Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is seldom a pleasure so it is critical to go to a good one. I have found a very professional team delivering dental care to its patients. Dr. Mas, Dr. Rodriguez, Jorge, Martha, at all are experienced and caring. I had a dental emergency and they acted immediately. Everything was explained and I did ask lots of questions all of which were answered clearly. Lots. I noticed the way they treated each other during the procedure, always nice, always respectful. It speaks volumes about the organizational culture they foster. I was lucky the Surgeon was present. Extremely grateful I was in her hands. Dr. Brigitte.

Negative experience: This place seems to want to upsell you services. I came in as a new patient looking for a routine cleaning, covered by my dental insurance. I came in at 230pm for my appt, and was seen at roughly 250pm. Once I sat in the chair I was told I needed an xray. I declined and said I already had one earlier this year and would be able to provide one. After letting them know I had horrible reception, I asked for the WiFi so I can forward the email from my previous dentist. No guest wifi so they sent me to the coffee shop next door. Once the email of records was downloaded with the X-rays, I was able to forward the exact email but they were unable to open the documents. One of the front desk assistants was extremely sweet and helpful and had me screenshot and send the xray photos to the office cell number. At that moment, an extremely rude office assistant decided to interject herself with what can only be deduced as someone trying to upsell services not needed. She said they couldn’t open the email and download the pictures, then she lied to my face twice about it being a requirement by law to have X-rays (completely untrue), then asked me when I had them done (so she can try and claim the X-rays are too old and would require new ones (generally needed 12-18 months, mine were 8 months old), and finally she tried to make me feel guilty that I had taken up two of their cleaning appointment spots since it was 3:15pm at that point, hoops they themselves caused me to jump through. Finally she said without cray we aren’t doing any cleaning. I told her I’m out of there. I left and started looking for a new dental office to go to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Go to a family practice or something where they treat you right.any one Star reviews talk about the same money-hungry practices going on there. I hope if the owner decides to reply to my post that they include the “law” that states X-rays are a requirement that was so adamantly told to me by his employee

Fantastic experience: Martha is amazing. I drive over one hour to have her do my periodic cleaning.

Negative experience: My appointment was at 4pm been waiting for a whole hour watching everyone getting seen before me. After a whole hour past by I'm the only one I'm the lobby. Finally got my name called just to do paperwork and she tried to quickly charge my card which I refused. Never again will I be going there.

Negative experience: They charging extra money for cleaning. One year ago they charge $127 and told me that only for first deep cleaning. But two days ago they trying to charge again. I told that I wand regular cleaning, but they refuse to give me service. Also they trying to force me do crown on one tooth, which is not bothering me. Actually Insurance company paying for deep cleaning (I just called insurance company).

Negative experience: The worst dental option is Dental Options .This place is nothing but rude people and rip off. Just an advice for those who are reading the reviews read the bad ones because they are the true reviews for that place not that they have posted with their fake accounts our their employees and their families accounts. They started on me tooth they collected $1000 and opened it up and scheduled me for second appointment (which by the way I said I only can make it at 5pm and they called me 4 times trying to have me come earlier which I can’t because I be at work But they don’t get it and they have 0 customer service.) anyWho when I get there they wanted to collect the whole payment before they even fix the issue and they the ones that one my tooth that wasn’t hurting me to begin with and they don’t want to even wait check me tooth that is killing me from the pain even though I was going to pay half today and the rest on Friday. So that’s the truth of the dental place. Have mercy and have a sense of humility before you work with humans. Positive experience: I scheduled my daughter’s routine X-rays and cleaning as I had a good experience previously. One of my daughters had her x rays and cleaning and the hygienist was wonderful! My other daughter however was told she had the onset of gum disease, extreme plaque buildup and would require an intense cleaning not a deep cleaning for an additional cost. First time I’ve been told this. I declined the additional treatment and waited for her to be called in to do her regular cleaning. They did not call her. She was denied a basic preventive cleaning covered by our insurance. Moreover, they were not clear that she would not be getting ANY cleaning at all. We waited for 40 min only to find out that because we declined the “intermediate” not deep cleaning and the additional cost they refused to do the basic preventative care. I normally don’t do an extensive procedure unless it’s an obvious emergency or I get a second opinion to confirm the first one. However, they should have given her the basic preventative treatment and then let US decide if we come back for a more intense cleaning.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. Played games with my appointments and tried to charge me extra money, I had to call my insurance company to get it straightened out. Very strange behavior.

