Fantastic experience: Lane & Associates is an amazing dentistry practice and I’ve been going since I was in high school (I’m now graduated college). The dentist Medina and her assistant Yuli provide great dental services and I keep coming back year after year knowing I can trust their work to check up on my teeth.

The rooms I was in all seemed like they were pretty clean, even down to the windows. 1-star Professionalism: Staff know what they’re doing and they ask if you have questions. Services are done well and in an organized manner. Handoffs to next stage are seamless and efficient. 1-star Kid friendly: Yes, you can bring your children here. For the times I have been here, the same staff are super nice and friendly towards kids. Medina and Yuli do their best to make it a pleasurable experience for the kids. 1-star Effectiveness: My teeth are definitely clean after the check up. Standard cleanings get X-rays, clean, polish, and verification by a doctor. For the scraping/scalar tool, they use the manual version and not the sonic based tool that I have seen at other places. 1-star Overall: Pleasant experience with a friendly and knowledgable staff.

They always greet me with a smile. My Hygienist, Medina; is beyond GREAT! She provides an excellent thorough cleaning and I leave feeling great. She is also gentle and I don’t leave the office feeling “beat up on”! It’s always great to see her as her spirit is so welcoming!! Medina you ROCK!! Yuli (Dental Asst) is friendly and has a wonderful disposition. During my last visit she went the extra mile to find me a blanket because I was cold and small gestures like this mean a lot! Dr. Desi, is simply the BEST! She is gentle, caring, and pays attention to detail. She has been my Dentist for several procedures, and I don’t have ANYTHING to complain about; as she provides excellent care. It's absolutely perfect both in terms of shape and color. I highly recommend them for any dental work you need. When I go for cleanings I adore Medina. She is like no other hygienist I have ever had and I've moved around the country and had many. Pretty much anything you need in terms of dental services... Go here! (The ladies at the front office/business side of things are on the ball too and had everything worked out with my insurance too!)

She was so kind, knowledgable and caring. She took the time to answer my many questions and did so patiently and asked to make sure I understood what she told me. Fantastic experience: Front desk personnel very friendly and efficient. Medina is an excellent hygienist. They all explain things and answer questions well.

Negative experience: Dentists are OK and hygenist works quickly but don’t let your guard down when it comes to insurance and payment. Make sure what this office estimates agrees with what your insurance will pay or you’ll end up with a secondary bill that, in my case, was more than twice the estimate. This is even after the office reportedly checked with my insurance company. I won’t be back.

Fantastic experience: Lane & Associates was recommended to me by a friend shortly after I lost my dental insurance coverage from a previous employer. He recommended them for several reasons, mainly for the Lane Advantage Plan. This allows me, and other uninsured, to received quality dental services at reasonable costs. Aside from the Lane Advantage savings, I have come to really like this place. I particularly appreciate the dental hygienist, Medina, who has been at this office since I first became a patient in 2021. She is truly passionate about, and excellent at, what she does. The rest of the staff is also always accommodating and professional. I have seen "Dr. C" on my two most recent visits and have been entirely pleased with him.
