Fantastic experience: My daughter was a bit uncomfortable during her treatment, but Dr. Afreen Ahmed and dental assistant Kate were absolutely amazing with her. They showed so much patience and kindness, giving her breaks whenever she needed them and never rushing the process. Their calm, gentle approach made a huge difference in helping her feel safe and more at ease. It was clear they truly care about their patients’ comfort, especially with kids. I’m so grateful for the way they handled everything with compassion and professionalism. Highly recommend them for any parent looking for a caring dental team!

Negative experience: Everything about this place is terrible from the staff to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so kind to my kids and the playground and tv keeps them entertained. Aracely is very sweet and always gives us nice pins and keychains and remembers our names every time we go. She’s my favorite worker there 10/10 experience.

Negative experience: I arrived on 04/04/2025 looking for relief from my tooth pain, since at another clinic you had suggested a root canal treatment, which requires a specialist and they didn't have an appointment for 3 more days (04/07/2025), I came to this clinic looking for faster help, but here they diagnosed me with removing my wisdom tooth, without even giving me a diagnosis, when I told the doctor on duty the diagnosis from the other clinic, he looked upset and very despotic, and without giving me the opportunity to properly explain what the other clinic told me, he wanted to remove my wisdom tooth or remove all 3 together, he made me distrustful and I had to endure my pain until the day of my appointment with the first clinic, they performed a root canal on the tooth and the pain disappeared, without needing to remove my wisdom tooth. In addition to their poor care, I may have the opportunity to keep my teeth in place. Of course I will never take my children to these clinics again. Because it seems that they only know how to decorate and not provide good service.

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment several weeks ago for the week of spring break. I confirmed the appointment last Thursday. Since I didn’t confirm again yesterday by 5 it’s now cancelled by the office assistant manager. ( I was at an amusement park and didn’t get the message until after I left). I called the very next morning which is today and was told the best they can do is schedule next Tuesday (when spring break over ) I’m very upset and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Negative experience: Every time we come here we have to wait a hour before being seen every time! It’s ridiculous and I don’t understand how people who come in after us our seen before us.

Negative experience: Guaranteed 3HOUR WAIT TIME. The past 3 times we've been here we have had to wait 3 hours to be seen. They will lie and tell you its only 45 minutes to an hour wait. Will definitely start looking for a new dentist cause this is ridiculous.

Negative experience: This place used to be great. But now they are low staffed, no doctors available, all they want to do is take your insurance and money for exams!!! No service is done and the wait is forever without you sometimes even seeing anyone sat all!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Best place ever 5 stars Dr.Kelly Buck, Tanya and kate got me cavity free. Edit: i just got my 4 wisdom teeth pulled out i was surprised i didn’t feel anything and it was very quick too best service ever i was scared at first but this one dentist helped me calm down and told me everything will be ok and turns out he was right i felt amazing after my wisdom teeth got removed even tho some pain but im in day 5 of recovery and im feeling better than ever i will most definitely come back fsfs‍↕️ Much love to all the dentist in that place they work fantastic

Negative experience: Never again we got there for them to fix 3 cavities at 12 they didn’t start on her until after 2:32 they lady tells me she will be done around 3:15 here it is 3:39 still not done. And this was our second time rescheduling because they were behind in clients. They are so unorganised and slow

Negative experience: 0 stars actually! They beg yoi to give good reviews but they are actually a HORRIBLE, MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE! They ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS do a half ass job and never get anything right the first time! They don’t ever want to resolve even if they created it unless you are giving them some sort of money. My mom has receipts of them charging her higher and lower prices each month! How can you not keep up with your information as a dentist office???! They are always rude when you tell them you can’t make a payment or could the payment be reduced for whatever reasons! They don’y try to help or make anything easier! The orthodontist manager I believe is the rudest one. She always has an attitude when it’s complications with a patient. This is a dentist for someone who desperately needs a dental office. If you could, please find GENUINE CARE elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Medina, Beyonce, & Valeria & front desk were all helpful, friendly! My son loves coming here! The play area, the movies, the gifts & photos are all Amazing and definitely make us want to come back over and over again!!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with my toddler here today, went at 1130am, wasn’t packed, had a good movie playing, my son loves to run around in the inside playground, ariceli took a picture of him with the bear statue and made keychains and a button out of his picture, she went above and beyond, and when the dentist was done he was very thorough and explained well of what was going on and needed in the future to keep his teeth healthy. He got two animal balloons on the way out and was a happy customer, also stickers n toothbrushes. Thank you bear creek for taking care of my offspring!

Negative experience: Not so good here anymore I been taking my daughter here since she were 5yrs old (She's now 17yrs old ) this place has went down hill here lately they had to reschedule her appointments like 3 times Know better Do better...

Negative experience: This location is subpar, liars, danger to patients with healthy teeth, unprofessional and scammers. I need someone to leave me corporate information or I will let them know that you all tried to commit fraud and damage to my 13 year old healthy teeth. I will go to social media if necessary so no other parent goes through this.

Negative experience: The worst orthodonsit office in Dallas!!!!!! The office manager Diana, who is in charge of billing is u professional and a poor communicator. You are initially charged for services, and during the course of gradually overcharged. When Diana was questioned about a $250 overage on my receipt, it was stated it was first a service I had. This service was not discussed nor did I agree to it. Find you another location that is not scamming people out of their money without a proper explanation or valid documentation. They are crooks here! You have been warned. I hope the orthodontist severes ties with this company, he was the best thing here. Check your receipts and ask questions often, bcuz your receipt will read one balance, but they will charge another. I hope Diana confuses her toothpaste with preparation H and shrink her lying thiefing cheating mouth! YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Negative experience: Took my daughter because she was having pain and they were able to see us the same day. Wait time was very long and they filed a claim with our insurance as a cleaning. I spoke with the manager and she said sometimes the doctor uses a toothbrush to check your teeth and that counts as a cleaning. That is just wrong.

Fantastic experience: ARECELI (the lady who takes the photos) ALWAYS SO KIND & PROFESSIONAL & makes you feel like FAMILY!!! VANESSA & MELISSA did so GREAT with my daughter for her XRAYS! She was so scared & crying at 1st but VANESSA swooped right in & made her calm down so quickly! (Especially for being a "stranger " to my kid, she worked her MAGIC pretty quick!!) GRACIAS CHICAS!!!

Positive experience: My experience today was moderate! I’m so use to letting my child get serviced but today was my first time being a patient at this facility! The staff is usually always friendly and nice and today was no different! When I spoke with the dentist he rushed and never gave me details about the overall health of my teeth. He came in and looked in my mouth and said yes I can extract this tooth that’s bothering you and was almost out the door before he finished his sentence. His first recommendation was based on price and fortunately price is not always the bigger issue with everyone. Yes I would love to know my options but I think laying out a treatment plan would also allow dental work to be more affordable for patients paying out of pocket! I would love to have seen a roadmap of plans available to achieve better oral health and smile. The procedure that was performed today seemed to be out of the scope of practice for my dentist and that made me nervous. I want a dentist to take their time and build that personal rapport with their patients and I didn’t feel that today!

Fantastic experience: Love it here! I’ve been going to this location for years. The staff is super friendly & informative. Dr. Angel was so delicate with my toddlers teeth & walked her through every step… She also did a few fillings on my oldest daughter’s teeth & it was incredibly quick. The staff here is always welcoming/accommodating, every thing is neat/clean & overall my girls are always comfortable. will be back in 6 months!
