Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Cross Timbers for many years. Dr. Pamela and Dr. Brad are excellent!!! Today Dr. Pamela seated a crown and filled 2 teeth. She and her assistant showed a very caring attitude towards me. I highly recommend this dental office.

Negative experience: My experience was okay, just okay. When I called to set up my appointment for an annual cleaning, they asked me for my insurance information. I gave it to them. They NEVER told me they did not accept my insurance. After the annual cleaning, which should be covered 100%, I received a bill for appr. $300. Had they told me they don't accept my insurance, I would never have made an appointment with them.

Fantastic experience: Finally found a dental clinic that I’m happy with after my former dentist retired. Dr Brad and Keely were awesome. The DA did a flawless job on x-rays. The patient portal is super user friendly and easy to navigate as well which I appreciate!

Fantastic experience: As a new patient I was nervous - the dentist can be an intimidating experience but CTD is great, especially Ali. My cleanings were quick and painless, the docs all heard my concerns and worked with me. The office is nice and comfortable. I really can't say enough good things about Cross Timbers Dental. And one more big shout out to Ali who handled most of my appointments - patient and careful which makes a world of difference for nervous patients.

Fantastic experience: I had such a lovely experience at this dental office starting from the front desk. Amanii and Betsy were very informational with recommending here as a new patient. The hospitality was great with the back office as well. I loved the assistant Alyssa and the hygienist Michelle. Michelle was very gentle and informative. Positive experience: 2024: I went again to Cross Timbers Dental and had some treatments done. Dr. Medici and the team helping her were, as usual, very kind. However, I had some frustrations and complaints which I aired with the office. After some email communications, Katie and Nicole were both very nice and helpful in resolving my issues. I appreciate the time they took to read my concerns and discuss with me. 2021: The office staff is wonderful. I went in for a regular visit. Dr. Medici was kind and explained everything. Candace was awesome! I had a really nice time talking to her. Glad we went with this office after being recommended by a neighbor. Is it odd to say I’m looking forward to going back there for a root canal? Lol

Fantastic experience: Another dentist in town told me I had 8k worth of dental work to be done. Came here afterwards for a second opinion, they did and exam, cleaning and XRays. They were very honest and kind and told me I didn’t need any other work done.

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment to get my tooth looked at because I was in alot of pain . Had to wait three days because of the holiday, which was expected because of the time of year. The girl that scheduled me never actually booked my appointment. When I showed up for the time they confirmed, they were dumbfounded because there was no appointment scheduled for me. They informed me they record their phone calls and were able to confirm I was correct. They offered to do scans, but couldn’t commit to actually resolving the issue and said I would most likely have to wait a few more days to resolve the issue. I understand people make mistakes, but I think extra precaution should be taken when a patient complains about significant pain. No previous incidents with this place. My goal here is public awareness of this issue to hopefully prevent this from happening to someone else in a similar situation.

Fantastic experience: This is the best Dental Clinic in the area. Tammy Cheung is my hygienist and she has been for many years. She is very professional and is excellent at what she does. She has a vibrant personality and she keeps you at ease at all times .It is because of her and the excellent dentists and staff at the clinic that I don’t stress going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dental hygienist Azhar Ali was amazing with the deep cleaning procedure. He took real good care of his patients with great hospitality. From the prep on numbing gel , injections to the end he was constantly checking if I’m doing alright throughly the procedure. I would highly recommend this place for dental cleaning.

The cleanings don’t feel long and aren’t painful and she checks in often to make sure nothing is painful. Been coming here for years and it’s the only dentist I’ll go to!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Crosstimber Dental for 8 years. Keely, the hygienist ,has the nicest touch when cleaning my teeth. No pain, not harsh scraping. I highly recommend her!! And Dr Medici is the kindest most thorough dentist I have ever seen.

