Kraner Family Dentistry has been serving the Wentzville and the surrounding St. Louis area for the past 18 years. We are a high tech, modern practice that focuses on care for the entire family! We stream Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, Disney+, etc… so you can keep up withe all your favorite shows, while enjoying Nitrous Oxide sedation to make your dental visit as relaxing as possible!

Fantastic experience: The friendliest and so very helpful staff, I highly recommend them. They were so helpful when I brought my 88 year old mother in and were able to resolve her tooth issue that same day. It was chipped so they were able to shave off the pointy problem of the tooth until she could go see an oral surgeon. It's so rare that a service can actually be done on the same day. Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. The dentist also came out to talk with m regarding the issue with my mother, he was super nice. Yo will not b disappointed to make this your permanent dentist.

Fantastic experience: My first appointment with Kraner Dentistry was the best. From Nicole the receptionist who was very kind and helpful to Dr Mayfield that took the time to answer any of my questions and then the best hygienist that had my teeth so clean. Kraner made me feel very comfortable. As I looked around it looked like a happy place and all the employees were helpful with very good attitudes, you could tell they enjoyed their job. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Kraner Family Dentisty for quite a few years. This is the first time I needed a problem taken care of between cleanings. I had a pain in my lower right rear toolh area. When I called with my problem I was given fast, friendly service. The staff showed a real concern about my problem and gave me an appointment in a very fast time.The service at my appointment was outstanding, PROBLEM SOLVED! No one could ask for faster, more friendly , professional service! They are without a dought a five star Family Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: The environment is so energetic and happy. I love coming in every 6 months to get my teeth cleaned. Ann cleaned my teeth, we had such great conversations. She really cared about what was going on with my life. It really made the time go by fast. Dr. Sutton was incredible too with teaching me things about my teeth. I would not change a thing!

Fantastic experience: I came to Kraner dentist when I lived in Wentzville. Now living in Hermann I will still travel the distance to have the professional care this dentist office gives. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Mayfield was my specialist during my last visit and he did a great job. First time going to a dentist that I barely felt the needle to numb!! Fantastic experience: After years of avoiding dentists due to anxiety from previous experiences, I finally decided to try Kraner Family Dentistry after seeing nothing but good reviews and I’m glad I did. So far I’ve had 2 cleanings and cavities filled here and I don’t have anything bad to say at all. I now look forward to my dental appointments and will happily pay extra to come here since they are out of network with my insurance. From the friendly smiling faces as soon as you walk in and the dentists who listen and care about your concerns, I can’t say enough good things about this place. Not to mention the option of listening to music or watching a show while you’re getting your dental work taken care of. Even while running behind for the day they still made sure I was comfortable and happy with my dental work. I highly recommend going here for any dental needs and I now look forward to going to the dentist rather than dreading it.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Kraner for over 5 years and we always get great care! My son recently chipped a tooth and they got us in quick to assess and repaired the same day! My kids never complain about going to the dentist, so that is an added bonus.

Fantastic experience: I unfortunately needed to replace a crown, so Allie explained to me the process, which followed by Dr Kraner explaining in detail how my replacement should not be too painful due to a root canal. He did give me numbing medicine to prevent any discomfort. Both Allie and Dr. Kraner were helpful, professional, and had my appointment completed within 2 1/2 hours. They were also assisting each other in training another employee and treated her respectfully while focusing on my crown replacement. Our family is always pleased with the service we receive.

Fantastic experience: From the time I first called I was impressed with Jasmine’s professionalism , she was able to get me into the office quickly due to severe pain, some offices I called said to come in a month or more, when arriving at the office I was equally impressed with the office facility and staff, the technician and dentist were both great as well, after not going to the dentist since Covid I have several major issues that need to be fixed and am confident this is a great team to handle it and continue with for preventing future problems. Fantastic experience: Went there because I had tooth pain expecting infection. They did x rays tooth was all good. Related to sinus pressure. Great they were honest and now I have a antibiotic to get rid of sinus infection. Everyone there was really nice

Fantastic experience: We absolutely LOVE Kraner Dentistry! We have gone here for years. Everyone treats you like family and they are amazing with kids (and adults). If you are nervous or your little one is nervous they are great at explaining things and making sure you are comfortable. We were just in yesterday and had Kristin for the first time and she was great. We also seen Dr Sutton who has worked with my kids multiple and she is amazing! Highly recommend! Update: 4/25 I went in for a crown and a wisdom tooth extraction. Dr Mayfield and Allie took great care of me. I was very nervous and they walked me through each step and made sure to answer any questions I had. Great experience.