Negative experience: I got my bridge done there which was hurting me from the beginning. I paid over 7 grand less than 2 years ago now they broke and they want me to pay another 7 grand. I feel robbed with no gun. I'm now looking into legal options.

Fantastic experience: My dental technician, Erasmus, did a great job cleaning my teeth. A little old school by manually scraping my teeth and new school with the tool that makes a vibration with water flow, name unknown.

Negative experience: The old office may be run down and terrible parking, but I was at least seen on time. I set up a new patient consult and cleaning and was only seen by DMD for 4min. I then had to be seen at the new office for the cleaning that should’ve been done at the first visit, waited 35min, and was told the delay was because of the rain. I cancelled and now have to search for a new provider to get the cleaning. I’m Sad this one didn’t work out… this was a convenient location :/

Negative experience: The service during my first visit was great. However, when I came back for my routine teeth cleaning, the front desk employee was obnoxiously rude. First, she informed me that there is a $5 co-pay. When I told her that there is no co-pay for prophylactic visits, she printed out my insurance rules which in fact confirmed my statement. She continued to insist on her position and told me that she "will be happy to cancel" my current appointment and that I "can call my insurance agent". I did call my insurance and was told that indeed that routine cleaning require no co-payment and the front desk person should've called them to clarify it on the spot.

Negative experience: This is the worst experience I had in a dentist in my life! Never been treated with less respect and screamed in a public business by anyone the receptionist Carlos can’t talk like that to no one being the face of the business . ( and I work for a retail company) and more after spending 1400 dollars. I when at the beginning to do a cleaning and realized I had two bad teeth . So I decided to do them. I Stell have to do the rest of my treatment and I refuse going back there. I’m still waiting for the manager or someone from management to call me and send me all my paper work to my email. I even have one of my teeth with a bad shape and won’t go back to fix it. Honestly the doctor and her helper were great. But weren’t there when all this happened. Now I have to go back in 2 weeks to remove a medicine they put on my tooth and prefer to loose it than going back there. Will never recommend this place to anyone. And I’m still waiting A call of the manager or owner. But trust me I’ll let anyone I know not to go there. I just want all my documents and what they did so I can go to a different dentist. WILL NEVER COME BACK TEHERE

Fantastic experience: Dental Options is in network for my Medicare Advantage Plan. When I first arrived I had my doubts what I was getting in to. Seemed like a typical high volume minimum service operation. Was I ever wrong. Dental Options is super organized, on time, high quality group. The service and care is every bit as good as any “boutique “ dental group. I went in for a broken tooth that needed an implant. Dental Options did it for $4400. The last implant I had with Sage Dental cost $6700. This is for identical procedures. Dental Options is a good value and highly recommended.

Positive experience: I like my dentist dr Pozo she has great hands but the billing office is a desastre, I have been over charged and when I asked for the bill is impossible to get it, keep calling but no luck. Is no transparency in billing. I will like to contact the main billing department if is any.

Negative experience: I rate dental options 1 star. If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, the Dr,s there refuses to you and you have to make another appointment. The worst of it all there waiting time is always to an hour to two hours wait. I don’t agree with there services. I have not had a good experience with them. This not the 1st time these experiences has happened. Again, I rate their services a low score.

