Fantastic experience: I had a great visit to Brookside Dental Care. I've been a patient since their inception. My hygienist was more than thorough and did some extra periodontal work to keep my gums and bones healthy. Dr. Hadian came in for his exam portion and was thorough, efficient, and personable, as always. This practice is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and keeps current with technology and dental trends. They are organized and have a great system in place for the minute you walk through the door. I highly recommend the practice.

From the ease of getting a new patient appointment to completing all formalities and easy communication including friendly appointment reminders to the visit. All great experience. Truly great customer service. Salma as hygienist and Dr. Hadian were just great. My kids and I were all blown away with their service and smiles. The entire crew at this location are friendly from the front counter to every one in the main room, always carry a smile and are really detail oriented about everything including breaking down out of pocket expense. Fantastic experience: This is such a friendly, delicious deli. Every sandwich is sooo good. The employees all wear gloves to make them, which is a big plus for me! It's a gas station too but their deli is a hidden treasure. Try it you won't regret it! The photo is my Rachel hot pastrami sandwich. Full of meat and toasted to perfection.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gilliland did some work on a double crown cap I had. It was a painless procedure cutting it in half and removing one half. It was all done quite well, with no rough edges from the cut. I felt very relaxed. All was good afterwards, with no discomfort. Very professional and easy going. I definitely suggest Dr Gilliland for any dental work.

Negative experience: Not being military friendly is a tough look. I was home on leave and had an emergency and they told me that there was nothing they could do. I went to ceder crest dental care and they were phenomenal to me.

Positive experience: I recently moved to the area and needed to find a dentist. I require sedation to get dental work done and Dr Hadian and Kennedy were amazing. As far as the dental procedure went, it was great. Part of my dental procedure was to have an extraction done of four teeth. The aftercare for that was subpar. They had a partial made for me. I had to be scanned twice. When the partial came in, it was extremely slanted and when I smiled, it made it look like I didn’t have teeth because it was so far below my canine tooth. I went in for several adjustments, and it still would not sit on my gum and was still extremely slanted. I was told that this was as good as it was going to get. My opinion was that either the scans were not correct or the lab made it wrong, but no one offered to redo it or make it fit. The only solution they had was to take even more off of it, which would make it look even worse. Therefore, my recommendation for Brookside dental is they are a great source for dental care however their cosmetic dentistry is not as good as it could be. I’ve now had to go to a cosmetic dentist for a solution that makes my smile look natural which, of course will cost me additional money.

Negative experience: If I can give less than one, I would!! My 5 year old son went here and the doctor found out that he started to develop small cavities. We asked if they should be filled and removed, he said that he won’t fill them because he has baby teeth and permanent teeth will take over eventually. 6 months later, our son developed a huge abscess on his face, eye, and neck. He was rushed into the OR to get those teeth extracted and the pus drained!!!!!!! what a COMPETENT service!

Negative experience: Great friendly staff. They were very helpful. But yhe whole problem is that every filling fell out and its only been 1.5 yrs. I'm deathly afraid of dentists now I'm even worse. I spent $8000 and my teeth are worsr than before. I have pain and missing fillings and bondings.
