I also want to recognize Carina Mollinedo, the dental assistant, who supported me through many of my visits. Being able to speak with her in Spanish made a big difference and helped me feel especially comfortable throughout my treatment. I’m also very grateful to the front desk staff. They’re always warm and friendly, and they made the whole financial process and dental insurance coordination very easy to understand and manage. I truly appreciate the personalized care and supportive environment at GoSmiles. Highly recommend!

I’ve received several treatments here including cleanings, teeth whitening, Invisalign, and fillings, and I’ve always felt very well taken care of. The entire team is incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. This includes the front desk staff, the dental assistants, and the doctors. Dr. Daniel Lee was my primary dentist and he was excellent throughout my treatments. Carina Mollinedo, the dental assistant, always made me feel especially comfortable by speaking to me in Spanish. That really helped me feel more at ease and understood during my visits. She was kind, attentive, and professional every step of the way. What I appreciate most is how human and approachable everyone is. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you’re comfortable. For a more advanced procedure, they referred me to a specialized center and even followed up to make sure everything went well. That level of care and concern really sets them apart. I highly recommend GoSmiles Herndon to anyone looking for top-quality dental care with a personal touch.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist office I’ve been to. First impression when I walked in was how kind and helpful the ladies at the front desk were. Then my hygienist Bruce gave the most precise, smooth, and clean-feeling cleaning I’ve had. He showed before/after pics of the cleaning, including three spots that ended up being identified by Dr. Budala as cavities for which I scheduled an appt to get filled the following week. Then Dr. Budala showed me a computer model of my bite to show exactly where my teeth were misaligned and how their ortho treatment could help. She patiently answered all of my questions, they gave me a quote, then I like how they left the ball entirely in my court - nobody even mentioned it when I came back in for my fillings the next week. What they did do though was take care of the procedure in such a smooth and coordinated way that I felt inspired to write this review. Dr. Budala and her assistant Gladys flowed like they’d been doing fillings together for decades. I didn’t for a second feel like I wasn’t in expert hands. They also offered to remove a leftover bracket from an Invisalign treatment from a prior orthodontist, no additional charge. Front desk got everything taken care of with insurance, scheduling, and who knows what other work behind the scenes for everything to be seamless for me. I don’t mean to come off over sycophanty - I’m just honestly relaying my experience and this is what it sounds like lol. Going to the destist sucks but at least with this office (granted this is just my experience after two visits), there’s 0 additional friction, everyone is really nice, and the quality is right.

Fantastic experience: This office gets better and better after every visit ,punctuality is really important to me and they honor my time and respect it ,I was in and out in a timely manner ,unlike other dentist clinics when you have to wait 30 minutes or more even though you already have an appointment ! The doctor is very knowledgeable and didn’t rush my procedure and finally Bruce the great who has the lightest hands took good care of my deep cleaning with minimal pain and zero bleeding !wonderful front office team and everyone is very welcoming and supportive ! Negative experience: Dr.Freedman is a wonderful doctor. Have been going there for over 20 years. Im changing the review to 2 stars as this place has changed hands recently and not the same care used to receive from Freedman.

An extra plus for Korean speakers is that Dr. Lee can communicate in Korean, which made the visit even better for me. Fantastic experience: WOWI have to tell you i was not so sure about this place when i searched online for a dentist office in my area, but i took a chance and i am so glad i did. I have never been comfortable going to the dentist office because let’s be honest it can be painful, but this dentist is out for the customer they have amenities to make you comfortable during your appointment ok i know it sounds weird but it is unbelievable that a dentist office where the customers come first. I got my teeth cleaned my first visit and did not feel a thing it was painless then i went back a week later and got 2 fillings painless and when i say painless i mean it i felt nothing which is crazy because every dentist i have been to i always felt some kind of discomfort or pain, but i tell you not this dentist office. The dentist explained step by step everything she was doing which made me feel so comfortable during my visit. If you do not like your dentist i am telling you this is the place to go. Try it once and you will be hooked just like me. I’m still in shock to be honest going here has made me feel comfortable going to the dentist again. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for the great care you given me and the best customer service i ever received EVER at a dentist office.. Your Customer For Life