Negative experience: The one and only horrible experience I've had at a dentists office. First, they charged me the full cash price for fillings while they waited on the insurance claim. I've never had this happen at any other dentists office, they've always charged me the estimated amounts and if I owed more, I'd pay it. This should've been my first indication that something was off about this place. I reached out to this office many times to follow up on the insurance claim. They would either not respond, or stated they "haven't received the EOB." I finally called the insurance after almost a month of no update, and the insurance stated the office had already cashed in the insurance payment about a month before. They just never told me and never updated my total. I called the office back and said the insurance payment was already cashed out by them, and they finally updated my total. My teeth did not feel normal and had never felt that way after fillings, so I raised my concerns and they had me come in to have the fillings looked at by the same dentist. I described what was wrong and he said everything was fine and encouraged me to book another appointment. I recently had a visit with a wonderful, more reputable dentists office who told me that the cavities are still present in the fillings done by Cross Timbers Dental, and they need to be redone. I called the office and notified them of this, and asked if any refund can be done since I should not have to pay twice for their mistake, and they stated they cannot give me a refund, but they can get me in for another appointment and have the same dentist redo the fillings.

Positive experience: I wish there was a less public way to make critiques to the office… Since the receptionists only take a strip of paper that I write my name on, then stick it to an iPad and I check myself in, why not just put up a QR code so I can simply check in with my phone? Also, I sincerely appreciate that you guys are able to have 7:30 am appointments so I can still have an emergency replacement of a crown done before work, but if the staff can’t be on time, what’s the point?

Negative experience: Always check with your insurance first. I called in advance and asked to confirm they were in-network & schedule my first appointment. When I arrived at the office & before the cleaning I confirmed there was no charge. After the cleaning I was stuck with a $300 bill all of a sudden, because they essentially lied to get me in the door.

Fantastic experience: I came here for regular oral hygiene checkup.. they were awesome.. did my teeth cleaning in 30 min.. keely was awesome.. the process was not at all painful.. she was very friendly.. and dr. pamela is great..

Negative experience: Broke my permanent retainer after ten years. Was able to get into the office in less than 24 hours. Tori and Dr. Revering were awesome & very accommodating. Can’t thank them enough! Editing my review due to poor customer service from the front office staff and benefits department. This is the third time I’ve had insurance issues and I don’t find out about it until last minute. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: I had been going here for years and had to go somewhere else due to a different dental insurance and it was a huge mistake! I finally got new dental insurance and came back to Cross Timbers Dental and had the best experience with Kathy and Dr. Hur! They are a truly honest and trustworthy practice and aren't looking to up-sell you or tell you that you need something when you don't. I won't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: There is not enough I can say about Dive Denistry. I have taken my entire family for the past 7 or 8 years. The level of service provided makes you feel apart of a the family. I actually get excited to go to my appointments so that I can see "my friends " my children also love to go. The way we are treated and always feel heard means so much. I can't rave enough about Dove dentistry!!!

Negative experience: Horrible experience with their roaming surgeon when I went in to get my wisdom teeth extracted. There was no information given prior to showing up and had to ask twice just to meet the surgeon for the first time. Having been informed previously by my hygienist that I'd likely have to get all of my wisdom teeth taken out, because my mouth is so small, I went into the appointment fully expecting that. However, when finally getting to talk to the surgeon about what would happen, mind you this is after asking two different people to get the surgeon and having to prompt the surgeon himself, I was informed that only one tooth would be extracted. I would not have even known what was happening in my mouth until after the entire surgery was over. All in all, more the surgeons fault than the practice but it's still saddening to see the disrespect towards me for a surgery that I'm paying for and is my body being cut up. Fantastic experience: Dr. Buschel is an outstanding Dentist. I had to find a new dentist because of an insurance change, and I am so happy I found these guys. Friendly and competent staff from the front office to the hygienist and dental team. I had to have 2 cavities filled(which sucks), but Dr. Buschel really did an amazing job. I am not even sore. Changing Dentists is one of the hardest things you do, but these guys really made it easy, and I am grateful!!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for 20 years now and continue to receive consistent and thorough care. Tammy has been wonderful to me and my children in particular! My kids are excited to come and have their teeth cleaned just to have the opportunity to see her. She is extremely patient with my oldest who has anxiety and Tammy is kind. She is an awesome person and does a great job on our teeth too - very thankful!

She provided an amazing experience from beginning to end! Tammy truly cared about taking care of me and making sure that I was okay. Fantastic experience: Michelle did a fantastic job on my cleaning. Giving me a pair of sunglasses to shade my eyes from her light was a nice touch, and she made the entire experience very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I don’t think anyone loves to go to the dentist, but I’ve got to say, this is the best dental office I have been to since I was a teenager. Sahar is a great hygienist, and is patient with me during my cleanings while also not abusing me in the chair. 10/10 definitely recommend.
