Fantastic experience: I made the change this past year to Dr Palmer. Boy am I glad I did. With their state of the art equipment and expertise, he discovered 2 major issues that needed addressed immediately. My previous hygienist was brutal and insensitive and these girls are gentle and listen to the patient. This was the best experience I’ve had in many years. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr Palmer.

As long as we live in Safford this will remain our family dentist!

The dentist and the assistants were kind, caring, attentive and gentle. I was given several different options for treatment plans, and found it affordable. I have gone many years without fixing my teeth because I couldn't afford any options. I'm glad I found this dental office and I look forward to bringing my whole family here!

Fantastic experience: I had been going to this dental clinic for months now and had my wisdom tooth removed done by Dr. Mack. I opted for just the regular anesthesia and Dr. Mack made it painless and quick. He did a very good job and I was so amazed. Overall experience everyone in the clinic is so professional and kudos to Dr. Palmer and all of his team. I feel well cared for and they don’t force you to do a certain procedure for the sake of it. I’m happy with their service from check-in to scheduling appointments.

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised at how well & calmly the visit went. From my arrival, when I went to the wrong door, every employee I had contact with was nothing but pleasant. The whole place gave off good vibes, from the friendly staff, to the clean& well appointed office, to the seemingly happy other patients, to the DR himself.Even 2 little kids were in there & they were calm & ready to see the dentist. So that particular office & everybody in it, got a. A+ from me, and I am Not easy to please. I have already called 3 people to tell them, if they need dental service, give Palmer & Johnson a shot .

She made my daughter feel so comfortable. She is really amazing with kids And she showed her all the tools she was using to clean her teeth. Didn't spray me all over or splash too much and used all tools very gentle. - Palmer was the dentist that fixed my chip, his attention to detail and ability to get the job done without any discomfort is impressive. It looks completely natural and matches my other front tooth perfectly. - all the way around my experience was perfect from the moment i walked in and walked out. Highly recommend!

Dr. Palmer not only does excellent work, but because of the extensive amount of work I am/was needing due to my own neglect and poor work from previous dentists, he takes the time with me to explain everything from dental work needed, process involved, steps required for long lasting results, etc. we’re talking not just fillings and oral care, but what was needed to obtain a long lasting smile, 40 years of previous dental incompetence. Staff is friendly, thorough with their responsibilities and knew me by sight after like, my 3rd visit. HIGHLY recommend.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so helpful and inviting. You are welcomed with smiles and they remember your name, and they are all awesome people to be around. This is super important for me, because going to the dentist used to be really scary! They even made my 7 and 8 year old niece and nephew comfortable answering all their questions with a smile and a sweet tone of voice so they didn't feel nervous.

Fantastic experience: I've always hated going to the dentist, however, both Mr. Johnson & Mr. Christopherson- my oral surgeon were top-notch. Best of all, no pain & they fixed 2 critically bad teeth, ehereas other dentists wanted to just yank them out! I highly recommend these guys!!! Negative experience: I felt like I couldn't ask any questions and was actually told an untruth that was never answered by the doctor or the specialist or the office staff. When they charged me before they even made my retainer for way more than I thought it should be they didn't want to answer any questions they wanted to just Ram the policy and price down my throat which I wasn't comfortable with in any way and obviously the doctor had no desire to speak with me because I did not see him after my initial visit. They did get me in promptly at first and treated me well until I ask questions then they didn't want to show me any paperwork I didn't even know what I was going to choose to do and they had already billed me for what they thought I should be billed for and I still didn't get what I wanted.

Fantastic experience: This has been my daughter’s second time here and they were amazing. She fell and broke her tooth in half over the weekend. I called them first thing Tuesday morning and they asked her to come in right away. They fixed up her tooth and you would never know half her tooth was gone just 5 minutes ago. So caring, helpful, patient, and constantly making sure she’s comfortable. I absolutely recommend them.
