Going in for more work 2 years later. Still modern and quick and professional. Great group! Ok. 2 weeks later .. Still loving this group after extractions and implants. Feel great and Dr. Tripp was gentle and walked me through everything he was doing. Very non invasive! Completed my implants today, excellent job, everything looks great and The work is excellent. Ready for my next crown.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist (Desi) was one of the best I’ve had in 60+ yrs of dental care. She answered questions with frank responses, interspersing humor to make a point. She checked in with me several times during the cleaning to make sure I was ok with the process. The dentist also had a good bedside manner. The process was very efficient overall. Today, Hope was my hygienist. She was equally good…very thorough, and, I could tell meticulous. It looks like a very consistent practice, regardless who provides the service. The front office team also serves the patients well. I had a tooth filling today. The procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Tripp and his assistant, Jessica, worked well together, checking in with me regularly to make sure I was doing well.

Fantastic experience: My second visit to Landmark Dental Cotswald . I was going to have an extraction on a molar on my left side that had root canal performed 25 years ago. The removal was uneventful, except that the tooth was fractured and had to be taken out in pieces. Dr Tripp Was considerate and showed me the pieces as they were taken out of my gums. I was glad Dr Tripp Was so meticulous and assured me that the tooth hasn’t caused much Inflammation to the jaw. On my second day after surgery, I’m still recovering and enjoying bone broth, mint tea, Jell-O, and Yogurt. I’m reluctant To start eating solid food So perhaps by dinner time, I’ll feel braver! This was my first visit to Landmark at Billingsley. Lily was my dental hygienist and she did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. Dr Trigg did the careful examination of my teeth was able to show me a small dark patch on a tooth that Dr. Miller performed root canal on many years ago. It looks like the only solution is to remove the tooth and replace it with an implant, so we do that in January.

Dawn, my hygienist is excellent and is very friendly and made me feel she is interested in me as her client. Dr. Arman has been my dentist for years. I cannot say enough good things about him. He listens. He is interested. He takes his time. He makes you feel welcome and lets you know he cares about you as his client and is ready to meet your dental needs.

The staff have never brought up those bad decisions, only focusing on how to move forward in a way that is comfortable for me and my budget. The admin office has been really helpful with information and options. Highly recommend.

The hygienist, Emily, not only understood my concerns, but she also problem-solved so that I experienced a stress free cleaning and exam. Her cheerful personality and obvious competence made this first visit to Landmark by far the best dental appointment I’ve ever had. The state of the art equipment facilitates each step of the visit. Next I received a thorough examination by Dr. Tripp. He took into account my dental and medical history and helped me make decisions that relieved my concerns. I feel he solely has my best interests at heart. I left another practice because of inadequate Covid precautions. There was no worry about sanitation at Landmark. I am so committed to continuing with Landmark that I purchased their reasonably priced dental insurance plan thanks to the advice of Denise who calculated which plan would be most beneficial to me. After 4 years in Charlotte, I now have the piece of mind knowing I have found the best dental care. Plus today I have a beautifully sparkly smile! Today I had my first cleaning with Lilly. She’s incredibly patient and thorough. So much appreciated.