Negative experience: Avoid this dental office! While my hygienist was great, my overall experience was terrible. I was charged more than expected after declining the fluoride treatment- something they never informed me would come with a fee. When I called to to address the issue, I spoke with the office manager JOSELINE. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to LISTEN. Instead of helping, she falsely accused me of things I did not do, claimed I was screaming which I wasn't and then hung up me. She definitely needs management training! The front desk staff is also unprofessional- some are rude, difficult to communicate with, or constantly calling to harass me about appointments confirmations. To make matters worse, they gave me someone else's treatment plan without even providing me with my own receipt. This office lacks professionalism, organization, and proper customer service. I do not recommend them.

They submitted a claim through my insurance for a service I NEVER received and are now harassing me for payment. Manager and one of the finance specialists are fraudulent, disrespectful and need to be looked into. Go at your own risk. Hygienist did a great job btw.

Negative experience: I would clarify my rating by saying that the service was 5 stars. Ruth did a great job with cleaning and is a pleasant lady. Now here is a breakdown why one should think twice before going here: 1. I booked an appointment for cleaning and specifically clarified the price over the phone. Was told it's $79 and was charged right after arrival. 2. After exam and x ray I was recommended to get more intense cleaning. 3. After the intense cleaning I was charged additionally $127 and while complained was told that even though it was another level of cleaning I have to pay the full price for it instead of the difference. Turns out I paid $79 for the exam and x-ray only. I will definitely not go back because now it makes me question the final amounts of further treatments which are way more expensive. Once again the service itself was good and staff was friendly.

Negative experience: They are running a scam. Carlos was very rude and sassy they kept changing the price thinking we were just going to pay whatever they decide that day… he pretends like he doesn’t know what Cigma covers … shame on everyone in that office

Negative experience: I have never been to such a money hungry establishment. I was sold an X-ray and cleaning for a new patient price. Got X-ray done and was told I needed a deep cleaning and they could Not and would not perform the regular cleaning for me.The doctor was just cold and unimpressed I should have left right there. I Was passed on to the manager who was just mad rude and disrespectful then he goes and pass me on to the coordinator who was just rude and condescending. She kept trying to sell me the services that I did not want she even said they get so many patients each day she couldn’t care less if she lose patients who can’t afford to pay. They refuse to give me a refund and would not give me the cleaning that I went in for. I have never been so pissed off leaving an appointment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are just SCAMMERS!! They must think money grows on trees.

Negative experience: Had my wisdom tooth removed, and I think something was done wrong because it’s been 6 months since my wisdom tooth was removed and my gum gets swollen when I eat and it hurts at times too. Also, their refund system is horrible. I had to get my bank and insurance involved to investigate this place because they wouldn’t respond my emails or give me an answer when I would call about my money that I paid out of pocket, once they received the money from my insurance. Seems like they wanted to keep my money and the insurance money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This place is called dental options but they provide the options when the customer says they just want a regular routine checkup, they said no they gave me no options!!! I won’t be going back!

Negative experience: I went there because is one of the offices that work with my insurance. I had pain. They did some x rays and then took me to the billing room. When I decide to decline the cleaning ( they charged me $1000 for a procedure that my insurance covers 100%), they threw the pain medication I would have to take in the trash. The person was holding my medication unwrapped in her hands without gloves -

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely wonderful experience from the time I checked in, had my exam and received my treatment. I wish I knew the young ladies name that helped me, but she was so friendly. Dr Mas was great and so was her assistant. I suffer from ptsd and anxiety and they made me feel so comfortable. The gentleman that deep cleaned my teeth was very professional, I felt safe, comfortable and he kept checking in with me from time to time. That was probably the most thorough deep clean that I’ve ever had. I have session 2 of my deep clean next week, I have nothing but great things to say about my experience and I will definitely return for my continued dental care.

Negative experience: Just awful. Their lab botched a job I needed done and after charging me for the incompetent result, ghosted me when I tried reaching out to fix it. Fast at taking your money but unresponsive when they screw up. Avoid them.
