Fantastic experience: We have been coming to Baldwin Dental for years. Office staff is friendly and efficient. Hygienists are kind and gentle. Dentists are friendly and communicative. My youngest is prone to cavities and they even make filling cavities tolerable for a little guy. Everyone seems to love them because the schedule fills fast! But they actually call if you ask to be on a cancellation list and work to get us all in at the same time. They need a bigger waiting room because they are so popular!

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice! The entire staff and doctors here are all excellent. The office is clean and presents well. Plenty of parking. Prices are very reasonable and credit cards accepted. My only recommendation for improvement would be to prohibit the use of audible devices and the making of phone calls in the waiting room. A few inconsiderate patients spoil the otherwise peaceful waiting room experience for everyone else who are forced to listen to them. All else perfect!

Fantastic experience: It’s difficult being on vacation and having tooth issues but so happy I discovered Baldwin Family Dental… I needed to have an emergency tooth extraction and this wonderful team of professionals took excellent care of me. I showed up in their office, in pain, without an appointment and they managed to fit me in. Everyone was friendly, professional and kind. From Jenna at the front desk, Candie, Jennifer, Dental Assistant and Dr. Waheed. And prices were reasonable for services performed. If I lived locally this would definitely be my dental practice.

Negative experience: I do not recommend using Baldwin Family Dental. Here is why. First and foremost, getting them to answer the phone or call you back after you leave a message, near impossible. My wife and I tried calling for two days straight and left 3 or 4 voicemails with no answer or call backs. My wife had to drive down to their office the day before my appointment just to confirm it because we could not get them to answer the phone or call us back. That's only the start though. The final straw for me was when I realized I was being taking advantage of. They lied to me about a procedure I had done. So several years back when I first became a patient there they recommended that I get a special cleaning done where, over the course of several appointments, they clean deep below the gumline. What I did not realize though is that after those special deep cleaning appointments, every cleaning I do with them from here on out is now considered a "maintenance cleaning". They didn't tell me that would be the case when I first agreed to the deep cleaning appointments. What I came to realize is that they are not doing anything special or different than a normal cleaning when they perform these "maintenance cleanings". They will say otherwise but they are not. What they are doing though is billing the insurance company differently and because it isn't a normal cleaning, which my insurance covers 100% of the cost for twice a year, they charge for a "maintenance cleaning" which my insurance only covers 80% of for that type of cleaning so I then have to pay out of pocket for the rest each and every cleaning now. This was not made clear to me what so ever after agreeing to having their special deep cleanings done. I requested that they don't do a maintenance cleaning and just do a normal cleaning instead so that my insurance would cover 100% of it and I don't have to pay anything out of pocket but they said no. That now because I had that special deep cleaning done, that every appointment will have to be considered a "maintenance cleaning appointment". It's pretty obvious what they're doing here, it's a way to charge their patients and the insurance companys more money. Me and my family will not be using Baldwin family Dental any longer. Do better.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygenist is the best! Checking in for my appointment was confusing due to getting a text and link to check in from the parking lot, like when we were social distancing. I sat in the car for 15 minutes and never heard back. I tried calling the office but the phone would ring once then disconnect. I'm not sure if I should have gotten the text/link. All else is great there!

Negative experience: Not happy about having to deal with pain without any medication help from you. Everyone is not a drug addict. I don’t like pain. And you let be in pain without any medication no concern. When I asked for pain medication , I don’t want to be told Motrin is a pain med. it’s not. I don’t appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: Today I made a return visit to Baldwin Family Dental. I had two filling and a temporary crow. Again .Dr P and her assistance Stephanie were just wonderful. While being given a numbing shot I felt a light tapping on my shoulder which took my mind off the shot. It was unbelievable how effective this tactic worked. Just a good all around visit. Fantastic experience: I do not think I’ve ever liked a dentist before Baldwin dental. All staff is kind and easy to talk to. The system they have works, no flaws. From check in to appointment to checkout it’s all a breeze. I never wait longer than five minutes for an appointment and feel as though my time is valued when I’m there. Very professional in all aspects. My dentist is very empathetic and explains everything in detail with you. Explains options and lets you choose your next steps versus telling you what comes next. Dr.P is by far the best dentist I have ever had . I appreciate her honesty, knowledge, and kindness during our visits.

Fantastic experience: They always take time to hear what I have to say and do everything they can to fix any issue I have. I used to be so afraid of the dentist, because of sensory issues. But these dentist take their time to make sure I'm not overwhelmed.

Positive experience: My 3rd trip to have my crown cemented back in. As usual sat for 50 minutes after scheduled appointment. Finally got back and kinda of felt like they really didn't read my chart. I actually had to tell them it was to have crown put back on. Not a new crown going on for the first time. Why don't doctors read charts? Always baffles me. Anyway. Once we finally got that established. They got my crown back on. As they said I could go back up front I had to remind them that I still had a mouth full of gauze. Once I got that removed I proceeded to go up front. Which the girls are always great. This place is highly busy. Which is good. But I also feel it take time away from patients as they have to rush to always try and keep up with waiting patients.

Fantastic experience: Miracle workers! I called for an emergency appointment and I needed a major procedure, the receptionist was the sweetest person ever and was able to squeeze me in the same day. As soon as I got there I was called in and the Dr performed the procedure in less than 1 hr. I am extremely satisfied and grateful with all the team.

Everyone is nice & most places doesn’t like working on Veterans (staff some mean) & been trying to get that tooth fixed since February. Changing my Cigna to Humana starting January 1 & I what caught up with the VA too. I’m retired Navy & have contact with VA to do all work for they have been incompetent. You had my approval a on Nov 11th & no one called? Having 2 insurances & suffering makes no sense? I cancelled my amazing New Orleans trip for Thanksgiving with my daughter because I was in so much dental pain & I had no holiday. This has to be the last time ever please? I’ve had 2 different periods of over 2 years with no work since Michael. Dentist passed away after Michael really messed me up. Many thanks, very excited about my smile to come?
