Negative experience: This type warranty and service u get. My bottoms were in 2 pieces I drove from NC where I work disaster recovery to Springdale and they refused a new set and melted these back that CLEARLY are junk and hurt . Don’t send ur family or ur self here!!!!!

My experience was informative and pleasant (well, as pleasant as a tooth extraction can possibly be haha!). The cost was lower than most dental offices in the area and I received excellent service. Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with Dentures so I have nothing to compare to. For me everything was great! The whole process was explained to me and there were no surprises including cost. Technicians are very helpful and friendly. Zoe was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and a great communicator. Ive needed this for years. If I knew it would be this easy I would have done it a long time ago. Full upper only.

Negative experience: I was scheduled twice for a two hour appt today. Once by Dr Ike three months ago and confirmed last Thursday. Today nobody knows anything. And when pressed for an explanation she gave a lame excuse that Dr Ike said the xray said to wait. He never saw me today and she never left her desk to check, I watched. Dr Ike commented three months ago how solid the bone was when he inserted the pin. So, I'm at a loss to explain this in any other way other than staff cannot keep track of much. Negative experience: 3rd time working with them. I will change/adjust rating in future, if need be. So far, my gripes are 1. They don't seem to care about being punctual or making you wait. Communication! 2. They tell you that an Implant is permanent, but they will loosen from time to time. Talk about future 'Tune-ups'

Negative experience: Been there before. Good experience. But today not so much. Felt rushed to make a decision. Person doing my molds. Was rude and some what aggressive when reaching in my mouth. Went in for a exray for implants. Now got to wait for dentures. Even though I'm getting implants next month. Now I'm rambling. Just angry at the whole situation.

Fantastic experience: They were in a busy schedule, when I said I had an acute tooth pain they gave me an appointment within an hour. They were very helpful and I'm very happy about it.

Positive experience: I had to go in for a repair and I wasn't happy with the results and the staff made sure I was pleased with the modification. They did the modification so quickly and met my time restraints. They are are the greatest!

Fantastic experience: So far impressed. Got X-rays, consultation and financial disclosure. Also got briefed on their full service accommodations. Again impressive and look forward to my procedure day after tomorrow. Just did 3rd appointment and my technician is absolutely super. She is all over even my most minimal issues. Really impressive and massively exceeds my expectations.

Negative experience: I came to replace a flipper that I lost. After getting the impressions I was told to wait for 45 minutes and they would give me a time to come back. After an hour and 10 minutes, I went to the counter and asked if they had a time yet. She said OH yeah. Come back at 3. No telling how long the front desk knew. But just didn't tell me. After I came back the flipper didn't fit. The girl trying to fit complained on how much she hated these things and eventually gave up and just said to call back next week and reschedule a new one. I've been very busy and took a day off to get this done, now it isn't right and I can't find the time to make it back down there.

Negative experience: When I went in for a consultation I was led to believe I would have a say into the type of design my teeth were to be made. I didn't have any say whatsoever and I'm horrified at what they put in my mouth. The teeth are too small, and the color is an off white. My natural teeth were much larger. It's been nearly 3 months now, and I've lost 20 pounds, bc the pain is unfathomable, eating is approximately 90% impossible. I am nauseous throughout the day. (An unrelated MD scripted Promethazine with hope i may eat. Im finishing up the 2nd script) I have sores all throughout my cheeks, gums and hard palette. I brush my gums and teeth every time I succeed at getting something chewed, and I obtained a second bottle of Peridex to Hopefully aid in the healing in my mouth. I paid a lot of $$ to not have been able to say anything about the process/making of them, or even a bright white color. All I wanted was them to resemble my natural teeth and they don't at all. Now I have an all tooth and nearly all gum (partial, about half of the entire gum line protrudes outward) smile. I try to be a positive human, I kept putting this survey off bc I didn't want to be truthful about my true thoughts on the matter. I pray every day when I'm finished crying and ask God to somehow provide me a better experience in the near future. Idk what that will be or how long I'll have to wait, but I can't in good faith refer anyone here looking to get dentures. My consciousness would never rest. I apologize this survey is less than ideal. I felt I was run a cattle.

Negative experience: The removal process was very quick, and had minimal amount of pain. Now the top denture fits amazingly well after just the 1st soft alignment.. happy happy lady. Love have my smile back Had my 2nd soft liner done today. Told the worker about the pain and problems with the lower denture... He said not to worry i get a new hard reline in 4 months time.... Well okay..but how do i chew an use a bottom denture that does not fit well.. and hurts my gums..??

Fantastic experience: I must say, my first experience with this company was fantastic. However, when I went back for my second set of dentures it was a total different story! I was “told” my dentures were fine and I’d get used to them. When I went back to get adjustments made, i was made to feel like I was being a nuisance. With “many years of experience” my tech knew what I needed and I didn’t! My dentures are not made right and I hate them! I’m constantly reminded of how much I hate them every time I eat. I was told that the only way to fix them would be to totally remake the set, making me feel like a nuisance.Well so freakin what, right is right and wrong is wrong! I will NOT be going back to affordable dentures for my next set! UPDATE……. ❤️Brandy❤️! I had to go back and resolve this issue, I couldn’t live with my denture issues! I went back and talked to a supervisor. Upon examining my dentures he said, “ well that’s not right, we’ll have to make you a new set”. I made an appointment and was handed to Brandy. Brandy is a denture rock star! She was AMAZING! She was very sympathetic, listened intently to my complaints and explained everything in detail. Brandy made me feel that I mattered and that my satisfaction was important! She took my impressions with the utmost care and when my dentures were delivered they fit perfectly with no modifications! Brandy is the best at her trade! I have never been taken care in such a professional manner with such great results!!! Thank you so much Brandy you have made a huge improvement in my life and the way I feel about your company! I’m glad to say I will definitely be coming back for my next set of dentures, you ROCK girl!!!❤️

Negative experience: I believe they need to hire more staff. We have had to wait 45 minutes Everytime. We even arrive early. 10:30 appt was not called back until 11:15 and then waited in the back for another 10 min. They also do not explain there treatment plans very well. My husband's partial is not comfortable and he will not wear it so I just spent $3500 for nothing.

Fantastic experience: The staff I dealt with was helpful and well informed. Dr. Ike provided a detailed assesment and explained my options well enough for any to understand. I had out-of-state insurance, but the admin staff was able to verify my coverage and provide my estimates in a timely manner despite that. And finally the pricing was less than I expected (having received prior estimates on the work I intended to have done).
