and paying customer, never with any late fees, they still drag out payment processes charging only $5 here and $10 there, clearly trying to rack up card fees. Just very nonprofessional and frustrating trying to go through any process with them. The dental hygienists and assistants are wonderful though!

Fantastic experience: Truly top notch! They are professional in sense of the word and care about their patients and their well being. Everyone is friendly, happy, and excited you came to see them. They attitudes are genuine towards their patients. You are not nickel and dimed for everything. The staff explains everything fully and understands people are not made of money. They give back to their community and help worthwhile projects every chance they can... Mint Dental will always have my family's dental care while they keep up these business values!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I went in today expecting to have a tooth extracted and was informed that the nerve is viable and I can keep the tooth! Dr. Long offered extensive information and encouraged all questions, which I truly appreciated. In just a few short weeks I'll be going back in for a crown and filling. Mint Dental Care also has in clinic therapy pups and my heart couldn't have been happier giving one of them all the love and scritches! I look forward to using this establishment for all of my oral care needs!

Fantastic experience: This review is in response to the person who gave the one star review. I am the medical director at the “community program dental help system” he is referring to. What this person posted is a complete lie. We referred him to Mint Dental but he was not compliant with our program requirements. He no showed to several of his appointments even though he was receiving dental care free of charge from Mint Dental. He was therefore dismissed from our program. Mint Dental is one of our amazing partners who care so much about helping the underserved in Northwest Arkansas. Their entire staff is amazing, kind, compassionate and very professional. We are so very grateful for all they do to help the underserved and those without access to dental care in our community.

Negative experience: Went in on a community program dental help system and never made it out with my final teeth. They only help people with money and don't care about people. Terrible staff that don't even take you serious. Worst experience of my dental life when I needed someone the most. Took the community help money as a charity program and never cared to help myself completely. It's a nice modern building with a persona of a good facility with a heartless fake staff.

Fantastic experience: From the time I called Mint Dental Care, for a tooth that had been killing me for 3 weeks, till I left after my extraction today, I was treated with respect, kindness, and compassion. I will never forget the help I received today. This place is absolutely amazing. And as I sat in one of the rooms, I could hear other patients in the hallway speaking with staff and everybody was having friendly lighthearted conversation, which made my visit so peaceful and calming. You guys are AMAZING. Dr. Trent McCord is one amazing dentist.❤️ Thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience: These people could not have been more supportive and accommodating when I found myself with a child with a severe dental injury at 5:30pm on the Friday before Memorial Day. They got us in immediately and took time to make sure my 7 year old felt comfortable and wasn’t scared. He needed his front tooth reset, a splint and stitches in his gums and they stayed until 7:40pm to ensure he was taken care of. The kindness shared was amazing and we could not be more grateful they were able to help us.

I actually got to consult with the main dentist in charge on my 1st visit. From the check in desk, throughout the facility to the check out desk- the service was extraordinary, beautiful smiles rampant. I am so pleased. Dr. LeBoeuf is very nice, she took time explaining everything in detail, and I asked a bunch of questions & she seemed happy to go into detail about anything I asked. Everyone there was very kind. From start to finish, they're very easy to get along with.

I went to get checked out and the lady that attended me was very nice and helpful. She went over the cost for the procedure. I'm am limited to the funds that I need for the procedure and they helped me out. I have never had anyone help me out that way. I'm very grateful to them.

Fantastic experience: I've had the same dentist since adolescence (and I’m now 56), but shortly after relocating to NWA, I developed a toothache and needed to find another provider. Mint Dental was recommended by a friend, and unfortunately they don't always answer the phone, but don't let that deter you. I filled out an online form and communicated with the clinic via text while I was at work, which was very convenient. They got me in that same afternoon, and the staff was fantastic! The clinic is modern, clean, and state-of-the-art. Dr. LeBoeuf took her time with me and was incredibly kind. Overall, a great experience!

Fantastic experience: This has been Lillian's second check up and cleaning at Mint. We really love that we can get an appointment as late at 6pm when needed. Kylie was absolutely wonderful and so sweet. The dentist was wonderful as well and I enjoyed his humor. We will continue to come here.

Negative experience: The worst experience. The staff would not accept my fully covered insurance. They are on the the Medicde list, but will NOT accept nor provide ANY assistance. Not even if I paid out of pocket, they wouldn't book an appointment. I have been with them for years and thy wouldn't help me. Beware.. there are many other TRURE dental professionals in Benton County. If you want subpar billing treatment.. look no further. This is your place!! The AR Government will be investing this clinic.. thank God!!

Negative experience: My boyfriend broke down trying to make it to his appointment today. He called to let them know and he was charged a $50 cancellation fee. He is too nice to say anything about it, but they definitely just lost a patient. I get the importance of cancellation fees but it is seriously so inconsiderate as he is literally on the side of the road trying to get help. Be glad he even called before calling for roadside assistance. Switching dentists ASAP.