Fantastic experience: Twice I had to go in for so major work and both times Dr. Mayfield has taken the best care of me. I dont handle pain well and get incredibly anxious. Each time he made sure to take every step and offer any option they had to alleviate the anxiety. He's quick, knowledgeable, and patient. Both times his dental assistant was Taylor who is the sweetest kindest person. Sabrina at the front desk has walked me through so many plans and financial steps. All the ladies up front have (I'm sorry I wanted to call out by name but I can't remember the names) been kind and remembered me each time and would ask about things with me. Seriously, you can't find a better dentist. They're amazing. And best part? I got my smile back!

Scheduling appointments is a breeze, and they are fantastic at reminding us of our upcoming visits. Availability is usually great, with minimal wait times. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the office setup is perfect for families. They have music, TV, and tablets to keep the kids entertained, and we always leave with a free toothbrush, which is a nice touch. Our recent visit was a bit different as my 11-year-old needed a tooth pulled to prepare for braces. The team made the process easy and painless for her. They had all the orders from the orthodontist, so I didn't have to worry about anything. We were in and out with no issues. The atmosphere is never tense and I love going to the dentist now. They also have very flexible hours which works great with my work schedule. I would never choose a different dentist over Kraner. Fantastic experience: *** Second Update Feb 2024 *** I had a full hysterectomy in October, and I had dental issues following intubation. Two of my bottom molars cracked, and they had to be removed. Recovery from major surgery and tooth removal was long and rough. The staff’s support was incredible. I didn’t realize that you can actually TEXT the doctors there!! Dr. Loida and I became best friends due to how often I had to return for follow-ups. I was even able to text him a few times (as well as Dr. Kraner) about my healing progress - which was great because it helped me avoid subsequent visits. I’m pursuing implants this year at this facility. I’ve been treated with nothing but respect and care. I don’t know why people say otherwise - I absolutely love it here. I have complete confidence in everyone in this office. *** Update as of Jan 2024: I still love coming to this practice. My OG technician Kristin is still there, and she feels like family. I had a tooth chip two days ago, and was able to get in this afternoon. Dr. Sutton (who I saw since my first visit) and Morgan helped me. They’re down to earth, friendly, and definitely do not do BS. My favorite thing is that I was able to get a filling and a crown in the same visit! I love that I don’t have to come back in two weeks while walking around with a a temporary crown (because I’ve lost those). I seriously can’t recommend them enough. My kids love coming here, too. Original review (2020): Some of the nicest providers ever! The facility is clean, modern, and comfortable. Both of my toddlers, my baby, and I are happy patients here. My toddlers always ask to go back!! My husband will soon be joining the bandwagon. I’ve had to get two crowns and several fillings done. I was very appreciative that they make the crowns in house. I’ve never had good luck with temporary crowns. I’m also impressed with their high standards of following COVID-19 safety protocols. Definitely makes me feel safer about bringing my young ones there.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing dentistry! Super clean and friendly staff that introduces themselves to you. After going through 2 different dentistries since moving to the area we finally found the perfect one. They even gave my son a new patient gift which he absolutely loves. Fantastic experience: First time in the office, I was completely impressed. Coming from a family dentist, it’s hard to find a replacement among all the commercial dentistries. This place is special & I look forward to going back. Everyone was great. The staff all work together to make the appointment more efficient. Dr Mayfield was so nice. Ashley really knows her stuff which was reassuring & the other Ashley was great at explaining everything.

Fantastic experience: All 3 of our girls went one day, they all were very pleased with their care, and had no worries or issues. I went the next day and my dental hygienist Kristin welcomed me and even remembered my girls. She explained everything to me before she did any procedure and even convinced me to watch tv while she performed care which did help make the cleaning seem like it went fast. Dr Mayfield was great, super nice, and did not pressure me into anything I wasn’t comfortable doing.

Fantastic experience: Had a great appointment with Allie and Dr. Loida. They made a not great procedure as comfortable and enjoyable as it can be. They were compassionate, had great communication, and updated me through the entire thing. This entire office is top notch!
