Fantastic experience: I bought my son today for his first dental appointment. May I just say I found the greatest place to bring my children. The staff and Dr were amazing. My child was so afraid the staff was claim and patient with my child.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time here for a visit for our son. We were greeted on arrival and checked in promptly. We were helped by Arias and she was very friendly and accommodating to our son. The whole staff was friendly and informative and our visit was efficient.

Fantastic experience: A friend recommended this place to me and My son LOVED it. Friendly staff, gentle hands, and awesome overall experience. My son loved his toys and the vibrant space. His first dental experience was great thanks to this place.

I always take the cutest pictures of my little one and she always looks forward to getting a cool prize after. This place I highly recommend it’s beyond a 10! Fantastic experience: 10/10 recommend bringing your kiddos here!! I have an 8 year old, 7year old and a 3 year old and the dentist was amazing!! My 8 year old has Down syndrome and autism and the staff were so sweet and caring!! They only did what was comfortable with her AND still were able to get the job done.

Negative experience: My son got a bad experience and got hurts from the person who supposed to protect him , his lick were serious damaged , taking a tooth out, when we didn't when for that, also the person who injected my son anesthesia never show face after that "disappear" and we ask for her name and license and were denied, also this place have NOT license to run business in bell garden, and the owner will have to show proof of the person that Hurst my son that is legally certified and license to injected and work as a doctor, can't happen this again to nobody

Negative experience: I went for a tooth separator for my son, since Dr. Kemia Zeinali had a tooth pulled out last week, and this Friday, August 8th, he was seen by another person, who gave my son an anesthetic and told me it was to put a sealant on one of his teeth and ended up pulling out another tooth and cut his lip. The separator that I went for was not put in because they had not taken the correct measurement, when I saw my son with a cut lip, I requested that person's license and the girls did not want to show it and said I should come back the next day that Dr. Kemia would talk about the matter, and oh surprise it was closed, this case is not going to stay like this, and as an experience do not believe in gifts or get carried away by how nice the place looks, I saw zero empathy from the staff and the doctor by not comedianing with me either the same day or the next day. One of the receptionists even laughed and made fun of the subject. I'm putting her in the photo, and all they could say was, the doctor who treated my son had already left. How could she leave during working hours? Before anyone touches your children, ask to see their license. Not just any doctor can administer anesthesia, and Dr. Kemia doesn't treat everyone. I believed in her professionalism, but she had zero empathy. I believed her because of the speech she gave in her paid advertisements on Fox and Univision.

Positive experience: Had a good dentist appointment for my daughter. Slight confusion but it’s insurance in the beginning with the front desk but all in all very nice office and nice and pleasant staff. The ladies here are very sweet.

It’s not always easy to find a place where you feel comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a kind, professional team that really takes the time to treat kids with care and respect. Fantastic experience: First time for our son diagnosed with Autism and they are a Godsend!! From the moment you walk in it is sensory welcoming and friendly!! We loved the waiting areas and the interactive play on the floor as well . Previous dentists always recommended us to put our son to sleep and I just couldn’t do that to him. However for our first actual dentist visit, the staff let my son call them tooth fairies instead of doctors (triggers his nervousness) and they let him take the lead through the visit and thoroughly explained what will be happening during his visit. Upon leaving they handed him a toy and a backpack . He loved his Dino custom backpack and monster truck! Thank you for putting your patients first! You definitely helped this family be able to continue our son’s dental hygiene and care for his future!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is supper friendly and attentive to the children and sweet as well, my children are always terrified of the dentist but when I showed them videos and when we walked in they liked it and for the first time did not cry and I have boys from 2 to 12 years old. The best part is there are different games for them as well to a electric touch game table, the floor game , and baby games and puzzles on the wall .The nurses in the back are so nice to the kids and the dentist she’s good with them as well so I most definitely recommend you to bring your children and on top of it they give them a toy and this time a back pack for back to school this place is awesome I love it so the 30 minute drive from my home is no problem as long as my children feel comfortable and welcomed!

Fantastic experience: I always have a difficult experience when taking my 3 year old son to the dentist. I decided to give Dreamhouse Dental a try to make his experience as pleasant as possible. He became excited once entering their door and walked straight to the play room where he enjoyed the games, wall decoration and every little detail. Every staff treated him and I with kindness and respect and always guided us on which room to head and also every procedure. I am satisfied with the communication between the doctor and I as she answered all the questions and concerns I had regarding my son’s dental health. I am grateful that I brought my son and will definitely be bringing him again.

Fantastic experience: Literally the best dental office for your children! They understand your concerns and make you feel heard and seen as a parent. Front desk girls were very interactive with our babies which made them feel so welcomed and relieved. Dr and assistants were all so helpful and informative. Fantastic experience: What a beautiful, clean and child friendly dentist facility. All the staff and doctors were so welcoming, warm and polite to us. The kids especially enjoyed the ambiance, free gifts given to them and how they treated them with so much care. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Negative experience: I want to start by saying that this is by far the worst place to bring your children. The two front desk staff members are extremely unprofessional. The manager, Andrea, consistently has a poor attitude, and Jaylene another front desk employee often acts like she’s in charge, also with a dismissive and unpleasant demeanor. One afternoon, I happened to be going to the store and saw both of them drinking in their car during their lunch break. They also seemed visibly under the influence, which made me deeply uncomfortable. It’s shocking and concerning that Dr. Zeinali allows individuals who appear impaired to be working around children. On top of this, I myself have witnessed them offering incentives like gift cards to patients and bonuses to staff in exchange for positive reviews, which feels very dishonest and misleading. Based on my personal experience with the front desk staff and what I’ve observed, I’m relieved that I chose not to continue bringing my son here or allow them to treat him. I do not trust this facility, and I would strongly urge other parents to think twice before taking their children here especially when the staff responsible for greeting and assisting patients are behaving this way during work hours.

She usually doesn’t do well with her doctors visit so i didn’t even want to imagine how historical she was going to be about the dentist. To my surprise she was very calm, and that is all thanks to the staff and doctor. They were extremely gentle and welcoming to my child. They knew how to get my child to cooperate. They were very kind, gentle and encouraging throughout the whole time not just with my child but with me as the parent as well. I am so happy with the experience my daughter and I had with dreamhouse dental. Totally recommend them !!
